Sbarro Watertown Reviews
This place is awesome! They’re friendly and they seem to have a nice crew of polite and friendly people. I almost want to get a job here because they seem to be so happy working together. You know when you have that summer job and it doesn’t even matter how much you’re making an hour you’re just in the moment because the people you’re there with is awesome? Yeah, that’s this place, and the vibes are real! I’m definitely coming back here one day!

Food was great! A new face added to your team and she is great! I love her personality and the way she approaches people as if she’s known them for years. Be careful Sbarro, Lisa is exactly what employers are looking for!
Our favorite place to go for pizza! When Bryant sees us, especially my little kiddo, he knows it's a pepperoni and cheese with extra pepperoni. From what I can see, there is good communication with the crew, and service is awesome.
Had to wait a little longer than usual as they burned the first pizza. I would rather they tell me ahead of time rather than get home and find out. I appreciated the honesty! Pizza was great!
Good pizza Nice crispy bottom and reasonably priced for the combos . Had an extra sauce as well when i asked for it . Polite staff.
I love sharp. Especially one of the managers by the name of Victor. He is by far the most sweetest person that works there. He gives great customer service!!!
The food is the best I've ever tasted and you get a lot for 13.00. I had a Italian pasta bowl and one of the pepperoni calzones! Great food!

I like Sbarro. Serving size for one slice of pizza is huge and great flavor. Pricey, but that's the place I like to eat at when I'm at the Mall.

Fooled again. Once upon a time, I really liked Sbarro. I used to think that the food was high quality and satisfying. I had a craving for pizza today and I tricked myself into thinking that this was the same Sbarro from a few years ago, before they filed for bankruptcy I believe, when it was really good. I spent $10 on two dry slices that were no better than what I could have had at Dominos, where I would have paid the same for a whole pie. Ever bite into a manila file folder with runny marinara sauce on it? Enough said. Further, there is better pizza at places like 7-11 for a lot less money. My bad for not waiting until I left the mall.
I’ve been going here most of my life. Every time I hit the mall. This experience saddened me. The woman working today 9/18/2025 at 11am was miserable. She seemed annoyed by my presence. I asked if the meatballs were ready, I didn’t mind if they weren’t bc they’d just opened. She got some I was grateful. Wha I didn’t expect was it to be ice cold along with the sauce. A few customers came up after me and walked away because of her demeanor and the fact she was just standing there on her phone. I don’t typically complain but this was not a very great experience.
The girl who waited on us was rude as hell. I could barely ask my son what he wanted without being rushed by her. The food was dried out, and barely warmed, and then as we were choking it down this same employee was complaining LOUDLY about having to be open on New Years Day. Which yes, it sucks, but if you knew you were going to be open, request the day off, or call in, instead of complaining sonthebentire food court can hear you!

I just paid $8.19 for 2 drinks from your Watertown, NY location and there was no carbonation in the drinks at all. We tried to return them and get new ones or our money back and the girl told us, “Our manager knows already. It’s been like this for 3 days and no one has fixed it.” And refused to give us our money back. How are you going to take my money for something I can’t even drink?
It was literally the worst thing I have ever eaten, I suggest you never try Sbarro, leftover food, rude staff, all pizzas were left over and put in several times. If possible, I would give them zero
Slices are usually my kids favorite. We decided to order a whole cheese pizza to-go after visiting Santa. Half of the pizza was raw. You can literally smell the dough and yeast.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst pizza and worst customer service I have ever had. We ordered an entire pizza freshly made and spent over 25 dollars here to get a piece of cardboard with raw vegetables and watery cheese that quite literally slid off the pizza entirely and still dropped what seemed to be water off of the mushy dough. I couldn’t even take more than two bites without feeling completely sick to my stomach and we were told by the employees that that is how all the pizza is there. Worst possible way to spend the last 20 dollars I had on something I wasn’t even able to eat.
This is the only place we bought pizza for many years. We’re finding a new place. They have no phone, so I can’t order ahead. looks like they’ve got a new manager which is too bad because the guy who was there for years is no longer with them. You can tell because the pizza is terrible now. Also skimpy toppings and one pizza was totally wrong. Where are the mushrooms and why is there onions on it? NOPE!! We’re DONE WITH THESE GUYS.
How is this restaurant still open? The crew is terrible here, the food is subpar and it depends on who’s making it. I came by for a quick slice while my phone was getting fixed and my pizza was wet and soggy and the fruit flies around the soda machine were disgusting. On top of my slice being gross, my stomach turned as the lady who waited on me and cashed me out looked and smelled like she hadn’t bathed in weeks. Would not recommend.
While I usually have a pleasant experience with this establishment, today i was served with very rude, and very rushed service. Only to then witness anyone else who wanted some pizza to be treated nicely and with patience. Unbelievable.
I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $13 for two slices of pizza and a soda, and it felt like a total rip-off. The pizza slices were bland, lacking flavor and any real quality, with a texture that felt like they had been sitting out for too long. To make matters worse, the soda was flat, which only added to the dissatisfaction. For the price I paid, I expected much better. The quality didn't even come close to justifying the cost. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Every time I see this restaurant in the mall I pass it up because the employees and food presentation just look disgusting. Well today I finally decided to get in line to quench my Sbarro’s craving. Only to be told that the people in front of me would be the last customers served. There was hardly any food on the line but all I wanted was one white slice and I saw they had three. I was told I could not order because these other customers would be the last and then all the other food had to be thrown away. As a previous Sbarro’s employee I am aware that the pizza does need disposed after sitting out for so long but this couldn’t have been the reason since they were selling it to the other customers in line. They also were not making any fresh pies. At 2pm on a Tuesday and while serving other customers I just would love to know why I could not be served today at this restaurant. Or why they were closing? Just saying I could have offered this restaurant a higher daily sales amount but two seconds serving me was too much for the employees. To steer me away even further from this location I watched the employees pack up most of the remaining food into to go boxes like they were taking it home for themselves or delivering it to friends after the restaurant had closed. The same food I was told needed to be thrown away. Very disappointing experience.

Went there yesterday and my 15 month old had their ziti pasta and she now has food poisoning. Tried calling to let them know but no one answers the phone
