We get Subway from this location often, and have never had an issue. The employees are fast, accurate, and the location is clean.

Went to get a sandwich for the first time in awhile and I have to say I definitely picked the right subway they made me smile the whole time I was in there and the lady think her name was destiny made me a delicious ultimate cheesy bread sandwich.

This is literally the nicest Subway I have ever been to. Pleasant and kind staff, lots of parking, clean seating area, fresh looking and tasting ingredients, and no line!

Avery deserved a raise! She was so sweet and thoughtful! I’m not from around here but will make this a stop on my San Antonio commute.

Perfect! Stopped on the way from Dallas to Austin. Easy off 35, 2 quick turns, and on. 3 pleasant, competent workers, fast service and not crowded on a Wednesday at 1pm. Clean and clean bathrooms.

The girls that work here are SO SWEET. They helped us find my daughter’s missing Elf on a Shelf and made a point to sew her skirt back together while keeping her safely tucked away until we returned from vacation. Thank you Libby and friends, y’all saved the day!

I ate here later in the evening as I was travelling through. The place was not busy. I received good service, and my sandwich was made just as I wanted. Ingredients were fresh and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Overall a good experience.

One of the few places I can go and be guaranteed a decent sandwich no matter the location.

It's a clean restaurant. I go monthly and they're always nice to me. If you go in with a good attitude you will come out with a good attitude & good sandwiches.

A great little Subway with very friendly employees. The sandwich was more than ample, sadly their order ahead computer had a glitch so the sandwich was not ready when I went in, but they were so amiable and apologetic, truly a great little subway. Clean, well capped, and a great stop in West, Texas!

The customer service was horrible. I was the only customer. Two young men were working. One wanted to go on break. The other said he would need help with my order....before I even ordered. He was obviously miffed that I had an order for 4 when I did order. I ask for cheddar on one sandwich. He sprinkled it with shredded Colby jack. I asked if he was out of cheddar. He said, quite irritated, "Yeah." He didn't ask if I preffered another sliced cheese. I told him I might need it warmed then if he was using shredded cheese. He stared at me for a moment, sighed loudly, and proceeded to warm it. When I got the sandwiches home, only the top piece of bread was sliced through. The bottom piece on each sandwich was still attached to the other half. One sandwich had no cheese. The veggies sandwich wasn't even in the bread. It was everywhere, a huge mess. Despite the bad customer service, the sandwiches where good.

The tall sandwich maker saw me looking at them carefully, and without my having to ask, he avoided the worst of the spinach. That was the highlight of my visit. The net result, though, was a foot-long sandwich that was skimpy. Afterwards, I was tempted to go hit a burger joint. The men's rest room was missing towels in the dispenser. The old guy at the register didn't wear his mask over his nose. They left the door open to the back. That may seem silly to mention, but it was one more thing that seemed lazy and thoughtless. The place was clean, though. The register guy made sure of that.

Middle of nowhere. Didn't have basic stuff at 3 in the afternoon. It was not busy at all. But no bread? Odd. No concession for not having 2 types of bread either. So yeah its a highway stop off subway. We were starving. Still sucked.

Got the nachos, they were burnt and nasty

I ordered the turkey and guacamole wrap and they forgot that guacamole and when I finally remembered about it and told them they seamed not to care not going back there

my order had a hair in it twice ,two months apart ,they should be wearing hair nets,like other places do, made me sick ,friggin nasty !!!!!!!!!!

Sent my husband with a list of How to make my sandwich...(he even handed the maker my list). Let's just say I am very upset that I have an 11 dollar sub that is Soggy and wrong as ever. They failed to correct it Or give a refund. No receipt was given and they were supposidly unable to reprint my 5minute ago receipt from the register! No manager on Duty! We were told: "We throw receipts away. Let Me get it out the trash....oh the trash has already went to the Dumpster we closed at 5pm.” (online shows 9pm but okay! Maybe ur blowing this off?) These girls were kids and laughed almost the entire time while on the phone. I'm so baffled that they sent my order out like this. Kinda even more upset that my husband purchased such a nightmare (but he left it up to the sandwich maker..which is totally understandable.) I ordered an Utimate Cheesy Bread {limited time... which is ONLY made on an Italian bread} (per "CAT" we are trained to put it on any bread) Toasted Over Roasted Chicken(the round one rt?) Add BACON (please heat) Lettuce..LIGHT bell pepper..spinach...onion. Salt/pepper.....Oil **Pickle/Ranch on the side. Simple! I rcvd a cold OVERLOADED Chicken Bacon Ranch. I could not even slide IT out the bag. I had to cut it out! The sandwich was impossible to fold...(it was that sloppy loaded...fell right out the the wrap) the girl even admitted it was the sloppiest sandwich they made the entire day! (Seriously?) The Bacon was undercooked...veggies damn near WHOLE. The chicken and bread were wrong....and did u really add Ranch when I asked for it on the side? Black Ink White Paper was provided and obviously thrown away. Geez...reading is imperative/fundamental. 1st and Last visit... Don't Send Your Orders here...go in yourself!!!

The fact that this store shows it’s open until 9pm and I pull up at 8pm shows the attitude of this staff located at this store. I would not recommend counting on this store to be open. This is not the first instance this has happened.

I ordered a protein bowl, I order lettuce with it, got no lettuce, tried calling multiple times and no answer. It seems every time I order from here there is a major issue with my order, and no one can seem to fix it, or care to fix it.

I thought hell I give it another chance nope was not any better. The bread was stale as crap when we got home. Worst subway sandwich I have ever eaten. I would really like to speak with a manager. I don’t even want to give them 1 star.

Always loved this Subway. The teenager worker was extremely rude. I asked what time they closed. Worker replied with hours are right there on the window then he said I can also go online and see the hours. Then I gave him my bread preference, and he said what? Very rudely. At this point I didn't even want to stay. Husband had already ordered. I can't see well so I was trying to read menu. I was rudely rushed. $27.00 for bad service! Then as we sat down, the worker came from the back with pizza in hand and sat down for his break. I'm assuming his reason for the rude rush. Lady comes in he never acknowledged her, no other worker up front, finally someone helps her. Kid continues to munch and be on his phone. I hope he enjoyed his break. What a rude worker. I don't even want to go back there, and this place is clean and taken care of, but they need to rethink who they hire. Despicable and rude.
