I got an Italian sandwich it was so terrible poorly put together I had to eat it like a hot dog because the lady didn't lay the meat and cheese flat on the breed it was tucked in the corner then folded just terrible service the manager is rude none motivating and depressing firer the manager dude and the lady with the glasses they bring the store down

After five years of avoiding this particular Subway location due to consistently poor service, I was drawn back in by a gift card. Today's visit only reinforced my initial impression. Despite successfully loading the gift card onto my Subway account, I encountered significant issues at checkout. The owner's response was particularly troubling; instead of attempting to resolve the issue, he became loud and dismissive, bizarrely blaming the gift card's origin "from the internet" for the payment failure. This lack of basic customer service and understanding of modern payment methods is wild.

Placed an order via the app this am.Came to pick up and realized I ordered the wrong item. Asked the manager to cancel the order and re-order. He was not being helpful. Been calling the store to cancel the order because it can't be done via the app but no response. Called 5 times and the phone kept ringing. Looks like I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card

Got here at 9:17pm and for was closed, there was more people outside and guy in the restaurant said he was short on stuff that’s why he had to close early. Clearly not wanting to serve at all.

The younger crew is wonderful but the supervisor or manager is rude. No place to lock up bikes outside, and not allowed to bring inside. Who would leave their bike unlocked and unattended?

Ordered on their app. Drove to the store and then after I arrived received a notice that they had cancelled my order. They refused to make my sandwich and honor the online price.

GH horrible service. Had to wait half an hour to order with just two people in front of me, while 2 employees are on break eating watching their colleague work alone. All this during the lunch hour 12-1pm. Never again!!!!

The restaurant was posted opened until midnight, however when we came at 11 pm we were advised that there were no more bread so they could not make sandwiches for us but the store was still open. It did not make sense!!
