i love in n out. as a vegetarian, i get the grilled cheese with grillled onions, dressing, lettuce, cheese, and it’s super delicious. also strawberry shake is so good

Even though their lines are always so long they are awesome at getting orders out quickly and correctly! Really it’s quite impressive how quickly they are able to get orders out, and as always all the employees are very helpful and have an happy upbeat attitude. Really they make the busy atmosphere a very positive and welcoming experience. By far my favorite In-N-Out location!!

If you have never been to an In-N-Out, you haven't experienced the Cheeseburger at its fullest potential. There are 2(off)menu items you should try, "Double double w/ cheese animal style" and "Animal style fries." If you're not big on fries, you may still enjoy them this way. Great for kids, or even a date-night option!

Been here a few times through the years and have to say I have not had any complaints. Even though the line can be pretty long at times, it moves relatively quick. the food comes out tasting great all the time and the customer services is always on point. recently, I've had to switch to more healthy alternatives and their protein style burgers are just as great as their burgers with the normal bread buns. A little lighter though is you're looking for that sort of thing. If you're having a craving and you're in the area, defiantly stop here. A word of caution, the parking lot is kind of small so proceed carefully.

I love IN AND OUT. The food is delicious and the service is excellent for a place that is always so packed. You can't beat the price of the food either. The only thing I don't particularly like is how there isn't ever a place to sit due to it being so busy. I think they should have a larger restaurant other than that everything is perfect. This is an in n out, you know what you’re getting yourself into when you come here. Excellent service, excellent food, bustling atmosphere, if you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all. However the difference between ALL in n outs is the people. Claude is an example of the gold standard when it comes to customer service, and his service stands out even against the canvas of other in n out excellence. Claude, and all of the in n out talent keep up the absolutely stellar work!

You can't find these babys on the east coast, so while I was here I ate In-N-Out EVERY NIGHT and was never disappointed. Was truly one of the highlights of my trip

The drive through is always long and busy during lunch, but inside dine in was empty. Ordered and got my food in 5 minutes for 3 people. That is amazing! I am so happy to see many young people working. Other big chain fast foods only have Drive thru open. That means In and Out pays and treats their people very well. The food is always amazing, especially the fries. The register staff was very eager to take my order and service was second to none once again. Thank you!

Super simple menu, "secret" preparations are awesome (animal style burgers and fries are our favorites), always fresh. Milkshakes aren't worth it in my opinion, but it's a very minor thing- hardly worth mentioning. Can't go wrong with in n out if you're looking for cheap, delicious burgers and fries. Always friendly service and consistent quality with food. I have noticed lately however people hanging out in booths by themselves watching movies on their phone. There are plenty of seats where you can sit by yourself or just occupy two seats. To occupy four plus seats and a booth and then just sit there and watch a movie after you're done eating is disrespectful to those needing seats. Always good Animal style but the fries are always cold or barely warm. In-n-out burger fries are not good when they are served cold. They need to keep the freshly made kinda taste. Please work on that. The past 4 visits they where 👎 and thrown away what a waist of $$ i don't have to trow out. I get fries by make i will get fresh Hot fries... wishful thinking

This is one of the few places left in the city where you can get a really good burger late at night for a good price. With all of the inflation and product debasement happening around us due to terrible politics, this joint continues to stay consistent with good prices, good customer service, and good quality food. This brand new In-N-Out at Tulare on Clovis Ave is snappin’ and the employees are friendly and helpful. I witnessed guests who had finished eating were offered for their service trays to be cleared, like eating a family meal at home. Aaron and Joshua were helpful and the kitchen was fast.

In-n-out is pretty much the last good tasting fast food burger that isn't overpriced. The drive-thru at this location is often insane and wraps all the way around the back of the parking lot, but they are appropriately staffed up to deal with it and things move pretty quickly.

In-N-Out is the only place nowadays where you can have a good meal under $10. They also have friendly staff and fast service. The fries are great when they’re hot, but turn stale fast so eat them before they get cold. The burgers are good, i like the flying Dutchmen wrapped in tomato and onion. They also have lettuce wrapped burgers, 3x3’s, 4x4’s (four patties four cheese), and milkshakes. Their milkshakes are way too sweet imo and pretty much taste like melted ice cream. On a side note, I’ve been to many in n out locations and can say that the Herndon/Clovis one is of the best consistently. The employees wipe down the benches and tables, and the restrooms are always clean

As always, this place stays true to its name. No matter what location you are at. You're gonna get an amazing burger with fried. The obny thing about this location I don't like is the drive thru set up. It makes parking a little difficult.

Sometimes heaven comes in a cheesy, mouth-watering cheeseburger with grilled onions. No, I'm serious.... On 4/15/23 Saturday🌙 night around 8:30 p.m., still going strong with the freshest flavors. With cars gathered and wrapped around the parking lot, our wait was rather quick. Even on how super busy they were, having to serve a walk-in sea of customers along with maintaining the drive thru, I was simply impressed by how well the staff works together to get food out as fresh and as quickly as humanly possible. My husband and I had the pleasure of demolishing a cheese 🍔 burger with grilled onions,tomato,lettuce, and their signature sauce. The freshest fries 🍟 ever with the animals sauce packets on the side. Let me tell you, they take pride in maintaining quality. The animals' sauce packets were cold like they were kept in the refrigerator until served. Complete with washing it all down with a lemonade for me and the hubby's rootbeer. I almost shed a tear with how happy my tummy was and how satisfying everything was. Mmmm, in and out burgers, we love you. Mmmmmm

This is by far the best location I have ever been to. One of the workers was proactively walking around checking order numbers and bringing orders to tables (rather than yelling out the number) and it was such a thoughtful touch. This is also the cleanest in n out I’ve ever been to. Their drive thru line can get long but they do a good job of keeping it moving. This is my go-to in n out location!!

It was absolutely delicious! Even though I am not a huge fan of their fries. I had asked for light spread but it was heavy so.....I had to open it up and do the scraping thing.🙄 Maybe if they had really good homemade ranch it'd make the fries better. They were good to me this time because they were so fresh and hot. I'm not sure why they don't offer more locations. I only went because it was early and we only saw 4 cars. I first had In-N-Out when I was in Arizona, and I thought maybe that’s why I didn’t enjoy it. I’ve always heard people say it tastes better IN California. Not sure why, but the burgers has gone down in quality it seems. The bread was really bland and dry, it was tearing apart from the dryness. This has never happened before at in n out, especially when I had my double in animal style. Their hamburgers are usually really good, but they disappointed this time. I hope this isn't the direction in n out is going. I hope they are not using lower quality ingredients to compensate for cost. Hopefully next one will be better.

I've been to various In-N-Out across the US and this is by far the best one I have been to. They are always busy, too busy that they couldn't keep up with clearing/cleaning the vacated tables. Other than that, their service is always great and they keep their bathrooms clean. I wish their patties were thicker and you can actually bite into it. Their fries, for the most part are fresh and I find their sundaes too sweet, but the kids seem to like them.

First time I've ever had food this bad from In n Out. Maybe someone new and unsupervised, not sure but my bun was completely saturated with some kind of liquid (not grease) and was completely inedible and the fries was not dropped long enough because half were soggy and room temp and the other half were still literally cold. Like fresh out of a fridge cold. Extremely disappointed after that huge line, there's no way I can make it back in time.

They run basically a conveyor line of workers who just do one task and none seem to get things done quick enough still. There looked to be 50 employees in the back which is absolutely ridiculous. Customers were jammed packed in the restaurant. Lots of body heat. It is not worth the wait because all the hype saying they have the best burgers and fries is an absolute lie. Their name is a lie. You’re in and waiting forever. I can get “in and out” at McDonald’s, Burger King, or Carl’s Jr and be satisfied. Burger at this place was just ok. Nothing spectacular. McDonald fries are also better. Apparently if you told them you are in a hurry they’d make your order first. The kid behind the counter totally got duped by this Karen. It’s not the kids fault… but it does enrage everyone waiting in line. Worst is when the Karen sat down and enjoyed her order in no particular rush while the rest of us waiting for our order.

This was my first time at this location in Clovis CA and I will never go inside again after being physically assaulted and shoulder checked and embarrassed by a customer there. Even after privately speaking to a manager, I don’t feel like what happened was taken serious enough. I have back issues and at the moment I didn’t feel much but later there is a sore spot. This wasnt like a lil bump into somebody it was an athletic shoulder check into my upper back for who knows why.. maybe a dare or a social media clip for TikTok. Order was wrong. Drove a half hour home to find that out. When I took the whole order back to prove that I wasn’t lying they refused to remake my whole order. They insisted that me and my date should have eaten 30 minutes apart. They only said they can remake one burger. So we had one hot burger and one ice cold burger. Never had this happen before. I eat here 2x a week. Not anymore. This location has been lacking in food quality and hospitality. Not to mention the cries were severely undercooked.

I give up on this location. I love getting their milkshakes but I can't go through the the drive thru for one. I talked to management before because they get them ready way before you get to the window so they just sit there and melt. They line all the drinks up, which is efficient, but reduces quality. I won't be going there again.
