Sunny is great at multi-tasking and provided the best food service I’ve had in years.
Don’t send me away from the drive-thru after I pay with the offer of “we will bring it to you” and then take 17 minutes to bring me the food . It is fast food with the convenience of a drive up window. This location often struggles to make gravy correctly , but today it was the long wait . There are 5 other restaurants selling chicken and strips/wings within a 1/2 mile of this KFC location. The manager or owner of this location better get it figured out or this location will soon be closed.
I don't want to trash the place, as delivery orders usually arrive fresh and tasting good, but I've now tried to order a BOGO Uber Eats offer 3 times and the restaurant has failed to include the BOGO Big Box all 3 times, even when I include a reminder in the notes. It's not on the driver, as the bags arrived sealed and the latest one said "inspected for quality and accuracy by SP", so of course the driver is going to believe that. Got to pay more attention to delivery orders.
We normally do not go to KFC. We thought what the heck since had just moved to the area. My wife ordered the Chicken Pot Pie. She thought it was all white meat. It isn't. This one was 90% dark meat. She did not like it at all. I had the wings with potato wedges. The breading on the wings was not like their fried chicken. It was crumbly. The potato wedges were either overcooked or setting under heat lamps to long. They were tough and not soft inside. The employee that served use not the friendliest. This must be why they are advertising for all new staff. Now we remember why we do not normally eat at KFC.
As it's the only KFC in the area by miles, kind of stuck with this store. If you plan on dining in, know that walk in customers are NOT a priority for the staff at this store. You will litterally wait until there are no cars in the drive thru and then if they feel like taking your order. Staff when they do take orders are anything but polite and friendly. I really feel like I'm in California when I go to this store, unappreciated and subject to a robbery.
Even though there were not any other customers in the store, there also was not any employees to help me. The drive through was not busy and there was no reason to be this unavailable considering there was at least 5 or more employees (from what I could hear). In the almost thirty minutes I waited, every now and then an employee would wonder into sight and then quickly walk away once they saw me and that they may have to do some work. The tables were covered in food debris and trash everywhere including the floor. Had I not been so hungry and set on chicken I would have left in anger but my patience and stomach got the best of me. The corn was dry and old, and the potatoes were equally a disappointment. The chicken was absolutely terrible and made me give up on my meal; soggy, cold skin covering dry, lukewarm meat that smelled of week old leftovers. I am appalled that this location of reasonable size and location performed so poorly, you have turned me of of KFC.
Went through drive thru and told it would be 16 min because they were just dropping a batch in. 30 min later I called to see if they forgot I was waiting out here and told it would be another 5 min. Ridiculous!
Horrible customer service, young lady did not let me finish a sentence and had an attitude when we pulled up. She rolled her eyes and cussed while telling another worker to take care of us. They told everyone to pull up to the side. Had 5 cars waiting by the entrance of KFC, blocking the roads. Then told us all to move so we had to go back into the drive thru like to get out. Took us over 30 minutes to get our order. While other people waited longer. Never coming back again.
Got a family 8 piece and seems like just because I don’t want to donate when I have several times doesn’t mean the staff needs to be rude and threw my food in the bag and on top of that half the crust is missing . Thanks I appreciate the disrespect. If you don’t like your job go home it’s that simple.
Staff would not serve us. They looked right at us and just ignored us. We waited for 15 to 20 mins. We ended up having to leave without getting food. They was not busy.
Please review your cameras at around 6:50PM on 11/15. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and couldn't get acknowledged by staff. When I finally called out to the back, the drive through worker literally screamed at me that they were busy and only had 2 people working. I might give this guy another chance, but I'd definitely fire whatever manager put them in this position by staffing 2 employees on a Friday night. If you're corporate, shut this place down or increase your staff budget. This looks terrible on your brand. It'll be a few years before I give any KFC another chance.
Sad how this place has turned out. Had to wait almost 10 minutes on chicken to be made, and after 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru they bring me the wrong order. Get home and the food looks like it has been sitting out for hours. NEVER AGAIN! GOOD BYE !!
Got a 5 piece tender meal with fries and a Mac and cheese. I live less than 10 minutes away from the KFC so I am extremely confused how all of my food is ice cold. I haven’t eaten KFC in about a year but all of the food was extremely disappointing. Won’t be back again…
I have never had any issues with KFC. Until today. Pulled into the drive through around 545 or so this evening. This location was not very busy at all. Ordered a 12 PC dark with 2 large sides. From the very beginning, the young lady running the drive-thru seemed very unsure of what she was doing. Pulled up to the window and she took payment but failed to offer a receipt. Ok, no big deal. We were immediately asked to pull around to the side of the building and that she would bring our food out to us. Two vehicles pulled into the drive-thru after us, ordered and were also asked to pull around and park. Young lady comes out with food and asks if we ordered the 8 pc. We said no and told her what was ordered. The two vehicles after us received their food before we did. One pulled away, one stayed. The one that stayed got out and had to take his order back in because it was incorrect. Came back out 10 minutes later and he said they still didn't get his order correct and he decided to take the food and leave. Young lady comes back out and was asked what was the problem as we were still waiting to receive our food. She had to ask us AGAIN what we ordered and again, it was repeated back to her. 10 minutes later, she's back asking us yet again what we ordered and could she see our receipt. Told her that she never gave us a receipt. She then asked us to check said bank account for transaction, she was told no. We reverified what was ordered and she said she believes she charged us for an 8 pc and that her manager needed to know. By this time, we had been sitting there for a good 30/45 minutes. We told her that we just wanted our food, that this mess-up was on them, not us and that it should be corrected as such. All in all, we must have spent a good hour at this location just waiting on our fast food. Working in fast food is not a hard job nor a difficult concept. I'm very unclear as to how it took almost an hour to get our food, food that they had no problem taking payment for immediately. Upon leaving, we passed by Raising Cane's and they were booming. Had a line in the drive-thru and were still getting people out. I now understand why this KFC was as dead as it was. I'm not really sure what the management is doing at this location but the service definitely needs some improvement. Honestly, if I could have rated the service less than a 1, I would have. Do better, KFC!
$3 for an extra order of fries, and they didn't even fill the container halfway. There's literally 8 individual French fries in this box that cost $3. And these are normal sized French fries, not much bigger than McDonald's. You're better off going to one of the other chicken places nearby where you will get what you pay for
Drive thru, we waited at the order speaker for 5 mins. There was no one in front of us, and only 2 cars in the dinning area. First item we ordered, would take 25 mins to make. Asked if they could substitute, apparently no they cant. Being in a hurry, we ordered something else. Get to the window, pay, and informed it would take an additional 10 mins to make our food. Asked for the receipt, we were ignored. We pulled around and waited at the dinning area like instructed. Waited 15 mins. Went inside, proceeded to wait another 7 mins. Again asked for receipt when they finally handed us our food, was again ignored. We were in a hurry, and left quickly to pick up kids from an event. Fond out we did not have all of our order as we were leaving. Do NOT waste your time at this KFC. Completely ridiculous.
Staff are too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge my existence. Then, when she did come to the counter, she was smacking her gum. What is the manager thinking when they have this type of people representing the company? I would not recommend this to friends, family, or anyone. Just be warned. Extremely RUDE.
I ordered my chicken strip Dip Em meal online and they said it would be in 12 minutes. I drove to the store in 15 minutes and they told me to wait in the parking lot for my food. 26 minutes later they brought me my food. The chicken was great. The potato poppers were like eating wet cold wallpaper. I will seriously consider looking for another location for my meal in the future
