Called to place a rather large pizza order and just really wanted to thank the team at this location. I placed my order with Jennifer over the phone and she was so patient and kind. Our order was delivered by carrie who was even more sweet. The pizza was still hot, fresh, and above expectations being a large order. So thankful.
It's a pick up and go so the atmosphere isn't really important. Food was good and service was quick.
The food is always amazing, well prepared and flavorful. Definitely the best pizza hut spot I've been to in years, honestly made me a repeat customer. A huge shout out to the manager, great customer service. Definitely will recommend to others for this specific location!
I read some of the reviews before ordering from here. It didn’t scare me off too bad. Maybe because I really wanted Pizza Hut pizza. (Their pan crust is nostalgic for me.) I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza with lite sauce and it really was exactly what I expected: GOOD. It came out to right under $21.
I just had a really nice experience. Pizza was loaded and fresh. Staff was really nice and prompt. Don't let go of the man with the tattoos. He is going to be the one to fix your ratings. For reference I ordered carryout online, ready in 15 minutes.
Good fresh pizza. They are always short handed. The instructions say to park where it says pickup and someone will bring the pizza to you. But, after 10 minutes of the app saying your pizza is ready, I went in and it was behind the counter. They could have just told me and I would go in and get it. The concept of asking how much tip do I want to leave when I’m going in and picking it up doesn’t make sense at all. That’s not gratuity. That’s subsidizing Pizza Hut employees. I’m all for tipping the hard workers. But, it doesn’t compute when they take it out of the oven and hand it to me. Pay your employees a decent wage.
Hi, so I’m not exactly sure what’s going on today at your store but I’ve been waiting for about 2 hours now and nothing has been delivered to my home. I called an hour ago and I believe his name was Frank. Told me that Wendy was dropping off my order and no one arrived? I am a regular who orders from you guys often and have not had this problem but you guys marked the order as delivered w/o any communication with me. So..
If you’re a driver without an insulated bag, don’t even bother. The restaurant won’t report it to Uber, so drivers keep getting sent just to be forced to drop the order. Each drop adds serious delays—20–30+ minutes is normal. The store said this policy is meant to keep food hot due to customer complaints. However, other pizza restaurants don’t seem to have this issue and don’t impose unreported pickup requirements on drivers. Uber and DoorDash already account for this. If a customer requests insulated-bag delivery, the order is sent only to drivers with insulated bags. If the customer didn’t request it, the platform doesn’t filter for it. Creating a separate store policy without notifying the platforms just causes unnecessary drops and delays. Also note if the food is cold it’s not the drivers fault, it may be bc the instructions say to leave it at their door and if customer decides to wait 20 mins to get their food, that may be why the food is cold. Customers wondering why their food is late or keeps getting reassigned? This is exactly why.
Went to get the 2 dollar personal pan Tuesday deal to only be to turned away. A worker by the name Sharon claims they ran out, then she said they had dough but it'll take 1 1/2 hrs to thaw and she can't to then saying she has to save the dough for the remander of the week, lie after lie, but yet their running a promo, makes no sense. I'll neva go back.
Based on my experience with this place and everyone’s reviews, I’m pretty sure this Pizza Hut location is a scam. They let you order through their site with the T-Mobile Tuesday deals and then when you arrive they say they are not a participating location and you need to pay full price. They refunded us the promotional item but I think they are counting on people just paying for the promotional items once they are there. Just speculation but letting yall know.
I ordered a thin-crust pizza with no cheese and extra sauce because I'm lactose intolerant. I've ordered from Pizza Hut before and got a thin-crust pizza, but it never came out burnt with no sauce and was hard to eat. I called the store, and they gave me a credit of $10 to my account. I'm glad they did, but I'm mad that they couldn't remake my pizza the right way, and they were telling me that it would yield the same result, even though I know it doesn't.

Pizza was not made to Pizza Hut standards. We have ate at other locations in near by, but pizza here didn’t taste good. Staff were very rude.
Ordered from them was literally only 6 mins away from them driving. Got food over thirty mins late. Food hard and cold. Called them over four times they lack service and poor communication. Had to contact corporate office to complain to get my refund back. Do not order from them terrible service and food won’t be delivered to you hot. And they use door dash to deliver food and I contact them directly to use their driver. I do not use door dash or uber eats due to their terrible delivery and tampering of ppl food. And they have no way to contact driver on their whereabouts nor offer to deliver me a fresh hot pie and dessert. Complete waste of dinner due to them
I don't usually put a review on places unless it's a positive experience, but today I had the WORST experience with customer service and the order wasn't even for me! First I ordered for an older woman, who isn't able to order for herself. I called this store to order and I was told the order would be $20.99 which was all the cash she had so fine. I hung up after placing the order. Then I received a text message from door dash (please note I did not call door dash at any point) that said the total amount of the order would be $29.54. I explained this to the older lady who asked me to cancel the order until she could go and ensure she had the additional cash. I called the store again and canceled the order. 20 minutes later after, the older woman had already placed a new order, she recieved the first order that we believed was canceled. I called the store, first they explained that door dash charges a fee. I stated I did not order via door dash. The gentleman put me on hold for 10 minutes, he then returned and stated that sometimes pizza hut uses door dash when they are short staffed. Strike 1! I explained to him that I did not order though door dash so a. I should not have to pay a fee, b. That order had been canceled, and c. I should not have to call door dash to cancel when I only ordered though pizza hut and it should be pizza huts responsibly to call and cancel door dash if they use them when they are short. He continued to blame door dash for the error and said I should call them. I then explained that I was not calling them because I didn't even know door dash was involved. He then put down the phone and was speaking to his manager and said "this lady found a better deal, canceled her door dash order, and now is lieing to make sure she gets the cheaper price." Strike 2! I told him I could hear what he was saying. Meanwhile, the door dash driver left with the first food order. He again told his manager I was lieing to keep both orders. When I told him I could hear him yet again, he hung up on me! Strike 3! I have never been so aggrivated and insulted when I was actually trying to assist someone else in ordering their food (a nursing home resident for that matter!) Worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!
This Pizza Hut location is terrible!! The pizza was dry!! Sauce less, and just about cheese less!! The pizza was not worth the money. The driver took out a tip unknowingly! (Regardless of how much) It was the fact that we had no tip. And then whenever I called and spoke with the managers Assistant manager Jennifer and GM Brian . They flat out told me that I was lying on their driver with Jennifer stating that “ he didn’t do that because it would be a fireable offense!” As if she was there. With GM Brian telling me this isn’t our issue you’ll have to take this up with your bank.
The manager Jerry input the remake order incorrectly when it was the original order that was already in the system and printed out. Therefore, one of the pizzas were incorrect. I had to come in just to place the order because when my friend tried calling in to change the pick up time, they stated they weren’t able to do so without cancelling the order and issuing refund. Instead of the manager letting me keep the incorrect pizza for the inconvenience, he threw the jalapeños that were supposed to be on there originally on top, and put it in the oven for a couple of minutes. I told him I didn’t want that and would wait for another as well. He decided to do it anyway. They weren’t cooked enough at all. Also, prior to him doing that he tried to offer me one of the pizzas from the initial order that was hours old! Terrible service and huge inconvenience.
I ordered a pizza online last night 07/21/23. I ordered a big dinner box with the pasta chicken Alfredo, cheese sticks, fries on the side, pepperoni pizza for my first choice and pepperoni with jalapeño’s for my second choice. I also ordered a Mountain Dew. On check out I chose the “no contact delivery” “leave at door” and in the comments I specifically stated “do not knock” After I placed the order the store called me stating I MUST ANSWER THE DOOR because I needed to sign the receipt to make sure my order was received “because it’s company policy” The guy begin to argue with me after I told him that I have always done contact less delivery to leave at my door with no issue and now all the sudden I am obligated to sign the receipt. I finally felt forced to agree with him so the call ended. The order gets here and the lady who delivered my food called me and VERY RUDELY that my food is ready at my door and needed to make sure I got my order before she left as if she was the police. I did not argue back with her grabbed my food went inside and realized the not even my 2 liter Mountain Dew soda was not even delivered it was missing after I had already paid for it and it’s on my receipt. I called the store again and the call was immediately answered by what it seemed to be an unprofessional young individual male, no name was given nothing it was answered as “Pizza Hut wells branch” with an attitude as if he did not want to be there. I explained that my 2liter Mountain Dew was missing and he said “alright it will be there in 40-50 mins to re-deliver” He did not ask me my name, no receipt number, phone number or nothing like how did know where the F to send it and who I am? And this around maybe 9:30-10pm and I waited for my drink and next thing you know 12am and it was never delivered! Everything was so messed up from beginning to end and unprofessional! First off I do not need to sign a receipt because the option to have contactless delivery and leave at door is online at check out!!! If I am required to sign the receipt then take that false advertisement off on your website. And again my Mountain Dew never came to my door. The customer service was very subpar as well. Reason why it’s a big deal to me because one I am sick right now and did not want to be in contact with anyone! Very rude to even obligate me! To me this was a waist of $53. Please do better in training your employees on being professional and how to answer the phone and take orders.
Horrible experience. The breadsticks were over cooked and hard as brick. To make matters worse when I call a “manager” puts me on hold for 10 mins.. when I called back I was hung up on after asking for the name of the person who answered. I am so upset with this treatment. I am driving up to the store now and I don’t appreciate having to argue and escalate a complaint that is usually resolved by your competitors.. now I remember why I havent ordered Pizza Hut in a while.. the professionalism of the store in my area is way below average.
The only reason I ordered from here is because Marcos pizza doesn’t deliver to my address. The worst customer service. Always. Order was wrong, called back got a rude manager who wouldn’t refund us, so she said she would send out the correct order, BUT told us to come in the store and return the wrong pizzas. We ordered delivery for a reason, how incredibly inconvenient and pointless. 45 minutes later our replacement came, and guess what, it was the wrong crust. On top of it, they never communicated it was a comped replacement pizza so the driver was trying to get 45 bucks out of us. He was Uber confused and unprofessional himself. At 1030 at night it wasn’t even worth the trouble, ended up picking off the toppings, eating a few pepperonis and went to bed. Hungry. Never again.
