Food was nice and fresh. But I dined in but can't use their restroom because it's out of order. No sign on the door. Why can't they have it fixed. So how do they use the restroom? Never gonna dined in. They think I'm a homeless person? I'm a paid customer. And so what if it's a homeless person? As long as they're a paid customer, they should be able to use the restroom. Never again

First I'd like to say I have never been to this location, and won't be returning. This location is poorly ran, has bad service and is unfriendly. I went to the drive through to use coupons. I'm on a fixed income so I try and treat myself every so often. The lady named Rubi didn't tell me they were separate transactions, which I know you're able to use it all in one transaction because i've done it before. Anyway, I handed her my money she grabbed it and didn't smile or anything. As she handed my order, she slammed the window on me. I tried to ask if my whole order was there and if I could get sauces but the window was closed. Very Very rude individual. People like her should be out of customer service. I had no conversation with her whatsoever for her to treat me so poorly. Very disappointed in this establishment. * image of my burrito, i know i used a coupon but c'mon barely any protein and all tortilla*

Had to give 1 star the customer service was bad. Managers!!! Were mean and rude. The janitor was cleaning took the mop and rung it out with his hands then doing his job cleaning stuff and touching tables and other things with his dirty hands told management and they said he is not touching food but he is touching where customers eat just DISGUSTING!!!! Won't return. I took these pictures of Jack in this place and he is even sad...they made Jack sad 😥

Gave me the wrong order I ordered the potato wedges and got the jalapeño poppers and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them since I am at work and I’ve been trying for over 40 minutes and still no answer over the phone I can’t leave work too show them what happened it wasn’t even that busy too I had like three cars maybe in front of me

Terrible experience, takes forever for anyone to take my order, only to be told to use the self-service. Even though I selected dine-in and it said so on my receipt they didn't give me a tray. Half the drink selections in the soda machine and ice doesn't work and the ones that do taste way off. The place is also run-down and dirty, worse Jack in the Box location I've been to personally.

It was the most fraudulent and rude service I've ever gotten. The manager was gonna Doble charge me while I paid with cash first then card and then she wanted to charge the whole amount to the card even tho I gave her most of the total o. cash, so she was almost triple charging me. I mentioned it to her and she told me not to tell her how to do her job which she clearly doesn't know how to do and gave horrible horrendous and disrespectful service I wouldn't even call it customer service beacuse didn't even cared for the customer. After I mentioned to this vile woman that she's over charging me she has the audacity to not seve me at all cuz she's wrong and can't admit it and apologize and do the job right. No apparently her pride is more important that her ethical and moral compassion and doing her job. If I could give less than a star on everything I would this place is always empty and now I know why. Horrible service terrible food and rude employees. Do not go here 😒

First time ordering at this location from the app as i usually go to the one on Katella. I ordered and was charged for a MEDIUM combo. Was given a small drink and fries. I asked Sara why I was given the incorrect size, and she said that's what printed on the ticket. I showed her on the app that I had ordered a medium, and she pretty much said, "Oh, well." What kind of service charges you the bigger size just to give you a smaller one. It's more the lack of wanting to fix the issue than the actual wrong size issue but least to say, I learned my lesson and will stick to a restaurant (Katella and Western) that actually cares about taking care of their customers!!

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Jack in the Box, especially after a long day. Martine, the employee who assisted me, charged me for an item I didn't order, showed no apology or understanding of his mistake, and even forgot an item in my order. The customer service was very poor. Jack in the Box, you need to do better at reminding your employees about customer satisfaction and the importance of providing a great customer experience.

Worst Jack in the box location. Don’t come here unless you want your order to be messed up EVERY time. Today I got a deluxe sourdough (breakfast) they forgot my bacon and the manager (guy) tried to say that it didn’t come with bacon on it. I get this sandwich all the time and I know for a fact it indeed comes with it. They had to look it up on their system and realized that I was correct. I think if you work somewhere you should know what comes on the food. The manager then proceeds to tell them to remake my order but he seemed annoyed. I then told them I didn’t mind getting the bacon on the side. The lady manager came up to me very rudely and started saying there isn’t a problem with my order when there clearly was. My problem was already getting fixed by the other manager. I was very nice to them the whole time but they were very rude to me.
