Penny S. is great in the drive thru. Efficient, quick, order is always correct, and she has a smile for me when i pay. Love Taco Bell Supreme Tacos with mild sauce. My personal favorite.

On the 4th of july we had ordered some food and waited for like 30 minutes in line to get our food and we got to the window and was told the card machine was broke and wouldnt be giving our food to us and gave us 2 vouchers for free tacos. The next day I called and the manager was extremely nice and said he would write my name down for my order the other night and said to come down and I would get my order from the other night free including two free tacos and a large drink. I want everyone to know that taco bell redeemed themselves and made it right. I really appreciate the professional attitude I received from the store manager. I was ready to never come back to taco bell but after dealing with the manager I will remain a loyal and happy customer to taco bell and I just wanted to share my positive experience with everyone.

I moved to Waterloo last year from North Carolina and went to this location a few days ago. I have to say this was the best Taco Bell I have ever had! Ordered a Steak Chalupa. Service was fast and friendly. My chalupa was put together perfectly, it could have been on a commercial. Steak was hot and toppings fresh.The Cedar Falls location could use some lessons from this location as had the worst Taco Bell ever at the Cedar Falls location. Good management is everything!

I would've shared picture but it's gone hence the give star rating. I live taco bell always have. The nachos bell grande is my favorite. And was out of the drive thru very very quick with nothing wrong with my order. Keep it up taco bell team.

They were severely understaffed for some reason but the crew of 3 that showed up to work today rocked it. Very friendly and very apologetic for our wait time. Great service makes all the difference between a good and bad experience! Great job today... and btw the food was awesome as usual.

Whoever the staff was last night on overnights 12AM 6/15/24 line was out to Laporte made it to the window to get food within 10 minutes food was perfect HOT amazing and the fastest service. I've never seen service this fast at this location. Drinks tacos Quesadilla crunchwraps all perfect all amazing all HOT! Shout out to whoever slayed last night they all deserve recognition 👏 🙌

Great service!! I ordered from the ordering station and the staff accidentally made my tacos with the wrong beans and Love that the staff Helped get it resolved right away! Honestly the best Taco Bell around no lies! It always tastes way better than any other Taco Bell! Also super happy the lava tacos are back! I will continue to keep going to this place!

The old Taco Bell wasn’t bad but since the remodel and possible restaff it definitely looks nicer and more inviting. Staff was friendly and food was made hot fresh and quickly. No complaints from the last 3 visits we have made.

Fast, friendly, and good. The meat was hot and the cheese cold. Great service. Soda machine was down so they had gotten cans and were selling them cheap. Staff was not panicked but apologized for the machine being down. A staff that can handle issues is the sign of a good manager.

I've always enjoyed Taco Bell as a go-to fast food restaurant. I, especially at this location, haven't had the best luck with their food and quality. I just ordered simple hard tacos, and the food quality was the best I've ever had there.

Awhile back a staff that works there was rude to us when I asked for the manager: the manager slammed the windows n our face and the rude one needs to be fired. Sweet God of mercy.... the bell is back!! After several subpar meals I was going to give up, but something called me back. I had several items and everything was hot and delicious!! The chicken tacos are excellent. Pricey, but very good.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite places. I don't get food from this location very often though. If I did, I would be even fatter than I am now lol. Anyways, Door Dash and GrubHub both have this location marked as closed. I promise you, they are open for contactless drive thru and pickup. You can go inside to pickup your order or wait outside for curbside pickup. You can place your order using the Taco Bell website, Taco Bell app or by calling if paying with a credit or debit card. Cash payments are still being accepted at the drive thru window. My cat really, REALLY likes Taco Bell too.

The ladies on shift tonight (11-24 into 11-25) are amazing. Everyone makes mistakes we are human. It was fixed and This is now my preferred Taco Bell. They made a rough night that was filled with tears into a bearable one. They made me smile and are amazing. There are good people out there still

Started off a recent experience on the app yesterday on the 1st of June. Tried to order ahead of time and in the middle of my order something came up saying they were closed. Went over to double check and they weren't. Walked in to find out the kiosks and the app were down for this specific location. Was told there was a gas leak earlier in the day but I was glad to see it was fixed in the same day! The team was so nice, made sure we were taken care of and it didn't even look like they had a bad day! Thanks to the team working that day for pushing themselves and being so patient! The food was phenomenal and the employees attitudes were so awesome!

I ordered the new Nacho Fries Supreme. They are actually quite good. They taste similar to chili cheese fries only with taco meat. They are completely covered with hot nacho cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. I would have liked onions added to my order. I also had the $5 Cravings Deal. The amount of food for only $5 is ridiculous - much more than I can eat. Plus a drink is included. Overall I had a very enjoyable meal for less than $10.

Not a bad place at all but they do have some new people in there the time it took to place my order was long and the wait time for my food was long too but the cashier did come to are table to ask and make sure we got what we ordered and asked how the food was too. All in all not bad at all just give them a bit of slack they are trying.

Inconsistent is how best to describe Taco Bell. I like their menu and food, but I can't rely on what I'll receive. This meal, part of our box was piping hot while other parts were stone cold. Add them being out of all sugar-free drink options to some suspect behavior and this experience could have been better. Will I return? Of course. Taco Bell doesn't pretend to ever be anything other than what it is. They set the bar pretty low and almost always achieve their goal.

New building, staff was was good overall. The fountain drink machine was out of order and had to ask for our drinks but not a big issue. There were plenty of sauces, napkins, and silverware available. I have not been to a taco bell in a while, prices seemed a little excessive but nothing is cheap right now.

A+ service dog experience. As they should, staff completely ignored my service dog. Excellent customer service! I ordered a burrito without sour cream. When I ordered potatoes the cashier made sure to tell me that they came with sour cream in case I didn't want any on them too. I didn't.

Taco Bell has your average fast food restaurant atmosphere. Service is hit and miss. At times, you get very pleasant employees, and many other times, you get someone who showed up to a place they don't want to be at.

Haven't been to a taco bell in about 8 years. This one is newly remodeled and the staff was very friendly. Food was fine and made correctly. However, pricing is absolutely insane. No fault of this specific location of course. But I spent over $20 for four steak tacos. Even Chipotle is cheaper than that. Also the quantity of meat on the tacos has definitely decreased over the years. Tldr, good location just overshadowed by pricing/portion issues.

Flies and food all over the tables, workers don't acknowledge when a customer is there waiting for order, and when doordashing I'm always late to deliver because of tacobell. They're either eating while working or messing around instead of working. I also asked for my chicken taco to not have Chipotle ranch on it and it had it on there, my girlfriend asked no tomato because she is allergic and they put it on there anyway so we basically wasted money.

The girl working the window around 1030pm on Friday the 16th needs fired immediately. She is very inconsiderate while I was waiting for my food she kept staring at me and basically threw my food out the window at me. I do not care how busy it may be you don’t stare at customers and act impatient as if you’re ruining their day.

The gentleman who was working on Saturday night was a huge improvement to my past experiences. Usually it is a half hour wait for my 1 taco, 2 mini quesadilla order. This time i was pleasantly surprised to receive my food in less than 20 minutes. Update* several years later google asking for a review update... sure. Last night I, yes, was at taco bell yet again. And no, if you thought it got better since like 2015, no, it did not. Still waiting about a half hour for 4 items. The lady in the window felt the need to correct me when I said " no worries, take your time, you guys are slammed tonight". She said, with eyeroll tone, "no, were like this every weekend." As if I have never been to taco bell on a weekend. Or ever. I get it, my comment didnt help, but I was just trying to be nice. A car died in the parking lot while we were there and one time a black car pulled, person hopped out, person launches over counter at staff member, staff member throws punch, both fight outside, person hops back in car, car drives off, cops arrive. Its this particular taco bell that really showcases the beauty and brilliance that surrounds this establishment. Thanks for asking for an update! Was going to keep it to myself but you asked for it. We ordered the 7 dollar box and the 9 dollar box for lunch. Everything was mixed up in the boxes and since except for the tacos it was a mess trying to get things back to the right boxes. How hard can it be to do it right!

The food has always been great here. I’ve only visited this Taco Bell a few times because I’m originally from Alabama and I’ve only been here about a year. The order has been wrong about half of those times which is frustrating but it seems to be just a Taco Bell thing in general because that has been my experience with them for years but maybe the intercom system could be also a contributing factor because I always have to keep correcting them when they repeat it back. And again that’s not just this location.

Regular staff is very friendly, no complaints there. Was offended by a manager who I was apparently upsetting by taking too long getting my napkins and other condiments. It seemed she was going to clean up the mess that was all over the floor and counters... Ironically most trash was left in her wake and the fountain drink area was left a sticky mess. ALL tables were filthy, stained my work pants by sitting inside and to top it all off I'm going on day two of stomach pain after eating at Taco Bell. Honestly a 2 star rating sounds generous as I type this. I suppose the polite counter person and kitchen staff saved them an additional star.

Walked in, the place was empty, and food all over the floors, and tables. People started coming in right after us. The guy at the counter just looked at us, we ordered, he said anything else? We said no, that's it. Not a word. He handed us our cups with no other words. We sat down, waited for our food. The tacos were super greasy. Grease was running out of the tacos. The diet pop tasted funny, the people that was right behind us was still waiting for their food when we were leaving. He walked up and asked where is our food? They had given probably 6 others their orders. They were not happy. 3 people stood in line it seemed forever. The guy behind the counter told the lady she could order from the kiosk or it would be a few more minutes, they were busy. Other people came in and just stood in line with no one taking their order. I gotta say this was a horrible experience, I have never seen the place look so dirty, and the people were not talkable at all.

Well I hate to say this but taco bell is only a shell of what it once was, pun intended, I had my first Mexican pizza there in the late 1980’s it was fantastic, since then they removed the black olives from the recipe, then went the green onions, and now the sower cream is no longer real, yet the price would more than support the original product. Also they came out with a great Mango ice drink then removed it from the menu, I hope to see more improvement.

Like the Wendy's just north of this place, this Taco Bell has some of the slowest service I have every encountered. Also I have rarely had an incident where my order is messed up but it has happened here more than once. The most irritating thing is that they will often be out of basic things like their hot sauces, drink flavors, etc.

Cashier was hard understand, very soft spoken. All tables were dirty, we had to ask to get ours wiped off. Our dine in meals were bagged for to go. Restaurant was hot. Nicest employee was someone from another Taco Bell. Eat in Cedar Falls next time.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. The chicken quesadea and the chicken taco had very little taste. The dough was too doughy. Of course, this was at about 3:30 in the morning. I think I'll stick with Taco John's!!

The nacho fries are ALWAYS COLD. Even if I ask for hot ones. Which I did. I was told they just came up within a minute of me asking. They were ice cold and chewy. Not cool! The rest has been just, eh lately, at this TB. Good customer service can really make or break your visits.

Ap doesn't work 3/4 of the time so you don't get your credit and portions are very skimpy I had 8 twists in my bag and they put a sticker on your order so you can't check it. My taco Supreme barely had anything on it and the burrito Supreme wasn't so Supreme either . My pintos and cheese only filled about 1/4 of the container I thought it was a fluke a week ago but apparently not. For 11.00 I'm definitely not getting my monies worth when for 5.00 more I can get a steak at longhorn

I have to give one star because even though the food is great and the employees are generally friendly, there are other major issues. I have come through multiple times in the mornings and they straight up have the doors locked and are closed during posted business hours. I also never get through the drive through in less than ten minutes, usually up to forty five. It doesn't take that long to make a taco. Seriously guys..try harder.

Awful. Just awful. After a few trips where my order was screwed up literally (this word is used with full cognisance of it's meaning) fifty percent of the time morbid curiosity has kept be coming back and after about ten visits it still stands at half the time I don't receive items or I receive the wrong item. It boggles my mind because I visit when there is no rush on, so there is no reason other than incompetence. Plus I'm not sure how it works, but the crispy tacos come not only stale but soggy as well. I live three minutes away and when I get home the meat has rendered the crispy shell a soft shell while the rest may as well be shards of glass, so I don't think it was made fresh. Absolutely terrible.

I NEVER review, but I had so much time in the drive through, I had to share. Worst fast food store, not just worst taco bell. Waited 20-25 min in the drive through, routinely make mistakes, generally unkempt and dirty atmosphere inside and out. Can I put 0 stars?!?!

Horrible service, horrible management, horrible food, Completely screwed up a $50+ order and had drive from Reinbeck to there the next day just so they could correct the order like the said but when I brought the food in with the receipt the manager was rude. When I asked to have corporate phone number she said that they were not allowed to give that out. My recommendations is that I spent longer on this review than they did on my order to get it corrected. My advice stay away from Taco Bell on the La porte road in Waterloo Iowa.

Watched guy through drive through window water down my soda tonight. Absolutely terrible service consistently, long wait, over charge prices, constantly screw up order, Rude employees. Decided last time I'm going to this TB. Not gonna waste my money when there is better service in Waterloo at other places. Taco Bell is cheap, but when you constantly screw up my order and water down my drinks? Nah son...

Frequently messes up orders, forgets items, adds ice to drinks when no ice requested. Constantly has multiple customers pull up to park when ordering in drive through, have seen as many as 4 cars at once asked to do so. Have been told on multiple occasions that they are out of beef, eggs, etc. When ordering in, even on to go orders, frequently have to wait 30+ minutes for food, only to still have items missing or incorrect. I often drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Cedar Falls location, and while I have had similar experiences there, it is with less frequency than the Waterloo location.

If you go during the day service is great, orders are correct and staff is friendly. If you go after 7:00 however it's a completely different experience. I've been there 3 times in the last couple months and got the wrong order all 3 of those times through the drive thru.

The drive thru took over 30 minutes for 2 tacos and a grilled stuffed nacho. Only 3 cars in front of me. Made sense when the person at the window was more busy listening and dancing to music on his phone. Don't go here on your lunch break. You are better of at a sit down restaurant.

I could’ve gone inside sat down eat all my food been done and walk out the door in the amount of time it takes to go thru the drive thru. May as well have gone to a sit down restaurant. I spend about the same amount of money there as I do to eat at Taco Bell. It should no longer be called fast food. It’s ridiculous. Add the gas I wast waiting in line at the drive thru.. If I was you I’d rethink coming here.

Terrible all the time. Always a long wait no matter the time of day. Went in last week and that was the last time for us. Ordered the new triple double crunch wrap. Took a while to get the order. Not surprised. Got home to find that the order was wrong. They gave us a normal crunch wrap instead and they didn't even put cheese on it. Called and they said to come back and they'll make the order again. Perfect solution and we were okay with that. Brought the wrong order and receipt with us as well just in case. Went in, woman remembered me from before and told us they would work on the new order. Offered to show the wrong order and our receipt. She said no, throw the food out because they can't take it back. Didn't even look to see the problem and made like she didn't even want to touch it. Fine. Understandable and at least they trusted our word that they messed up. Threw the food away right in front of her. Waited...waited....waited some more. Correct order never came and it didn't even look as though anyone was bothering to make it either. Finally just asked for our money back because it was late, we were tired and hungry, and had already had to make a second trip there that evening. Manager comes and rudely asked the worker/us where the wrong order was. We said it was in the garbage as we were instructed to throw it out. Manager says he could just charge us for what we received and, without saying the actual words, insinuated we could keep the messed up order. Excuse me?! We actually had to explain to him that we would NOT dig through the garbage to reclaim the food and explained, yet again, that we were TOLD to throw the food away. Left after far too long of a time with our money back. No longer craving anything remotely resembling Taco Bell anymore, we enjoyed our Burger King instead. We will not be coming back either.

I ordered first and got my food. We had a hard time finding a clean table and the floors and surfaces everywhere were filthy. No one came out and cleaned ANYTHING while we were there. I ended up sharing my food with my grandson, who was starving. When I gave him a cinnamon twist and took a bite of my own, there was a horrible taste, like chemicals. We couldn’t eat them. The Pepsi was mixed wrong and we heard someone say, “We are OUT of PEPSI? How can we be OUT OF PEPSI? The kitchen staff lost my daughter and grandsons order thinking it was from the drive thru and kept making remarks about it from the back instead of checking to see if she was IN the building. When I went up to check on her order, the young man we PLACED the order with who just got back from IT was awesome and went to check. The kitchen staff got mouthy with him when he was just trying to provide excellent service to the customers. We couldn’t enjoy our meal TOGETHER and there was multiple people from the kitchen arguing with each other and swearing. We will not be back.

Source of service was very poor how they treat and give communication to others are really low standard in use to work here it was once a half decent place but even some of the old workers are really useless to the company's stance now I hope and wish they can get better helpers and make a better output view for their sake. But food still is great when you come at the right time with the right staff.

This people that work at this places are just mediocre people, you make an order and they make the order cold not even with the ingredients that they are supposedly to, i was at a hotel close by and made the order thru uber eats. Order was cold and missing must ingredients, had to walk to this place to have ir remade because im on a trip and have no car, manager of the place wasn’t even kind enough to offer apologies, is just crazy how poorly managed are this franchises

Stood at counter waiting to order for over ten minutes. Not even a hello or anything. Then I noticed a kiosk in the corner and had to place my own order, which made it take longer. Employees definitely did not want to be there, and I could hear them cussing in the back.

Every time we come here they don't give us our whole order. The cashier's are usually nice, but the manager is so rude! He has horrible customer service, and tells us we just want free stuff. After getting our bags, didn't leave the store or go sit down we emptied out our bags on the counter to prove that they missed things and the manager proceeds to argue for 5 minutes that he put everything in the bag. We just wanted what we paid for. We won't be back. Only reason it's taken this long to give up on them is because my husband loves the food.

Food still have no meat yet there prices is poor in value in food choices!! Also Management sucks in choice of hiring is outrage. I feel the sauce needs to be put in a separate bag especially when u order a bundle of food, it is still covid out here plastic is not cleaned before another person touches it, but service is o.k but presenting is Defiantly A Must! This place is trash the soda comes out hit and the ice machine is broken and we asked for a side of tomatoes and didn't get them. Upon walking but up to ask about them the lady at the counter was super super rude. I also witness an employee taking cleaning supplies out of the closet (sprays trash bags and gloves) then getting I to a car and leaving.. The lady behind the counter never changed her gloves what so ever after handling money just to go back a make food . No one cleans the tables it is all around the worst taco bell I have been to . I will not be coming back here ill take my money else where.

I don’t know what Taco Bell‘s done with their Mexican pizza. Sometimes you get a good one and then it taste delicious and then other times you get ones that have a horrible taste. I had one that I bought today and I called them and told them it was horrible. She’s like well. I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Replace it with a fresh one she says oh well they make the shells fresh every morning that doesn’t mean the shells that they’re dishing out are the same ones that they made that morning because sometimes the pizzas are delicious pizzas used to be my favorite thing to order at Taco Bell but now sometimes the pizza or Horrible and this location the manager was rude instead of off to replace it with a new pizza she was like I don’t know what you want me to do about it. What do you mean? It’s bad well it’s bad. It’s nasty. You eat it.

Everyone here is always tweaking out talking to themselves shaking and then I just got handed four dollars in quarters and when I asked if I could have ones, she pulls out the ones from the drawer just to give me a single one and three golden coin dollars They also didn’t cut either of the quesadillas. I ordered for $16. I expect a lot more from a fast food place $16 for two quesadillas and you can’t even cut them. I have a bad experience every time I come I’m making a review as a reminder of myself to why I’m not coming back again.

We ordered a taco Supreme, 6 tacos & a supreme burrito. Much to our disappointment, all the tacos were the same. If there was a Supreme taco among the others, it was indistinguishable. The tacos had about 1 teaspoon of meat in them. Friendly employees only get you so far. For the described food, we paid $31 dollars. I would have preferred to spend $25 of that buying meat & the rest on buns or whatever. It would be the same amount of effort & much more satisfying.

I had an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru today that I need to address. The employee dropped my food, and though he offered to remake it (which is standard protocol for health reasons), he didn't follow through with it. When I reached my destination and opened the bag, I found that my nachos were out of the container and my taco was broken. I was extremely disappointed to realize that they had simply handed me the same bag of food. I threw it away immediately. I plan to return tomorrow at the same time to request a refund for the unsatisfactory service.

Leaving this review on behalf of a friend. My friend visited today, accompanied by another friend. The two items in question were a side of chips, which were stale, and pepsi, which was virtually all syrup. The employees on duty around 10:30pm CST refused to remake the items or refund them. Initially, my friend left, not wanting to deal with conflict. She then tried calling (did not ask to speak to a manager -- maybe they would have handled it differently?) and was again denied a remake or a refund. Eventually my friend went back, which is where the real issues start. She was yelled at by the employees on duty for asking for a refund and dealt with an attitude and general rude behavior from the employee handling the refund. Based on the reviews this seems like a consistent issue and I'd recommend visiting a different location.

Went through the drive thru this past Wednesday, spent 25 min waiting just to find out they put my order in wrong after I paid. It is now Sunday and still haven't gotten the refund in my account. Last few times I've been there they don't put in any sauce even when I specifically ask for it. Wait times are ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location again

I’ve had my fair share of fast-food runs, but this visit to Taco Bell was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If I could give it negative stars, I would. The experience started on a sour note with a staff member who was incredibly rude over the intercom. Despite the attitude, I tried to be clear—I was asked twice about sauces, confirmed I wanted all of them, and yet, we drove away with a completely dry bag. No sauce to be found. As any parent knows, the one thing you cannot forget is the kids' meal. Naturally, that was the entire meal they left out of the bag. We didn't realize until we were already away from the window, turning a "quick treat" into a hungry, frustrated mess. The most bizarre (and gross) part? Our nachos were covered in cinnamon sugar. The cinnamon twists were in a completely separate box and weren't even in the same bag as the nachos. This means there is zero quality control or basic cleanliness happening in that kitchen. *Forgetting a whole meal and failing to provide requested sauces (after asking twice!) shows a total lack of focus. *Finding dessert toppings on salty nachos is a massive red flag for how they are handling food prep. Save your money and your sanity—skip this location. Between the rudeness and the inedible, mixed-up food, it was a complete waste of time and money.

Worst experience ever last Sunday. Unfortunately I stayed in the drive thru lane waiting after placing a mobile order. I should have left after the first 15 minutes of waiting. I literally waited over 45 minutes for 4 cars in front of me. And after waiting that long not even an apology for the wait. Something is seriously wrong with management here. The only cherry on top was the order was correct and tasted delicious, oops they forgot napkins though. Not recommended. I would never come here again unless I knew there was new management or employees.

I was there as a door dasher. In that time, I heard a black girl in the back saying,"that woman doesn't know what she wants." & "Door dashes can wait!" I've delivered from there a lot. The idea that I can wait, after being there a half hour, upsets me. What if that was for my family? Or if I had ordered and was diabetic and needed something right away. Terrible workers and services today.

I realize some folks work hard for little pay, still, that shouldn't stop you from having some pride in your job. It isn't the customers fault. If you don't have customers, there is no job. The customer service is subpar. Not friendly- I'dgive a zero if I could. Heard them say to a dasher that doordash orders can wait. What the helly? Doordashers are rated by their service and it affects their pay. If you're bringing an order late, you get a bad review- which affects your pay. It's bothersome because I've also ordered through doordash and spend the extra for the convenience of not going out, but knowing that they really don't gaf when I get my food that's already paid for is upsetting.

Drove through to get my comfort meal, it’s been a rough week I just got laid off, I was so excited for my favorite, cheesy gordita crunch, when the worker at the window was so rude to me. I’m not sure if this was discrimination or not but i feel really uneasy. I can confidently say that after this experience I am never eating again.

They aren't allowing app orders and dont offer half the items and combos that you can literally get at any other location. Theres no 2 chalupa meal so you have to buy it all ala carte. Over $40 for 4 chicken chalupas and 2 large drinks... it would be half of that anywhere else plus 2 crunchy tacos. Restroom was clean but the dining room was not. Will not be back here again unless they bring the prices back down. The employees are lovely but the rest of it is not.

Showed up at 3:40 am and they don’t close at 5, the gentleman working in a red hoodie with dreds was extremely unprofessional as he was hiding and ignoring his headset. I sat for 15 minutes at the ordering line with no responds and realized what he was doing when I drove around. The other person working was no where to be found and all of this happen the date of 11-01-2025. Disgusting behavior from the night shift, would recommend not going when night shift is working

I have been to this location multiple times. Very seldom do they actually get my order correct. I always order the same thing, very simple in my opinion. Yet, still almost every visit here it is messed up. I order a cheese quesadilla with extra cheese and no sauce. Tonight I received a quesadilla with cheese, chicken and sauce on it. Honestly it’s disappointing, normally this happens after a long day at work when I stop to grab a quick meal and don’t see the mistakes until I get home. I honestly have no idea how a mistake like this is made. They were not busy, I was the only car there when I pulled up to the speaker. Any other time I order this item half of it is missing cheese, after I paid for extra. I had another instance that there was such little cheese on my quesadilla that paid for extra cheese on I honestly thought I was being punked. The burrito I received with my meal was sloppy, missing ingredients and CLEARLY over portioned and disgusting honestly. Management needs to step up! Where is the person in charge making sure things are being done correctly? Training the employees? Ensuring food quality? This is honestly embarrassing and ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to ask to receive correctly made food. I understand mistakes happen, at this point it’s just carelessness.

I am a vegetarian and come to this Taco Bell often. Today I ordered the Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch with black beans instead of taco meat. I ate most of it, but found a pile of steak at the end of my taco. Disgusting and unacceptable.

I have been coming here for lunch here and there and normally the food is great but today it was absolutely terrible. The drink was flat and the burritos wernt even closed up. The chips were covered in so much salt I couldn't eat them. But the customer service was really nice. I understand Drive through times and wanting to get everything out but why spend the money on food when you cant even eat it🤷‍♀️

Never seen a staff work so slow in my entire life while being “busy” if you could even call it busy. Staff refused to acknowledge me waiting for my order and when they did they told me I would wait even longer after 30 minutes!!! I could come off the street and clear that whole lobby in 30 minutes. Disgraceful.

Didn't even order. Was looking over the menu, with no one behind us in the drive thru. Was there less than a minute when we were informed there was some sort of "timer" and we had to come in if we needed to look over the menu. No thank you. We took our business elsewhere and will never go to another Taco Bell again.
