I have never been to Dig before I started working down the street from them. They are now one of my favorite places to eat, especially because the service at this location is so wonderful. Jasmine is so friendly and always willing to help the customer out. We have come in with groups as big as 25 people, and she takes every order with a smile on her face. Her great service and the delicious, nutritious food has my organization consistently coming back. Whether it's catering or walk-ins, I know that Jasmine and the rest of the crew at this location will get it done. Thank you!!

It’s my first time trying & it did not disappoint!!! Really good Delicious food! Welcoming team members. I ordered pork tenderloins with kale salad (kale was really good) macc & cheese & the tomatoe cucumber salad - I really enjoyed everything in my bowl. I recommend it & the bathroom is very clean)

Dig Inn is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants! Whenever I order from here I feel like I’m eating a home cooked meal. The options are healthy, everything always tastes great, and the price is genuinely so affordable I never feel guilty splurging to eat out. I’ve ordered sides from here for Thanksgiving a couple times as well - 10/10 recommend

I am impressed, DIG was definitely impressive. Oh my God, DIG was actually magnificent. DIG you are most certainly amazing, I had a lovely experience here yesterday. DIG has an overall outstanding vibe and a fun crowd that hangs there. Flavorful menu items at very good prices, fantastic mood to unwind at. Yummy menu items and superb service. Every single thing we had here was spectacular. They got a phenomenal menu also. Very tasty and also nutritious. And employees were extremely polite and friendly. The people are super kind and it really is so good to just be there. Bonus that their service is so outstanding, they are so fast and helpful. I'll go there again for sure. DIG: Overall it is a fantastic place. Overall it was a very good experience.

Loved 787 Coffee! Andre was super friendly and helpful with ordering suggestions. I ordered their Horchata Latte with Rum beans and it was amazing. By far the best Horchata latte I’ve had. The ambience was really cozy and inviting too. All around great place, definitely recommend.

787 was the first stop of our trip, on recommendation from our hotel staff, and I had to make it the last before we left as well. The service from Santi and Anderson was so warm and friendly, they truly make you feel at home in one of the busiest cities in the world. The coffee is steamed so well and they offer a wide range of unique bean roasts. The horchata latte made with the rum beans was absolutely delicious and I will miss it when im back home! On our last visit I decided to get a sticker that was designed by one of the owners as a keepsake. Thank you for the warm space and delicious coffee on a chilly visit to the city. I was greeted by the two barista who were very friendly and explain the coffee selections to me, but also help troubleshoot the printer that was having Wi-Fi issues. I am absolutely obsessed with this coffee shop. The people who work there are so nice, friendly, welcoming…and they work so hard, you can tell in how they create such amazing craft lattes. This is their profession, their passion, and their life’s work and it shows in the quality of their product. I went to this coffee shop every morning I was in NYC and was just stunned at how good their lattes are - I always got the Dulce de leche latte with 4 shots of espresso and coffee beans called “Whiskey”. I have never been to another cafe this religiously. If you want to visit a coffee shop where the coffee is incredible, the people friendly, and an atmosphere that is relaxing and rejuvenating, then go here!!!!

What an amazing Cafe this is in the lower downtown Manhattan. Coffee, Food, Ambiance, and above all the customer service all is super amazing. Javier has to be the coolest and most helpful barista who not only guided on selecting the perfect coffee but got us to modify the sweetness level as well. The place is done so well and has all types of seatings available. They also have electric charging slots as well as USB and C type outlets. They have a nice washroom as well. This place is quite popular for people to work on their laptops. They also have in-house printing, and copying facility with a printer. This is a really nice spot on your way to and back from the Staten Island ferry as well. A great coffee spot and almost part of the New York Coffee experience.

Out-of-this-world coffee. Friendly, helpful and informative service. Wonderful coffee/café vibe, with a very welcoming inclusive mood. Hilarious commentary throughout the shop. Now the coffee - mind blowing good! I had the whiskey ..."bathed in oak barrels, allowing them to absorb the velvety goodness of whiskey, creating a unique coffee experience that is both fragrant and truly special". Direct quote because I cannot improve this description. As an avid scotch drinker, this was a marriage of whiskey and coffee that I will remember. This is a must visit and experience.

This place is AMAZING!!! The service, the coffee and food are 10000000/10. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Since it was my first time they took the time to walk me through their different Puerto Rican coffee beans and I ended up getting the Coquito latte. The coffee was PHENOMENAL. I also tried their signature empanada and it did not disappoint. So delicious, savory, and light! The perfect snack to compliment my coffee! The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting! I ended up staying a while and grabbed another empanada! The stickers and merch are worth checking out as well! I ended up getting the sticker pictured. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Every time I’m in the city I will be making a point to stop here!

787 Coffee is a fun Puerto Rican coffee spot with a unique twist — they serve coffee in plastic bags, which makes the experience stand out. I tried the iced dulce de leche latte made with whiskey beans, and it was delicious. The flavor was rich and sweet, and it felt like a treat. That said, it is definitely on the expensive side for coffee, but still worth trying at least once for both the taste and the novelty factor

Went in for lunch and asked the young lady at the counter to explain the options for the meal. We knew that first you had to pick a protein, then, pick three sides. "Uh, which of these are sides?" I asked. "Whatever you want to eat," she said. It was a very big selection of unlabeled sides. I found this reply very unhelpful and dismissive. I walked one block south to Little Beet, where the young lady at the counter demonstrated excellent customer service, respectfully explaining my options exactly. If you're going to Dig, consider trying Little Beet instead!

I was here this afternoon when I ordered online to be picked up at 11:40, service was extremely slow and I didn’t get my food until 12:40. At that point my break was over and I had to hurry back to school. When I opened my sandwich it was burnt and the mashed potatoes was oozing so much butter it made me feel unwell when I didn’t even eat half the container. I was extremely disappointed in the entire experience :( Edit: i got food poisoning

If you want to feel sick-eat here! Twice I had stomach upset and pain after their meals so three strikes, they are out!!!!

really tasty coffee with deceptive business practices. We all understand an upsell but saying “which of these 3 beans do you want?” and all three come with a $3 up-charge and no mention of a 4th option feels slimy
