This McDonald's was fixed up a year or two ago and is completely revamped on the inside. It has kiosks to order from and table service when they have the available staff. Everyone who works here is pretty cool. I've never dealt with a rude employee. It is however pretty busy for breakfast and dinner most days.
This restaurant is clean & the workers were friendly & helpful I had asked them that I would like my order very hot & they did. We enjoyed it. reason it was so cold outside.
Moved quickly in the line. I appreciate the McDonald's that invest in the 2 drive through option for customers. On that day that I went I observed that the young employees were very professional as well. Thank you for giving them a chance to begin their careers!😎
Clean and relatively quick service. Food is pretty consistent with other mcd. Been coming to this location on and off for years. Not fond of the new electronic panel order system thingy though ... in any location. But such seems the trend.
This locationnisbprwtty coordinar, the can Takeshi carece of a lotnof cars since they have 2 places to get orders. Thet ate pretty Quick as will to give you your food. Sometime they forget to put napkins and straws witch can be a really bad thing specially when you coming with kids. Other than that it's pretty cool.

What do you eat when the hotel your staying at has horrible coffee and no breakfast offered at this time? 🙆 (Courtyard Marriott). This is the answer. Coffee is consistently good and Oatmeal with Cranberry and Raisins was hot and delicious. All under 5.00! Can't go wrong. Friendly, well spoken woman took took my order. Happy day!

Quick service. Friendly employee's, however every time I order Steak bagel, I pay for Xtra onions, and it's an issue all the time. If you order them & pay, they should not tell me there's enough onion's on it. Was there this morning 9/13/23, finally was able to get extra onions on my steak bagel,even when paying they're reluctant to do it.

I don’t usually eat fast food, but when I need a quick bite before or after work, this is the location I go to since it’s close and convenient. The drive-thru is usually accurate with my order, and in the past 10 years, I’ve only had one or two small issues where the sauces for the nuggets were forgotten. Overall, it’s a reliable spot when you’re on the go.

The manager was very helpful they overcharged me. Because I have the app they did not apply to the order. And she was prompt to take care of it
Awesome McDonald's!! This is the prettiest McDonald's I have ever seen. I probably drove past it 10 times without realizing it was one because the outside looks so different. Fully staffed with nice relaxing background music, lower lighting, and table service! Plenty of parking, this one does not have a play place. Very clean, too.
Looks like it was recently renovated so it's pretty clean, with a modern design. They bring food to your table so you don't have to wait by the cashier. But every time I go, they keep messing up the order..

Food came out hot and fast had the filet o fish with fries. Ordered the sweet tea it wasn't sweet at all and even more watered down on the ride home. Staff was friendly restaurant was clean used drive thru but went inside to use the bathroom while I waited. Would reccomend for a cheat meal not eat everyday.
Typical Mc Donald's. They do have the new order yourself machines but you can still talk to an employee to order if technology scares you. Parking lot is a decent size. The inside was clean and food was the norm. Definitely on a busy road but didn't seam too difficult to enter or leave.

This is a pretty big McDonalds. A lot of parking and plenty of room inside. They now have 2 kiosks and only 2 registers. The inside is clean and well maintained. I got the chicken nuggets and fries. Both items were nice and hot, and the fries were perfectly salted.
Now, the guy taking the order speaks English; Thank you so I don't have to repeat my order multiple times, but now the staff filling the orders don't speak English, mostly Spanish. Seriously? So before it took forever to give your order and now it takes forever to get your order filled. Now I know why this place is NEVER crowded.

Everytime I order a large fries it is less than half filled. They are slick, they don't open it all the way so it looks full.. 9 outta 10 times I have to call them out on it... it's usually rather warm in dining area.. quite a few evening cashiers are umm not customer friendly oriented... but have to say food is never cold... and is fresh (lol)
Ok so we were ordering and the lady was hella rude. Also the food take too long to be made. When I asked for ketchup the guy threw it on my hand. Soda (sprite) tasted like sparkling water. Tables are never cleaned.

Staff isn't too nice. The drive thru menu board was blank. I told the guy and he replied "I don't control the menu." To which I inquired "How am I supposed to know what you offer?" The casher made a mistake about the order. She charged $1.19 more than regular price. It wasnt a big deal but when I tried to kindly tell her about the mistake she and her manager seemed to be extremely unhappy. The manager rudely returned me $1 with bad attitude and saying nothing, made me feel she was almost slapping my face with that dollar bill.

Not sure what the big deal is with most McDonald's I visit recently. Visit here on a weekday at 10:45am for breakfast. I know lunch starts at 11am. I asked a staff a simple question about Happy Meal toy's availability (pokemon). Automatically they get on defensive mode. Me "Is the pokemon toy available" Staff " You have to buy the meal to get it" " You can't buy the toy alone" Me " I understand and that isn't a problem but do you have it available?" Staff "Lunch starts at 11am" Me "Forget it. Thank you" Want to use the hash brown deal. Purchase anything but the dollar meal to get free hash brown. Me "May I get this item and use this code" Staff "Can't use this deal because it expires at 10:30 am. It show on the app" I'm trying to find the fine print and disclaimer but nothing. I will never refer an enemy to this location. The staff here are very questionable about their ability to listen and respond.

On Oct 27, ~9:25am I ordered Sausage with egg McMuffin, NO SAUSAGE and a small hot chocolate.The order taker repeated the order and I saw it on the screen correctly. I received an egg McMuffin WITH SAUSAGE NO EGG!! So, essentially, I paid $4.79 for an English muffin with cheese (I do not eat meat) We were traveling and I didn’t open sandwich until we were a distance away so I couldn’t go back to return. Very rude and disrespectful experience recently I go to the drive thur to pick up a mobile order I let the lady know I’m here for the order she say no come inside for it. I ask why it’s a online order I have the order number she no we don’t do that. Embarrassed to admit I actually patronized this franchise but we were in a pinch. We hadn’t eaten anything all day, and I needed to feed my daughter something before the 2 hr drive back to Manhattan. GPS showed nothing and the crazy 5-borough marathon literally blocked everything we thought of going to. Botton line, do yourself a favor and stay away. If you must, don’t go to the drive-through unless you know what you want. Otherwise they will rush you so you don’t even get a chance to look at the menu. So inside I go and ask how this works when one can’t look at the menu? Manager Tanya doesn’t really care. Spent almost $20 on the junk and felt sick afterwards. What bad luck.
They forgot 2 items in my order, went back to pick them up, the person we spoke to was unapologetic and seemed annoyed, seems like this either happens often enough or it happens when you wear a certain patch on your shoulder. I wouldn't recommend anyone who wears a uniform to order food from here

The Manager was very disrespectful, and would not give us our food after we had paid for it. Then began insisting that we had received the food even though the order was far from being complete. She then threatened to call the police on us after she was hostile with us. If this is how McDonald's hires managers then I would recommend others to never go back to one. They whisper into the intercom so you have to keep repeating yourself. Then they serve your order with burnt buns, a dry overdone patty, and no toppings or condiments because they clearly don't want to be there. Even the fries barely filled the container. Never really go to McDonald's and this was a good reminder to go to the dozens of other fast food places in any given area.

Nothing!! How do you place an order in the drive thru - notice they get it wrong on the screen - you correct them - you get your order and drive away - look in your bag - and guess what - they still screw it up. So, I drive back to the place, show them, remind them what you ordered - they apologize - re-make your order and screw it up again. So, I correct them and remind them what I ordered, they ask to see my receipt (which confirmed what I said). They add what was missing from the order and it was wrong yet again. You can't make this stuff up. I I correct them again and they attempt to fix my order again - guess what? Wrong again…… I tell them when I worked in McDonald's years ago, when we screwed up the order, we would give them some fries to keep them happy. Some guy comes over and throws a bag with a strawberry pie. I tell them No Thank You!! If it is this hard to get my order correct - I don't need to eat it. NEVER AGAIN!!!! You will be out of business soon!!! You guys suck!!

Very "cold" staff. No one greets you when you walk in. Someone who I presume was the manager, had her back turned to the counter while busy texting on her phone. When I cleared my throat to get her attention, she looked over her shoulder and walked away to finish her texting. I waited about 7 minutes before anyone spoke to me.😔 One positive....the place is clean.
Sat oct 22 2022 12 noon. The negative reviews from last month and several months ago still hold true. Nice enough manager but he was in over his head. Sorry I didn't read the reviews before I entered this waste of a store ,my big Mac fell apart after I took my second bite. I think the lettuce was wet. Come on, how do you screw up a Big Mac?? If you don t know come here. Slow service..folks who ordered after me on the kiosk got served first. Just a total disgrace.
That place was terrible. We went through the drive through. We asked for ketchup and honey mustard and was only given one packet of bbq. That’s not what we asked for. For drinks they said they had no soda but fruit punch and tea only. The Big Mac lettuce in it didn’t look fresh at all. The chicken nuggets were okay and the shake machine was working which is problem at fast food places saying it is isn’t. I bet it wasn’t clean though. Also the price is about double what it used to be. How can a McDonald’s be so terrible and still open when McDonald’s are known for consistency.
This place is a rip off!! As they are independently owned, McD’s all charge their own prices. This one charges $6 for large French fries!! $6!!! Heck no. Other prices just as inflated on their other items. For a comparison, the McDonald’s on 106 in Hicksville charges $4.75 which is still high but certainly better than $6!?!? This owner has some nerve. Come here and you’ll wind up spending $5-$10 more than a competing McD’s with a couple of people. Maybe they are trying to make their customers pay for their renovations. There are many McD’s around so choose wisely. This place is not worth the effort and certainly not worth wasting money due to the greed of the owner. There is absolutely no excuse other than greed.
Slowest and dirtiest eatery. Self service kiosks hold over 10 min wait in queue, people ordering at the counter are not receiving food any faster. Tables and floors are filthy. There are no disinfec wipes in the dispenser to clean tables yourself, there are no napkins available. People with orders for the app are walking back in from their cars to fix incorrect orders. The drive thru is backed up around the perimeter of the building. Not 1 employee is tending to the counter as mounting customers continue to build up waiting for food.
I went to this location a Saturday at 2PM and no one showing at the drive-thru. I waited forever and absolutely nothing. Then I move to window to pay and it was closed, the window where you get your meal they gave their delivery to the guy before and they closed it when I arrived. Employees there are lazy! To avoid!
Not 24 hours and got there before closing noone said anything over the mic had to drive to window where cashier said they were closed and the app let me order no problem.
Brenda was absolutely disgusting to a family that was taking a long time at the drive thru & it was because the woman was paying with mostly coins to feed her and 2 kids. She yelled at saying she was holding up the line and maybe she should get a better job! Brenda should be fired ! So nasty. Doesn't hurt to be kind & understanding. She definitely could have handled it better. Maybe noticing her situation she could have asked her to pull to one of the reserved spots and when she was ready to come in. I ended up paying for her meals. I swear she had no sympathy & it was so nasty.
Went from a 5 star review down to a 1 star review. Upon arrival, I walk in and theres people seated eating, I get compliments on my shirt by the patrons. Then I go to order, the kiosks are turned off. Then an employee tells me that the inside is closed. I go back to my car and go hop onto the drive through, there is a sign that says "all lanes open, All time." For the 2 drive through lanes. I go drive into the second lane. As I get up to the mic, there are cones and I have to back up my car through the drive through, almost getting into an accident, with the patrons who just complimented my shirt, thankfully there was no accident but I shouldnt have had to back up in a drive thru. I choose to get out of my car and flip down that sign that says both drive thrus are open, as its obvious the management here is not going to and I wish to avert any future accidents. As I pull up to the mic to order, it takes 2 or 3 minutes before anyone is available to take my order. Very disappointed in the management here, as it's the simple things like locking the doors, taking down signs and placing cones in visible locations that avoid any potential OSHA violations.
This McDonald's just can't get a order right, big or small or simple. They'll say yes I understand then turn around and do what they want. You have to double check your food always and also stress to them what you want... almost like begging. This past year I can say I've been there at least 6 times and 5/6 they got it wrong. Go to the McDonald's on Hempstead Tpke in East Meadow, they get it right and/or fix it if they don't. But 9/10 my order has been right. Mind I go to these locations when I'm at work or going to...I don't have time for them to mess up my order and then drive back. Oh and I almost forgot, I saw the overnight manager drop the ice cream cups on the ground...she then picked them up and put them right back to sell to customers. And when I called her on it she got a attitude...worst Mikki D's on long island... couldn't even eat my food
Went for curbside delivery an waited 25mins for my food. After waiting for so long I decided to go inside and asked why my food wasn’t ready. The manager with glasses totally disregarded me like waiting for fast food for 25 is the norm. Then you have some Spanish guy with tattoos on his neck put in his 2 cents in and he was totally wrong. And reading some of the reviews this is not their first time. I hate to be this guy but the way they acted was very unprofessional.

Went to dine at my local McDonalds and this woman behind the counter ate my burger! I order two double burgers, then returned the two single burgers I received and she only gave me one back! Then when I confronted her she pulled the trash can out that did not have my burgers. This rude lady ate my other burger. And my friend Felipe never got his burger and they never gave him his back. And the cherry on top was a rat eating a burger in the parking lot.

Internet says store opens at 4am. I came at 5:30am . Store was closed. Now my coupon code is expired. The manager will not honor my coupon code because it is expired. She gave the name Bel, and said she was going to call the cops if I didn't order. I had to leave or be arrested. I can't imagine not updating info since Covid. 3 years ago. Plenty of time to inform the public of restaurant hours Plus how hard is it to say I'm sorry I will honor your store coupon? Last time I was in town I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers w no onion. They gave me McChickens. This store had drive in and in store customer complaints while I was waiting to talk to the manager on duty. Best to avoid this location
One of the worst curbside service you can get. Last week ordered curbside waited 10 minutes went inside and spoke to manager ,explained that I was waiting for ten minutes and she said they never got the order.offered to show her on their app she refused to look at it. Today I ordered curbside and again 10 minutes and went inside, the reason short Spanish blond worker told me, is that was she was by herself.my problem if you are short of staff ,why offer curbside.
On 6/30/22 i place order and I was waiting along with other people for a good 10minutes to get the foodand at that point bunch of us got upset and asked for refund. Workers in the kitchen dont have time to serve you- everyone laughing and some of them using cell phones. When you ask for menager they all pretend to be one. Worse employees if that food chain- i highly recomend to stay away from this place.
Every time I come here and I order take out they're always forgetting something in my order even if it's not a big order. if u want to call ahead and complain the phone number they give u on their receipt isn't even working.
It took 20 minutes just to order. Another 25 min for the food. Which was a burger meal. Not a big order. worst customer service
In reality, such establishments should serve guests quickly, but here speed has a completely different meaning.
I paid with a hundred a few days ago 12/4/25 and didn’t look at the receipt which is on me, but the cashier put it in as a 50 and I was swindled out of 50 bucks, I tried calling and am getting no response. 12/6/25
I really don't have anything bad to say about the food but I do have some to say about service and the manager in charge and two of its front of house supervisors. Which I will not name at this time. My complaint is from what I have observed while eating there. How they speak to customers and at times do not attend to customers within reasonable time. It seems that there first and only two priorities are drive thru and online orders and just forget about the eat in customers.
I order from a person who just didn’t understand the register my app was not excepted?? Still didnt know why, the girl didnt speak the language.. horrible experience HORRIBLE.. Well maybe if you speak the language you might have better luck because they made me feel very unwelcomed

Ordered via drive thru. Was told to wait... what's the purpose of 2 drive thru lanes if you're only going to serve 1 at a time? Then when I got my food they forgot half my order. Quality does NOT live here. This is not the first time THIS McDonalds has betrayed me.
Drive thru worker handed my bag of food to the car in front of me and when they gave it back he handed the same bag back to me. The manager then got annoyed when I asked for a new one that wasn’t in someone else’s car already. Waited 25 minutes. I was being very understanding and the manager was rude.
Staying at the hotel across the street, we visited this McDonald’s three times over a 6-day stay with our kids. Every single time, they messed up our drive-thru order—missing food each visit. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until we were already back at the hotel. Yes, we should’ve checked the bag. But come on—shouldn’t accuracy be part of the basic service when you’re paying nearly $40 for three people to eat fast food? It’s frustrating and unacceptable when one person ends up without a meal, especially after paying full price. McDonald’s, this location needs serious attention. Your team is consistently shorting customers and creating bad experiences. People shouldn’t have to double-check behind your staff to ensure they actually get what they paid for. Do better.
normally i give the benefit of the doubt for fast food places but after 20 minutes of waiting for my order, they didn’t even make it (it wasn’t busy and i only ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink). then instead gave my friend two of his same order. then i had to explain to the manager what i ordered, just for her to say “ok and?” then i had to explain AGAIN what i ordered and she sighed and walked away. had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. The manager working on May 26th 2025 at 6pm needs to be reprimanded or fired, she has no business working in the food industry if she’s going to give people attitudes for something that’s her own fault.
Order curbside got to spot 4 at 9:46 waited till 10 am went inside waited another 5 minutes to get someone attention. While I saw my order and an other gentleman just sitting there. I understand if it was busy but no and the manager just joking around with the other employees. Finally got my food 10:15 unacceptable with no explanation no apology. This what I call bad management
All my food was burnt. The McGriddle was burnt, the hash brown was burnt and my drink was nasty and flat. I spent $9 on a meal I couldn’t even enjoy and the drink I couldn’t even drink 🤮🤢 this is the WORSE quality I have ever gotten with McDonald’s. I was here last week and thought it was just an accident but same quality food today. Never again. Im contacting corporate.
