The service , food , and staff was amazing . I had the scrambled eggs with ham . It was a very earthy taste and it was very good . Our food took a a little while to come out , so they knocked one thing off of our bill . Karla was our server and she was extremely friendly and helpful .

Food and drinks were outstanding! Quality ingredients and fresh. We had the vegan bread with homemade jam and butter, the mushroom croissant with eggs and French goat cheese. Drinks we had the immune booster juice, iced mocha cafe, pineapple water, and chai…all delicious! The immune booster and pineapple water came out with a frothy top which added a little something. Daniel, our server, was lovely and attentive. Highly recommend and will be back again

Food was well made! I got an Americano with sweets, and they were all great! Main course was a ratatouille omelet, and there was so much flavor. My wife got the French toast, and it was so rich. Thank you to the restaurant for a great experience!

We loved our breakfast here. We did have to wait about 20 minutes for our table, but it was totally worth it. The patio is big and nice to sit in, with many fans and trees around and with beautiful French songs playing. Our waitress Paulina was amazing! Even with all the customers, the heat, the running around and all, she kept a smile and a great attitude. We loved her too!! The food was very very good. And the price surprised us, being way less than we expected. All in all, a great place for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Food was great. Everything tasted fresh and that may have cured my hangover and reset me for another day of imbibing. We had a big group and they were able to accommodate us pretty quickly. We had outside seating and you can easily people watch in the busy street. While waiting you can do some bird watching on the big tree outside. Looking forward to returning and trying some of the other dishes.

Good croque monsieurs and the coffee and also fine. But rather expensive but i guess that comes with being on av. 5th. Not fan of the tipping culture. And street musicians come up to play, and solicite tips.

This bakery-restaurant is a very popular place for breakfast, brunch and take out pastries. Located in the center of Playa del Carmen. It offers a large menu of healthy food and usual breakfast options. The pastries and bread are excellent and the prices are reasonable. We had le croque madame and the vegetables omelette with mushrooms and caramelized onions, it was very good. Our waitress, Maira was absolutely amazing, professional and attentive. She was very helpful and friendly also she spoke English very well. Great place to start the day, close to the beach. I recommend it!

I got dessert here with a group of friends, the desserts were quite tasty but not cheap. Some of us ordered inside and when others tried they were told they had to wait outside for a server. Their desserts took forever to come and the rest of us were long finished

I enjoy the food at Chez Celine but super disappointed with the French Onion Soup. It should be packed with onions and melted cheese should be covering the entire top of the bowl edge to edge. For the price, this soup is barely worth it. Tiniest amount of cheese on one little piece of baguette is not good. Google French Onion Soup and every photo is way better than this.
