Hi, I usually love Domino’s, but tonight left me really disappointed. I was looking forward to a good meal, but my order took over 2 hours instead of the promised 35–45 minutes. By the time it arrived, the food was cold, the drinks were wrong, and the pizza wasn’t even cut through. The Cinna Twists were hard, and no one answered when I tried calling the store. It honestly just felt like nobody cared, and that really stings because I usually trust Domino’s to do better. I hope something can be done to make this right

Nothing says your orders coming right up like the only guy in the store having a full conversation with his wife on the phone taking his time. When asked why he believed it was a good idea his response was “my wife is more important than you”… family man. Love it. To those who didn’t get there phone call answered, just remember his wife is more important than you

I called the West Haverstraw location, It took 13 minutes for an associate to pick up the phone.after that I was placed on hold for another 30 minutes. i then decided to drive to the store. After I arrived the the store I sat for 8 more minutes and then I decided to asked if there was anybody available to take my order to which and employee responded no there no one to take your order, I explained to the gentleman I was on hold for 30 minutes and his reply was I “can take your order but it would be 40 to forty minutes wait” You guys need to invest on better customer service.

I recently placed an order for delivery. After an hour I called the store they assured me driver was in route. Two hours later I called again same bologna about the driver in route and close to my house. 21/2 hours later I canceled the order. No apologies no call back and the nerve to only issue a $10 return when the order was $21. Never again!

Never again ordering from this place. A few years ago they had the worse customer service and for a short period time they finally got their act together. Well here we are again, with crappy customer service and delivering cold food. They blamed their WiFi being down for this and clearly this location is not trained on how to properly handle these kind of situations.

There’s no point of ordering from here. Very poor working conditions for workers. It’s always very cold in there and my pizza is always cold. The chicken wings aren’t even crispy but soggy. This place use to be good and it just keeps getting worse. All the workers there have big attitudes but I don’t blame them. Corporate needs to do better!! Shame on Dominos!!!

I had ordered through the app for a new York style medium pie with Alfredo, mushrooms and bacon and recived the wrong order. I'm still giving five stars for the service because I'm in the same field but mistakes like this should not happen if the ticket is in front of your eyes with the order. if you can't read orders correctly then you should not be working at all. Just stay home

You never know what you’re going to get. My husband works late, and on days I don’t cook his go to is Dominos. However, they are always inconsistent with orders. One day might breadbowl is a decent size, with an adequate amount of sauce and chicken. And other times my breadbowl is half the size it’s suppose to be with little to no sauce.

I try not to order from this Dominos. unfortunately, it was on the way and I said why not. I ordered two pan pizza.with some toppings and surprise, surprise. They got it wrong. I always order beef instead of sausage but they always give me sausage. I don't think the guy preparing the order knows which one is the beef. The worst part is they didn't add sauce to my pizza. No sauce. I was upset but because we live 25 minutes from the location we decided to disregard it. I try my hardest not to go to this location. I just wish someone would take responsibility when it comes to the cooking and get this right for once. that is all I ask. Took some pics. Dont get me wrong. Any pizza is delicious regardless but sometimes I love sauce and don't want sausage. Sometimes I want what I pay fot.

Called 5 times about my order being wrong. As a former fast food employee, I understand it's not always the employee's fault. However, from the very first time I called, someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. When I'm finally through to someone they say "we can't send it to you today, but we'll put it on your account for the next time you order." So here's me ordering the next time. Same old song and dance. Horrible service. Only took me 3 phone calls to get someone this time. When I explain to the gentleman my situation about the order on my account, he claims that he's new, doesn't know how to use the system, and he's the only person in the store. Thankfully I was just outside of the store and saw there were at least 3 employees in the store.
