Dive Bar

Very expensive for what you get. Drinks are inconsistent which is the reason for the low rating. One drink would be good the next was terrible. Staff is stretched very very thin so management is to blame. One night the wings were extremely spicy, the next they weren't. One time we got bar snacks, the next we didn't. They're very inconsistent and very expensive.

My rating is strictly based on a non food experience at Delta WPB. After having dinner at Dive Bar, my credit card was either left or not given back to me. There was a slight bartender confusion with the tab that may have contributed. I was a guest at the hotel that night and didn't leave until about 12 hours later. I unfortunately didn't miss the card until I returned home the next day. I thought I had used it after that, but when I couldn't locate it, reported it lost and arranged for a new card. I then called the hotel to check, just in case. Sure enough, they had it "in the (front desk) drawer" and was confidently told that I could retrieve it there. Today I was told by a manager (who has no authority) that it is policy that they "hold left credit cards" for the owner to claim once they notice them missing. (Instead of maybe calling my room?!!!) This could easily leave a traveler in a terribly bad situation! Now I'm in the process of trying to track down someone who is actually " in charge". This policy is wholly unprofessional, LAZY, and completely acceptable. Much time, effort and trouble on my part for what was a completely avoidable situation. I expect much more from this brand! Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Basic Hospitality We had a very disappointing experience at Dive Bar. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. Our bartender showed no interest in customer service—did not listen, did not check in, and seemed completely disengaged. We visited on a Wednesday expecting the “Wine Down Wednesday” discount, which the bartender initially confirmed, but it was never applied to our bill. On top of that, the bartender didn’t even bother to open the bottle of wine for us. Instead, we were handed two visibly dirty wine glasses, which was both unprofessional and unappetizing. There was a clear lack of attention to detail and basic hospitality. I don’t expect luxury service at a place called “Dive Bar,” but I do expect clean glassware, honest pricing, and staff who care enough to provide the bare minimum of service. Sadly, this visit failed on all fronts.
