its been 14 yrs since I've come to LJS, and it didn't disappoint. same flavor that I remember, and the employee at this location was nice and seem to enjoy their job. 30 minute drive was worth it... 👍
Bishop was amazing and so helpful checking on all the customers making sure we were good and thanking us for our business! They were training a new employee who also was super friendly and greeted us with a smile (she was only 2 days employed and wasn’t wearing a name tag otherwise I would have mentioned her name as well) Very refreshing for a fast food business.
Thanks for the special, professional and very knowledgeable information of the menu from Patrice C. You're definitely 1 of a kind young lady & I'm grateful I stopped at this location for dinner. U greeted me with a smile, informed me of items and served me like I was a special customer/ a friend. Thanks for doing your job the way u did & I'll always stop here just bcuz of ur kindness, sweet spirit & professionalism. This location is truly lucky to have a great person as yourself working here. We were pleasantly greeted upon entering the restaurant. The order-taker (Ariana R-from receipt) was friendly and courteous. These people know how to provide great customer service! Food was hot, fresh and great! This was our 3rd visit recently and we WILL return!!
Service was great, people were friendly. Food was good quality but overcooked and old. It was barely warm.
Not sure why ljs changed there hushpuppies. But that was that main reason I ate there 30 times a year. Probly won't eat there but a couple times a year now. The waffle fries are hard. Unetable. Shrimp and precut fish about the same. Im sure gonna miss those hushpuppies.
I met my grandson over at this location to purchase food for him, while he arrived with a group from his Rescare. The manager was very nice and pleasant checking on the people. The front clerk was ok. The place was pretty decent.
Ordered here yesterday and the chicken was undercooked. It was fresh but not well done. I couldn't eat because it was rubbery. The inside was clean and the lady who took my order was pleasant. I will bring my receipt for a refund.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.!! Tried to use the online offer and code says invalid and it clearly states that it is available NOW . The offer does NOT work. Even the employee seen it for herself. Well I asked for the manager and was left standing for 20 minutes and nothing. I heard them say that they dont have time for it. Funny thing is everyone that was helped before and after are white. Im the only Hispanic there.......So I feel targeted for no reason. Why do you offer a promo that is invalid? And with a manager like that, I feel like they need to be relieved of their manager duties since they dont have time for the Hispanic customers. HISPANICS BEWARE!!!
Me and my wife went to the drive through and was ordering our food and we weren't done ordering yet and the person gave us our total. When we got to the drive through window the employee at the drive through window was rude to me and my wife. My wife asked for the manager and the employee at the drive through window was talking to us in a rude way. The employee finally went and got the manager and my wife explained to the manager what had happened and the manager acted like they could care less. Me and my wife will not be getting food from this restaurant because of the way we were treated today.
Says it closes at 10 and i pull through at 9:08 and it says its closed then i get trapped in line while they take 20 minutes to serve 2 cars ahead of me. CHANGE THE TIME ON YOUR WEBSITE!!
Manager rude and obviously could care less about his job!! Politely asked for his boss and he replied “I don’t know”! If your order is wrong then they will not fix it even after being told they would correct there mistake!! Do not waste your time
There was barely any shrimp on my plate the burger was ok but the chicken tasted like shrimp and I hate shrimp and food took forever to come to us.
I went through the drive thru. When I got home the fries were stale and the sides containers were only 1/2 to 3/4 full. I will never go there again. When calling to make a complaint, no one answered the phone
Fish was too greasy and waffle fries I'm not a fan of..... Cole slaw dressing didn't have much taste
Eye roll when we walked in from the cashier, she was rude and on her phone, no root beer at A&W, men’s restroom not working, floors sticky and gross. Food cold, bland, fries inedible, won’t be back.
Normally a decent place to eat , this time was not that. Food was horrible and old. Yes it was a off time of the day but that's no reason to service old food and the fries looked liked the grease in the fryer was old and dirty. Guy behind the counter is very nice but that doesn't make up for bad food. I used to frequent this location at least once a week , not now it will be a whole before I go back if I fo.
My family and I stopped by on Sunday and spent $72. I ordered the grill shrimp with rice green beans and corn. The rice was hard and not cooked well I went up the the cashier to ask for a refund since. She told the manager that was on shift (Alex). He got upset and asked if I wanted to order something else I said no I just want a refund he had such an ugly attitude he didn't know how to do a refund so he had to call another manager. At the end they just gave me cash because he couldn't figure out how to do a refund. The 2 younger employees were really nice and apologetic I believe there names were Jhamarcus and Aharyanna. I felt so bad for the 2 employees having to work with a manager like Alex.
Very disrespectful. I ordered online and then went in the drive through to pick up. We are continuously telling these loud women my name. Then I show my phone and show the address and they still claim they don't have the order. So then someone comes out of nowhere and says they found it. Come to find out, it's because THEY are mispronouncing my name and we're saying it the right way, they are confused. So the big one at the window, yells at my brother and says he needs "to give the correct name next time." So I need to mispronounce my name, the way THEY see fit so they can find my order. I also ordered the 3 piece FISH meal, I got CHICKEN. Do better and lose the attitudes.
I have always liked Long John Silver and A&W. Something for everyone. A few years ago we stopped going there because of terrible customer service. Today I went again and realized I forgot my wallet. So I told them to cancel my order before I completed my order. I left a and made it home where I checked if I could order online. And ordered. I wish they would have told me I could place an order online. Then I went through drive through and it says online orders have to go inside to pick up. It makes me wonder why they never have any traffic. To make things worse the fries were terrible. They were very chewy and the chicken was cold. I’m so disappointed.
One of the worst Long Johns I have been to. It was empty when we arrived and yet our food was out before I finished paying which means it was NOT fresh. $17 for food that was sitting under lamps for who knows how long. It made both of my parents sick. Never returning. Now we know why it's empty.
