Ordering kiosks are great for families. Cool playplace plus other neat things in the kids area. Family restroom (also in the kids area) is nice and clean. Food came out quickly and correctly and was delivered straight to our table!

Alright McDonald's West Columbia way step up your game. Your cashier Angel gets 5 stars. He engaged with me as a customer and talked me through some options on the menu. He made a personal recommendation that was fantastic. I am not going to give away his secrets but go in and tell him your hungry, you won't be disappointed. Really great experience with the entire staff. Order was perfect and food was fresh.

IT WAS BUSY, CUSTOMERS WERE FRUSTRATED, BUT DANIEL DID HIS BEST TO HELP CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU SO MUCH DANIEL FOR GETTING ME MY TINY TAN HAPPY MEAL. PLEASE BE KIND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY’RE DOING THEY’RE BEST TO HELP YOU. THEY DON’T WANT TO MAKE MISTAKES OR DEAL WITH FRUSTRATIONS THE SAME AS YOU.
The service has definitely improved for the better. For so long, they were really slow and messed-up nearly every order I placed. As compared to this...my McRib missing the bottom bun.
I made a pretty nasty review on here earlier in the day. Me and my mother were extremely disrespected by a manager up there and to make a long story short we called corporate. The store manager got ahold of us and was very apologetic and actually nice. It didn’t seem like he was just trying to push it out of the way and make good. I felt tha he was very mad at this manager for the way my mom was treated and genuinely wanted to give back, and that gets my respect. This store has really been going downhill the last year or so. They have only had one star reviews all year. But this review is in hopes that things get better. Thank you Christian for talking with us and for the great conversation we had and the sincerity that’s so easily missed, especially in corporate America.
"I usually consider McDonald’s fries the best in fast food, but this location consistently misses the mark. After three separate visits, the results are always the same: overcooked, hard, and completely tasteless. It’s disappointing because they don't meet the standard quality of the brand. This isn't just a one-off; it’s a pattern that management needs to address. The quality of the fries is a huge part of the meal experience, and I hope someone takes notice and fixes the issue." One explanation would be that when I ask for hot fries or cook to order, they merely redrop the same fries. This would explained the hardness, the dryness, darkness and the lack of taste. Redropping the same fries could be the reason. This would cook out the flavor. After mentioning to the site manager he stated they do not redroup fries. But obviously something is wrong.
I order a breakfast sandwich on the app for pickup and I ordered it off the monopoly menu. I specifically went to that menu because on any items there’s a monopoly guy in the corner of the item ,which automatically tells you there’s going to be a code with that item. I went back inside to get my code as I was getting help from an employee. This manager I believe came out of nowhere, butt in my conversation and she just refused to give me my code while lying to me saying only one of the specific sandwiches is supposed to have the code and it’s not the sandwich I ordered so I couldn’t get a code. I ordered off the monopoly menu… I even showed her on the app and she didn’t say anything but I can’t give you the code even tho I caught her in her lie. Any other McDonalds will just give me an empty fry container with a code knowing the wrapper of the sandwiches doesn’t come with a code. Very disappointing I’ve never experienced this. The employees should also know how the app works if there’s events like this.
Got to the drive thru when no one else was in the drive thru waited another car came to the drive thru they took their order when I got there first, and they took forever to place my order.
We stopped here to grab chicken nuggets and fries. You would think for $24 we would atleast get the amount we ordered, however that was not the case. There were only two cars ahead of me, which for 6:30pm in a busy area I was surprised. Now I can see why. One of my sons' 6 piece nugget meals only had two nuggets. I would be ok if they were missing one... but FOUR?? They asked if we wanted sauce, but didnt put any in the bag, I had to ask for it again before pulling away. When I opened my bag, I saw that my medium fry was less than half way full. Considering all of the little brown bits, they looked like they had to scrape that much up to even get that instead of just making a new batch. There weren't even any napkins, surely McDonald's isnt hurting THAT bad?? The only reason reason they got two stars is because the employees werent rude on top of everything else. As ridiculous as prices are, this is disgusting. Do better.
No one greeted me , no one smiled, very gloomy place and dirty, especially bathroom. I order cup of ice and french fries medium because I was charging my phone. Place was empty, few people came and went it was it was raining outside on and off and I absolutely did not like that McDonald's
Food wasn't prepared like I asked had to go inside to get a remake on a freshly ordered item. I ordered a Big Mac and Filet Fish neither were fresh like I ordered. The Filet was rubbery like it was placed in microwave and Big Mac was not fresh like I asked for. The only thing I enjoyed was my Caramel Frappe.

Recently relocated to the area and have tried to visit this location multiple times. It appears that it does not matter if there are 2 or 100 customers ahead of you, they are just slow. They should not advertise disguised as fast food. There were no cars parked in the lot and 4 ahead of me in the drive thru. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Do better West Columbia McDonald’s.
I am a usual customer in this place love it , I just wanna address things before it could get worst. They barely get the orders right, always something missing or wrong, if you say something, workers be rude and don’t handle the situation correctly. I’m addressing this today because there was hair in my burger, and it was literally INSIDE the meat. And my friend also ordered a bacon quarter pounder paid full price, and all I got was a regular quarter pounder. It was even listed on the receipt.i usually don’t even like leaving complaints or reviews , but it’s getting to a point.I would just like to address things to get it fixed. Does anyone ever have any issues, there’s just no way I’m the only one🙌
One star because I cant leave zero, consistently have issues with my food here they do not pay any attention to the order screen and will give whatever food they feel is close enough, I just had to go back to the store because not only did they cover my sandwich in onions after requesting none but my breakfast wasnt even made with the correct bread or ingredients. I travel quite a bit for work and can say without a doubt that ive never had the issues that McDonalds in west columbia does. Be sure you are checking EVERYTHING before you let them close the window and try moving on to next customer
This is by far not the first time the drive up has no idea who ordered what and they rarely ever get the coffee right, how hard is it to read a screen? But today at 10:46am was the icing on the cake. Mobile order for a large iced coffee no liquid sugar is all I ordered. The first window was very polite with the receipt, the second window needs to be fired for the worst attitude in customer service possible. No greeting of any kind, tries to hand me a happy meal and I said that’s not my order. She said what did you have with a snarky attitude. I said mine is the coffee from the mobile order. She said what kind? (Because this is approx the 10th time we’ve encountered issues with our mobile order on coffee, I said, can you see my mobile order and what it says?) she said just tell me what kind of coffee it was as she rolls her eyes. I said I had the large iced coffee no liquid sugar. She says something to her co-worker as she turns around to grab the cup, her co-worker looks out the window at me, confused. She quickly shoves the black coffee over ice out the window to me and I said that’s not how it’s selected on the app, it’s supposed to be lighter than that, so you wanted cream then she says with the most hateful look. I said I’m telling you all it asked for on the app and I selected it as a Large Iced Coffee and selected no liquid sugar, so however that comes. I didn’t select anything about cream, it must be automatic? She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen and mumbling under her breath about our interaction that I had enough and I told her that she needed to calm down and re-evaluate her attitude right now. Why not just look at what the order says? What was the point of doing a mobile order if I have to do a personal face to face request as well. Doesn’t make sense. I am sick of this type of poor service yet the prices of things are staying high. Just do better….. That was my last chance for them, I’ll drive 20 min to Lake Jackson from now on or make my own iced coffee! Ridiculous. West Columbia McDonald’s …..find out who was working window two on 9/30/25 at 10:45 am and straighten them out, please.
We typically only go to the West Columbia location because the service and food is so great. When I tried to bring an issue to management's attention so the issue could be fixed i was presented with nothing but excuses. If I pay for a large drink, then I expect a large drink. Why are you still serving smoothies and selling large smoothies if your response to a legit concerned PAYING customer is "that's all the machine made". Have never had bad service. But the manager currently during the day needs to go. She will ruin your location.
my order is never right. I get off of work late and stop by there late at night. They stop answering the phone an hour before close. They also shut the app down one time and It was two hours before they closed. not only that but I’ve seen them turn their signs off an hour before they close. in the same night.
Awful service there were laughing at the menu line no cooperation going on at all. I thought the person had gotten my order correct but they were too busy laughing around joking and they gave me the completely wrong drink. I wouldn't stop here although it seems tempting the workers of these place are not on point. Too much workplace drama I wouldn't recommend stopping here. Stop elsewhere dammit.
Person taking orders was extremely Rude and condescending. I understand this is fast food, but I also don't have to spend my money at a place with such an attitude. Ridiculous!! Learn some customer service skills and maybe you will actually do something in life. I have let so many things at this place slide. Cold (hot coffee) on two seperate occasions, constant forgetting of items. But to be disrespected, yea if I could give negative stars I would.
Went for breakfast and were out of stock of pretty much everything. How is it possible for McDonald's to be out of anything...very disappointing.
Fake food burgers taste like plastic bags! We should sue! Wait someone did and win Fake Food and the service is worst. The only thing you don’t do yourself is cook the food. Honestly… I wasn’t even going to share my experience because even if I contact them to at least apologize they don’t answer.. I ordered some burgers to take it and my fiancé went to pick them up… The Beef… WAS RAW. This is my second time going to the doctor because I can’t eat nothing without going straight to vomiting. Bathrooms are locked and had to wait 30 minutes on drive thru when they were slow. Went in to go to the bathroom and they were locked and had to wait in a long line of angry customers to get in. Horrible, avoid!

Use curbside just for a frappe took almost 20 minutes. I finally went inside to see what was taking so long noticed My drink was sitting on the counter and when I talk to the manager to find out what was taking so long for one item he walked over, grabbed it and gave it to me withno apology from the manager.
Ordered my meal threw app. Got my #. Went to pick it up and they claim I'm at the wrong location. I pull up to the window, show my info. They say I'm at the correct store, but can't process my #!!!! Spoke to a manager, they would not help me. Told me to call a customer service line, but never gave me a #. Horrible customer service! I'd rate them a 0 if it was an option..
I ordered a large hot coffee with Splenda and cream. The first one they gave to me wasn’t even lukewarm. She went back gave me another one still lukewarm and said well that’s because of the amount of cream you have. This is coming from McDonald’s a corporation that’s been sued multiple times because of how hot their coffee is I know for a fact I’ve been another McDonald’s and had it where was lukewarm and I told the person like listen I can make another pot and it was the best coffee I’ve ever had and I left a five star review
Absolutely the slowest service I have ever gotten at McDonald’s. Made to park for 2 meals. Waited over 30 minutes before the food was brought out only for part of it to be missing. Waited another 15 mins to get that part of the order only after my son went in to say something. All the employees see unhappy and have attitudes. The cars surrounding me that are also parks have had to also go inside or mention wrong or missing items and the worst part is that this location is not even currently busy!
Went through the drive through, pre hurricane Milton on Wednesday October 9, 2024.. I ordered 2 sausage egg ND cheese biscuits, and a big breakfast.... I drove back to my hotel room, to discover they gave me 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, and a sausage and egg biscuit in a "big breakfast" container...... rain too bd to drive back.... what a rip off...

We were handed our food an as we looked in the bags to check our food!! we noticed every cheeseburger we ordered was so cold the cheese looked like it had been slapped on! Mit have had better luck microwave it!! We told the manager about it an she did not care at all!! I told her the Cheese was not even melted an she literally asked me if cheese on a cheeseburger should be melted like omg! We asked for our money an she refused us!! Until i had to call the Cops to get my money! Please at any cost avoid this McDonald's!!!!!!
