Frequently asked questions about Snowflake Donuts
Snowflake Donuts Waxahachie Reviews
This Snowflake Donuts on Ferris has hot brewed coffee, unlike the one on Brown that serves it up in a insulated pump. Both are great choices for my weakness, eclairs and croissant filled with egg, cheese and choice of meat. I live closer to the one on Brown, but when I want hot coffee, I'll go the distance.
Tastiest place in Waxahachie! ONLY place to get Kolaches with and without cheese. Picture shows Snowflakes' tasty Kolache (left) and the nearest competitor's untasty Kolache (right).
A weekend staple w our 3 year old’s love for donuts. We come here every Saturday and Sunday and she typically gets a chocolate glazed donut w (or without) sprinkles... I’ve gotten their kolaches (A+), jelly filled (amazing), breakfast sandwiches (YES), and cinnamon bun (WARM IT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD). I have not experienced anything that I would not eat again, or recommend here. The owner typically slips a few donut holes in the bag for our little one free of charge, too. Outstanding people, and amazing treats!

Updated menu but no pricing. Love this place!
The staff was extremely nice and the food was incredible! I recommend the ham egg n cheese for anyone going!
Loved the selection available and it all looked amazing! And the sausage and egg croissant thing was sooo good! Would definitely go here again. Reasonable price for a dozen as well and the coffee was pretty good. Place looked really clean from what I could see and there was plenty of other drink options if you wanted something else. Staff was friendly too!!
The Best Donuts in Waxahachie! Definitely, the best Apple Fritters in Texas. Very friendly family working there. I love their breakfast croissant sandwiches; country style egg, with bacon or sausage and cheese. Gloriously delicious.
Employees very sweet and amazing, will come again, give everybody a raise!!!
Best donuts in Ellis County
Great donut place! The workers are friendly and quick! Their iced Vietnamese coffee was delicious!!
Delicious! Their bacon breakfast croissant is delicious and actually affordable. Their kolaches are so fluffy and soft and so good! Love the cheese and sausage along with the jalapeño ones too. Love this place.
I was amazed at the breakfast they offer? Large selection Priced to sell employees very respectful. They built the bldg wrong should have been way back with parking in front. It woud be a gold mine If it was...however you need to go and have breakfast.
Great place to stop for breakfast. It's might be take long for sometimes during rush hours i could understand, but it's totally worth to wait. I would highly recommend this place. Amazing service,, the lady who works there so nice and friendly.

Friendly people and incredibly delicious donuts 🥯🧁
Donut hole are one of my favorites
great place for a Sunday breakfast grab for the church. if you go, make sure you go in the early part of the morning. they tend to be a little long in the line. Pros : regular jelly doughnuts and not enclares, they sale monster zero sugar and the price is great. cons: long lines, the ham is from sandwich meat packaging and the breakfast burritos are sub par.
Donut hole are one of my favorites
The blueberry donuts were ok according to my kid but I ordered a breakfast taco and a sausage egg and cheese croissant and I can not recommend those items. The sausage was not entirely warmed up and both items had what tasted like that artificial nacho cheese sauce you’d find at a high school concession stand. If you like that type of cheese then congrats you’ve found your place.
The actual donuts were great but the chocolate tasted a little chemically imo. Would love ot if they offered a lightly glazed option and raspberry filling.
I visited the location on Hwy 77 in Waxahachie. It has a drive thru but it was backed up,so I went inside. It's a quaint little place with ok donuts, but just ok. Krispy Kreme it ain't,but who is? My grandkids seemed to like them, but that's no indication because kids love practically anything sweet. I got some lemon filled for me,but their filled offering was doughy, not light and airy, which is a must for a filled doughnut. The service was somewhat lacking as well.

I am so confused by the positive reviews here. Nice person behind the counter. But these are the worst donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I went to this place because it was open later than other (great) donut shops I am more familiar with, like Donut Palace and 77 Donuts. The worker gave me an extra donut with my order, which was fresh. But all other donuts, wow — heinous. It was a big box of a wide variety. I kept putting down the donut I was trying to eat and trying a different donut hoping to get a different result, and they just kept getting worse. Each donut was old and tough — so old that the icing had turned to, like, cold liquid pooling on the bottom. It was Monday morning, so I assumed it was because they were selling donuts from Sunday morning, or even before. I have never encountered this at any other donut shop in this town. Whatever has caused their donuts to be this bad, rather it’s just a low quality product or they are trying to sell days-old donuts, I wish they would rethink it. I’m giving two stars because at least the person behind the counter it was … prompt and nice? I would have rather had good donuts, though.

Would recommend ANY other donut shop in Waxahachie. Bad customer service and owners. Employe heard my order wrong, which resulted in a up charge. Refused to refunded me my original payment method. I should not be penalized for their mistakes. Will not be returning. Sucks when business can’t take accountability for their mistakes.
