Excellent place like usual! Went in there to get the Valentine's Heart chicken nuggets (nuggets are not heart shaped) and I ordered them for Valentine's day they asked for the time I was going to pick them up and all. No hassle just straight to business! Excellent customer service and they were very busy.

This time around it was great and the service was fast, from ordering and paying to receiving our food....I tried the chicken tortilla soup for the 1st time and it was delicious but a bit spicy. Im not one to write reviews, but I felt the need to do so with this situation. I was overcharged 1 month ago, struggled with costumer service over the phone couldn't get issued resolved. I went in and spoke to Savannah Herrera, she was extremely nice and professional took care of the issue within minutes. Thank you Savannah!

The chicken is tender, juicy and has flavour. The place and the food has good presentation, the fries are a waffle which is amazing: salty but it's decent enough to get the great taste. Not too hard or overcook. Gordon Ramsay should try this place out lol Services are great The owner is probably still proud that their isn't complaints. Good reviews on this place.

Just ordered ab entre and a meal of grilled chicken club. When we got the food there was only 1 sandwich. Apparently we were never charged for the sandwich. When I complained I was told their policy is if your order is wrong they won't fix it unless you pay for it.
Went to drive thru and I forgot to order the ice cream, Ashley at drive thru was extremely nice about getting my ice cream. Great personality
This location is a well oiled machine. Great food with good service. Refills were done fast. This location is open later and gets lots of traffic. The only downer was they were out of cookies at 9pm.
Today, I went for the first time at this location and even though my "My Pleasure" from the girl that charged me sounded dismissive, I was very appreciative of their effort in taking care of everyone promptly. I mentioned to the girl that brought my food that I saw another lady taking a cone and it looked good and she asked if I wanted to order one... I did 😬. It was super quick; she brought it out while the car in front of me was still waiting, so I didn't hold up the line. 🙃 I'll be back!

Great service every time. Food is consistently great. I love the number one. Store is always clean, and they come by offering to refill your drinks. Clearly, under great management 08/24 first time back since the remodeling. Not really sure what all they did. Looked the same inside to me. Not many parking spots to dine in, but with the limited space, I don't know how they can fix that. Food and service were both exceptional.
I went during rush hour 12p-1p during the week and there was a long line of cars in the drive thru. I was able to make my order and get it while I waited in line. It was simple and quick. I got everything I ordered without any issues. Great service overall!!

Had a bit of a concern in the drive thru ordered #3 8 piece nuggets had asked for 2 ketchups 2 barbecue sauce and one honey mustard the kind lady (Joy) said we can only get 2 condiments i was not aware there was no sign or anything this was upsetting cause last week I had gotten the same amount of condiments and they didn't say anything. I didn't want to be upset since I was "Hangry" so I drove to the front of the drive thru. Joy was beyond kind I wish they would at least post something about limit 2 condiments per serving or at least option charge extra fee if we want more. Either way nice lady also the frys looked off today and tasted slightly like fish also last week my tea tasted like fish not sure if they serve fish in chick fila but my tea was off not complaining just want to make sure its being adressed since I had called and the call was not available
Employees are always polite and helpful, always asking if you need anything else, and service is fast, and the nuggets are my favorite, and so is the chicken wrap. Everything is clean to .
This location is always so busy, yet the staff is very efficient at getting you what you need quickly. I usually order on the app, and they normally find me before I get to the front of the line. My only advice is on getting to the location. It's cumbersome to enter through the expressway, and if you miss the entrance, you have to circle back around the block. I'd recommend going in through the car wash on Texas Blvd. Parking is very limited here as there isn't enough space for all the patrons that try to dine in. This location is, again, very busy. So take out is the best choice here. Make sure to use the app and order ahead.

Salad is so good from here but not cool when I essentially drove 12 miles to pick up my food & went back when I noticed the order was incomplete. I typically don't have any issues here so didn't bother checking my bag upon leaving. Big mistake. Told the girl I had 2 hour old salad that was room temperature & just gave me an extra packet of dressing lol I couldn't go back right away, hence the warm lettuce & cold breakfast, bleh.
UPDATE NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER!!! These people are turning into MCDONALDS! I went by today ordered 2 wraps and sandwich. NO RANCH AGAIN!!!!! No ketchup either. I had to lose almost an hour to go get them. My fries are COLD running back to the office. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! What is happening?!!! They dont have a number to call directly to the store and ask for a real manager. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Visited store, used ladies room before i ordered. Cleaning lady suddenly turned on blower while I was in stall next to her. Needless to say, I had dust all over me. I banged on divider and she finally stopped. No apologies whatsoever. Common sense and respect have disappeared!!!

As always friendly staff, its been very organized with the way they take orders. I was also very pleased to learn they also sell bags of ice. The only criticism I have, is coming up with a solution to the traffic jams in the afternoons. **2024 update after the remodel. ** Not only have the notes on orders been removed , but the drive through service seems to have a longer wait time and be more chaotic than before the remodel. I suggest having a lane for online pick up orders only.
I ordered a Garden Market salad and a Spicy Deluxe sandwich for a friend. I drove there from my workplace (about a 5 minute drive). I took a seat and I was ready to enter my table number. However, the order got "lost" within the app, which is updated. Eventually, a server approached me and I showed him my digital receipt and he brought the order to my table. It took about 10 minutes, though. The servers are polite, but management needs improvement.
Sometimes a nightmare for door dash drivers. I waited her on 2 occasions of more than 30 minutes. other than that the standard wait is a bout 5-10 minutes. Food should be done and brought out as soon as I check in. The store is busy ,but they should be better at fulfilling delivery drivers needs and not have them wait there longer than a drive through customer.
Chick fil a is always a great, fast, friendly experience. I can't think of a better experience from a fast food chain. Consistency anywhere you go is also a benchmark. This location however, is in my experience, the slowest and least efficient, I've visited this location as I visit the area a few times a year and my assessment of this specific location is not a one-time visit opinion. The food is great however as expected.
Picked up an online mobile drive thru order about 8:00PM. Never have I ever had to park in a drive thru CFA line. The store was not busy inside and the runners for the drive thru line were giving customers at the back of the line (most recently ordered) their orders first. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this specific location. Previously had a messed up order even when I had ordered online to avoid any mistakes. This location needs to receive more training or create a strategic plan with their drive thru because they are all over the place!
Service has been pretty alright. Last time I came, I went through the drive-thru and paid with a $20 Homegirl said the right total but was $2 short in my change. I usually don't even look at my change, but now I have to. I told someone that was working by her and she didn't get it fixed. Told the guy at the window, and he fixed it for me, which I'm thankful for. Either way, I guess I'll have to use my card.
I really like Chil-fil-A but the Weslaco location drive thru employees really make me feel unwelcome. I understand that they are busy but don't rush a customer while they are trying to give you the order. As I was placing the order the employee was rushing by giving me the total like if I was done with the order. So unprofessional, and when I'm finally done he snatches card out of my hand. It was an awkward experience. Has me thinking about not returning to this location again.
Never had a problem here till last week. I went and the guy asked me my order and I thought everything was cool until I had to wait like 30 minutes for my order, because someone didn’t place it correctly. They tried to pass it off as it was misplaced but when I saw the time it was made and how much they charged me it was literally 0 because y’all didn’t make my order till I started asking 25 minutes in. Very unorganized. Not only that, but my order was also incorrect and they gave me the wrong drinks as well. Thanks for the bad service y’all.
I give a two stars. I took my special needs niece for her chicken nuggets. She does not speak but she knows where she's at and she knows about Kids meal. I ordered two kids meal one for her and one for my mom who has dementia. When I got home Kayla (my niece) looked for the toy and she started screaming because she couldn't find it. I called the store and it was directed to the corporate company. The stores doesn't take direct calls. I was so disappointed because the store always have their employees filling the kids meal bag with gifts. I don't understand how this happened. The corporate office said that the manager will be calling me. Let's see if they do.
It's teacher appreciation week and there are several adds regarding offers from Chick-fil-A for teachers throughout the day. However, when I went in with my teacher ID to get a free item, I was told it was only in the morning when the add clearly stated it was 11am to 7pm. Another teacher was told it was a completely different day. This has happened to several of my colleagues. While I understand they're not obligated to offer anything, I am disappointed that the didn't honor them. Myself and several other teachers will not be supporting Weslaco Chick-fil-A.
Ate here today with my husband. The place was clean and the service was prompt. I had the spicey chicken sandwich and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich. Neither of us cared for our meal. Nothing was wrong with it - it just didn't have any appeal to us. We seldom eat fast food and really didn't care for this. We ate here because we were given a gift card here.
Nice staff, good food, very clean!(edit) started going there for salads and have been disappointed every time. I like getting the market salad and every time I order it I get the wrong salad.. the service is great and fast for my husband who orders a 4ct Strip meal. But as for my food, it's always wrong.
First of all, let me just say I truly truly love this place. But ......let's just say that the service reflects the management. There are times I go and everything goes smoothly. There are no long lines, staff is extremely kind, they greet you the minute they see you, and orders are right. But there are times: where there are long lines when there's nobody there, the staff is too busy talking with each other or on their cell phones behind the counter, they don't greet you(especially if you ordered through the mobile app.), and they get the order wrong. Today was a bad day. My mother and I decided to eat breakfast in. We were greeted kindly but there was a long line even with it being a slow day. That didn't bother me. What bothered me was they got our order wrong. They corrected it but as my mother opened her box of hasbrowns it turned out to be chicken nuggets. When I went back to the counter to address the issue the manager was cold and rude. That made me very upset. Not only did we have to wait an extra ten minutes for our corrected order we never did get an apology, a refund, or the hasbrowns. I truly do love this place but service needs improvement.
Am extremely disappointed with our local Chick Fil A. When it first opened, we were really impressed with the service and how professional the employees were. Nowadays, it’s averaging 15-20 minutes for our food to be given to us. We order simple chicken nuggets and saladas. When I brought it to the attention of the girl with glasses handling the drive thru, she rolled her eyes and asked me what was the name of our order. Then the dude with long hair who doesn’t have it in a cap or hair net and who’s favorite word is to call you MAN (hence am probably 15-20 years older than him) finally comes out to give us our food. We’ve visited a lot of Chick Fil A’s throughout the U.S. and am saddened that the one in my hometown has these unprofessionals working here. Please take the time to reevaluate your employees and maybe some retraining??
The employees are always prone to making mistakes in orders, specifically drive-thrus. I've been a regular customer for a while and every time it's something new. Forgot to put the sauces I requested, forgot an order of waffle fries. One time they forgot an entire meal! I have no complaints about the food, it's really good. And the employees have no problem correcting their mistakes. But it's a busy location and I sometimes have to decide whether or not it's worth waiting 5 minutes in line for an order of fries they should have given me in the first place.
Food quality is just not there, We were eating in. Slight problem NO PLACE TO SIT!!!! (we were 4) Not sure how they can keep serving people to eat in when customers have no place to sit. The food is very expensive! The food quality was poor. I guess they would rather sell in quantity instead of quality!!! Worst service I’ve ever received from any of the locations, my strawberry milkshake was mostly milk and they didn’t respond through the drive thru speaker 15 minutes before closing on purpose so nobody else could order. Worst milkshake I’ve had and service would much rather take the time to visit the Mercedes location.
Chick-fil-A your drive thru speed amazed me!! But the food truly disappointed me. If I had not been in a rush to get home, I would have gone back for a refund. Grilled chicken burger was under cooked. Lettuce looked so dead and tasted nasty. Fries were soft and cold. The only thing you all got right was my Sunny drink and condiments. Sadly won’t be visiting this location again. Truly disappointing experience.
10:39 am Thursday, not busy at all. Maybe 4 cara in drive thru including us. We place our order and are told to drive up. Why it's not busy there were even less people inside. Waiting waiting and guess what cold food! Why! So disappointed. Workers are more concerned with the orange cones in the parking lot and staring out the window then getting the orders to people they have waiting. The drive thru reps always have a hard time understanding specific orders. I've already had two incorrect orders. They looked confused half the time and I why are the fries always slightly burnt? Is it just this Chick fil a? I wouldn't recommend this store.
i do not do reviews, but this is about the third time i come home to another mistake made with my meal once again. I specifically ask for large fries and i always open the bag to regular size fries. Why charge me a 40¢ difference for regular size fries.
This place was packed came in to let my daughter play and was turned off by the attitude I received when I asked for 3 sauces when I infact upsized my meal. Extremely rude customer service and very poor communication. I walked inside to dine in today and I asked for a bottle water. The cashier failed to communicate that there would be an upgrade charge. I also asked if he could please repeat my order and he totally ignored me. He had to call some other guy in gray WHO I believe was in charge. When I asked why there was a cost difference he responded with "there is an upgrade charge". I just decided to cancel the entire order and take my lil girls order. The meal itself was horrible. The fries were cold and the chicken seemed to be refried. Very negative experience. First time going into that Chic-fil-A. I don't recommend nor will I be returning. To be such a big, busy franchise management needs to do a better job at training to provide better customer service and communication skills.
Went to this location on 4/23, the employee who helped my friend and I didn't get the correct order and did not charge me correctly. My friend used his app to redeem rewards but the guy who helped us did not input the order correctly so it charged me items that were supposed to be free. I called the store today hoping to get everything resolved. The manager on duty, I believe her name was Mari, who "helped" did not make the moment right. I had better expectations from this place.

They used to be great. Customer service is terrible now. I placed a large order for curbside pickup, got home and realized all the chicken sandwiches were missing. Tried calling the restaurant and a recording tells me no one is available to answer my call. Drive all the way back to the restaurant with the bag of food they gave me only for the manager to tell me corporate set up their phone and they have nothing to do with it. I asked how people are supposed to let them know they messed up an order and she said you have to drive back to the restaurant to tell them. At that point I decided I did not want to give them my business and asked for a refund. She didn't care. I understand they are a successful company and losing one customer won't make a difference but I will not be going back. This happened at their Weslaco, Texas location.
25 mins for a breakfast order when there’s only a few cars in line is ridiculous. Especially when you find out your order was ready and the employee was walking around with it lost going up to every car
Ordered food through the app. Estimate delivery time was 12:59pm. I still haven’t gotten my order and they aren’t answering the phones. This is the last time I order food from here. And most of the time the food is cold. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and if anyone asks me if I recommend chick-fil-A I am going to say no. It’s better you go to stripes and get a plate than wait for these people who are always late.
Nobody answers the phone at the restraunt, app says my order was delivered and it wasn't. Called chick fila cares and they were quick to say "I'm sorry I can offer you a refund" but what about the 3yr old crying for nuggets and the points I redeemed, well unfortunately we can't return points. How about my reward of free delivery that I redeemed well unfortunately that can't be return either. So much for a good company.
Not today. I ordered delivery at 2:52, had to drive to the store after my order didn’t get to my house, just as I was talking to the workers at 4:15 my husband calls to tell me the order just arrived…the food was cold and we were missing 2 milkshakes, I explained the situation to a member, they called a manager, manager was not very empathetic or didn’t seem to care at all, and they said there was no refunds even if I brought the cold food back(our order was $70). I asked if I could at least get my fries replaced…I had to wait some more time until they decided to make my milkshakes and fries. I’m sorry to have bothered the manager today. My apologies. 😬
Very disappointed in not just this restaurant but also the very indifferent and insensitive manager, Frida. The order was incomplete, missing both salad dressings and a medium fry. It was upsetting to get back to work after driving 30 minutes to pick up food and be missing these items especially since they had been paid for and were not rewards. The manager, however was apathetic and refused to listen to our concerns. Didn't even ask for a refund, just wanted to address the carelessness and lack of concern. Date visited was 02/02/2022
I never normally had any issues with this location, but nobody will answer the phone and they are missing items and haven't corrected the situation. Waiting hours for an order is kind of ridiculous and I've worked at many fast food restaurants. Pretty upset because if someone is sick, but they need to eat and they pay for items they're not getting, eventually the person will have to go in face to face, and that is posing a risk for many people. Their phone system is actually creating problems instead of avoiding them. Probably won't get seen, but hhh.

I’ve never given a bad review on Chick-fil-A but this place is unacceptable for a Chick-fil-A! First time to this location and won’t be back if I can help it. Food was meh. No salt of fries, salad was wilty, and wrap tasted old. They didn’t give us our fries with our meal and had to wait a decent amount of time to get them and when asking for a drink refill she spilled it everywhere and knew but didn’t care to get me napkins (which they don’t have out on display). Also no paper towels in the bathroom. Poor customer service and management here.
I've been going to this location since it oppened and it has only gontten worse with every single day. The service is slow, get the orders wrong, and run out of the craziest things. One time they even ran out of ICE. Mangement of this location is just the worst I've ever seen. Most Chic-fil-A's are run like a well oiled machine, but not this one.
Don’t know what happen today but the service was horrible! I didn’t want to stop at McDonald because they take so long, so being from Donna I figured Chicfila would be way faster than this line, wrong. They completely forgot about me, cars were coming and leaving with their orders, I honked to get the attention of a worker and when I told her I’ve been waiting for a while she had the face like she didn’t care. After 20 minutes, since I had no shoes, I got back in line to ask for a refund. Horrible service.
Worse experience ever, I ordered through the app and upon checkout gave me an error and yet still charged me and when I spoke with the manager and ever show her the charge on my bank account all she told me is that my money may go back to my account since no order was officially but if not to go back and they'll take care of it didn't even offer to just make my order or anything like you already took my money just give me my order out of all the Chick-fil-A restaurants I've been too I have never been so embarrassed that they couldn't even help nor wanted to at all I will never eat at that restaurant every again it ruined my night for sure they basically robbed me of my money
I had an unbelievably terrible experience with the owner/operator Toni Marbar-Ruiz on 6/4/24. We arrived for lunch at approximately 11:55 AM. We were looking forward to spending some time in the cool indoors since we had been working outdoors in the heat. The only parking available was on the north side so we parked in a clearly marked standard parking space adjacent some vehicles already there. There were no posts or signs not to park in this area. We were enjoying our lunch when an employee approached asking if we were parked on the north side so I responded "yes". She asked if I could move and I said I would as soon as I was done eating. She said "no problem". Another employee came by a few minutes later and I told him the same thing. A bit later Toni Marbar Ruiz came and asked the same thing in a loud voice and I responded in the same manner. She obviously didn't like my response because she rushed off and after she was a few feet away said in a louder voice "if you don't move it I will have it towed". I am now feeling embarrassed and very uncomfortable because of how this lady is treating me. The surrounding customers are staring. I couldn't finish my meal. I got up and was out the door at around 12:20. She was waiting by my truck and began sarcastically and childishly mocking me by saying "I can't move until I'm finished eating". She then rudely pointed to my face and told several surrounding employees "don't ever serve this man". Be aware that throughout the entire event she never once said please or thank you. She wanted me to get up while having my meal to move yet there were no available spots. I later figured out on my own that they use the north parking lot as a passage when the drive through is full. I wrote a formal complaint to Chick-fil-A corporate office and never received a response.
I was excited about a promotion they had last year which jumped into this year. All I had to do was purchase some items and they'd provide them again this year. All I had to do is show my yellow receipt. So I purchased some meals and extras. So, I showed up the day of on February 7th and waited in line for a while. Finally, when I got to order they told me unfortunately they couldn't honor since it was 7:05p and the promotion ended at 7:00p. They turned me away and said they couldn't honor it. I then called corporate and they told me it was a franchise and I would need to speak to them. To my surprise, I got an email from Tony Marbar-Ruiz apologizing asking me to return. Hmmmm??? Well they offered me a Mango Passion Sunjoy? Yeah! Not returning to this location. This is making Chick-fil-A's customer horrible.
I placed a curbside pickup. They took almost half an hour. they missed an order, took another half hour just to get the missing one. By that time my shake was melted and ask my other orders were cold. Not even a lil warm. I'm talking straight out the freezer, except for my shake. Then I take the time out to call them to let them know about this ordeal and no one answers. What has happened to the customer service man. It's just trash now a days.
My cookies were rock hard. Waited 15 min in the drive thru and was never updated on my order. I went inside and was told it would take another 30 min to make fresh ones and 20 min to cool down. But I was already waiting for 15. Threw away the cookies because they were too hard spent money to eat absolutely nothing and left because I wasn’t waiting one hour for cookies. Ridiculous.
The service at this Chick-fil-A continues to go downhill. They don't bother giving you the utensils you need or the sauces you request. This has happened more than once now. I live about 15 minutes away so it's not like I turn around and head right back to complain. The 1st time they forgot my utensils/sauces I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a mistake but after 2-3 times it seems like they are taking an avenue to short-change customers, even though their prices continue to increase. Extremely disappointed in you Chick-fil-A.
Who likes their order to be incomplete? To top it off I was in line for almost 30 min and to drive home to find out my order was incomplete. I called spoke to manager and her only advice for me to do was take the food back and she would give me fresh food and bag it her self and make sure my order is complete. What ever happened to “I will give you a credit to what we ordered? You have so many employees working for you all its not a good thing to mess up on customers orders
Absolutely HORRIBLE Drive Thru service! Stopped in for a quick sandwich thru the Drive Thru, the order taker seemed confused and untrained on the order taking device. As the driver, I requested a Grilled Chicken Sandwich for my wife and while he was repeating my order - I told him to make it 2 sandwiches. He then asked for our drink choices, I told him that we only wanted sandwiches and not combos. He then charged me $8.22 for our order and directed us to drive up to pick up our order. After about a 6 minute wait, we received our order, I handed the bag to my wife and when she opened it she handed me a round container with a plain bun and nothing else, whereas she had her sandwich. I stopped and waited for a manager to walk up to my truck, I showed him the container with an plain empty bun, he then asked for the order receipt and mentioned that we ordered the extra plain bun. I looked up at him with an incredulous look of who would order a plain bun. He then said he could fix it, but we needed to pay for the additional sandwich . I gave him my credit card and asked him to make sure that we were credited for the supposed extra bun we had previously ordered. I was charged an additional $6.43 for the 2nd sandwich and he told that he only charged me for the chicken fillet and fillers - even though the menu price for the grilled chicken sandwich is $6.49! Not once did this member of management offer a sincere apology for messing up our order or offering a discount to make up for the inconvenience. This is definitely the LAST TIME that I visit the Weslaco Chick Fil A location
Last two times I’ve gone to this location they’ve messed up my order in the exact same way. The first time they made it wrong I went back to the store and gave them back all the food and asked for a full refund. For whatever reason the manager did not want to give me my cash back (I paid with CASH) and instead offered a gift card for the value of my order. I do not recommend that you go to this location. Just go to the one in Mercedes it’s 10 times better. Will not be supporting this franchise owner.
They get my order wrong sometimes, even though I clearly tell them what I want, and then say they can’t do refunds.
Forgot my fries after I asked if there was an order on the ticket, then proceeded to wait 10 mins for drinks. The disrespect-_- no “my pleasure” after my “thank you”, sadness The lord’s gonna hear abt this one
I’m really upset and disappointed. I usually come here to get soups for my husband since he’s been sick, and he always enjoyed them until today, when we found a hair in his chicken soup. This was really disappointing and ruined our experience. 😕
Worst Chick fil a ever, I've tried to give this location another chance but no, never again. It took 20 mins to get my order meanwhile the two lines behind me got their order before me. I reached out to corporate because they obviously lack improvement in scheduling or understaffed but was useless they said someone would reach out never got a call. The valley is growing so much with so many new dining experiences available so it wouldn't be surprising if this location doesn't make it!

Well what a let down for the first time Chick fil A gave me a worse drive thru expirence then mcdonalds smh. Could be only this location but i went thru drive thru use my reward to redeem a free sandwhich and then ordered a spicy deluxe combo paid. Then as i moved foward to the pick up my order nothing my order never came cars kept passing. Seems my order wasnt made. As i was greated at my window as to what i ordered i knew they had messed up. Waited additional time only to receive no condiments. Once i got my order and a broken top drink when i tilt my drink spills out. Ever had expectation and told everyone they the best from the rest. Well seems not to be true now. If your management and you read this. Re train these drive thru individuals because they let the bar down and you guys cant have that you guys are Chick fil A best chicken place in the valley.
First time I have something negative to say about chick-fil-a. I waited for over half an hour in the drive thru when they finally gave me my order it was the wrong one. I called 3 times got hung up on twice when I finally spoke to Britney the manager and she was very rude and wanted a receipt which I didn’t get and argued that one had to be on the bag I explained their wasn’t one she then said very rudely she had to look up the order. After 44 min I finally received my order. With no apology. I expected better! While I was waiting I stared to write this review and had a couple of people come up to me and ask me if everything was okay to which I said I didn’t need anything. I get in the bags and it looks like they just rebaggrd by order and the boxes were damaged. I called back to speak to Britney.. she said she wasn’t in charge of my order and didn’t know who had remade my order..again being very rude. I asked to speak to her boss and she’s said for me to call corporate. SMH! Talk about customer service.
