Came here with my wife today and service was horrible. The lady taking the money spoke very rudely to my wide and she was very confused as to why. The gentleman taking orders in the drive through didn't say anything even after my wife had said, "Hi. "Multiple times. When he finally took our order he was rude as well and my wife had to prevent me from saying anything. Aside from the customer service the shakes were like any other braums. I personally will be going to sonic from now on.

I ordered a banana split and got a double strawberry sundae. I didn’t know a large was the size of a medium at least that’s what it looked like. Unfortunately I don’t think I would give them another chance. I will be doing research trying to find a decent banana split. I gave 2 stars on the fact that the sundae was okay.

Pictures kind of speak for themselves, but I was very disappointed! It was supposed to have mustard and extra pickles, it had ONE pickle! That burger looks like a 3 year old made it😡. Braum's quality has continued to decline at an astonishing rate. They hire all these young kids and nobody bothers to MANAGE them and TEACH them about customer service and how to put together a DECENT, CORRECT BURGER that a customer doesn't mind paying for! I am not a pig, I do not like SLOP and THAT BURGER WAS SLOP!!!!!

We ordered three hamburgers and a milkshake on Saturday, and afterwards we all got sick. We got food poisoning. My 22-month-old baby has a fever and diarrhea. My husband is unwell. I've had diarrhea for three days and can't eat anything. I'm worried about my baby. I will never go to Braums again. The food is very, very bad. I deeply regret it. All three of us are sick because of it. The food was definitely old.

Would rate 0 if I could. Got there and had a order of 7 things, the employees were showing that they were annoyed about this and being very very rude,tossing our items to us and snatching them away, yelling and cussing in the background. Over half of them items were wrong. It’s a damn ice cream shop, of course you’re going to get family orders sometimes, if you don’t like it then go somewhere else. These employees were so rude and lazy. They need to be fired after this.

I recently ordered a brownie sundae, expecting a simple treat. The ice cream was fine, but when I went for the brownie, it was completely dry and hard—far from what you’d expect. Following the instructions on the receipt, I politely went to request a replacement or refund. The young girl who assisted me was sweet and professional, and after checking, she confirmed that the other brownies were in the same condition. Unfortunately, the situation quickly turned sour when an older man, whom I can only describe as dismissive and rude, approached. Instead of listening, he accused me of “eating and then coming for a refund,” completely ignoring the facts. His tone was condescending, and when I tried to explain, he simply shrugged me off. Customer service is about respect and courtesy. Mistakes happen—it’s how you handle them that matters. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but instead I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. If this establishment wants to keep loyal customers, training older/elderly staff on how to handle feedback without hostility is essential.

Every time I come to this Braums, it feels like I’m entering an alternate universe. Tonight was the worst though. I asked for vanilla with hard shell—they gave me a hot fudge sundae. Ordered my husband a scoop of cookies & cream in a cone—they handed me a drink cup with the ice cream upside down inside it, cone sticking out the top like a dairy experiment gone wrong. When I asked why, they looked at me sideways and said “it is in a cup” like I was the crazy one. Came back the next week and was told they don’t even carry hard shell. Why didn’t anyone just say that? I’m exhausted. Please give me a prayer and a normal ice cream experience. Please.

Went here for dinner. Got a crispy chicken sandwich. They were busy so I would think the sandwich would be fresh. No it was not. Cold double fried and tiny. This was bad. How could you use an old chicken patty and expect someone to eat it. Hard, stale and small. Won’t be ordering from Braum’s chicken again. Horrible
