We walked in to Bellinis, after having been recommended by a friend, to a packed restaurant, but somehow, a table of five was hiding, and we were seated promptly. From there on, the experience was just right. Our server was attentive and available at the right time (not sure why other reviewers said service was lacking, as I did not notice this at all, on the other hand, the wait staff was friendly) , food was good, busboys cleared table and attended to requests for water, extra napkins,... all without being intrusive. Overall experience was what we needed on a Friday night. We will definitely return as well as recommend to friends.

The seafood is highest quality. The service is five star. Prices are very fair. They always have daily specials. They do special requests. The place is not very big and is always packed . You must be prepared to wait. The owner makes sure everything is done perfect. This is a top notch place nice wine selection.

Love the food here. I'm regular return customer. Me and my best friend come often. She always orders the Eggplant Parmesan and I order the linguini pesto but substitute for chicken instead of Shrimp as I'm allergic. Service is great too! Make sure to check it out!

My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to Weston in 2021. It is by far one of the best italian resteraunts. The food is consistently excellent. The service is also amazing. The servers and manager always greet you and make you feel welcome. I always get the short rib on rissotto, and my wife always gets the blackened tuna and subs a salad. They are happy to make substitutions sometimes we want a salad, sometimes vegetables, sometimes rissotto as a side, and they always substitute. We recently visited with our extended family, and they were more then happy to accomodate 8 of us. I would highly recomend this place as they have the best italian food in Weston, and are always super friendly and accomodating. It is our pleasure to support a small business in our community that always leaves us happy.

The food was really delicious and inexpensive for the quality and taste. The staff was very friendly and service was quick for the most part. I do have to say that we had to wait just a little more than expected for the pasta but then we realized they make it in house that's why it takes a bit and it was amazing. Will come back

Last night, my family and another family of four ventured out in search of a restaurant that would please both the adults and children in our group. We settled on Bellini Italian Bistro in Weston, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Despite calling last minute, the friendly manager assured us over the phone, “Don’t worry, just come in and we'll take care of you.” With a party of eight and it being 7:30 PM, I was a bit apprehensive. But, to our pleasant surprise, upon our arrival, we were swiftly accommodated with a perfect table on the patio, with no wait time. The service at Bellini was nothing short of amazing. The server and staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and patient, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. As for the food, it was a delightful journey of flavors. I had the blackened salmon, which was cooked to perfection, while my wife savored the blackened ahi tuna. Both dishes were a hit! The children were not left out, with pasta dishes that they thoroughly enjoyed. The highlight of the evening was the homemade tiramisu brought out for one of the kids' birthdays - a sweet touch that made the celebration even more special. Recently my husband and I have been traveling to Weston to look at purchasing a home. Bellini has become one of our favorite restaurants! I feel like I have become a “regular” there to the point where I come in and the people who know me know exactly what I want to drink to get my evening started. I feel like if you are kind to the staff, that will return with equal kindness, if not more. I’ve only had one experience with a waiter who never seems overly friendly (but hey, we all have different personalities). Overall the entire staff, besides this one particular person, is absolutely amazing. This includes the manager, I am not sure if he is the owner but I think so, Alessandro. The bus boy, Domingo, is so kind and we’ve enjoyed Esther and Itzel (I think that’s how you spell her name...she’s awesome!) The food has always been amazing as well as the cocktails. I appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the staff and can’t wait to continue to return. It will definitely be one of our family favorites in Weston! I introduced my parents to the restaurant this evening and they loved it as well! Thank you Bellini!

Bellini is the absolute best Italian restaurant in the City of Weston! The quality of the food and service is just unmatched. I have had the lasagna and the cheese gnocchi and both have certainly entered my top 5 favorite dishes. On top of having a great menu and service it just has a great aesthetic and gives you a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant in the near future. We have been coming to Bellini for years. The food is always incredible and the service is exceptional! We went for take-out a couple of weeks ago and after observing how they have set up the restaurant, maintaining social distancing, less than 50% capacity, outdoor seating, touch free check-out, we decided to finally have our first meal out. We were very comfortable and, as always, had an amazing experience. We will continue to be loyal customers of this amazing establishment and look forward to our next visit!

We had a big party over 20 people and was a great experience. The quality of the food was amazing from the appetizers (fried calamari and Italian antipasti), the main courses to die for (pastas, salmon and chicken) and let’s give a special 5star to the Nutella pizza. Alessandro (the manager) was responsive, attentive and great to work with. The service was impecable, all the servers and the staff was very pleasant and super attentive. What a delightful gem of a restaurant. The food was sooo good! My favorite was the Spaghetti Carbonara. The starter Caesar was delish as well. My only frustration is that we were on vacation and this restaurant isn't located by my home so I can visit it frequently. If you get the chance to visit this restaurant DO NOT miss it!

We brought our friend here for dinner and he revealed eating Italian out was “problematic” because he was taught to cook Italian food by a 3-star Michelin chef in Israel. He ordered spaghetti with olive oil and garlic with added grilled shrimp. At his request they brought Italian herbs and red peppers on the side. He preferred fresh red peppers but he decided not to bother them for it. Bellini provides good olive oil on each table. After sprinkling on the herbs he drizzled the dish with olive oil. We waited with bated breath. After chewing silently, he said, “It’s pretty good,” and later told his wife Bellini made his favorite dish “better than Carmen’s,” which might be another restaurant in New Jersey where he resides most of the time. “I’ll have to bring you here for the seafood,” he told her, so that’s a sign of approval. We’ve liked Bellini for about four years. The restaurant is always clean and the servers are always impeccable. Our friends, who like to dine at fine establishments, introduced us to Bellini one weekend. We were surprised because they live in Southwest Ranches and Bellini was a bit of a drive for them but they said they’d been coming here for years. My husband says their Spaghetti Carbonara is currently the best of anywhere he’s had it. (He used to rave about the carbonara at the Hilton Hawaiian Village 30 years ago which had since closed.) Bellini’s carbonara is consistently smooth and creamy and flavorful. He hates it when carbonara is a chunky Parmesan mess. Bellini’s Spaghetti Carbonara is nuanced and magnificent. I had the Misto salad and the Lentil Soup, both of which were very good, especially with the complimentary herbed garlicky focaccia strips that come before the meal. We also had a Jack Daniel and a mojito. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and delicious food. Do listen to the specials as they one time included a squid ink linguini topped with beautiful shrimp. The broccoli rabe and sausage rigatoni was incredibly flavorful. Top it off with an espresso and a dessert and it'll be something you desire time and again.

We were there last night with a party of 6 and really enjoyed the food! I had the linguine pesto which was delicious. From the appetizers to the dessert we enjoyed it all. The lava cake presentation was great and the kids loved it! Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

I went here on a date and had a great time! The service was amazing and the food came out super quickly. The food itself was tasty and the portion sizes were filling. The apple pie and ice cream dessert was definitely the highlight of the meal, it was so good. The people at the table next to me were also raving about how good their food is.

I recently made the 35-minute drive from Boca Raton to Bellini Italian Bistro in Weston, and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it. This place is the real deal. Bellini serves authentic Italian food and has a wood-fired oven that turns out incredible pizzas. The eggplant parm is unbelievable, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Para la celebración de los 70 años de mi mamá, estábamos buscando un lugar donde se comiera rico y pasáramos una excelente velada, un primo me recomendó Bellini y desde que llegué a buscar información, el Sr. Alessandro fue muy gentil en atenderme y explicarme su menú, me ofreció diferentes propuestas de celebraciones anteriores que me guiarían posiblemente a seleccionar un menú para el gran día; El Sr. Alessandro conoce tan bien a los comensales que cuando le comenté que la mayoría de los invitados eran chinos, inmediatamente me elaboró una propuesta de menú basada en mariscos. No se equivocó, El menú propuesto le encantó a todos los invitados, mi mamá quedó fascinada porque la pasamos excelente, por la comida y por la atención de su personal. Definitivamente superaron nuestras expectativas, recomiendo Bellini con los ojos cerrados y será siempre una opción para comer y celebrar!

Bellini Italian Bistro is located in Weston. It is conveniently located one light south of Royal Palm and I-75 in a cute center with very easy parking. The restaurant is very comfortable and they really make you feel like family the minute you walk in the door. The host and wait staff are very friendly and are excellent at giving suggestions and explaining anything on the menu. Today we went for lunch and we had the Chilean Seabass special. They offer it with different sides, but my guest had been there before and asked if they had the fava beans for the side which they did. It was absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly and the fava beans as a side was an amazing selection and something I haven’t seen offered very often at other restaurants. Lunch was absolutely delicious. We did not have room for dessert though they had a lovely selection of desserts. We did order cappuccinos after lunch and they were also delicious. Highly recommend Bellini!

Good food, amazing bartender. I enjoyed the displays of Italy on the screens around this establishment. Definitely help me decide that I want to go on a Mediterranean cruise that would include Venice. My mojito wasn't quite ready to be drank I was crunching granules of sugar when I was drinking it. All in all a good experience I would definitely come back and try other tasty items on their menu.

A nice Italian restaurant. There are a few things that disappointed me. The seating isn't the best. We were seated at the back next to the bar which felt as though we were forgotten about. The waiter we had attended to folks who came after us, but were seated closer to his path to us. Not that it matters since we ordered an appetizer, but the waiter noticed WAY after the palletizer that we didn't get bread. We had the Calamari was very nice and the dips that came with it complemented it perfectly. We ordered the Lobster Ravioli and the Diavola. The Ravioli was delicious. I'd definitely order it again. The sauce was the kind you would order extra bread just to dip. The Diavola wasn't bad, except they topped it with arugula, which I dislike. Overall a nice place to eat.

The service could have been better.

My second time at this place. If you keep in mind that this restaurant is considered a Bistro you will have a good experience. Do not expect fanciness or a quite environment. The bar doesn't invite to grab a drink. Pasta is very, very good. The consistency of Nocci or tiramisu not so much. The service makes a good balance. Overall is a good place.

Seven of us for early dinner. Age range 20-98. Friendly service and very good food. Everyone enjoying their meal. Calamari appetizer was outstanding! Wine list limited but nice Chianti selections! Highly recommend!!

My first experience at Bellini (visiting from Tampa) having Jeff as our waiter was phenomenal! The cheese pizza, the seafood soup and the tiramisu were all so delicious! The second experience with a new waiter and a different dish that I ended up not liking was a big turn off. Our waiter started to treat us differently once I said I'd like to order something else even after offering to still pay for the dish I did not like. If Jeff is not on duty, I clearly can't guarantee a great experience but overall, the environment was great and the food is pretty good!

We were a last minute walk in as we found it in a google search. Sat at the bar, friendly and attentive bar tender. Food came out quick and hot. The big test was the Octopus that came out - hot and not rubbery. Very good. The rest of the meals were very good and the bartender kept our wine glasses full. Friendly place as that everyone else who walked behind the bar asked us how we were doing. Will definitely go back next time we are in Weston

I had a fantastic experience at Bellini Italian Bistro! The location is great, and the atmosphere is simply amazing. Our server was attentive and took the time to explain the special of the day in detail, which was much appreciated. They also helped us navigate the kids' menu and drinks, ensuring everyone found something they loved. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend trying the rústica pizza—it was a standout dish! The only downside was that the credit card system was down during our visit, which caused a slight delay. However, the overall service and quality of the food made up for it. I can’t wait to return!

Food is good here. Some excellent rotating dishes. Service varies with the staff, from good to poor. Sometimes just plain grumpy. Nothing special about the atmosphere. Kinda tight quarters. No Happy hour. Even if you see it online, they do not do happy hour.

Went on a friday night without reservation. There was a 45 minutes waiting to seat inside. We sat outside immediately. Seating could be more comfortable outside. Food was OK and came fast. Price is fair. Ordered a marguerita pizza. The dough was a little bit uncooked, and could be more crunchy. Portions are individual.

Visited this place for a family members graduation. It’s a local establishment for them which they frequent often. I’d give it a 3.5 if I could. Decent Italian food, a bit greasy for my liking. The place is awkwardly placed, it’s oblong and I felt too close to the other tables. And with a party of 8, I would want more frequent stops at our table. If you’re hungry for Italian, I’m the area and want to grab a bite, check it out and see what you think. 🤔

The booth seats were very dirty, and after I asked for them to be cleaned, they still had crumbs and stains. Service was extremely slow, and my waiter was gone for 10+ min at a time several times. I was the first client at 11:30 and saw many other employees chatting while I was waiting to ask if a salad came with my entree. It didn’t, and their expensive prices were slightly overshadowed by their well-executed linguine with white clam sauce. I hope they include salads with their entrees and reduce their prices.

Our waiter was great. The young guy doing the bread, water, and take home bags was sloppy. My girlfriend ate half of her meal to take home the other half. A very large portion was left. The young man brought back a small box and we could see where it appeared that most of the remaining dinner was thrown out so it could fit a small box.

Solid Italian fare though. Bit bland. Fresh cooked and with an attention to detail. Give it a try.

We ordered for take out 2 fettuccine pasta with Alfredo sauce and I specifically asked if they make it with GRILLED shrimp and the lady says “yes” which I had a craving for it because I usually visit the other Italian restaurant across the street that their pasta is amazing but they were closed. When we got the food and the shrimps were boiled shrimp!!!! And the sauce just tasted blend, no flavor at all on the sauce. It was very disappointing specially for the price that we paid which came out almos $70, because the tip is included without even ask.!!!

I have to say it honestly pains me to leave 2 stars on this restaurant, but its time. I used to love this place for its quality of food & service, my Mother was present for its opening weekend and since then it had become her favorite restaurant in Weston. We went here during random weekends & special occasions. Never left with a bad taste in my mouth, except this past Mothers Day. They had run out of my favorite dish, the Gnocchi 4 Cheese, (twice before) -but I just let it slide due to my love for the place. This time though, was the third and final time. Have a larger inventory! Its irritating and just flat out inconvenient! The dish my Mother and I ended up with due to this was the Pear Ravioli which tends to be excellent, this time it was just average due to the sauce drying and it being borderline cold. This place has massively gone downhill in the last few months. Service is still okay, although they get a little chatty and forget your requests ( More water, bread, butter, Etc..) Sorry but I wont be returning. ** Also the last 4 times I have gone, they take my plate w/ food still on it without asking. Which I've always found extremely rude of a server to do.

Nice place nice staff. Waited an hour for food. People that came in after us received theirs before. Obviously there was an issue. Food very sub par. Chicken and veal parm were tough to chew. Wife had pasta that wa sitting in hot area for a while. Waiter and bartender were very nice.

Not worth a second visit. We had the antipasti italiano. Meat and cheese cuts on top of mixed greens. Very boring. The insalata greca was very far from an authentic greek salad. We didnt bother to order a main dish after those.

We waited for more than 1 hour for our food and the waiter kept saying that the lamb shank takes longer to make. When they finally brought me the food they gave me Risotto instead of the Rigatoni which is what I ordered. Had to wait another 10mins for my pasta. At the end the waiter admitted that the order ticket was lost. They were not apologetic at all.

Horrible management, service Not tasty food…

Been many times. Was never in love with the service but I do like a few dishes. Last night was no different on the service component. Didn't get helped or even greeted for many minutes in their small entry way while everyone looked at us like zoo animals. Meanwhile the staff all yelled amongst each other about where the previous guest was seated. Very bizarre scene. We walked out only to have someone shout out the door like we made a mistake. I can say I won't make the mistake of trying to dine in again.

This was one of my top restaurants until today. I understand that accidents may happen when you are cooking and that a HAIR can end up in someone’s food like mine today. But to completely ignore the costumers after sending back a plate with hair and a manager that decided not to even excuse the restaurant at any time is not ok. It got to the point where we paid our bill asked for him to come to see me and explained that we felt that the minimum thing to do in this case is to say sorry… He is so grumpy that he answered back in Spanish what is it that you what lady!? So I said he should at least say sorry to costumers if something like this happens that he is the face of the restaurant, I thanked him for his time and left. So disappointed and disgusted by him and the way he spoke to the waiter.

Used to be very good but not anymore. There was flies inside, I was served fish with a very strong smell, it wasn't fresh.... It was supossed to come with carrots according to the menu but it came with some kind of green beans instead. I had to return it. I was charged for bread and mash potatoes side that I didn't get to use because fish was returned. Very bad experience.

If you want to eat a very delicious Italian food, it's the place to go. However, don't expect the service to be on the same level. My friends and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The so called manager by the name of Alessandro was our first nightmare. He refused to give us a table unless all of the people in our party had arrived. We were 6 people , 5 were there already and 1 on the way. He was loud, rude and had to make his point . After almost one hour of waiting to have a table , our server brought the Sangria and didn't bring the glasses because according to him, they were still "washing" the glasses. So service was really bad !!!! Some of us had not even finished the dinner and they were already removing the plates and dishes from our table.We felt rushed and disrespected by the staff. It's definitely not a place to hang out with family and friends! Maybe a take out would be a good option!

Terrible food Worse service ever Management nasty 🤮

the manager at this restaurant is a very unhappy miserable person. the staff and food were okay, but he was an unfortunate addition to our evening. there was a problem with our meals, it was minor and everyone on the staff was very nice about it. we didn't ask for or expect anything for free or a discount but when the staff explained what had happened the manager could have really cared less. he spoke in Spanish to the staff in front of us not realizing that we are fluent. what he said was insensitive and inappropriate. maybe it is because of our ethnicity?? we will be contacting EEOC to file a complaint. there were also bugs in the restroom so we will be contacting the state inspectors as well. I am not sure who the owner of the restaurant but they should know that their investment is at risk. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Great Italian restaurant. I wanted to take the opportunity to write this review since I used to be a regular customer that enjoyed the food and the environment from years ago, but lately in the last months, the manager and team have changed their attitude and service. The last few visits that I went with my wife, the service has been decreasing enormously (dishes with water and not fully dry from the kitchen, waiters conversation too laud talking about their tips and as last the manager is not providing a properly customer service). On our last visit, the salmon carpaccio (which is one of our favorite dishes) was not fresh at all with a bad smell and the manager started a loud discussion with us, debating the salmon freshness (the smell and taste was totally out of the regular standard). Hoping the owner can see this review and bring the place as it used to be with an amazing attention, quality and providing with a properly customer service so customers come back again since it would be very sad to seen the place lowering standards. We haven't come back to the restaurant since that unfortunate experience. Best regards,

The Buratta was super tiny with only 2sliced cherry tomatoes and doesn't look like the picture in the app, the pizza was extremely tiny, around 10 inches and arrived super cold and was burnt on the bottom, completely. Was very disappointed .

This was my first time eating here. Food was good, but Italian manager thinks he runs this restaurant like it’s the military. I was sitting near the bar around 2 weeks ago eating and I saw a young girl employee getting yelled at by the manager in front of all the customers. I will never again eat somewhere where employees are so disrespected. Food was good and my server was nice, but what a way for a manager to cause a scene!!!

I guess when the Owner and Alex is away things change. I have been bring family and friends to Bellini for years and years and at times we pick up dinner. We recently had a pic up and these are the facts. I ask for extra salad dressing and was charged $2.00 for a tiny spoonful of dressing. I opened the container with salad and saw two tiny containers with dressing. ONE came with the salad and 2nd was charged at $2.00. (pic attached). Then was charged $4.00 for something called Alfredo. I ask and he said you requested the pasta carbonara to be extra creamy. Yes, with additional egg yolk. FY we have been ordering this way for 10+ years and never ever charged. No, we just give more sauce. Finally, the bread. I asked if it was fresh (I new it was not). Requested another. Now I am home - Salad was old and wilted, bread was hard as a rock and cold. We requested Fettucine and was given linguine. I can honestly say: both wilted old salad, cold, old bread was immediately tossed in garbage. The pasta with linguine has about 5 bites and sitting in refrigerator but will go in garbage. We wanted Fettuccine. This is not the 1st take out experience that left a bad taste in our mouth (LOL). Going in person makes a difference. We have a outing soon and we all agreed to meet at belinni, but thinking twice. We do miss Pasqually, but happy for him in NC

I’ve always taken my family to eat here since 2 years ago and we usually love the service and even more the food. Today, I went with my boyfriend and we had such a bad experience with the old blonde lady with a strong accent at the front . (Not quite sure if she’s the owner I hope not because she clearly doesn’t know anything about customer service). First, after we enter the door she asked “HOW MANY?” and we responded “2”, basically, she pointed that we could just sit anywhere we want, so we picked a table in the left. (She didn’t even walk us there) After sitting there, my boyfriend and I realized that we were a little uncomfortable cause it was a very small table in the middle of the hallway where everybody was passing through back and forth. I asked our waiter if we could switch to a different table, and he responded “Hold on, you have to ask that to the lady at the front only” After 10 min, she came to our table with a really bad attitude, asking on a very loud and disrespectful tone in her voice: , “YOU WANT TO SWITCH TABLES NOW?, I ASKED YOU EARLIER WHEN YOU WALKED IN WHAt TABLE YOU WANTED AND YOU CHOSE THIS ONE. I OFFERED YOU ALREADY?!!!. We didn’t like her attitude so we decided to stay in our table and we said ok just forget it we’ll stay here if it’s such a problem lol ??? Mind you, other tables were empty. Food is always amazing here, and the waiters service too. I’ve been here multiple times in the past and it’s the first time I encounter this rude lady, again! I hope she takes notes and stops treating customers like this. She was all over the place, and ruined our experience here.
