Was there on a Sunday with my EX wife. She was craving for KFC and I was to. So we stopped in there to eat lunner together. Food was excellent as always. The service was awesome as always. Overall experience was 6 stars out of 5 stars.

Ann Marie is by far the best fast food employee I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very cheerful and positive demeanor. She is like a ray of sunshine and it's authentic. KFC did something right hiring her! She earned her 5 stars. Give her a raise!!!

KFC...really had not eaten KFC for a while, but since my co-worker wanted chicken, we came here. I have to say this place is clean compared to the one's I been to, but as always prices were $6 for a combo that comes with 2 sides w/o soda. I ordered it and it tasted good and the biscuit was actually yummy, which I usually don't eat. Services were good and friendly. Plenty of parking and it is situated across from Nogales High School. Oh and ask for honey for the biscuit..makes its taste way better (;

The people that work here are fast, if rather abrupt. Still the service is decent and the food isnt too bad. Its KFC so not perfect, but still pretty good. Be careful getting out of the parking lot, though speeders and a bus stop nearby.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and then walk 20 Minutes home to see i got a regular chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Literally what the heck.

Crispy chicken tenders they were not. French fries soggy half warm. Disappointing. Only best thing was warm tender biscuit. Drive through was good. Drink had too much fizz.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender combo and a 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with fries and a chicken bowl with NO GRAVY (asked for it on the side) I had to go back! My bowl was missing! And there was no fries in the kids meal, there was popcorn chicken and 2 chicken strip. So I told her that when I went back and she said it's in there. Both son and I looked through it and opened everything! So I gave it to her after and she said oh yeah sorry. She took back the popcorn chickn. I retold her the order and showed her the recipe and they still put GRAVY in my bowl!!! I'm so mad I can't go back again!!! And its way too expensive for the little tiny chickens they give you!! Oh and they had a kid in the kitchen with them!! One of the females was wearing a hoodie over her head while shes working! This was right before 3:00 pm Saturday..

Started off with the guy working the drive-thru being rude no Hi what’s so ever just slams the window open says my total grabs my card and slams the window shut, next i here it slam open again and my card pretty much thrown in my face, next i get asked if I wanted sauce i said sure he then said if you want sauce there’s a up charge for it, since when do we get charge for any sauce? Now I guess I’m eating my meal with no sauce, Was affraid to ask for extra napkins cause I would have probably got charged extra for asking for napkins as well since I only got 2 napkins placed in my order for 4. If you wanna be nickel and dimed go here but I won’t be anymore I’ll take my business to the other small chicken business in the shopping center

Why are these chicken so small??? The chicken didn't taste like anything, the least you can do is season them. Yesterday we bought a bucket of chicken, the piece were so tiny and there was no taste to it at all. I regretted spending $39.99 plus tax on those chicken, it definitely was not "finger licking good". 2 stars for customer service and cleanliness.

Showed up at exactly 10 am and was greeted with not one, but three dead cockroaches. Two at the front door, one in front of the counter. Guess they didn't have time to sweep them up before I walked in

Didn’t even give me my receipt in the order bag, wasn’t able to check since I went drivethru. So are the employees pocketing the change then? Edit: Kept trying to call, but no one’s answering. So I just called to file a complaint with corporate. Hope the stealing was worth it.

When I asked how much the gravy was, guy at the window said $5.50 (or .60, something like that). I asked a different nearby KFC, they said it’s $3.99. Didn’t even give me my receipt in the order bag, wasn’t able to check since I went drivethru. So are the employees pocketing the change then? Edit: Kept trying to call, but no one’s answering. So I just called to file a complaint with corporate. Hope the stealing was worth it.

They said that it was limited edition but yet it’s still up in the website. Corporate should take it down or issue refunds. They should’ve issued a refund, instead I was issued small apple pie bites. Unacceptable!!!
