Idk how this place has anything but 5 stars, I come here early in the morning relatively often with my partner and our order is always fresh, correct, and the people are super nice!
Almost always fast (except during late night drive-thru), friendly service.
Very pleasant experience at the drive thru tonight! Too often I find the drive thru staff at most fast food restaurants to be clipped and short, sometimes not even speaking at all. But Krystal, who was manning the window was very polite, friendly, bubbly and a lot of fun! I just had to as her name and give her a review! WTG Krystal and Thanks!
I know fast food is no old for health but these tacos make you forget about that :)
First time visitors and what an experience: the kindest staff gave us the most kind and warm welcome! They explained the food and options, gave us several samples to taste and gave our kids a great experience—especially our youngest! Welcoming, tasty and overall great. The best place to visit, and compliments to the people running the place! Thanks!
I hate pulling around and waiting. I don't understand the rationale behind it. But that would be my only discontent with my experience. The woman who works the window at night is super polite. And food is always great. So. Full send.
I feel something needs to be said about the last employee(s) working the latest shift at restaurants, especially if a pop rush comes along like right after a high school football game ends, and everyone has to grab some tacos for the trip home - win or lose. 1. Flash Mobs can definitely derail one’s closing duties especially the cleaning procedures, and 2. When has a last minute rush ever been easy? With everything put away, stored FIFO, properly dated and labeled. Then “BOOM!!” Here we come again to throw a wrench in the machine! Now if you’ve ever seen a skeletal crew or just one last person running the kitchen while the others are cleaning or whatnot, so totally organized in their cooking skills they look as though they’re conducting a delicious symphony of burgers, fries and those previously mentioned tacos, and STILL have the grace to smile and maintain a “customer first” service attitude all while exhibiting a generally pleasant overall demeanor at the latest of hours is quite the rarity these days. But I’ve certainly found the perfect candidate for any such award through recognition that may exist. Her name is Krystal, with a K, and she has enough good vibes to change anyone’s hard days night upon making her acquaintance at this particular drive-thru window. Such an awesome person, she makes you feel glad you came in to her domain, which incidentally is a domain of lightning fast multitasking and a lot of fun to watch. If anyone needs a raise or promotion it’s this phenomenal young lady taking this kitchen by the horns! You go girl!!
I stopped by here yesterday whenever it started raining for a quick bite and some shelter from the rain. Alexandra was my cashier and she was absolutely wonderful and made sure to get my order taken correctly. My food was out promptly and it was hot and fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. I would definitely recommend this Jack in the Box for anyone who is on this side of town. 5 stars

I went in a little bit worried, I had checked the reviews before I ordered and I didn't have the highest hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the employees (at least the ones I talked to) were polite and patient. My only gripe are the drinks, I believe it's because of the water, but the drinks tasted off, mine was okay and I drank it fine, but it tasted off. Other than that the place was amazing, definitely enjoyed.

4th time ordering the same Sourdough meal with NO Boss sauce. 3 times the sauce was added and twice I ordered Sprite and received Coke. Employees need to pay attention to orders. I only like 3 fast food places to eat and hate to not go to Jack anymore. Been dining there since 2004. Thank you.

My food has been sitting on the counter for 10 mins. There’s a huge line behind us. These people are incompetent.
They are slow. I waited in drive through for 20 minutes one took my order. I had to back out.
We went at 8pm and there was only one car ahead of us and nobody behind us. We ordered a bowl, 4 tacos and a Diet Coke. The coke was so flat, didn’t get to drink it and the food was ok at best. But the wait for this food is why we don’t come here. Hardly customers yet it took 30 minutes to get “fast food”. The lady took our payment and handed the drink and never came back until she had the food. Poor customer services. At least tell me why this food is taking forever, by the time one the food did come the line behind us was stacked up
We ordered food at the drive thru then proceeded to eat in the car… when I went inside to use the bathroom I realized it was locked so I asked for the girl to open the door. She told me they Don’t have public bathrooms I told her I’m a paying customer and I would like to use the bathroom. She told me her manager doesn’t let anyone use the bathroom. I had to explain to this teenager that “no public bathroom” means for people who are not customers..
Emani , you guys new is employee is very rude ! She makes me pay for a sauce for a four piece nuggets when I was informed my other employees that one sauce automatically comes with it .
Worst experience ever it’s New Year’s Eve and the restaurant isn’t busy yet the guy at the drive thru is so high it’s taking forever to receive my food I missed celebrating midnight with my family!
They did not give me my tacos, I waited first 1 in a half hour to Order,then I went home and I looked for my tacos and I did not find my tacos. I went back and I waited for a whole hour😡🤬.
I was going to go here for lunch but needed to go to the restroom first but the employees made a sign that said to go to QT to go to the restroom and that it was for employees only. I won't even go through the drive thru here. I'll go to McDonald's, KFC, or even as the employees sign wanted, go to QT for food over here.
They open at 7? They don’t like to open the doors till 9ish. Lazy. Update: 12/31/24 8am. Doors locked. 3-4 cars driven away, didn’t even wanna give the drive thru a chance lol
30 to 40 cents higher on every menu item compared to other Jack in the Box's. They determine how many condiments you get, and terrible customer service in the drive thru. Waited behind 4 cars, and my food still wasn't ready when I got to the window, and was asked to pull around to the front. The manager or shift lead tried to make it right, kudos to you young man, BUT I WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!
Omg no one is here and it's taking forever to get just a burger no one behind us in drive thru and was asked to pull around front. Look at photos no one is here fries were cold and guess not fresh
0 stars.. Avoid this location. This had been an issue for far too long and they don't care to fix it. Well here's the bacon and swiss burger from this location. They just slap it all together quick and easy... Except... It takes a good 5-10 minutes to come out to the window. ( Drive-thru ) not only that, but.. the drive thru cashier is rude and carries an unprofessional "accent". With rude, anger filled looks as she's handing my food to me.
