I have to give a hands up to this crew. 2 people serving it hot and fresh. Online order and a line of cars. The lobby was closed and drive through only. Ordered extra Crispy got original I can roll with that. It was friendly, hot and fresh. Kudos to the crew.
This location is always out of something, extra crispy breast this time. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Original with one breast extra crispy a large cole slaw and sweet corn. Not that hard of an order. Tonight, they got everything right. Food was really good and the order was right when I got home.
The last couple of times that i have visited this KFC, they have really improved. The people working have been pleasant and friendly. The food has been good. And fast. The biscuits have been on point. Keep up the good work.

Food was kind of bland no real flavor and full of grease like was fresh dumped into buckets as soon as finished frying. Was a giant order ( grandma passed) . Web site was not working so called it in. Not all the biscuits were completely done. Gave us plenty of cutlery and plates napkins as well condiments.

Nice people and super fast! The food was decent although is usually better… seemed like the 2 piece meal wasn’t fried in hot enough oil because it was pretty greasy instead of crispy. The music was too loud but the restrooms were clean and the tea and drink selection is good (I usually mix Colonel’s Lemonade with Unsweet Tea)! The $5 Famous Bowl with spicy fried chicken is really good although it never seems like much food… until your about halfway through! Definitely not health food but overall it’s quick, cheap and pretty good food!
Get order wrong sometimes service is slow I went there for a chicken sandwich they asked if they give me fresh and I know they gave me the same one that they didn't put in my bag instead of a pot pie they gave me the first time wasted gas time and energy
With my luck, my family doctor eats here, too! "I'm sorry doc, I must have missed the call about my cholesterol count having doubled" So I boldly order the corn out loud before choosing original or spicy. Then I head out the side door to my car. This is when the meal began and my steering wheel and keys got all greasy. The only real negative about KFC usually is that their chicken sizes are smaller than other chicken places like POPEYES, and CHURCES! However in defence of them their $5.00 boxes and their 2 piece dinners all have drink choices, potatoes of choice, biscutes and a Cookie! The other 2 don't have a price like that for a similar meal! The price is a big factor for my Wife and I! However if they KFC could improve a little on their quality without raising prices that would be even better!
I ordered Mac & Cheese and received mashed potatoes. They don't listen or check orders. I was so hungry I just ate it. I ordered one other time and received no utensils. I won't go back any more. TY Debra
They got my order wrong. Ordered extra crispy and they gave me original recipe; found out when I got home. Also almost didn't give me a sandwich that I ordered. I had to ask if it was in the bag and it wasn't. Still good food though. Friendly and greeted me immediately.
The chicken sandwiches were ok. I had two little Chickie's 1 buffalo and 1 regular. My husband had the chicken sandwich. The top buns on mine were stale and impossible to eat. The bottom buns were ok, because that's where the Mayo and sauce were. The chicken tasted great. My husband's sandwich was very small, although tasty. I was surprised at how empty it was at lunch time. It was very clean and I love the seating. Define will give it another try.
The employees at this KFC are great. I ordered the 10 peice dark for $10. You can't really beat that. The chicken was very good. It was a little strange that they were out of white meat at 8pm. It was so cold we had to go outside and get our coats. We sat under a vent and it was blowing cold air. The air conditioning was on or the heat was broken, they said they could not do anything about it.
This particular KFC location has been both great at times and not-so-great at times. The service is always wonderful, great. The staff is very kind and courteous. But the quality and freshness of the food delivered has varied wildly over the past year or so, ranging from fresh, just cooked sizzling goodness, to 'been sitting under a burner for 45 minutes', to grossly overcooked, stringy, tough chicken one time. I don't mean to be unnecessarily harsh, as I do genuinely love the staff. The food quality is unfortunately very uneven, even for a fast food joint.
The food was good! However, the person that took my order through the drive thru window saw we had 2 people in our car & I ordered 2 drinks, 2 pieces of chicken & 2 sides of coleslaw. But they only gave me 1 fork & 1 napkin. Managers need to do a better job at teaching these kids some common sense. Or...maybe it’s too late!??
Food is of good quality. People are nice. They may not always have what you order without waiting 20-30 minutes. The facilities and grounds are in good condition. As far as KFC's go its upper middle to me. The service with a smile helps. But if you are going to have someone wait a half hour you may want to think about comping a drink at least.
Long time waiting. Waited inside for 10 minutes just someone take your order. After that waited another 15 minutes to have your order. I think next time I will order online. Because employees for KFC just concentrated for drive true customers, not pay atantion who stay inside.

Drive-thru attendant was very rude and had an overall horrible attitude. It was brought to the attention of the manager and he didn't seem very concerned about her at all. They were "out" of cookies for the box meal deals and didn't bother to mention it or even offer a substitute until asked about it. We had three meals that were supposed to have cookies and the manager only wanted to give us three more biscuits (which were old) or two sides of mashed potatoes (which were basically thick water. We were very dissatisfied with this KFC.
The lady at the drive through was very nice. I ordered a 4 PC meal and they told me it would be 15 min because they were out and had some cooking. I asked what they had and she told me tenders so I ordered those. When I got to the drive through window she took my card gave me my drink and then asked me to pull up and park and that it would 7 min because they had to cook the chicken. Ghe only reason I picked the strips was because I was told they had some. Again the lady was real nice but I struggle to understand how a place that specializes in chicken is out on a regular basis
Family meal was short 1 piece and the restaurant will not answer the phone so we can let them know about the issue. The chicken was dry also. In this day of high prices you expect what you pay for. Want go back, mainly because they want answer the phone and correct the issue.
Place has good food just the employees ALWAYS FORGET YOUR ITEMS YOU ORDER. Literally until red oak built a kfc I used to always go to Waxahachie KFC, never had a pleasurable experience where they put everything correctly in your bag always either circling back around or flagging someone down to remind them I had such and such and it’s not in the box. Unacceptable
I should have read reviews I guess before going. My fries were cold and got to my hotel room to find there was no silverware or napkins so not able to eat the Mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. And no receipt!
I am a former worker of kfc and I would like to say this store should be closed down. The staff treats each other horribly. The managers feels as if the team members should do all the work while they sit around and the environment is beyond filthy. I quit. This store should definitely be closed down. 0/10 would not recommend
Restraunt closes at 10:00pm and when we arrived at 9:46 the restraunt was dark on outside but lights on in the inside. We tried the door and it was locked. The female inside started laughing and kept loooking out at us laughing. We tried the drive thru and were able to order food. The women at drive thru was very nice and that was great or I would be doing more than just leaving review here.
The workers were nice but management is horrible. I ordered legs but was given thighs. I was told to come back the next day to get my legs and when I did I was told that I would have to pay for the legs. Wasted my time in line for this not to mention they wanted almost $7 for two legs.
Short and simple Don't even try it's a waste of time. I walked in to the front, A black lady with tattoos on her arm was making her way to the back then had to come back to the front cause of me. She got to the cash register she didnt even look up at me. Didnt say Hi none! The guy in the back say hi. Got a 10 for $10 a 12pc. wing large cold slaw and large mashed potatoes, the chicken was not fresh at all tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp mashed potatoes tasted like water and they forgot my cold slaw, I don’t normally eat from here but it’s what my kids wanted my oldest said this was the worst everything that she has ever tasted……$31 wasted down the drain 🤦🏾♀️
I went to the Waxahachie Texas on Wednesday October 17th at 4:30pm. The lady working the window was extremely rude and ignorant had no respect whatsoever! I will never go back to this KFC just because of her. I will make sure I tell all my friends. I have never been there this was my first time and it was pouring rain out and I could hardly see the board so I had trouble ordering and the worker was so rude to me I wanted to leave and not even get my food! If I could give less than one star I would. AND THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! I even had her read it back to me!
Today I was very disappointed. Didn't get what I ordered although I was willing to settle since I only paid for what was on ticket but didn't even get that as I saw when I got home. Most of my food was severely deep fried making majority of meal inedible. I do not recommend this particular KFC. Avoid and spend you money elsewhere. I know I will.
This place is filthy. The fried chicken is either refried for a minute after it's ordered, or it has been sitting under a heat lamp far too long. The mashed potatoes are watery, the biscuits are hard and dry, and the chicken pot pies have NO chicken in them. Avoid!
Terrible customer service. The girl that was so called helping us kept telling us that there was not any chicken when one of the workers brought out 2 pans of chicken but she said it was for the drive through. The worst thing was that she just walked away from the counter and left us standing there so we left. We will never go back again, well at least to that one.
We came here a few times and every time has somehow been worse than the last. They are either out of chicken way before they close or they give you the chicken gooey with the batter still not cooked all the way. And when my sister asked for a refund and pointed that out to them they were rude and obnoxious.

This is the 4th time in the last 6 weeks we called in a order and was told they would have to cook it would take 30 min.to be ready when we get here no chicken and would have to wait another 20 to 30 min. This is totally unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else.
This KFC needs to be closed down. Had to ask for everything. Knifes Forks Napkins. The chicken was reheated the mashed potatoes were watery. Tables dirty no tissue in the restrooms. The Corporate Leaders need to look at this location seriously.
Rude, slow staff, got order wrong in the drive thru. So I went back inside and I was very nice. But they acted like I stole their kids toys! I think I'll eat elsewhere next time.
I ordered through DoorDash almost an hour ago and they are still having to wait in the drive through line given that the inside is not open. Don't expect my business again anytime soon. This is the evening of 10/30/2020.

We came in for an early dinner, after sitting for almost 10 min at the drive thru with no response we decided to walk in, which turned out to be another mistake on giving KFC our business. The poor kid working the window kept asking management to please come out of the office to help me while he got orders ready for drive thru nothing no one ever came out! Needless to say a total of 20 min wasted without anyone helping me. I happen to like KFC but if this place doesn't change they will no longer get my business.
Ordered the original two piece meal fries was disgusting it was hard and almost burnt. How can you sell something so gross 🤮 fix it or close it down!!!. Whoever gave me those fries should be fired smh.
Do not go here!!! The employees are rude. I got a box meal and everything was just thrown in. I noticed they forgot something and went inside to let them know. I was ignored by the employee that made my order the first time and the second employee was not any better. Never coming back.
Horrible! When I walked in, there were 2 people in front of me. After 10 minutes, they has stop not gotten to the person in front of me. I watched as the cashier who handled money also went back to box the feed. She did NOT wash her hands or put on gloves. She did, however use her bare, dirty hands to pick up the chicken and put it in the box. I walked out along with several others.
Went last night at 9pm. It was an hr till close. They were out of a lot! Ordered the popcorn chicken with wedges and the $20 fill up with 8 pieces of chicken. I had to argue with them that it came with two mashed because they only wanted to give me one. Told them specifically I wanted 6 legs and 2 thighs. They came to the window and said they didn't have biscuits so did I want extra chicken? Cool, legs please. Checked my food before I left and there were no wedges... Brought it to their attention and the excuse was well "she," girl who took the order, didn't know we were out. So, you were just not going to say anything?? I asked for corn or macaroni, didnt have that either. So I got two cookies.. The chicken box was full of miscellaneous chicken, not what I asked for. They took it to fix it. Got home to discover I still had a box of mixed chicken!!! My family hates white meat, there were 8 breasts and 4 legs!! 8 breasts! I paid almost $30 for our dinner and had to throw half of it out!
Decided to get a 2 piece I stop eating fried food. I couldn’t eat it real greasy and wasn’t all the way cooked. Before drinking out my soda I have a habit of looking down in it. Something black floating believe me I want be going back.
Jose the manager messes up the orders, leaves you sitting out side waiting .knowing the whole time I’m waiting that I will receive the wrong order unless I get down and come innsode to fix it. After they brought the wrong order to my car, I went inside to see what happened. Jose stepped up and said he charged me the car behind me. I told them had I been given my debit card receipt, this could have been avoided. But he knew the the time I was waiting I had been charged the wrong order. He was rude and a bit argumentative . Another female stepped and politely tried to help. She stayed she was a MOD also. By tide time, I was annoyed by Jose and rudeness. I had for money back and went down the street to get the same $20 deal at churches and the next day at Popeyes. Proving the point to me that I do not have to put up with Jose and his rudness and lack of dt skills,
First of all, you couldn't understand what the man was saying, too much of an accent. Finally figured out he was telling us the dinning room was close, said ok,can we order to go. Yes. Only crispy. Said Okay 2 piece breast an a wing with mashed potatoes in a roll. No breast. We left.
terrible customer service. the girl was so unfriendly, no greeting at all, no hello or goodbye, and all the tables was dirty so we could not find a table to seat . i had to grab a tissue and clean one table by myself. worst experience in chain restaurant and we never go there again.
Only 1 pot pie available. Would take 18 minites for more so i ordered something else and hubby had pot pie. 15 minutes later someone else asked for pot pies and again were told 18 minutes? Why didnt they already make more? This has happened before. Counter by drinks was dirty and sticky with spilled drinks and floor under table was slick. Never a clean store. Employees are never friendly. Act like we are an imposition. Tried again 2 weeks later. Pot pie was sunk in middle and not much filling. Still not friendly. And there is an extension cord hanging from ceiling. What's that all about? Think we are done with this place.
Employees don’t want to be there. Asked for gravy on the side she said we can’t do that you can either get a side a gravy as one of your sides or a side of mash. Smells like a wet rag. Almost all tables dirty. They need to close the doors on this disaster of a franchise.
The Workers here are SO RUDE. We had to cancel our order and just leave because the worker couldn't answer a simple question. She just kept yelling at us through the intercom and all we asked about was water!! These places are getting worse with hiring the wrong type of people to work here. RUDE workers should not be allowed to keep their jobs where they SERVE people DAILY. If they hate their job why even work there in the first place!
Bad experience. Starting w/ ordering via drive-thru, to getting home w/ an incorrect order, to having to go back to the location, to them not putting the food in the bag correctly & then having all the gravy spill in the bag - soaking thru the bag & all over my seat & than having to pull over & go inside to get a mountain of napkins to clean up myself & my car. Yeah, like I said, not a great experience at all.
Can the General manager get a hold of me I have alot to say! This place needs to shut down or replace the management. I never seen such a renowned franchise be this *crappy* it's like they are short staffed everyday a manager is *never* there. So disgusted with this place, staff aren't rude but dumbfounded to customer inquiries. They move so damn slow and on top of that the cook sucks. The only reason they get business is because of the coupons & specials and lack of locations.
DO NOT stop at this one. 1st time they got my order wrong. No big deal, whatever. But TWICE in a row? Who cares if there's someone behind you, take the extra minute to check your order if you decide that you HAVE to stop at this particular location. See my other reviews: they are never biased, and after having been all over the world, I know bad service and exemplary service when I see it. This one is plain out BAD service.
Arrived 20 minutes before closing and they said they were closed because they were out of chicken. I wasn’t ordering fried chicken, just a drink and fries for my daughter which can easily be made. Then when I questioned why they couldn’t serve me the last called me a *itch. Don’t advertise you’re open til 10 if you just close whenever you want to.
Just picked up some chicken that looks like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for 48hrs. Then one of the employees ate half of it, put the other half in the fridge then warmed it up to put it in my bucket. Will be returning to get a refund hopefully. Absolutely crazy that grabbing dinner after a long day turns into a larger ordeal than just making it myself. I just wish someone there had an ounce of self respect and took pride in their work. Shameful. I ended up going to churches to purchase another box of chicken, theirs was perfect. Crazy how easy it is if you just care.
This is one of the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken places I have ever been to in my entire life. The chicken is always dry and the outside of the chicken is very dark like as if it's almost burnt. Poor customer service. One of the managers I spoke to on the phone to make a complaint sounded like she was high on drugs or something. How do they keep this place open.. I did find a place in Lancaster who has the best fried chicken it's called Williams chicken. It's always fresh and crispy.
Manager took order verbally, told counter clerk the wrong things. Did not discover error until I drove 5 miles to hotel. Called and was told to come back and bring receipt. Drove 10 mile round trip and was told I had to bring the meal package to get a refund for 4 missing chicken and 2 sides. Also no utensils on to go order. DO NOT EAT HERE or CHECK YOU HAVE WHAT YOU ORDER CAREFULLY.
Credit card machine is down went to get cash from and atm and asked him to cover the fee since I was out and still chose to give them business so the manager Juan walked off. He took our money and never made our order, after a few minutes went up and got a refund and went down the road to Raising Canes. This place is chocked full of incompetence.
So I'm currently waiting in line. I know the food is normaly good. Not great good. So far been waiting 25 mins. So frustrated because I always say I'm not coming back. But had to try the chicken and waffles. This could be kfcs best dish ever but I WILL NEVER come back here again. Any other location maybe. Not this location. The girl who took our order was sighing into the mic. Just rude. Thats why the current ratings are low.
20 mins late for online order, then was told another 30 minutes for original chicken. Had to make two phone calls to corporate for a refund that took 24 hours to get. Never again KFC
Incomplete order. Ordered Pot pies they were great chicken tenders where dry also ordered 4 got three and no biscuit. Also ordered large mashed potatoes and gravy didn’t see it in the bag so I asked because last time they gave me a small one. Server had a bit of an attitude and told me it was at the bottom, It was but there was no GRAVY!!! Keep personal feelings out of the equation please!
I'm not sure what the managers name is but the level of unprofessionalism and blatant prejudice/ racism my husband experienced is beyond me. He went in around 2pm to get us food and was grabbing drinks (post payment) when he was accused of taking 20$ from the drawer and told his order was cancelled because she couldn't figure out where the money went, which was null and void given he had been given change and a receipt was printed for his order. He was then made to wait around 25-30 minutes for his order while the drawer was counted, and she was antagonizing him, when the regular team member ( who did amazing, she's not the issue here the manager is ) was trying to give the food to him and she was told to put it back and sit it to the side. All the while a customer of Caucasian ethnicity comes in and it's all fine and dandy, a complete 180 in her mood and actions. He finally gets his food and gets home and we call to get the name of the manager and ask when she will be in so we can begin taking steps to rectify this professionally and her exact words were " are you calling about the 20$ from my drawer " and then refused to give us her name or when the general managers name will be in. It's 2023. Why he's even had to go through this is buck wild. To get zero respect and be accused of something when there's cameras they can roll back and check before accusing a customer of something and withholding something we paid for is wild. Honestly, something needs to be done about that. Trash service from manager. Her name was Kim, Connor or something, literally garbage.
I truly believe that every time we go there they are out of something. Either it's the famous bowl, white breast, tenders, etc. There was only one manager for about 2 months who had the place running on all cylinders. Recently not only so they not order correctly, they are rude and indignant! We are highly disgusted with them, they do NOT know how to provide any kind of good service.
Why bother ordering? They give you whatever they want. Ordered three chicken breasts. Got one breast, a thigh and a drumstick. When did kfc start putting leftover pot pies on their mashed potatoes and gravy? The coleslaw was sour and old. The whole meal was too nasty to eat.
I visited drive through recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) and it will be my last time. The man working the window acted like I was wasting his time. Rang me up, took my card, rudely handed it back through a small gap in the window along with my food with no receipt or a single word. I sat waiting for him thinking he forgot. He made eye contact and very rudely waved me on. Never got my receipt. I should have waited for him to open the window and ask for it but I drove away out of disgust. To top it all off my chicken was very dark and overcooked, yet soggy. Tasted like it sat there for hours. It was supposed to be "extra crispy". I have yet to be satisfied with the quality of the chicken, as this was not the first time. It is the last time for sure now. Let me add that I have worked in customer service and am very patient and polite because I know what it is like. Very disappointed.
Do not I repeat do not order from this KFC on any of the delivery platforms. On Friday night we ordered chicken, and we did not get our entire order and what we did get was not correct. The dasher said they had closed when she got there to pick up my order so it is safe to say they mire than likely just thrower me something together. On today my son ordered from them and they left off two items on his order. Please if you desire KFC steer clear of this one on Waxahachie, go to Midlothian instead 😡
I thought KFC was a chicken restaurant. Why are they are always out of certain pieces of chicken. I have been living in Waxahachie for about 5 months and every time I have tried to go to KFC they are always out of something. Today I went and specifically asked if they had the breast and wing $5 fill up and was told "yes we do". "Great, let me have that". They never ask if I wanted original or crispy...no big deal...I like both. I get home and I have a leg and thigh. That's my last visit to this KFC, I'll go to another city if I want KFC in the future. The guy at the window was friendly enough, but I was upset that he was being so friendly knowing he was giving me the wrong food. If they were out of white meat, he should have just said that, because that's what I was used to hearing every other time I tried to go there. Seems they only cook dark meat, which is fine...many people like dark, but if I order white meat that's what I expect or be honest and say we don't have it or just say this location only serves dark meat. At least I would know that at that location I can only have dark meat and when I go, I already know what to expect. Just don't tell me yes we have that and then give me something else.
I ordered 2 chicken breasts, one original and one crispy w mashed potatoes and bicuit. What I got was one original a second original that was dropped in the fryer. Dry with beads of flour that were hard as gravel rocks. The potatoes had been packed so long the white was gravy brown for a half inch in. My biscuit was flattered to tortilla status by the potato container and chicken on top. Geez people, biscuit goes on top! No spork to eat with, no napkins to wipe greasy fingers, no straw for the drink, which I didn't find out about until I was already back on the road. Argh!!! Where was my franchise standard on this day?
Service was absolutely aweful. Took 20 minutes to get from order point to leaving drive thru window. When i asked for napkins and sauces the lady at the window acted like she was put out. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet tea. The chicken strips were so over cooked that my dog wouldnt even eat them. The regular chicken was dripping withe ols grease that was so dark it looked like it had been run through an engine for 10000 miles. There were suppossed to be biscuits and there wasnt any. So for $46 i got some mashed potatoes and gravy and some cole slaw. When i called to complain all i get is an answering machine. I will never go to this establishment again!!!!
I called at 3:00 pm on a Thursday, to ask about hot wings. A black lady answered the phone. When I asked the price, she hung up on me. I called back, she picked up the phone, I said hello, I think we got cut off. She never said anything, then she hung up again. I called back. And once again she hung up. I called a fourth and fifth time but she would not answer. I waited about 30 minutes and called back. Now this was not rush hour or lunch time, a different girl answered. I told her what happened, she empathized but by then I was disgusted with KFC. And no I did not order nor will I ever go to the Waxahatchie location!
The chicken was gross, greasy and old grease smell and taste. I know it’s baked there. Tried to call but no one answered, manager just gave new bucket. Never going back so dissatisfied and disappointed.
I’m usually not one to complain since I’ve worked in food service, but I’ve never seen anything like this. My fiancé and I went today, and drove up to the drive thru first. After about 5 minutes of no one taking our order, we just went inside. There was no one working the counter, and there was just one man working in the back of the kitchen. BUT there were 5 employees on their lunch break sitting at the booths and tables. We stood at the counter, waiting, for maybe 10 minutes while all of the workers sat there and watched us. Honestly, I couldn’t believe it. I think it goes without saying that we got out of there. Don’t even know how it has stayed open this long.
If you order to go check your food. I ordered on the Kiosk I was told we dont take orders at the register unless you pay with cash. I ordered the 2 PC white changing the wing to a breast both extra crispy to share with my Mal. I get my order its 2 thighs original. I bring it back up I say the order is wrong!!!! The guy rolls his eyes at me takes it out of the box puts it back with the other chicken. Puts extra crispy in the box. I asked him are those breast he's says yea. I check it again its 2 tiny thighs. So back up there I go. The Manager finally took over for my order to be correct. I told her she needs to train him on what chicken is what. It wasn't even busy in there for this much screw up.
Workers are rude and lazy, the place is dirty and the food is always old after 7pm because they want to close early. They have roaches during certain months where i’ve seen workers putting CUPS over them while taking orders because there’s so many they can’t deal with them all. The one in red oak and ennis is better
A coworker and myself ordered 4 pot pies thru door dash and only received 3 and it was so late in the evening, they had closed already! BUMMER🥹
A macaroni cheese bowl and this was on a Tuesday plus a 8-piece mix original and extra crispy chicken. Macaroni and cheese bowl was overcooked taste like water slightly burnt the the chicken niblets that they put on top was dry and overcooked also. The eight piece the dark was dried out and the original was okay. I will not return.
Service is awful one has to wait an hour or more for order in the bottom of bucket there is dried so hard it's not eatable today there were three people waiting to place 4 order including myself there was also 4 workers osn lunch waiting for there orders for there order , of the store is pricey owm it is perfectly clear this store has no care for there customers you should
This place is awful. I would not order from kfc again. I wanted the chicken pie and biscuits. You said your stove is not working. Chicken is soggy and greasy. Nothing as ordered. Before a person orders let them know what you don’t have. I would not have ordered from you.
They need to change their hours because every time I’ve tried to go to this KFC they don’t open at 10 like the door says they can see you trying to open the door and it’s locked and they don’t come unlock the door.
Please do not go here..save yourself the stress and turmoil. The manager informed me there is nothing she can do after I burnt my tongue and thigh from there pre-made bowls. She says they leave them under the heater and now I'm walking around with scalded and swollen tongue. I called some management phone number that's outsourced and they claim upper management will return to call..I won't hold my breath
The staff does not know the difference between a breast and a thigh. I was charged for things I did not receive. When I went back to correct the charge, if the regional mrg was not there, I do not believe I would have been refunded for the breast order I did not receive. The employee told me the night before it was refunded, but it was not. I was given thighs instead of breasts. I was given another order for my inconvenience. I asked for 2 wings and a breast. I received 1 wing and 2 thighs. I did not feel like going back, so I let it go. Check your orders before you leave. Several customers were upset on that Friday night 7/18/25.
Very few customers and zero cars in the drive thru and we were still ignored in the drive thru for twenty solid minutes. Drove away and will NEVER go there again. No service whatsoever. They should shut it down if they don’t want to sell any food.
Not the quality I was expecting. Chicken breading was dark and no flavor. When was the oil changed? Darkness and flavor is an indication of old grease. Wondering how much sediment is in the bottom of the fryer. Get it together, used to be fantastic
Terrible service. I’ve ordered ahead twice, took 20 minutes to arrive, and both times I had to wait 10 minutes after arriving. The employees are lazy and don’t care. I filled a comment with the restaurant and received a generic email saying, we’ll try harder. They have horrible service, and don’t care. Stay away
It's so unfortunate that good service no longer exists overall in the food industry. I chose to visit KFC Waxahachie TX, instead of going a little ways down to Dickeys to purchase mashed potatoes and corn. Ihad been at the hospital with my husband all day, and that's what he asked for. When we got home, the corn was terrible. It looked old and partially burned. I contacted the manager to request a refund because I was too tired to drive back after the long day I'd already had. But she told me she was not allowed to give refunds and that there is a sign stating they don't give refunds posted. I'm not sure where that is. I didn't see nor look for it, but I guess we should all start looking for that in all restaurants First of all, that corn should not have been served to anyone. Heck, pigs and hogs wouldn't eat it. Secondly. there is no consideration for asking people to use their time and fuel to drive back to get another item that I really didn't want. Third, I assume they have a no refund disclaimer due to people requesting funds back because of unacceptable food being served to people, not to mention the ridiculous cost of an order of corn. Finally, we'd like to support this business but not when they are like this.
Today ordered from there for my cps clients and when we got to office so the kids couldn’t eat the chicken Bc it was horrible not done and the skin was still white w batter! The pictures i put doesn’t do it justice on how bad it was!! I called several time Bc i couldn’t get back up there no response! Everything in that family meal was bad except the drink! I’m definitely reporting the to the health department!!
