This Dominos is awesome. The food is always hot and fresh. Some of the time they forget to include any additional dipping cups you order but the food is still awesome! Delivery is most always on point, some times it takes a but longer than expected. The Pizza Tracker really helps!

Last night as Taco Bell shut down with people still waiting in line I walked into Domino's. I missed dinner and was starving. ten pm. A woman who clearly had 2 children with her probably because she is struggling as we all are whipped my order together and walked it out to the car. She is a gem and could not be more gracious and put together. Whoever she is... a dark haired woman maybe in her thirties or forties is a great addition to this place. I also have never had a bad experience with any pizza or food in the past but this woman is a hustler! Great service :).

The employees are polite and also big smile on their faces. I prefer this domino's rather than any other. I travel 30 minutes just to get pizza here.. ❤️

We order a stack of 4 or 5 pizzas from these guys every couple of months or so, and they have always been prompt, courteous, and get our orders right. We order online, to take advantage of coupons and portals, so we haven't ever had much verbal conversation other than pleasantries and small talk. But in the few times when we have spoken with them about correcting or changing orders, they have been nothing but pleasant and friendly and eager to clear up any problems. I really can't relate to the 1-star experiences that people are writing about here. Maybe we have just been lucky? But we have been lucky for the past few years, so I'm going to keep taking my chances. I'm not going to tell you that this gourmet pizza, but these guys do Domino's fresh, clean, and tasty -- as close to perfectly -- as I can imagine.

There was a little glitch with my order so i called the store and they were amazing. No questions asked, they re-did one of the pies and sent it right over. I was even told to keep it, no one here is going to eat it since it had bbq sauce on it but i'll take it to work tomorrow

Amazing service and amazing food. I was assisted the general manager Christian and he gave me amazing customer service that I usually don’t see these days in the food industry. I will definitely be coming back here again as this is now the only Dominos I order from. Amazing staff and very clean store. [PS they make the best Hawaiian Hand Tossed in all of town] Thank you again Christian and keep up the good work guys!

The food is great. Service depends on who you get. In most cases, everyone is nice. The only thing is I like extra sauce on my pasta and can't order on the app, so when I go in, I ask to purchase some say ok and others no we don't sell that. Why not ? Makes me hesitant to go. But I do love the garlic bread. It's definitely a pick-up place nowhere to eat inside.

Not sure if the toppings are coming out of the pocket of who ever makes the pizzas. I purposely paid for extra cheese, literally add 3 other types of cheese because I wanted very cheese and this is what I get. As you can see, parts of the pizza doesn’t even seem to have cheese on and the sauce doesn’t even seem to be there. What’s going on? Second time this happens to me in this location. Please be more generous with toppings, specially when someone is paying extra for them.

The pizza and dessert were just great. We wanted to dine in on our way to another activity, but there are no longer tables and chairs shown in an older photo. The remaining counter near the prep area was dirty and greasy and too close to the work station for comfort, so it wasn't an option. We were given plates on request, but no napkins are available so we were given paper towels as a substitute. We headed out and found a nearby park to have our meal.

Pretty good pizza by the local area standards. Tastes admittedly fast food-like, but there's more (immediately apparent) nuance in the composition than in some of the more general traditional town pizza places. That, and above that, cheaper. Where else do you get garlic crust by default? But I will say: wish we had a Pizza Hut instead. Where's the stuffed crust? It's been a decade since our Pizza Hut closed, man. Ordering online has been a chore. Sometimes the specific store just isn't doing online orders that day, and the site's web design is shoddy at times. Password reset confirmations lag a number of minutes— not great when you're a hungry customer! Also, depending on the traffic, expect your pizza to get burnt, either a little or a lot. To keep it warm they keep it on the oven, and very occasionally they will just not give a toss and leave it on there while doing other things. One time I was ordering the pizza in-store and I just watched my order burn up and get served to me burnt. However, since I was in-person I was able to negotiate another order. If you order delivery like ninety percent of customers, you might not be so lucky. Do not order Fridays unless you're fine with it bein' mid-quality. Order weekdays, closer to Wednesday or Tuesday the better, those are the lowest traffic days. Avoid ordering near dinner time for best quality, but it should be fine on those days. But, if you do show up with your bad order, they will redo it for you. It's the least they could do for that kind of effort and that scarce of a situation, right?

Those 2 stars above may not seem like much, but given my past experiences with chain pizza places, that's actually not a bad showing for this place. Listen, it's high volume, production line pizza. Nothing about it is great, but it's okay. And most importantly, it's pretty consistently okay. I mean, it may not be the best I ever had, but it's never not been okay. There's something to be said for consistent mediocrity. We've actually tried some of the other menu options in recent visits including the sandwiches...which were actually pretty good! Again, not GREAT, but good. If you live in the area, I really can't understand why you'd get pizza here regularly given the sheer number of other options in the area. And by "in the area", I mean at least 6 or 7 of them within a 2 mile radius. And most of the others deliver as well. I don't want to come off sounding like I hate the place, I really don't. But it's more like that ugly/runt dog in the litter that you really don't want to play with, but you kinda feel bad so you throw it a bone once in awhile.

Ordered a (hand tossed)pizza around 12:45am.... Received a thin crust that was cold... Called the store & manager hung up on me.. Drove to the store to confront the manager that she hung up on my face... She says she doesn't answer the phone pass operating hours.... But she doesn't realize I record ALL my calls... Says she can give me a credit because she refused to make another one.... I demanded my money back & received it... But never received a formal apology. Never ordering from there again.

The worst customer ever !! I will report this store to the highest level. I’m logistics manager and customer service oriented and never had this experience with other dominos Pizza. I ordered a pizza and wings and takes more than an hour. The driver said that call us but that was not true !! I called several times and there was a young woman who called her self a manager was so lacked of everything. When I said lacked of everything! Come on! By the way I suggest to all managers to revise domino policies and also have a customers training !!! My suggestion don’t!! Order to this stores!!! Period. This is the first time I put a feedback to dominos!!

I rate businesses like I rate Uber drivers. As long as there's not 1 horrible thing and everything is decent across the board, I'd give you 5 stars. The customer service is horrendous at this location. It is 100% the management. I've been there multiple times where the was only 1 person there taking calls, prepping, packing and cashing out. I'd show sympathy but he complains about being left alone to do all the work when he himself has no hustle. I never see any of them hustling besides the delivery driver. On days I go to pick up the food, I see the phone ringing and nobody answering. That's is what led me to this post. There was a problem and I tried to call to figure it out and nobody answer. Again.

When ordering out especially on busy times like popular game nights, I try to give the benefit of the doubt. I worked in customer service, very aware it can get hectic and be a stressful situation, knowing this I try to be light, and as nice as possible. However, what I cannot respect is when you pay for an order and wait an hour for it. Call to ask what’s going on and get told I never called-get told never delivery to the area( but I have multiple times before Waterbury ct) - get hung up on andddd had to drive to the location just to get the brownie cookie and one ginger ale I ordered. If you’re going to charged 15$ for this order , let’s get it together and at least be empathetic and kind when there was clearly an error on your behalf.

Horrendous delivery times if you receive your pizza at all. Take over an hour to deliver food yet on the website it will say 20 - 30 minutes. It also takes 2-5 days for them to refund your card when they fail to even deliver your order. They still owe me 30 dollars. Do not order delivery from this atrocious place.

They provide absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. I called because they double charged me for my order. The person at the store told me they couldn't do anything and to call the owner. Got the so called owner's number and his attitude and demeanor was worse than the person working in the store. He was rude and had no care about what I was saying. He didn't even take the time to look into what happened. He just swore up and down that I was wrong and had no idea what I was talking about. I explained they double charged me and that I had already spoken with my bank to confirm it was charges and not a hold on my account. He became defensive and said there was no possible way and that my bank didn't know what they were talking about. He also made sure to tell me I only spoke with a bank teller and that they dont know how to tell the difference between a hold and an actual charge. I'm not sure how he would know who I spoke with at the bank or how competent they were at their job. I told him that I wanted my money refunded since it was charged and not a hold. He told me I could wait 3-5 business days for the "holds to clear" and if nothing changed then I could call him back to discuss the matter. I said no and that he could refund me or I would report it to my bank as fraud. He then had the audacity to tell me I could have my bank call him so that he could tell them what they were actually seeing on my account. I was appalled that he would even say such a thing and I told him there was no way I would have my bank call him to discuss my account. I said again that I wanted a refund for the wrongful charge or I would report it to my bank and that is when he told me he would call the police on me and file a report because I would be "stealing from him". I would love to know how I'm the one stealing by requesting my money back that was wrongfully charged. Needless to say I have never had such an AWFUL experience at any Domino's store and this whole situation has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not support a business like this any more. I hope everyone checks their charges after they order so they don't get screwed.

Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread from there through the automated delivery bot, the AI asked what toppings I wanted to which I said I wanted pepperoni and sausage, and bacon and onion. The AI repeated that back to me, but when the order arrived the pizza had no toppings. When I tried calling them back the person who answered acted like they couldn't hear me even though they were responding to what I was saying. Then all of a sudden I couldn't call them back after that. Worst delivery exchange ever. Don't order from there unless you want a pizza without toppings or trashy customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, OR YOUR TIME. P.S. upon opening the pizza boxes up, the slices were cut so horrendously and odd it was like they didn't want to put the effort in or care in. again, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

After reaching out to their customer service line for help, they were just as clueless. I will never return to Dominoes after being treated like this. Better to go to a family-owned restaurant that cares about charging their customers properly and resolving the issue if they make a mistake.
