Just traveling through town we decided to stop at Mc D's. This one was interesting as I have never seen one sharing a building with another business. We were cheerfully greeted on entry and the order was placed quickly. Not 5 minutes later we had our order and we're out the door, with a "Have a good trip " and "Drive safely, come back and see us!" I swear those were some of the nicest employees! Food was fine, as expected from Mc Donalds. It is noteworthy that the interior is much larger than it looks on the outside!
It's not too bad it's McDonald's you get what you get I've never had any bad problems with them except for getting stuff once in awhile LOL
I got a medium carmel frappe and it was half whipped cream. Everything else with my order was fine. But I paid almost $4 for half a cup of whipped cream, and it's still not even full.
Food wise... it's fast food. I've met 3in the past 2 days They had to bring their food back because theirr order was wrong!!!!!The atmosphere has gotten somewhat better. I don't care for cursing but it seems like every fast food establishment staff uses curse words. The management is doing better to keep the team working together instead of girls doing everything. Team work makes the dream work!!!!!
My boyfriend was there about 30 minutes ago, didn't check the bag cause they've been doing good recently. Was left off a mcdouble and a filet o fish, on top of the sweet tea ordered not being sweet. Tried calling up there twice and of course no answer but just so people can't leave message no voicemail set up either. Pretty typical of McDonald's I'd say especially for the area.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD. They do not communicate well. We ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes ( pancakes) and the main part of our food was not there. They also did very little to accommodate the mistake.
Bree is a bully. She treats her employees bad. She yells and climbs out of drive thru window to talk to customer. She also smokes in front building. The store manager lets do what she wants to. The food is average at best.
Today 3 April 2022 order #1601 - I just found out I was eating a partially cooked --almost raw burger. See picture! --- REMOVED 3 STARS --- So many improvements since the last tonne I visited. A well deserved 5 star rating! This is a small McDonald's. One person restroom (one man and one woman). The manager promptly fixed the dryer in the men's restroom. The place is surprisingly super clean since I was here two weeks ago. There's no drink machine for customer access. I ordered my order on the app. My order came out perfectly. So, I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. They deserve 5 stars. Overall, this McDonald's had the best customer service in Texas!
Not only were my fries dumped out all in my bag, but I open my burger to barely being put together, I had to reassemble it myself when I opened it,
I don’t even know where to start on this review I went to McDonald’s stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes give or take a few was acknowledged by an employee. She turned around and kept working drive-through. I don’t understand what it takes to get a little bit customer service. And then there was an employee sitting down taking a break and all she did was apologize. I’m sorry instead of getting up and helping the customers… The food is mediocre. We don’t have a lot of choices in this small town. So I tried giving this place multiple chances!! And then to top it off, the employees were arguing about remaking a burger !!
Placed order in mobile app. I show up 10 minutes later to pick up. I have to pull up and wait another additional 15 minutes. And then I'm approached and asked again what I ordered. Geez!
My burgers always from this McDonald's are over cooked like rubber, over seasoned with salt and pepper and the staff love to treat you like your scum under their boot. DONT EAT HERE
Got a double cheeseburger and fries the best thing I got water the water with ice. Hamburger cold horrible fries let’s just say the fell right over when your tried to eat them. Just eat at home
How the hell do y'all just let do anybody just walk inside the store, take people's food orders and y'all don't even confirm the orders. Check the orders or make sure that it's proper or right. Y'all are giving out free food and making it where people like me have to spend their hard-earned money more just to feed our kids If this does not stop keep on happening. I will be pressing a lawsuit against this McDonald's for failure to keep up with their product and maintain the proper guidelines of mobile/doordash orders
Worst McDonald's in tx . Be prepared to wait a long time and not get what you ordered. Make sure you have patience at this one . I am sick of the service here can't wait for Clifton McDonald to open . McDonald's you can do better then this . I would fire everyone here and clean this place up . Plz stop hiring people like this . Your customers deserve better.
I have nothing but problems with my order EVERY single time I come. The kiosks never have printer paper and the employees have attitude problems. ENTIRE staff needs to be replaced. Ordering at the counter is a pain because 90% of the time employees will see you and make eye contact but continue to ignore you. Don't even get me started on trying to get refills on drinks SMH.
Food was very cold, had to ask to have it remade and it was cooked again but it was about the same...some kids in lobby burping and burping off the top of there lungs and just laughing and I could see the people just looking at them but Noone said anything a customer just walked away. The manager (Kayce) was the one that I asked to have the food remade and she did not apologize or anything she just gave kind of a dirty look and one of the other guys was the one that asked the guy at the fry machine to remake the order.. I know to run a successful business you need to have good caring people by your side unfortunately I see this place loosing customers based on the way this place is being managed. I saw people just talking at the front and not even acknowledging me I had to kind of flag them down so that they could see that I needed help... the owner needs to look into this place before he ends up loosing money due the lack of professionalism these people have.
Poor food runner had to come to my car 3 times to bring me missing food and fix an order. I got like 9 pieces of shredded lettuce on my burger, and almost didn’t give me my happy meals, which came wrong. It’ll always be poor service.
Sat in drive through for almost 20 minutes! 10 just to order and the other 10 just to get half of our order. Told us they were just waiting in our fries, which when we got them they were cool to the touch! Unfortunately we made it home before checking our order and learned we were missing food, when we tried to call no one answered! Called a good 5 times and never got a answer! Our burgers were dry and my daughter was over loaded with onions and husband was missing his fries. Disappointed cause seems like every time we go here it's something but keep going cause our daughter loves McDonald's! Do better!
I sat in the drive through for more than 10 minutes and I was only the 3rd car. I paid more than $10 for my order. I was supposed to have a large order of fries but it was only half full. Then I opened the box for my fish sandwich and it was shamefully sloppy. Is this the best you can do McCrappy? Shame on you, this is pathetic and you know it is. I happen to know for a fact that this is a common theme with your location. I'm done, I'll just go to Sonic or Chicken Express from now on..... They don't serve slop and they don't rob their customers, I get exactly what I order across the street. I deserve a refund. I guess I'll rip my sandwich up now so I can eat it. The fish patty is half way off the bun and it's glued down with cheese. SMH!
This place is constantly messing things up. They have given us burgers made wrong (no onions due to allergy), they have given us a completely different order (burger instead of chicken), they have not given us a completed order (missing burger), given frozen fries and undercooked burgers. They make you park when using drive thru, they mess up orders, bunch of young people who don't care. You get what you pay for. The only good thing is it is pretty clean inside. Bathrooms are never scary. So, if you are at the lake and need a place for your kid to change out of a wet swimsuit, stop by. Just order only a drink-they should be able to hand you a cup without messing that up.
