I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and moved to the area about a year and a half ago. Initially for a while this Dunkin service was extremely hit or miss and the wait times were really bad sometimes (I just learned to come when I wasn’t in a hurry) but over the last few months. Service has been absolutely amazing every time and have had all orders fast. I hope everyone who’s been working there recently knows they are doing a great job!

I'd say the service can sometimes get slow when they're lacking workers...atmosphere..I'd say it's pretty clean inside and out!! Not all the time though...but overall, my favorite has always been their breakfast sandwiches!!! 😛😛😁👍👍 and other new things they come out with to try and those are pretty bombalicious too!!! 😁😛👍 great job guys!! Keep up the great work!!

That cream filled donut I had was 💯 👍. Delicious coffee, ask for an ice cube because it is HOT and fresh. Store was clean, bathroom was clean, ac was on and it was nice and cool inside. Service was fast and with a smile. Very pleased with my visit. Definitely worth an extra few minutes up the road for some good food and coffee that's not at a gas station. Store had a shaded outside eating area. Drive thru available.

I ordered using the mobile app and when I went up to the speaker, they informed me they were out of what I ordered. I asked them if they could cancel my order and they told me to speak to the manager at the window. So I waited in line and the manager came and deeply apologized for being out of what I ordered ( because they got swamped earlier in the day) then she gave me a $10 gift card! Which was super sweet. She asked if I wanted to exchange it for anything and I just asked for a refund. She gladly applied and I got my refund back. Just wanted to say thank you for being so appreciated of the situation!

We used the drive-thru at the 38 W. Dyke Street Dunkin Donuts location in Wellsville. We received our order correctly and the staff was friendly. The coffee was perfect. My favorite experience was the fact that the donuts you purchased were placed in boxes. I always hated when I received my donuts in a bag because the jelly or powder or chocolate would get on each other. I don't always want to buy a half dozen or dozen of donuts. Wish that all franchises follow the same protocol.

Staff are very polite and friendly, service is good, it was a bit noisy when the mixer is running. Staff is tolerant of customers lingering to visit.

Nice and fast service need to refrigerate there donuts tho most of the frosting on the tops where melted off

It's Dunkin. 😁 Quick service. Coffee has always been good. I recently purchased a DD tumbler and I LOVE IT! It keeps my drinks the wanted temp for quite a long time. An my refills are only like a buck!! A dollar refill and .79¢ donut for my kiddo... A win-win for Mama! 👍

Foods great, wait... Not so much. Parking lot is arranged in a way that the drive thru line blocks dine in customers from being able to pull out if there are more than two cars in line to order. Not sure who the genius was who planned that..

Food is always great from here. The employees are courteous but not friendly... If that makes sense. I guess it's business first but that doesn't take away from the quality of food and coffee, which is always good.

I prefer Tim Hortons. But that's just me. D.D. has good coffee but I like T.H. better that's all I had two breakfast sandwiches and I really didn't like them they had them out flat and the edges were way too crispy for me. I would prefer them rolled so the edges were not really crispy like that..

They were so busy and people were just rude to their employees. You can't expect to have fast service when the girls and guys are going as fast as they can go with no end in site. If you want quick service call way ahead.

Every time I got something from here it's not good and the service doesn't seem to really be doing anything I still go because it's only 15mins away from me but other than that not really to good.

I generally like Dunkin Donuts, the day of my visit the staff appeared to have a little attitude, maybe busy not sure but the experience was not as good as I have had other places.

Drinks came out as ordered with an apology. They're always super slow even if it's not busy. When it is busy it's ridiculously slow.

Another visit to dunkin where the staff didn't pay attention and made me an iced coffee instead of the hit coffee I'd orderd.

They are ok. When we went here they got our order correct and were polite, but they were slow. Agonizingly slow. SLOW SLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOWSLOW... You get the idea. The above statement stands but be prepared to WAIT.

Never go inside during morning (7-8am) drive thru traffic. You end up having to stand there at the register for a good time to get service. Have a dedicated attendee for the inside part and the rest at the drive thru. Overall the food and drinks are always great!

Waited over 30 minutes for our order, one sandwich they forgot the bacon, they did offer a donut for the wait but I had 3 children in the car and didn't want that argument on top of the crankiness from sitting and waiting for so long.

Drive Thru is very slow. The inside of the store is not well cleaned. Floors, Walls, and counters are dirty. Glass windows look as if they have never been cleaned.

Not impressed with the staff. I put in a mobile order 5 to 10 minutes before I got there and they didn't know anything about it. Staff was nice, that's my only compliment.

I had an awful experience yesterday that left me upset. While ordering the worker had attitude, and was short, and sighing when I asked questions. I understand she was busy but it really left me upset. My order was a simple one, and easy. The coffees were made perfectly and I really enjoyed them as usual!

Average Dunkin. Staff was polite and attentive on a Sunday morning I stopped in while cycling through the area. They let me use the restrooms (you have to ask) before I bought anything. Got a doughnut, munched it down and peddled away. Drive through was open and plenty of parking. Right next to the motel. Also very close to the ball fields and the park.

Just came through drive thru. CHK 2799 while waiting on my order I took note of the window area. Coffee spill on outside stainless steel. All windows outside water spots. Tried to interact with server pointing out the cleanliness. Told her no one inspects the maintenance, she walked away. No one is in charge now days.

I love this location, and often encounter great people working the drive-thru. However, lately, our simple orders are wrong more often than not. Then, we feel pressured to just let it go, and leave with something we didn't want, but paid for, because we don't want to hold up the line behine us and complain. When it's great, it's awesome. When it's not so great, it stinks, because we spend a good amount of $$ on breakfast and coffee alone. It's nice to get what we order and are looking forward to.

Hot latte was cold by the time it was handed to me. Not warm, not iced, but like it had been sitting out all day.

My Grandma and I drove from Coudersport PA and we wanted a donut and a carmel iced coffee and we pull in and it seems empty and on the website it said that they closed on Saturday at 10pm and we go to the door and it says 9pm and one of the crew members came out and offered us a free donut.. They need to change the website to 9pm... and the door said 9pm but the website says 10pm, you guys need to change the hours for the Wellsville NY Dunkin Donuts...

Food was good. My order was Angus Steak&Egg and my friend got #4 (Sausag&Egg&Cheese). However, flies were around the table and over the crossan on the shelf behind cashier!!!!!! It was hot and we were sweating!!😪 Low speed Wifi, even can't connected!!!

I never thought I would miss Dunkin' Donuts when I moved from Boston to San Diego, but I inexplicably find myself occasionally seeking out their coffee in the morning when I travel back east, even though I generally find their microwaved food items to be an unforgivable transgression against humanity. Do you like soggy hash browns? Croissants that are born stale? Donut frosting that tastes like cleaning products? If you do, then add a couple stars to my review. On principle, no Dunkin' Donuts can ever get more than 3 out of 5 stars from me. In Wellsville, I did not need to look far for the Great Dunkin' Devil, as I was staying at a hotel that shared a parking lot with one. Dunkin' Donuts' coffee is consistently smooth and lacks nearly any bitterness, which makes it a bland coffee that pleases non-coffee drinkers (like me). Wellsville's Dunkin' Donuts location was typical; same interior design and menu items I've seen everywhere else. The restaurant was generally clean, and offers free wi-fi. It is a bit busy in the morning, but not a long wait in line. On one morning, I was served a coffee with cream and sugar despite asking for cream only. (I didn't realize until after I left.) These screw-ups are not uncommon at any Dunkin' Donuts location. Coffee was how I remember it, which is to say that it was pretty much forgotten shortly after I was done with it.

Out of almost everything! Offered me some dry stale doughnuts, grill cheesecwas good, nut still didnt even get my entire order! Menu in drive through is pretty rough guess... I guess it doesnt matter if they do not have anything on it! 🙄

There are potholes in this parking lot literally a foot deep. Their workers do they best they can given how understaffed they are at times, but the owner doesn’t seem to invest in its appearance. Very beat up. Shame

Dunkin sucks anymore. Donuts are stale with hardly any filling, or out of stock. Food is always burnt, cold, or missing. Prices constantly going up and portions going down. Any time I have had their coffee, sugar isn't mixed in, and it is watered down.

Everyone is usually very pleasant, however, your order will always be messed up whether they're fully staffed or not. You will always sit in the drive thru line for 30 min. Once Tim Hortons ever gets built they will struggle to keep customers

Usually I get wonderful coffee from there but sorry to say today truly ruined it for my husband and I. He had a code to get a Free Coffee. He wanted a large, hot, French Vanilla latte and I wanted a large, hot, caramel swirl. She entered the latte as iced which couldn't be used with the code and there was no possible way there were 4 swirls as the order sticker showed and the latte was bitter instead of creamy. She did change the iced to hot but the transaction was already completed. So instead of paying around $3.00 for coffee, we paid almost $6.00 for coffees that that taste nothing like they should have.

This use to be a great dunkin. However, they have become one of the worst. If you desire a quick stop you will not find it here whether they are busy or not. The coffee is very inconsistent. I hope someday they can get back to how they use to be.

I try this place again and again and seem to be disappointed more each time I go back. It's sad because when they get my favorite drink right, it's great. When it's not right it's awful. I've had many times where I go and the drive-through staff has been rude. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is for two reasons: 1. The donuts are great. 2. When they actually get my drink right it is good. Prices aren't terrible; but they are terrible when the drink is wrong 80% of the time.

There were 3 cars in the drive thru. Was stuck there for over twenty minutes. Ended up being late for work. Gave me a small coffee instead of a medium.

I went there to get my breakfast before class and I ordered a large iced Chai latte and I was given a coffee that was so bitter and burnt tasting that I couldn't even try to drink it. Will just be going to the one in Alfred instead

Very slow even when you place an online order. Can’t even have the order ready when you get here. They get part of the order ready then seem to not do the rest.

Bought two donuts and a small coffee... The donuts HAD TO BE AT LEAST three days old... The coffee was Soo watered down, VERY unpleasant service, rude employee, dirty bathroom... What a waste of my time and money... Never again!

Consistent screw ups in drive thru. They forget items, or give incorrect items. They've even given my sister hazelnut, when told about her allergy beforehand.

Staff is incredibly rude, takes forever to get your stuff, and they close way too early. Might as well go to Hornells Dunkin Donuts. You wont regret it.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. They take forever on orders I stood inside for 20+ minutes waiting for my online order while they had 12 people in the building and 10 online orders on the counter and they did not even touch them. I will not be back this place sucks.

Drive thru is slow, and the girls working it were rude and they did so much eye rolling when asked a question... now I remember why I don't go in there much anymore... very disappointed they haven't gotten help that is actually polite to the customers that are spending their money on the ridiculously over priced items...

This location is horrible! I waited by the speaker for 15 minutes then when we tried to order the kid could not hear from the speaker so we pulled around and they have 1 person for the whole store. Terrible management.

Store hours are 5am to 7pm everyday. We pulled in at 4pm today & watched them turn off the lights & lock the door.

Just once I would like to get the food and coffee I ordered. The drive thru has gotten the wrong order every time I have been in. And when you go inside not only do they mess up your coffee order they forget the food all together half an hour wait for already prepared donuts because they do not pay attention to their orders. Should be more concerned with quality of service over quantity.

I waited in line for 30mins and then on top of that heard the girl say she would be right with the person in front of me and she was there for 10 mins as I continued to wait. This dunkin needs help big time!! Needless to say they lost a loyal customer today and got no sale either.

Listen, I’m a Dunkin’ fan, and for what it’s worth I used to favor the Wellsville Dunkin’ until the apparent sudden decline. Today was the peak of disappointment. I went to Dunkin’ for an iced cold pumpkin spice iced coffee and was handed a luke warm cup of coffee with MAYBE a single iced cube rattling around in there. I had no choice but to complain because the coffee isn’t cheap, and I wouldn’t have drank it. The worker told me they are running low on ice and asked me if I wanted more. I would have liked to have known that before I paid really. I would have rather had a cup of hot coffee. Also, buy some ice before this kind of situation comes up. If your franchise cannot buy ice with the constant overflow of business there are bigger problems that an ice shortage. I will be dumping this waste of a coffee out. The corrected coffee was still not iced appropriately.

I’m in Dentist office. Overheard 2 people talking about how they waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and even had to drive away. They said they even called ahead. This is why I don’t go go Dunkin anymore. Not enough people working there.

Terrible. Waited 22 minutes from order to pick-up for 4 bacon, egg and cheese wraps. They get one star because I couldn't leave no star. Now I remember why I don't go to Wellsville Dunkin'.

Website shows they open at 5 am. Drove out of my way to this location and it was still closed at 5:20 am. After reading other reviews I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin. Time for new management??

Waited 10 min just to tell me their wraps are not fresh. They’re frozen and that they tried to cook 2 of them and it’s just Burning outside! Terrible management.

Service is inconsistent and the hashbrowns are always soggy. update: this morning ordered avocado toast with bacon. there was almost no bacon. my boyfriend ordered a medium hot coffee with 2 Splenda and 4 cream. he got a medium hot coffee with 2 Splenda, 4 sugar and no cream. staff is in outer space. it took forever to even get from the speaker to the window. the parking lot is a death zone of potholes. whoever runs this place clearly doesn't care. wellsville should invest in a different coffee place.

Terrible. They had 0 donuts. Dunkin DONUTS HAS NO DONUTS.....very early in afternoon, couldn't make any of there signature drinks they advertise and literally the only thing they could sell me was a hot coffee or a muffin......I won't be back....either management here stinks or dunkin DONUTS should close its doors!!

Used a mobile app to order (and pay). Pulled up to the drive thru, sign taped to screen, drive thru broke, come inside. Parked, went to door, all lights inside and out on, door locked. One person inside. Not coming to door. No sign saying closed. Sat outside emailing Dunkin about a refund on my app, watched people walk up and rattle door, watched people drive thru and park then go rattle door. Perhaps if you are going to close: - Notify App - Turn off some lights - MAYBE POST A SIGN SAYING CLOSED!!!!!

Took 3 times driving thru the drive thru before somone was even at the window. Then she lied to me and told me she was the only one there. There were 2 people total and there had only been 3 cars within a half hr. Ridiculous service

Worst experience ever. Will never return. We just waited 33 minutes in the drive thru to then be told they do not have bacon. After over 40 minutes we were told the sourdough sandwich ordered was frozen so they couldn’t serve it to us with no explanation as to why it wasn’t attempted to be prepared in the absurd amount of time we had already waited. Prepared drinks were lined up ready to be given to drive thru customers but none of the visible 4 employees were servicing the drive thru window. The employees would not acknowledge the problem of not serving the drive thru. Manager on duty Candy must be incompetent to allow this complete lack of service.

In over a year of patronage, I'm not sure how many orders we have received that are wrong, missing something, or just someone else's.

If I could give it a negative I would. Waited 20 minutes in store for an order of hash browns. Should have listened to the guy walking out when I was walking in "enjoy your wait". Watched people order after me in store and in drive through get their orders faster than mine. This is not even to mention the person that has his pants hanging down to his ankles with his entire butt hanging out. Really appalling! They kept saying "what is that guy waiting for"? Guess what? I just wanted the most time consuming, undercooked hash browns I ever asked for.

Service is the slowest I have ever encountered. At least acknowledge your customer at the drive through. let them know that the manager is incompetent and unable to figure out how to run the store. Don't leave the customer sitting for 20 min without saying anything.

I got food in dunkin in wellsville and food from Belmont to compare and Belmont was great and I wanted 3 mins in Belmont to get my food in wellsville I waited 30 mins in line with NOBODY INFRONT OF ME OR BEHIND ME! and they don’t give u a lot of bacon for the hot honey barley even any at all.

This location is horrible, if your food is correct you waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru, if it isn't, you waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru, no win. Rumor has it Tim Horton's is coming to town, hope it does and puts this dumpster fire out of business. America crawls on Dunkin, should be their motto.

Orders regularly incorrect. Today I stood at the counter indoors, no line, while the staff took three orders from the drive-thru and ignored me. So I left. I'll stop at Jara farms for donuts, they're so much better anyway.

My experience was terrible I had to weight 20min for two frozen chocolates with no whip topping and when I finally got my order they gave it to me with the whip topping and when I politely said I didnt want the whip topping and asked for two without all they did was stir the whip topping in and add more chocolate syrup to cover it up. I am not happy.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too. I’m not sure why they’re so many good reviews for this location. They constantly have issues with either their ice machine or intercom. You wait in line for 40 minutes to receive gross coffee. They’re the only coffee place in Wellsville. If there was somewhere else to get coffee this DD wouldn’t see business. Only nice thing I have to say is about time the potholes are filled.

The employees could care less about anything and the food took 45 minutes just for it to be burnt and cold, also has stale doughnuts.

After waiting 15 mins in the drive thru and still no service I left. I get times can be busy but that is unacceptable wait time for a doughnut that is already made. There were no other cars in the drive thru either

I’ve had missing items in the past when I’ve doordashed but today my boyfriend just mobile ordered and walked in the storm to pick it up. He came back saying that the lady gave him a dirty look when he said “have a nice day”- I get it you don’t want be there. We sit down to eat and they missed the wrap I got. So thankful I got other food but I’m disappointed this is the only place around here, barely any other businesses to get breakfast from later on the day. Do your job right please you’re getting paid to be there and we spent our money from our jobs that we actually do. Spent our money to not even get the correct stuff.

You can’t even follow simple instructions when they literally tell you what to make you had one person to make food for two breakfast sandwiches a wrap and some bagel minis with hash browns it’s just the fact it literally tells you, not to mention the worker inside was giving me dirty looks can’t make an order or look friendly 😐 n you burnt the hell outta my sandwiches

Horrible, horrible service, lady at the drive through was nice. Misheard us and missed a drink we said, no big deal right. We let them know we wanted another one of the drinks we got, paid for it and were waiting. A guy then came to hand out the drink , whipped his head the other direction to be facing the opposite direction as us. As a former Dunkin employee at a different location, I’ve dealt with rude people, nice people, loud people, quiet people. But there was NO reason to whip your head the opposite direction, proceed to roll your eyes, when we were nothing but respectful. Nothing was said, we just ordered the drink that they hadn’t heard over the speaker in the drive through. Overall, bad. If you don’t like your job, get a different job.

A year ago one of the workers said I ate too much and then left the paper in my sandwich. Fast forward to now a days where your food is always burned and if you have change to your bill that has pennies they keep your change without even asking. They used to be a good place to go but now they just steal from you.

Waiting almost an hour for food and drinks when you order through the mobile app is ridiculous. Lines for the drive-thru are ridiculously long. 9/10 you will be missing an item in your order if it involves donuts or something they're out of stock and neglected to tell you or anyone. This place is literally the worst and I cannot understand why for the life of me we all keep going back. We all know the service sucks, the lines suck, the food sucks, there is no redeemable aspect to this place yet it somehow stays in business. This is clearly an owner who doesn't care and seriously scares me for Taco Bell opening soon. I would rather place my order to go at the one in Hornell and drive 30 minutes to get it. At least I would know my food sitting there for 30 minutes was fresher than the 40 minute wait for reheated 2-day old leftovers.

i went through drive through and realized after i left they messed my order up. turned around and went into dunkin. Took them 20 minutes to realize i was still waiting in line for them. The women had kept looking at me like i was dumb. then took another 10 to even get the right food order made.

The absolute worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The kids ignore walk-in customers. You have to demand attention. Just a bunch of kids who had no idea what was going on. You could tell they were lost. This was Sunday July 24th 2024 at about noon.

Usually they do a good job on my order. But the last 2 times I have been there I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes (I watched my clock in my car, it was 20 minutes both times) and the lady made my drink both times and just set it on the counter and left it there. No one was coming to the window so I couldn't ask if that was mine. Finally when someone came I asked if that was my drink and she goes, "oh sorry I forgot about you." I literally only ordered a frozen coffee. They almost never have ice either.
