Jerk chicken was super tender and tasty, I’ve been looking for a good late night Jamaican place and this seems to be the one! The plantains were a bit dry, but otherwise satisfied 🙂

My son loves the oxtails and rice. I always get the barbecue chicken and potato salad. My friend had the shrimp pasta and liked it. I actually tried their food for the first time at the Florida Classic. My sister was like their from West Palm Beach. I looked them up when I made it home.

The food was delicious! We ordered via Grubhub. When I started to open the bag the grilled scent hit me. I knew it was going to be good. I do wish the rice had a little gravy on it. I will definitely be ordering again!

Ms. Annette is classy, professional and excellent in every way. She made the arrangements for our catering order and we and all of our guests were very impressed. We ordered ribs, jerked chicken, ox tails, macaroni salad, potato salad, peas and rice, plantains and cabbage. Our order was delivered on time, the care taken to set up our food display was immaculate, and every food item was cooked to perfection and prepared with love! The food was exceptional! Ms. Annette’s potato salad is amazing and the ribs were incredible (my favorites). We are already looking forward to our next event to have Mr. Mac’s catering again! Our experience was money well spent! Thank you Ms. Annette, Son and staff for outstanding service delivery and food quality. Absolutely delicious! It is my great pleasure to give a well-deserved and favorable recommendation.

When I say this food is good, I mean it's more than good. I want to thank the cook, man, you put your foot in this food, as the Jamaican proverbs would say. If you visit West Palm Beach, make sure you find this place. First buying, and I am over my heels. Highly recommended. I am not paid to right this; I have experienced this for myself I'm staying at the Hampton Inn because my flight on Delta Airlines was canceled. The place to spend your money is right here.

I'll never give this place 5 stars. Brooklyn native I'll always be biased..but this place always serves clean food that tastes good. I'm used to the jerk man on the corner in the summer with hard dough bread, so I'm picky. Food is good, not the best jerk ever but good. Blonde haired woman who is the owner is a sweetheart, reminds me of home. Good enough place for Jamaican food in Florida

Visited this restaurant today 7/15/2025 with my niece who is here from Texas. We ordered a large oxtail, rice amd peas and steamed cabbage and a large curry goat, white rice and steamed cabbage. We were hungry and what a disapointment. The large was more like a small. Both dishes lacked flavor. Steamed cabbage was boiled and had no flavor or seasoning. Shameful to call this a Jamaican restaurant. We will not have a return visit.

I ordered a large oxtail and I cannot believe I paid $20 for something that should be considered a small. I can’t imagine what the small oxtail looks like. Also, the plantains do not look fried at all. The food tastes ok. Not impressed at all.

Plus I had to go back since the server forgot my second side. I know, right🤨 Overall, Mr. Mack has some work to do if they want to stand out in the crowded world of Jamaican restaurants. For now, I might suggest looking for your jerk chicken fix elsewhere.

I placed my order on 05/17/2025. I was extremely disappointed with my order of the so called Oxtail with white rice and Rasta Pasta. I expected the Oxtail to be full of flavor but it had no flavor and it made me throw up. As for the Rasta Pasta which was only rigatoni with melted cheese. I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy!

Had a food truck 🚚 delivery to our work it was for nurses day. food was horrible 😖none of my co- workers wanted it.. wasnt flavoured it was so very very blane dont know how this restaurant stays in business I would never eat this ever again if there was a 0 star⭐ rate I would give it that A Big Fat O!! On 09/24/2025 visit Mr. Mack as soon as I walked in and stood by the counter I saw a roach crawling. I told the lady she came over and took this container that was sitting on the counter to kill the roach and then just left the roach under the container didn't clean the area at all. After I got my oxtails I when home and eat the oxtails they was tough and dry. those oxtails was leftovers tasted like hard tough rock. I will not order nothing again from there.

Even the plantains were off—somehow both soggy and burnt. It tasted like old oil. To make things worse, the service was slow and disorganized. Not to mention the rudeness and attitude. It took forever to get our food, and when it finally came out, it was just horrible. I hate writing negative reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be going back.

First and foremost, the online ordering for the lunch special is truly confusing. So what I ordered is not what I received. I wanted oxtails but ended up with stew chicken, which didn't taste too bad but definitely didn't get the authentic Jamaican cooking flavor out of it. The Mac & cheese tasted like it was in its way to spoiling. It actually hurt my stomach after a couple bites. I put steamed cabbage but it looked and tasted more like a warm salad. I put white rice, didnt get that either. I may give them another try a different day but not sure because I was truly disappointed . Though I do feel if my online order was confusing, they should have called the number attached to the order to get clarification rather than picking and choosing what to make.

No flavor, no taste, no spices NOTHING!!! Every item that I tasted was a disgrace to the Jamaican community. There is no way this food was cooked by anyone who know's what they are doing. I will NEVER step out on faith again. I am in complete disbelief after wasting almost $40 on something that got thrown in the garbage. Do better, seriously!!!! Would not recommend to a dog.
