I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Diamond! She’s truly one of a kind — so respectful, positive, and full of bright energy. Every time we visit, she never fails to make us laugh and ensures our table has everything we need. It’s rare to find someone who can make a simple breakfast feel so enjoyable, but Diamond does just that. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and the food came out fresh and fast. But what really stood out was the amazing service. If you stop by IHOP, definitely ask for Diamond — she’ll make your visit a great one!

Amazing experience at IHOP thanks to JJ! From the moment we arrived, JJ provided exceptional service that made our meal truly special. We ordered the mushroom spinach omelette with hashbrowns, an egg white omelette, and a kids meal with protein pancake topped with banana and strawberries, scrambled eggs, and hot chocolate. Everything was delicious and wholesome - you can tell the kitchen takes pride in their food. JJ was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We had a super speedy, wonderful service thanks to our delightful waiter Maverick! The atmosphere was very welcoming and we were able to get our food in record time! All throughout, we had several checks to see if there was anything we needed. All-in-all, one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had!

Sergio was the best . Everytime I come to IHop I want him and him only . I literally love the way he enacted with the customers . He’s very very polite.. I just got out of a grueling 4 hour flight and my first stop was IHOP. Best decision I made all day! Our server, Rachel, was the absolute best. She was very kind and helpful even though we’re a pretty rambunctious group. I even ordered a last minute waffle that made this whole excursion even more worth it. It was delicious! We decided to skip our local IHOP and drive about 25 minutes to this location because of the 4.5-star reviews, and we’re so glad we did! Everything was amazing from start to finish. I recently stopped at the IHOP ( #1942) on Preston Rd in Frisco Texas, and the service was very fantastic! My waitress, ASHLEY, was always on point. Doing good Shouldn't have to go in to get a full stack of pancakes fixed to correct size. They did one pump instead of two. If a person comes in to pick up having never been to an IHOP that messes with business. New staff. Omelette is the right size now but nothing really in it and top and had anything on half of it, kinda sloppy. Was more like just plain egg. Pancakes are correct size, taste and presentation. Gravy biscuits for to go need two gravy otherwise I might as well be ordering half a gravy biscuit. Husband asked for two strawberry syrups but was told only one comes with it. Had ordered an omelette pancake combo, gravy biscuit, and a short stack so that doesn't make any sense. I had to go in to get more myself then that changed. More customer service training needed. Smoking by employees needs to be at the back of the restaurant. It shouldn't be by customers vehicles or where customers can see walking inside. Pancakes are the correct size again. They are fluffy and yummy again. Quick friendly pickup. Still making small kids pancakes now and the omelette is about half the size and a lot less ham on it than it used to be. This was after they "fixed it". Never go inside. This is exactly why I only order to go. The one time I think I'm going to bring the kids in and we're going to sit down and eat as a family. Something we never do for once let's have a great experience and not eat in the car this time. Came ten miles to this IHOP since this is the same IHOP we always order from almost daily for go orders. Even though the only reason we were coming was because we saw the size kids eat free 4-10 daily at another IHOP. We thought even though this location don't participate in the kids eat free at least we'll know everything will come out right since this location is were we always go and have never had an issue. Ordered the same thing we always order. First the lady bring an extra plate we didn't order. There no high chair for the baby. Got disgusting dirty silverware. The pancakes that's normal sized everyday weve ever ordered from the same plate and same place suddenly were child sized pancakes. The server and the manager had to argue about them being normal and the manager said it depends on which chef they have making them at the time some chefs do one pump some do two not wanting to fix them to normal. Waiting on the pancakes to be fixed and waiting for plastic silverware since they don't know how to clean their silverware the omelette eggs biscuit and gravy and bacon were cold. Bacon apparently was turkey bacon not normal bacon and it's just a bunch of gross clear fat no crispy bacon. Got to go plates to leave not wanting to be there a second longer after them trying to say they were just gonna charge us and force us to have children pancakes rather than normal pancakes we get any other time not wanting to fix them. The bacon wasnt cooked like normal. Didn't get pecon or maple syrup just the strawberry and barely enough. Just overall the worst experience I couldve ever imagined. Thought we'd like to finally have a good family meal inside a restaurant for once I don't think we'll ever try again. I most definitely will never be coming back to this IHOP again not even for out to eat. Had to pay for a bunch a food I immediately regretted ordering from the moment they tried serving kid pancakes and saying that they weren't going to fix them. This is why you have people walk out. I sure wanted to and wished I could. I don't never want IHOP again. Can never have a good experience with my family. Will stick to ordering to go and eating in the car. At least it'll come out right and not be forced to sit inside upset watching everything go cold in front of me with nothing to eat with. At least plastic wears clean. So much for trying a normal family experience. 😭😭😭 Night shift is better than day shift. Biscuit and gravy gravy on the side and it's a half filled watered down small container. 😑 Got the new York cheesecake pancakes. The pancakes were great but the hash browns and egg just tasted like butter and grease.

The staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in, and our waitress, Kristy, was absolutely wonderful 🙂💙 — so kind, attentive, and helpful the whole time. I ordered the Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich 🍗🥪 and asked for a side of buffalo sauce 🔥 to turn it into a Buffalo chicken sandwich — and let me tell you, it was amazing. I swapped the fries for onion rings 🧅, and they were crispy, golden perfection! My wife went with the waffle combo 🧇🍳 and switched out the hash browns for French fries 🍟 — a great call. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. All around, it was a fantastic meal with great service. Thanks, Kristy and team! We’ll definitely be back. 💯👏

Food was great! My eggs were over easy perfect and bacon, sausage and hash browns were delicious. I had crepes with just butter and lemon juice. It's hard to get that right but they did. They are getting a little stingy with their coffee and you have to ask if you want more than one cup. The place in general doesn't feel very clean and needs a good scrubbing all over.

Our French vanilla cold brew was terrible and she had to bring us creamer for it to taste halfway decent and the cold French vanilla cold brew has always been amazing in the past. Disgusting was that flavor today. I let her know it was our son's birthday and he just turned 7 and she asked for his name, but did he ever get his birthday song, etc. He did not. Right before, we left the crew was clapping to do a birthday song and we thought it was for our son and sat there for an extra minute, but it was not. The only time Diamond perked up is when my husband asked her how was it to have braces since he's thinking about getting some; this was the only time she had a shine about her. There should be a sense of pride and urgency when it comes to serving customers and not sure if life has been lifing for her or just down due to some other issue; leave those things outside before coming to work. I hope this is a teachable moment for her. We will stick with our favorite, Kristi and we only sat in her section once. Kristi was such a joy to have as a waitress. She anticipated our needs with offering additional condiments for my husband's steak before he asked for it. It was also great to know that they do "Happy birthday" celebrations for birthdays; something so simple as that can make a person's day!! We hope to be seated in Kristi's section the next time we come back.

7/5/2025 - This was our first visit to an IHOP in several years. We arrived around 1035 in the morning, and we were seated as soon as we walked in the door even though the restaurant was packed with customers. Our concern upon being seated was the lack of a "Specials" menu, and there wasn't a variety of flavored syrups at the table. Lastly, the surface of the table we were seated at was a little dirty and sticky. After waiting for a few minutes, our waiter arrived. Our first request from him was if we could get our table wiped down because the table top was a little sticky. He left and returned in about a minute and then wiped down our table. At this time, we were ready to place our orders. My wife ordered the 2 x 2 x 2 breakfast (eggs over medium and bacon well done), and I ordered the Colorado omelet breakfast with a side of bacon (pictured). I also ordered a coffee (for myself), and we ordered (2) two waters. After approximately 10 minutes, we received our coffee and waters. Our food was brought to us a few minutes later. My order was perfect. However, there were several issues with the food brought to my wife. One of the pancakes was burnt (she couldn't even cut through it with a knife), and it appeared the cook attempted to hide it under a larger pancake on the plate. The eggs were not cooked over medium (though they were still good), and the bacon was not well done (my wife loves to eat burnt well done bacon). She ended up after showing our waiter the burnt pancake, getting the pancake portion replaced. That batch of pancakes was made right. All in all, for a long awaited return to IHOP, our visit was disappointing. We got seated quickly, and our waiter/server was a bit slow yet friendly and did take care of us. The prices as always were affordable. We found more bad issues than good here at this establishment. I do not think we will return to this particular IHOP anytime soon. Maybe if the standards change for the better, we will come back again.

The food here is alright. Not the greatest thing we've ever had. But when you're hungry for breakfast at night, it's an option other than Waffle House. My boyfriend enjoyed his chicken and waffles, he did mention the breading wasn't his favorite though. I feel it was a tad overcooked and a little salty for my taste. I think the grease needed to be changed too. I appreciated that the gravy had no pork added to it. And my meal was only 5 bucks. Can't beat that! The turkey bacon was a little sweet for my liking. The server was attentive enough. Came by the table a couple times at least, she seemed to be serving all the tables, but she seemed nice. The atmosphere reminds me of a modernized 90s diner, with the music adding effect. Overall it's okay here for something away from the usual fast food. They seem to have a lot of pancake options too.

Just left here always good food Great service but I always Subbed the pancakes for the waffle and now it's 4$ to do that That's just insane the waffle meal is no more then 8$ hell you should have given me the pancakes too same thing..

I expected to enjoy this location due to the quieter atmosphere, but the food quality was disappointing. The shakes were watery, and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict lacked flavor. Overall, the meal was mediocre. While I understand it’s IHOP, a sit-down restaurant should maintain better consistency and quality. I hope improvements are made, but I would not return. Good concept with weak execution.

Mary our waitress overfilled my milk and it got on my shirt. Please teach them to put a napkin under the cup if served on a little plate or not to overfill it. She was also too busy with the other table next to ours. They need to correct their mistakes not repeat everything. I will not return here. The restaurant was also dirty.
