It was a very nice time for dinner. I met my family who were coming from Disney. Knowing that my family would be arriving tired from an all day Disney day, they immediately got us a table. Sure enough, as soon as I sat down, they arrived. The staff at this Olive Garden was VERY hospitable and accommodating. Thank you OLIVE GARDEN.

It's good, consistent, and filling me and my family went there and it's just as good as any other olive garden: breadsticks? on point! Fettuccine? to die for! like all of it was great plus we had an awesome server I think her name was Brianna? (don't quote me on that I have a bad memory sometimes) she was really sweet and made sure we all were being served and had full cups, plus keeping us updated when food was taking a little while

I really loved it. My hubby took me for our Anniversary. It was my first time there, and it was very nice. Liked the food and the waitres was amazing. Very courteous and polite. She offered us a couple of wines to tastes before dinner. Don't know if it's policy but I enjoyed it very much. She also gave us an Anniversary gift of the lasagna chocolate pie. Awesome. Will be returning again.

We came to celebrate my mom's birthday on a Sunday night. It was pretty busy for being 5:45 pm but we were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, we know what to expect from Olive Garden regarding the food. In most experiences, the service will decide if we have a good time. On this occasion, our waitress, Jasmine did a wonderful job of addressing all of my mom's needs and last minute requests. She was busy handling numerous tables but made sure to check on us constantly. Food came out quickly and she made sure that my toddler's food came out early as well. Would come back just for her service.

Everything was perfect at this rather new & spacious location in San Dimas. We had their soup & salad and it was wonderful. It's unlimited soup & salad. Olive Garden makes their soups daily. You can try all the soups since it's unlimited. Our personal favorites were the minestrone and chicken gnocchi. Stephanie F was an outstanding waitress. She was patient, kind and very attentive.

We got there just in time, before the dinner crowd. We got a table in the bar and our server was great! He was totally on his game, making sure we were well taken care of. Food was delicious and took advantage of the take a meal home for $5 deal. We have gone to other Olive Gardens, and were very disappointed with the service. We will be returning to this one!

My mother and I stopped by for dinner today at the olive garden on lonehill . We had a great experience our waitress was Ravin she was wonderful we couldn't of had a more kinder caring young lady helping us she took care of all our needs with a smile with the way the world is today it's hard to find people who know how to treat people the right way. This is one of my kids' favorite restaurants around the area. Our favorites include Tour of Italy, Lasagna Classico, Spaghetti & Meatball, Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara and the breadstick. The Cesar Salad is great.

We had a small gathering of 10 people to celebrate February birthdays. Our attendants were remarkable, the food was awesome, and their patience was overwhelming. This Olive Garden in San Dimas was absolutely fantastic.

We go to Olive Garden pretty regularly for a good dinner or a quick lunch. The staff here are always friendly, fast, and attentive. The manager on duty is available and stops by tables to check on patrons as well. The food is good and there's a good selection. It's a great place to relax and be treated well.

I ordered lasagna and calamari as an appetizer. I didn’t like the fact that we got our food first before our appetizers.. the lasagna wasn’t that great because it didn’t have enough tomato sauce on it. Marisol, manager was kind enough to take care of our bill. Marisol was so nice, helpful, and understanding she provided outstanding customer service. She is an asset to the Olive Garden restaurant. And we appreciate her very much.

This is a really cute, quaint, Olive Garden in a great location. We’ve been here a couple of times when we’re in the area, usually good service, fast, very nice staff. Our last visit we had a little incident with the service, we sat there for about 15 minutes, no one asked us anything and it was kind of disappointing because people came in after us but they still got to order. The guy that sat us down wasn’t the best with the service either. Just sat us down and didn’t even smile. We were a little frustrated and left, but the manager was really nice & she apologized, thankfully that resolved our disappointment and we left feeling better.

Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious as always. We had a wonderful time.

My girlfriend loves and I mean LOVES Olive Garden so it’s nice to have one close to my college. We’ve only been to this location once but it was a wonderful experience and the service and food were excellent. IM A HUGE BREADSTICK FAN, so it was nice that we got constant refills from our attentive waiter. She absolutely loved the shrimp Alfredo and keeps begging me to come back. Overall wonderful location with wonderful staff and food!

Our visit was amazing! First time here after Sunday service. Wait was supposed to be an hour and were seated in 30 mins (party of 9) Food was great, didn't wait a long time to receive our warm food and fresh salad. Vanessa, our server was a delight. She was attentive and had great customer service. We didn't feel rushed. Location is clean with the exception on both restrooms, they needed some TLC. Overall, we would come back.

Service was phenomenal all the staff was great haven't seen or received such great customer service in decades from any business!!! From mgmt down to clean up staff all were great. The only reason I'm not giving a prefect 5 across the board was because I requested my streak medium & got it well done. It tasted fine the flavors were there but it was overcooked. Will most def return. Hopefully the chef will learn how to time his streaks.

This was my first visit to Olive Garden in a long time, after a bad experience at another location. This experience was 100% different and was extremely pleasant and satisfying. Our server was Natalie and she was amazing and very attentive. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo which tasted amazing and my daughter had the Ravioli Carbonara. We ordered and the food was delivered after just a short wait. The food was delicious and Natalie was very attentive and made sure our drinks were filled and we had everything we need. She was sweet, friendly and everything you can ask for in a server. Kudos to her. Overall, it was a very nice time and I will be coming back again soon.

This place gave me the best service I ever thought I'd have. They're setting the standard in service and quality here now that the service is what's outshining your past restaurant experiences, apart from the delicious food that's FRESH. Our server made sure we set on everything checking back on how the food was, asking if we wanted refills on drink or bread sticks, we even didn't expect 2 free pastas packed and ready to go! Apparently our order for lunch still qualified for the Buy 1 Get 1 special, if she didn't go the extra mile for us we wouldn't have even known, they could have easily saved themselves some pasta dinners if we didn't ask for it. The manager came by to check on us as well making sure we were satisfied and happy which is something not a lot of restaurants do nowadays. The food was phenomenal, we ordered the classics, lasagna and chicken parmegiana with a side salad and a chicken and gnocchi soup that was surprisingly delicious. I've gone before and had shrimp, steak, and my personal favorite the Lasagna Fritta but for a simple lunch with less than $40 in hand it was absolutely PERFECT besides the excellent service. My ONLY gripe was another staff member, an older gentleman that was greeting people at the front desk, he was about to seat us on a cramped space next to a full seated family WITH kids, even though it was just me and my mom. I asked if we could be seated somewhere else as I didn't want to be shoulder to shoulder with a toddler that's not even mine and for some reason the server or manager gentleman that was gonna seat us there was looking upset at us and my request to be seated elsewhere. I'm guessing he's a supervisor or a shift manager, he made it a big deal about waiting longer for proper seating and something about not enough servers and blah blah blah, it shouldn't be that much to ask for a dignified seating arrangement to enjoy a meal. Especially since I was taking my mom to celebrate her recent hospital stay. That was very distasteful at first but luckily our server and the manager and the waitress who brought our meals were a knock out of the park. We waited less than 5 mins and another server found an excellent booth for us and we were seated and had our meal in about 15 minutes. The Lunch Menu has a Daily Special. We all had the Daily Special which included soup and salad and pasta dishes. We had a party of 14 and spent less than $32/person (includes tip). Everyone was allowed to order whatever they wanted and drink whatever they wanted (no one drank alcohol) and I was surprised with the end cost. We specifically choose this place because we were going to be a big group for my 19 year old's birthday and couldn't afford to spend too much. Happy with our choice. Food is okay for the price. Waiters were friendly. They provide 2 for our group. They let uscstay as long as we wanted with no pressure to leave. They allowed us to bring in our own cake and they provided plates and silverware for this.

I had a great time the service was amazing and the atmosphere was great. I had the tour of Italy and it was ok I should have got the Chicken Alfredo on one note the mozzarella stick were the best ever!

Food was good. Service was nice. They push alcohol, appetizers and desserts like most nice restaurants. Seated us quickly even on a Saturday early evening. My main complaint was the noise level. It's open and lots of large party seating so it's hard to talk to people at your table because of the sheer volume in the room. Pay at the kiosk at your table is convenient.

A regular Olive Garden, as expected. I tried the new Ravioli Carbonara in Alfredo sauce. It was OK, but I like meaty marinara better. Busy location, the service was adequate. The “birthday dessert” was generously comped, but the Chocolate Brownie Lasagna did not look like the picture. It was “solid and stodgy”, not recommended. This location is recommended.

All in all a good experience. The servicer could have been a bit more attentive. But as usual the food was delicious. I think the break sticks are to die for.

I’ve eaten here a few times and have always enjoyed my dining experience. Today was no exception. The food was flavorful and seasoned well. The dish was priced accordingly and the portions were adequate. Our server was pleasant and kept guest satisfaction at the forefront. Overall, my dining experience was a pleasant one. My only Critique is that of management. My server was not wearing a name tag and/or any identifiable markings of the restaurant. Servers are busy and at times name tags fall out. This is a supervisor issue/responsibility.

After waiting over 40 minutes, which is not the issue. My disappointment was our server- She was pleasant, our drinks never refreshed, my husband and I ordered soup and salad. He requested a different soup to try and never got it. My son order steak after 5 minutes our waitress return to our table to say their out. Okay understandable due to the holidays. So he decided to go with Salmon. My husband I and enjoying dinner had to flag our waitrrss down to ask when will our sons meal be out, she replied let me check. About 5 minutes later he was served. Several times we had to request items. I'm not a fan of Olive Garden, but my family is...1st time receiving poor service. Had plan to give my review at check out it timed out on me.

They're To Go curbside service is really Slow & was not even working online for a couple of days, my husband went to pick up his order that was supposed to be ready at 2:10 for lunch but he sat there for a full 30min more in the 100 degree weather today 08/10/24 (mind you we have a Black car) totally UNACCEPTABLE the Food was Good he had the Spaghetti with meat sauce & Salad.

I went on Sept. 25th with my mom for her birthday dinner and the sever was not nice. When I was done with my soup she didn't offer another one with the unlimited soup order, she didn't offer any water and when we were done with our dinner she didn't come to our table for a long time so my mom and I decided to get up ourselves to go to the front desk so that we could pay. They had to call our waiter over so that she could print up our bill because the little order tablet at our table didn't have our order in for me to pay at the table. I still tipped her, just not the bigger tip. Other than that we were seated quickly, but I will just keep going to the other Olive Gardens where they have great waiter service - even if I have to wait a little longer to be seated

Decent for a chain restaurant. Was able to get excellent service sitting at the bar. When I walked in hostess told me that there would be an hour wait to be seated. Had to ask about the bar myself instead of it being offered as an option. Not sure but my guess tonight alone she let at least four other couples such as myself and their $75 ticket walk out the door. Sure am glad I wanted to give Olive garden my money, because the host had no desire to sit as many people as possible.

Meals arrived 5 minutes after the salad was put on the table so the option was to finish the salad and eat a cold meal, or eat a hot meal with a soggy salad. No refills were offered for salad, bread, or drinks. We did get the extra salad dressing and marinara. When asked for a small salad refill, the server looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Body language speaks volumes. The whole experience was rushed as if servers would receive some kind of bonus for turning tables every 30 minutes. One person had a coupon for buy an entree for $14.99 and take one home free. However, at this location the price was $16.99!?! A bit deceptive if you ask me. Overall, not at all the enjoyable relaxing evening I had hoped for. Once the bill was paid, we were invited to take our time...confusing.

Long time customer of the Montebello OG, which is fantastic! From the service to the food. That’s why we decided to have lunch at the San Dimas OG. What a disappointment. The food was mediocre at best. Husband had the lasagna which was the size of a biscuit. I had the shrimp scampi, which only had 4 shrimp and lacking flavor. The salad had the lettuce core in it, with two small slices of an old tomato, turned me off immediately. Pushed that to the side. Tells me no one cares to check the food for quality. San Dimas needs to aspire to be like the Montebello OG.

Service was good. Only thing good was the salad. Our chicken entrees were overcooked and tough. The sauces on our entrees had no flavor. Even the bread sticks had no flavor. We will not be going back.

I ordered catering from this restaurant but the trays comes half full which you expect to be full. Isn't worth the money. If they will fill the trays will be worthy. So if you order catering from them don't expect a lot of food.

This was my friends choice for a birthday dinner. First thing to note is they are short staffed and service is poor. We went at 4 pm and had to wait half an hour for a table even though there were empty tables visable everywhere. We are both watching our weight, so each had soup and salad. And a beverage. Iced tea is 4.50 including tax. So a soup and salad meal for 2 was fifty bucks. The salad was so so. The soup was meh. Breadsticks were good tho. Service was sub par. I would never return here

The waiter blew it! My daughter asked to come here for her birthday. Food was good as expected. But the heater was blowing on us and it was 85 degrees outside. Which we let him know right away. They never bused any of our plates. And we waited for him to pick up my credit card for 15 min. It was okay. Service was terrible. Asked for extra plates when bread was dropped off and they never came. The extra napkins we asked for never came too. We still tipped but it reflected the service. Like everything nowadays, nothing is cooked fresh and everything tastes like premade warmed up food including the soups that come in bags inside boxes.

Horrible service at this location. We had ordered food for pickup, and they informed us it would be ready at 3:20 PM. The food wasn’t ready when we arrived, and they told us that it would be out “in a few minutes”. We kept asking for updates, and we didn’t receive our order until nearly 50 minutes later. They told us our order was ready, but that it still needed “a few minutes”. When we finally received our food, it was clear that it had been sitting out for a while, and the zeppole had a bit of a rubbery consistency, which tells me how long they had been sitting out for. The lack of communication here is honestly laughable. That is totally unacceptable. Olive Garden didn’t even offer to give us a voucher or anything like that. Other people were coming in and picking their order up right away. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for food. Very disappointed.

I went here last Friday evening & the service was terrible. Every table you looked at looked disappointed. Took 20 mins for us to just get greeted by our waiter Luis. Brought our soup and salad out without utensils, as well as no salad plates so that took another 10 -15 minutes to finally get because he was never to be seen the whole night, ( had to ask a different waitress because I was tired of waiting ) then pasta came out,… cold. I asked for another plate for my salad & he removed my half Eaten breadstick off my plate with his fingers. The service was terrible, the food was terrible. You guys need more organization and training for your employees. They are running around clueless.

Ugh, what a nightmare! We made a reservation for my wife's birthday, and when we got there, they couldn't find it on the computer. I showed them my phone to prove I called, then I pointed to their book and said, "It's right there, my name and the time." They said they'd get us seated ASAP, but we waited 23 minutes! Finally, they called us and took us to a table. I asked for a high chair and a booth since we have three little kids under two. They said high chairs aren't allowed at booths, which is ridiculous. I told the server we'd take our business elsewhere and wouldn't be back to that San Dimas location. Our kids started crying, saying, "Mommy's birthday is ruined!" I said, "No, sweetie, it's not! We'll go somewhere else and won't go back there!" Family restaurant? I don't think so, especially not at that place.

Waited 25 mins for a quoted 10 min wait. After watching two groups get seated after us I went up to ask. Our name was never put on the wait list. Frustrating but okay, it’s busy. Then we are seated. Wait another 10 mins and no one comes over. We just gave up and left. Tried again today. We were seated and again no one came over for 10 mins. We watched tables arrive after us immediately greeted and ordered. After remembering last time, we just left again. I don’t know what we did to offend the servers but I’ll just have to satisfy that soup and salad craving at another restaurant. Note: we are a family of four with young kids. I would rather be quoted a wait in a section with a dedicated server than just being seated. We’ll stick to Spaghetti Eddies or even Buca for next time.

I have 5268 followers on LinkedIn. I have posted a review on LinkedIn and will continue to post negative reviews for this Olive Garden location. I don't complain often, but I can't keep quiet on this one. Went to dinner at Olive Garden tonight. After waiting 40 minutes for the soup that they said was cooking, we finally said, "Just bring our dinner." A gentleman and a lady sat close to us. They had soup within two minutes of sitting down. (Same soup we ordered) We asked for extra soup to go, but a manager was sent out to deal with us.... No soup!!!!. Also, the meat sauce on my angel hair pasta was so scant that it ruined the experience. I will be protesting The Olive Garden at 582 North Lone Hill, San Dimas, CA 91773. Do not go!!! Worst experience ever!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food and service is good and sometimes horrible. Definitely do not recommend to go order online. I waited almost an hour after the promised pick up time. On top of that I had missing food as well as cold food.

People have reviewed this particular location at hit or miss, and wow did they miss. Granted, our group was 10 people, so a few went early to get on the list. Still wound up waiting 1 1/2 hrs for a table. I really think the staff was hoping we'd just leave because by the time we were seated it was around 9pm. After we sat, still a good 20 minutes before some stale and unseasoned breadsticks came out. When the rest of the food came out it didn't get any better. It wasn't the waitresses fault, and we tipped her well for the job she did, but overall as a restaurant they epically failed. When you have 2 elderly ladies sitting by the front door waiting when its 45 degrees outside and a manager doesn't even approach and offer to let them sit away from the door while they wait it says something about management.
