It's was amazing I tell you amazing the only downside is the long wait for you to get your food which I've seen so many people leave but either than that it's very great love the food just go easy on the salt Chef👨🍳give me the gas ⛽️😂 love the area close to cricket and yogurt 😀doe I wish it was a little bigger but aye it's watsonville can't really expand.

Been coming to this spot for the last 8-10 years and they are always friendly and make the food in a timely manner. Karen is a great example of customer service and is always friendly with customers.
Experience was very great the food was really good especially the wings and fries and the service was excellent they were very nice I would really recommend coming here if u need something cheap and fast and has all kinds of flavors of wings and many different options

Tonight’s night shift was 10/10 , the older gentleman that was a cashier mature. I got my wings the way I like them and the younger guy that I believe is new and is usually packing The orders is just so nice.

Tasty wangs, easy call up and order & food was ready on time. It's pricey goodness, my only complaint was that 3 of 4 sodas that I chose were unavailable but my 4th choice was Icecream Orange Soda which was surprisingly good.

I'm not sure what happened exactly. I went in with my bf to pick up our online order they said it would be a few minutes. They knew we were together and we sat together. We waited at least 15 minutes before I told my bf I was going to walk to food maxx to get something to drink which took maybe 8 mins if that. I got back and still no order. I asked him if they said anything to him and he said no. So we waited another 10-15 mins before someone who had just walked in before I left for food maxx received their order... I asked them and they finally said they had tried calling me. My phone was on silent and they literally called me 4 feet in front of my bf like why not just tell him? And call me in the 8 mins I went to food maxx out of almost 40 mins of waiting but my bf was there and we were the only people waiting for an order and they saw me come back. Out of 25 boneless wings, we had ordered 5 Hawaiian and they were out of the Hawaiian sauce. Why not say something when I first walked in, when we were there for 15 minutes, or when I walked back in the store. Again we were the only ones waiting for an online order. The crew was awkward to say the least they didn't seem capable of doing anything separate and had to constantly look at the few orders they did have. One girl constantly wiped her hands on her jeans and I mean constantly. Like 5 or 6 times each time she would do it every minute or two. I think if it was a different crew I would go back. Weird to have that awkward of a crew on a Saturday night.
I've placed Future orders 3 times and they always manage to never have my order ready on time. Place my order pretty early in the afternoon and I arrive and my orders are never ready on time. Out of the 3 time I've done that two of my orders were wrong. This review of for their service and not their food. Food is good. Not BDubs good but they're ok.
Ordered boneless meal deal after my son's first day back to school (August 20, 2024). Phone in orders were disabled and had to order in person. Ordered mild Hawaiian boneless wings and received very spicy mango habanero sauced wings instead. They burned my 3 year old daughters mouth and lips. Phone service to restaurant was disabled so I needed to drive back to restaurant to complain and get correct wing order. I'm very frustrated with the incorrect order and the restaurant's inability to have a phone call to address issue. An additional 45 minutes were needed to travel and wait for correct food. I used to order food here roughly once every six weeks. I will not order food here for a long time. I recommend checking orders before leaving the restaurant.
rude cashier, often doesn’t have change and asks if it’s okay. Soda machine is often broken and missing flavors or ice. Taped together one time. They take out a tray of ranch and say they only have one when asking for more ranch. Food quality varies especially so with the fries
It took them 40 minutes to make a 6 piece boneless combo. Mostly because it was a single worker actually working. A small lady never stopped looking at her phone the entire 40 minutes I was waiting for my order.
Wings are great but twice now I have placed online orders around 11:15 for my wings to be ready for me at 12. The first time they hadn't even started my order at all when I got there. The second time they had "just started making them". I even called both times to make sure my order went through and specifically asked if it would be ready at noon. I have a 30 minute lunch so I really needed them on time, that's why I placed the order early online.
Food was good the customer service needs lots of improvement. The young women named Aileen who took are order was in such a rude mode. I ask to clean the table because it was sticky and she roll her eyes. I did tell her thank and sorry to bother I know you got upset. Her answer was that is my everyday face trust me. How would I trust her?! Really they need to be taught proper etiquette

The employees were on their phones the whole time, no gloves, laughing when they saw that I was visibly upset. Overall horrible experience in the other 3 of 5 times I've come here regarding customer service. Food was amazing though and well worth the wait and I will continue to eat here because I am addicted.

I waited nearly 40 minutes to get myfood after watching 4 peoples come in after,order and get their food before I even saw them start working on my bag but the cherry on top was that they never gave me any of my sandwiches.
I came in September 1st The music was so loud! They were playing uncensored rap music it was very clear that One of the employees hook their phone up to the speaker and you could not hear anything it was like a nightclub and the lady trying to take her order could not hear us at all we had to practically yell or order. As I was standing there waiting a very long time for my order, you can see directly into the kitchen from the waiting area and I saw one of the men who is preparing the food have his mask under his chin the entire time I was there. Another employee in the kitchen pulled his mask down while he was making an order and popped boneless wing in his mouth and continued to prepare the food….. One of the ladies taking the orders asked someone in the kitchen to turn the music down and they turned it off briefly but then continue to play extremely loud music again. I feel so bad for the owner of the store it was so extremely unprofessional. I have a video of the loud music if the management wants it but I’m definitely never going to this wing-stop again.
I order 4 different flavors but it looks like they are all original hot. They are dry and flavorless.
Don't waste your time waiting... As soon as I walked up to register, the young girl was very rude, doesn't greet her customers and all she said to me was its a 45 minute wait... that's it... I told her I quit coming here a year ago for the exact same reason... Rude unfriendly employees and a very long wait... Don't waste your time coming here
I have been waiting for 30 minutes for 2 sandwich’s and still not got it, everyone else at my table has finished their food and i still haven’t even seen mine. Other people have walked in and ordered and left with their food. While i still wait.
When I arrived, the soda machine was off. waited over 20minutes for it to “turn on” never did. Got home, my order was incomplete. Tried calling, left a voicemail since no one answered. no one ever got back to me.
0 stars !!! first ordered i placed for pick up at 8pm walk in 8:10 and they keep saying its going to take 30 more minutes im waiting for them after 30 mins they say they never got my order they charged me TWICE and all they told me was “call ur bank so they can refund u ur money” second time i tried giving them a second chance (the NEXT DAY)and all of a sudden they “lost my order” and another employee said their computer system wasnt working and i had to wait AGAIN for the order…. have never had an issue with wingstop at any other locations but this one ….
Wings are good but their service is terrible, we have had the same experience more than three times. We ordered ahead (when they decided to pick up the phone) and also online. We went to pick up at the time we were told and we still had to wait another 30 minutes because our order wasn't ready. Their costumer service and time management skills needs to improve.
Wow, haven't been to a more filthy wingstop in a while. Smeared door glass welcomes you to floor slick as soon as u walk in and dirty tables once u sit down. I might not come back for a while to this location. Prices have really gone up, ~$17 bucks for 6 piece combo? Really?
Worst wing stop! They can learn from gilroy wing stop so fresh and crispy well dipped in sauce good taste , Watsonville wing stop no crisp they taste like plastic they might be so old the bone looked green barely any sauce on them I gave them 2 chance to redeem themselves and they don’t it’s just horrible with unprofessional staff
The wings were overcooked so not worth what they charge. Seemed even like they were recooked to save time so they could clean up. Not a happy customer. I would not recommend anything. Oh no forks.

I went for a quick bite around 4:00 PM. I placed my order, and then waited and waited and waited. It took about 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo. The food was very disappointing. The chicken sandwich was too salty that I could not taste anything else. The fries were soggy and very greasy. Not sure how they can mess up the basics.
In regards to Online order: Ordered a 8 piece boneless and only got 5 pieces for $16.49 before taxes meal… Ordered a 5 piece tender combo for $16.99 before taxes and received a 7 piece tender… This isn’t the only time this location has done my online order wrong….. I understand that the establishment gets a lot of orders/business but why is messing up orders normalized ? It’s like the workers aren’t reading the orders when making them.

Turned out or food was sitting in the window came home to soggy greasy fries order the "seasoned" Buffalo ranch fries they were soaked in Buffalo sauce a drop of ranch on them. They were disgusting our other wings were literally drowning in bbq sauce i was so disappointed and top it off food was not warn nor hot

First off I tried to do a call in order for pickup, however their phone was offline. While I was waiting outside to place my order, I noticed several flies. Once inside I ordered 8 rolls. As I waited for my rolls for over 30 minutes I noticed how dirty the prep area was. I saw employees eating in the prep area. Saw employees use the same bowl to season the chicken over and over again. Watched as employees went to the bathroom with their aprons on. A manager told someone to get my rolls and there was no response. This place was absolutely disgusting and should be shut down. Employees had the worst customer service, nothing but punks in my opinion! I got a refund, there was no way I was gonna eat those rolls. Maybe If I had gotten them quickly I would not have noticed the filth! 0 🌟!
I went to Wingstop today and was honestly disappointed in my order. I ordered through the DoorDash app for a scheduled delivery for 5:35pm. I arrived at my exact time and my food was ready. When I got home (an approximately 7 min drive) my food was very cold and wings were overcooked. (Please check attached photos). For the price I pay for this food I expect it to be hot. This ruined my dinner night with my family.
It’s really bad service people are in the back talking not taking orders in time, we wait like 10 minutes and there was no line.. also the place it’s super dirty, I love my wings but y’all need to clean this. The food also takes a lot of time for just one small order.

I tried back a few times they answer abd hang up once i start talking. Horrible and the food was dry and cold..it was my first time ordering n will be my last time....
My mom came in to order tenders and was disappointed to find that the chicken was undercooked. I asked for the manger which her name was Isabela and she refused to give me a refund. I will not be coming here again this is just food poisoning.

The wings are either over cooked or super oily. I love Wingstop’s French fries, but these are always cold. I wish the owner would spend some time fixing this Wingstop, it is the only one in Watsonville.

I said I'm sorry when I originally told them if I could get a new batch, so it was a bit unfair. I could have been extremely rude if anything.

The wing stop here is probably the worst. I have been to several other wing stops and have not had an issue like the one here. I ordered wings and found them undercooked and way too oily. The management does not care for what they serve to the customers.
