From sweet to savoury this bakery has it all! The atmosphere was nice, the store was clean, and the line even though there were several people waiting to checkout, went by super quick. The staff should be applauded for how efficiently they were able to help many customers check out during rush hours!

This was my 1st visit. Restroom is open to public which is great for tesla users like me. I've had bread from here before and I love the premium milk bun but unfortunately it wasn't going to be ready which is fine since I came super early. Now I have a new favorite item ;) .

A rarity these days ... A chain that relies on quality and service more than availability. 85C has the bakery customer figured out. They provide a large selection of fresh baked goods all day. Each item is individually wrapped to retain freshness. I especially love the many orient-inspired pastries.

85° Cafe is one of my favorite spots. Not only they have great pricing for their food but also it is very delicious. I've got a starberry leche milk tea, egg tart, cheesy bread, pork bread and potato bread. Highly recommend to try this place out!

I love our local 85°! Service is always quick, location is always clean and the staff are kind, patient and helpful! I always get the pudding swirl paired with a Salted Caramel iced coffee and boba. Yummy! Can't go wrong with any choice though!

The baked goods here are always delicious. They have a wide variety of things that are bringing out fresh and flavors that make it exciting to look at what's on display. The drinks here are also generally tasty. We tried the Vietnamese coffee this time which was really bad. It tasted like instant coffee blended together with sugar and milk. Very bitter. Excessively foamy and then not settles down. You realize you only get half a drink.

Dirty tables, music so noisy, unfriendly staff, and poor service. I stood at the “Pick Up Here” sign for several minutes while employees ignored me. I had to call out for help. Very disappointing experience.

There was two piece of long hair inside the coffee cake while cutting them. The kitchen staff bakery needs to wear hair net just like working in a manufacture clean room

So I had purchase $35 worth of baked goods, on Saturday took em home to bakersfield the same day and refrigerated them to keep em good so they could last a few days. But after me and my friends tried a couple the next day not even an hour later after eating 2 of us threw up and the rest of us were not feeling good. We concluded it was this baked goods. See I have nothing wrong with the bakery or this establishment the only thing im upset about is that im sad that I have to throw a whole box away in fear of geting sick. We give 100% on taste and flavor but sumthing in there was not good. We also had a different assortment of pastries that we had eaten too.

Employees were cleaning the top cake shelf using a chemical spray. They were spraying all areas without covering the 2nd and 3rd cake shelves. I witnessed the chemicals contaminating both the 2nd and 3rd shelves. I do not understand how 85°C upper management is training their employees if this type of cleaning practice is allowed. I spoke with the lead employee, Vy, regarding what happened during the cleaning. She said she will address the issue, but this is not acceptable. I am 100% sure this is not the first time they have cleaned the cake shelves using chemical spray in this manner. Upper management needs to address this issue properly and retrain all employees immediately. Please reach out to me if upper management has any questions.

I usually enjoy 85°C, but this location really misses the mark. Several pastries tasted stale far too quickly, even when stored properly — not what you’d expect from a bakery known for freshness. What concerned me more was seeing staff spray chemical cleaner across the top cake shelf while the uncovered cakes on the lower shelves were left exposed. It didn’t feel sanitary at all. The drinks were also disappointing; the strawberry‑banana smoothie was watery and lacked flavor. With so many great bakeries in the area, this location needs to step up its quality control and food‑handling practices. Right now, it’s not living up to the 85°C standard.

So disappointed that our order placed online 2 days prior for a birthday celebration was not completed. At the time of arrival to pick up the order, one of the cakes we ordered was sold out. Spoke to the manager and he said maybe the cake was sold out. So what is the purpose of ordering online? Our company will not be placing anymore orders at 85.
