The staff up front are very professional and always smiling. Drive thru is much quicker than other braums in the area. One of the cleanest stores in dfw.

From the moment we walked into Braum’s, we were met with a warm and friendly greeting that set the tone for an incredible ice cream experience. The children’s excitement was palpable as they eagerly named off the colors of ice cream they wanted, and the patient staff member behind the counter took the time to let them try different flavors. Their ultimate choice, mint chocolate chip, was deemed both “green and delicious!” I indulged in a root beer float, and the generous employee even hooked me up with an additional scoop, adding to the joy of the experience. What impressed me further was the overall affordability for our family of 4, the immaculate cleanliness of the place, and the well-maintained tables. Braum’s not only delivered on delicious ice cream but also created a warm and welcoming environment that turned a simple outing into a memorable family experience. Five stars for excellent service, quality treats, and an atmosphere that feels just right!

I get the large chocolate yogurt in the waffle cone. Best I've ever had. It calls to me like the sirens of the Iliad.

After a long afternoon raking and bagging leaves with the nephews and nieces, we wanted to eat somewhere fun so we chose this Braums location instead of our usual Braums. This Braums was way busier but the staff is just as friendly, patient and helpful. We were able to get all our burgers, fries and ice cream quickly. We hung around for a little bit to talk before leaving.

Great ice cream store with plenty of eat to get into parking. Store is older but in great repair. Counter order your food and have a look through the glass counter at all the ice cream flavors, select your favorite for a cone, ice cream sundee, shake or a malt. You can't go wrong with any of them. Highly recommend for a meal or just an afternoon delight.

This the best ice cream in town for the lowest of low prices! Every time we have visitors from out of town we bring them here and they are amazed by the ice cream and price!

I had the Country Breakfast with gravy. Everything except the hashbrowns was great! The problem with the "hashbrowns" is that they are too greasy, overcooked and rarely hot. I didn't eat inside so no stars for Atmosphere. Service is always 99.9% or better.

This location is small but efficient. The parking lot, drive thru and even line up inside is pretty tight if they get busy but their staff knows how to plow thru the orders of families and sportsball teams. They have a decent amount of seating and somehow have carts for the little bitty store. At times the store and restaurant (especially restrooms) have been less than tidy but zero problems with employees or food area cleanliness! Sometimes the employees are definitely tired or so busy but they start courteous and professional. Our favorites are yogurt twist, double dip waffle cone, small sundae, veggie dips, gallon of A2 milk, chicken sandwiches and of course, bag of burgers for the kiddos! I grew up with a very large Braums and my grandmother worked for Braums family, my aunt for a store and me for the restaurant very short term. So my standards are high but my family and I will keep going back!

I love this place . Chocolate chip cookie dough milk shake with nuts is a must try here ! Ambience is really good , neat and clean surroundings. Although staff is low on energy maybe because of the hectic running of ice cream parlour. Overall you’ll not leave disappointed and might comeback again .

I visited Braum’s Ice Cream last night with my son, one of our favorite restaurants. I ordered a Double Hamburger for myself and a regular one for my son, followed by a Banana Split for dessert. The food is always wonderful, and the service is excellent. The staff are well-dressed, made-up, and always wear ear-to-ear smiles. I appreciate how they treat everyone respectfully and equally. My only concern was the cleanliness of the restroom, which was not up to standard. However, this is a minor detail compared to the overall experience. I’m still giving five stars for the outstanding service provided.

Braums is Braums they are set up exactly the same no matter what town you are in. The difference is the employees at each location are what makes one more enjoyable than another. In my experience they have always been helpful and courteous, I have been to no less than 20 plus locations in Texas and Oklahoma.Not the best prices but the quality is A1. Service varies but all in all a solid A. Their prices are very comparable to most grocery store chains. And of course the Ice cream is what most people go to Braums for, and that is what brings customers back over and over.

This place is fantastic. Staff was spectacular and accommodating. We got two cones and two banana splits. We customized the splits into whatever ice cream we wanted. Ice cream was fantastic. The line was long for a Tuesday night but was worth it. Thank you again for serving ice cream.

Went to this outlet for first time . Larger then the Irving outlet . Has a nice white coloured dine in area. Have separate billing for food and ice cream and for milk and groceries. Visited Braum couple of year back then a2 milk was not available but now they have a2 milk that is one good thing as cheaper compared to other stores. Apart from that the milk product and packed food options have also increased. Got yoghurt and cottage cheese.

Love the place for their ice-creams! Never had a bad experience with Braums - they have way too many flavors of ice cream to chose from and you can even play around with the flavors for either the milkshake or the malts. Their milk is excellent!

Braum’s ice cream & dairy is name of quality dairy products. Specially when they do offer “Buy 2 for 6” on a gallon of fresh milk.

Came in late on a Monday night and the ice cream was very good and service was fast. Only thing I would like to see more is a cleaner restaurant. Floors were very dirty and could use a good scrubbing.

These people overall do a great job. There are variations between stores, some better than others, but overall you won't be disappointed. I like their frozen yogurt cones. Really good and priced right. The small one is plenty large for me. I like their burgers as well, great quality for the price. We use their chicken breasts for cooking. They aren't bargain priced, but the quality is tops. You get what you pay for. We buy A2 milk in half gallons. They keep way beyond the expire date if you keep them cold and don't leave it out for more than a few minutes. We are talking summer in TX where the house might be 75 degrees inside. I like thelir flavored yogurt. The cherry, blueberry, and blueberry pomegranate are my favorite flavors. Keep these cold so mold doesn't grow on the top foil. Expect to have a wait for grocery checkout if the store is busy. Some stores have the drive through blocking some parking places. Sometimes the tables aren't as clean as I would like.

We went to grab a burger and a shake. The Burger was ok and the shake was wonderful. Service was a bit slow, but, that may have been because of the drive through line...it is not the best burger in town but decent, and we didn't really like the fries 🍟 as much as we like them in other burger places, they were lacking that fresh crisp and were soft... With that said it is definitely one of the best ice cream places that got that "old school" comforting taste. So to recap, it will not be my first burger choice, but, thinking about an ice cream desert or a shake...this place will be at the top if my list.

Overall I think braum's has a fantastic homestyle Burger.. I personally think it's better than in and out and way way way way way better than Whataburger... Very clean.. staff has been consistently great.. and really good ice cream 🍨 along with many other sundries.. absolutely recommend

Ice creams are their speciality. They sell very special different varieites of ice creams both for dining and take out. Also they sell a little grocery along with some frozen items. If you are a butter lover, do not miss it in Braums. Also milk is too special ay Braums.

Everything always taste great, fresh and am never disappointed. Would be a 5 star if not for the outdated menu prices. Their menu list a bag of burgers with cheese for 7.75 but it's over 10$. When I asked they just said the menu is old. Which is understandable but it should be changed.

Ice Cream Chain - Admittedly, I went in with low expectations, but received good customer service! I tried their New Pimiento Bacon Jalapeno Burger and it wasn't bad. I ordered a small (think pup cup size) froyo w/fruit. Friends ordered malts, which is one of the few places that still offer in the Plano area. The establishment also offers a variety of hand dipped ice creams, and convenience groceries.

Nice ice cream place with a retro style setup. Loved the ambiance not flash and simple. Liked the items.

Really good flavors and options! Personal favourite is Birthday cake. You get 2 ice-creams tubs for 7$ which is amazing!

This is one of my favorite spots! The ice cream is always on point as well as the amazing food. I have never been to this location, but it was great customer service with a homely atmosphere.

The good is that they have the best milk, eggs & bananas. We don’t buy them anywhere else. Their ice cream is good too. The bad is that this store can be nasty. Usually with dirty tables. Sometimes we have to choose 5 or 6 tables to get a clean one. For that reason, we don’t eat there. But today, when checking out milk and eggs, the checkout counter was really bad! There was spilled wet milk all over. The cashier just ignored it. When I commented and was trying to keep my groceries out of it, he just made the belt go forward where he couldn’t see the wet milk. When you look, the whole conveyor belt and the scale are NASTY! Come on, employees, you can do better. I would gladly wash it myself if I had a clean rag. Maybe I’ll start bringing my own wet, clean rag and wipe my table before I can enjoy an ice cream. I’ll have to remember to take it to the cashier counter too. Terrible.

Needs a remodel and the bathrooms are quite old. We loved the 🍔 and 🍦. Staff was friendly 😊.

The young girl who took our order was the highlight of our trip. The woman (blonde manager) was just flat out rude. Skipped over our order. Complained in front of us and other guests about her staff disappearing on her but she had just ordered one to do dishes and another asked to use the bathroom and she complained about the poor girl saying “again????” Manager was snippy when asking what again my husband had ordered. She made his shake not at all the recipe cookies and cream he had asked. My husband said maybe we don’t come as soon as they open, but they’ve been open since 6!

Took over 20 minutes to receive dine in meal. Arrived around 6pm before the dinner rush. Seemed like they were concentrating on the drive thru line. They could've at least made my shake to drink while I waited. Food order announced and no shake. Another 10 minutes. Food was fine but I would've eaten anything at that point.

Hamburger patty was cold and squishy, and I requested well done. Fries were ok. Staff was neutral, didn't talk. There was a big group of very loud kids, Noone called down. Couldn't hear ourselves talk even after we moved to the far corner.

When I tried to uphold them to their policy of getting a $5 gift card if you don't get a receipt at the window. First she argued with me about it and when she "gave" it to me... at my next braums experience I discovered she gave me an empty gift card with no money on it. It was the black manager, an older lady. Very rude.

They literally were complaining about my order right in front of me and how they didn’t wanna do it.

I ordered a medium vanilla malt and as I was about half way thru it the straw became obstructed. I could not blow it clear then small pieces of the thick heavy substance come thru thr straw. It was unblended Malt powder.

We didn't have a good experience at this one, the people in the drive through asked me 3 times in 30 seconds if i was ready to order when there was a full line if cars ahead of me so i wasn't holding anyone behind me up. This result in me having an anxiety attack (i already didn't have a good day). As for the food, the burgers were a little salty, and they forgot my fries. I went back to get it remade and the manager on duty (Romer) wasn't very understanding but he did agree to remake it.

Came here with my wife today and service was horrible. The lady taking the money spoke very rudely to my wide and she was very confused as to why. The gentleman taking orders in the drive through didn't say anything even after my wife had said, "Hi. "Multiple times. When he finally took our order he was rude as well and my wife had to prevent me from saying anything. Aside from the customer service the shakes were like any other braums. I personally will be going to sonic from now on.

I ordered a banana split and got a double strawberry sundae. I didn’t know a large was the size of a medium at least that’s what it looked like. Unfortunately I don’t think I would give them another chance. I will be doing research trying to find a decent banana split. I gave 2 stars on the fact that the sundae was okay.

Pictures kind of speak for themselves, but I was very disappointed! It was supposed to have mustard and extra pickles, it had ONE pickle! That burger looks like a 3 year old made it😡. Braum's quality has continued to decline at an astonishing rate. They hire all these young kids and nobody bothers to MANAGE them and TEACH them about customer service and how to put together a DECENT, CORRECT BURGER that a customer doesn't mind paying for! I am not a pig, I do not like SLOP and THAT BURGER WAS SLOP!!!!!

Unpleasant sulfur like smell when we walked in. Tables, seats, and floors are filthy. Live roach was seen as leaving the restroom. I definitely would not eat at this location again.

The girls; the manager and the staff are rude. They disrespect people in their drive through and then laugh about it while their mic is on. As a owner I would never allow the faces of my company to be so shallow and disrespectful. Very disappointed in the integrity of the location. Corporate should do better staffing their facilities. Great time if you don't interact with the staff though.

I came with my family sadly about to close but we came all happy. But really the employee gave us the cold stare and really did seem annoyed of our presence. Everythime we asked for something she rolled her eyes and in the end the place was very dirty

We shop here once in every week for milk and ice-creams. Banana split is our favourite. Atmosphere needs to be remodelled and under staffed. Lately, we observed that A2 whole milk from the last two weeks are curdled before two days of expiry.

Staff had no clue.. did not even know what was on their menu.. even after explaining it, to they did not know how to make a cocoa banana Sunday..

Old. Outdated. No drive thru. Understaffed. I and a mother with her toddler waited roughly 10 to 15min to be served and finally we all walked out when we grew tired of waiting. The ice cream selection is slim compared to other locations as well.

This is what I got as a medium fries. Based on braums thats a small even if. Then I have to beg for dipping sauce and they keep lying to me they have no sauce. They literally told me they only and only have ketchup in the entire store for the dipping sauce. When i called Braums they said they have no shortage of any products right now. Why would you lie to your customers. Just ask for the money. And I got no straws or napkins. Absolutely Ridiculous

What in the world is this! A baby scoop in this adult waffle cone. SUPER disappointed!! My husband's cone looked liked they smashed his ice cream in the cone, it wasn't a scoop.

Husband went to Braums to buy frozen yogurt and the sales lady told him they were 2 for $7 did he want to get another one. So he said yes and went and got a second one. When the lady rang it up the price was higher. The store manager came over and was irritated with my husband and said the sale was only on the weekends! My husband got upset because it was the sales clerk that told him they were on sale!! Never again….we will go elsewhere!

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich a week ago. The sandwich was terrible and had water pouring out of it. This is a very nasty burger. The ice cream was good though. I would come here for ice cream I wont be coming back for a burger.

This Braums is always dirty. Tables and s3ats have food and dried ice cream on them. One of the shades has had a large streak of ice cream on it now for months. I wonder what the last report by the health inspector was rated at?

I just bought some Chili. It should be called Beans with a sprinkle of meat. Half the beans were hard (under cooked). I will not be buying this again! Last year it was meaty, but it’s far from that.

They wouldn’t let me buy gallons of milk in drive through and I literally have a broken leg, in an uber, and they refused and said I had to come inside. Booooo bad service

We ordered three hamburgers and a milkshake on Saturday, and afterwards we all got sick. We got food poisoning. My 22-month-old baby has a fever and diarrhea. My husband is unwell. I've had diarrhea for three days and can't eat anything. I'm worried about my baby. I will never go to Braums again. The food is very, very bad. I deeply regret it. All three of us are sick because of it. The food was definitely old.

Would rate 0 if I could. Got there and had a order of 7 things, the employees were showing that they were annoyed about this and being very very rude,tossing our items to us and snatching them away, yelling and cussing in the background. Over half of them items were wrong. It’s a damn ice cream shop, of course you’re going to get family orders sometimes, if you don’t like it then go somewhere else. These employees were so rude and lazy. They need to be fired after this.

I recently ordered a brownie sundae, expecting a simple treat. The ice cream was fine, but when I went for the brownie, it was completely dry and hard—far from what you’d expect. Following the instructions on the receipt, I politely went to request a replacement or refund. The young girl who assisted me was sweet and professional, and after checking, she confirmed that the other brownies were in the same condition. Unfortunately, the situation quickly turned sour when an older man, whom I can only describe as dismissive and rude, approached. Instead of listening, he accused me of “eating and then coming for a refund,” completely ignoring the facts. His tone was condescending, and when I tried to explain, he simply shrugged me off. Customer service is about respect and courtesy. Mistakes happen—it’s how you handle them that matters. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but instead I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. If this establishment wants to keep loyal customers, training older/elderly staff on how to handle feedback without hostility is essential.

Every time I come to this Braums, it feels like I’m entering an alternate universe. Tonight was the worst though. I asked for vanilla with hard shell—they gave me a hot fudge sundae. Ordered my husband a scoop of cookies & cream in a cone—they handed me a drink cup with the ice cream upside down inside it, cone sticking out the top like a dairy experiment gone wrong. When I asked why, they looked at me sideways and said “it is in a cup” like I was the crazy one. Came back the next week and was told they don’t even carry hard shell. Why didn’t anyone just say that? I’m exhausted. Please give me a prayer and a normal ice cream experience. Please.

Went here for dinner. Got a crispy chicken sandwich. They were busy so I would think the sandwich would be fresh. No it was not. Cold double fried and tiny. This was bad. How could you use an old chicken patty and expect someone to eat it. Hard, stale and small. Won’t be ordering from Braum’s chicken again. Horrible
