RIBELLI Wien Reviews
I highly recommend the risotto made with beetroot, apricot chutney, and goat cheese — it was the MOST delicious risotto I’ve ever had🥰🥰🥰 The Diavola was a bit too spicy for me, but still tasty. Since the place was quite busy, the service wasn’t very fast 🥲 If you’re already here, definitely check out the rooftop bar upstairs 👍🏻
Hotel aesthetics was very attractive! It caught my eye. Honestly, apart from the authentic original from Italy. I must say that the Capricosa pizza was one of the best I have eate in Europe. I was very impressed. Also thanks to the warmest hospitality and service from Diletta. I would highly recommend Ribelli!
10+/10 We went to Ribelli's on our last night in Vienna and we couldn't have ended our vacation better! The people were so incredibly kind - special shout out to Kiki - who made us feel so welcome and just gave great service! We took the Giro Pizza to share pizza's among the three of us. The portions were large and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend coming here and I will return whenever I'm in Vienna.
Dropped into Ribelli Restaurant situated in 25Hours Hotels Vienna, Museums Quartier, late on a Friday evening, after checking into my hotel room and could not be happier! We were greeted warmly and happily given the opportunity, at our request, to check out the menu before being seated. We enjoyed absolutely delicious pizza (Diavola and Capricciosa), matched with excellent wine recommended by Daniel, our waiter. Daniel even offered me a sample of two wines before pouring my glass to make sure I was happy. I can't remember the last time I received such amazing service! Ribelli Restaurant is a definite 5 out of 5 stars - based on the superb service, food, and atmosphere - and I would happily come back again.
Too much good food! Is that a bad thing? Not at Ribelli Restaurant Wien! For Italian comfort food of excellent quality, go to Ribelli! The buffet is actually really good and quite a lot of choices. Pasta & Pizza for the main are also tasty. Last but not least, the service and atmosphere are awesome!! --- RIBELLI SUNDAY BRUNCH // 12h - 14h. 🍕🍝 was ist dabei? 💫 Frühstücksklassiker 💫 Brizza (Breakfast Pizza) 💫 Pizza 💫 Pasta 💫 prosecco & more! EUR 34,00 pro person (EUR 44,00 pro person inklusive free flow prosecco) 🥂
Finally got around to visiting Ribelli Chuffed with the excellent service We were torn between 2 pizzas and the amazing waitress offered to do 2 half pizzas instead. Reasonably priced - great location - excellent service. Pizza and a Cola for €18.50
The real Neapolitan pizza Experience in the heart of Vienna. Super tasty pizza prosciutto crudo and focaccia Vitello tonnato accompanied by olives on the side, crowned by a dream-like tiramisu with an espresso. All in a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Staff was also very helpful. Don’t miss it. 👍
Great restaurant! Lovely atmosphere, quirky decor in the hotel and restaurant and friendly staff members. The pizza was delicious.
Lovely Italian pizza restaurant. The dough are slow fermented for 70 hours and bake in the doom oven. Freshly made. Lovely interiors design.
This place is the real thing! Food is delicious and fresh! Service was superb and helpful and the vibe is so fun outside! Don’t miss out!
I love the atmosphere and design of the menu. We tryed Pizza and tagliere with cheese and it was all so great and tasty. We had also some cocktails suggested by the staff that were perfectly matching our wishes. Great staff and just positive things!
Hip restaurant on the ground floor of a popular hotel. Cuisine swaying towards Italian, the menu itself is not huge. Food is okay, not crazy about it. I would not recommend it for gluten/lactose intolerant folks - none of the dishes is straightforward gluten/lactose free, you need to ask specifically. 5 stars for the ambiance!
Food was really nice, quick service. Very good atmosphere, unique wines to choose from. Rooftop bar is a must!!!
This is the best place in town where you can eat fresh cheese with soft warm bread. I love this place from the first sight. Maybe, the hotel which is in the same building has the same charm! Strongly recommend this place for diner. Tip: book in advance!
Great experience, nice location. Pleasant music and friendly staff. Excellent interior 😍
One of my favorite pizzas in the world. Fast, delicious dough, and spicy! Great service! Always come here when I’m in Vienna
Great service, the pizza was amazing and the waiting time was impressively short. I totally recommend it.
Nice pimm's Cup. Sat. Worked without reservation. Great pizza with burrata.
Ionly tried the pizza and all I can say is that it was nice.
Nice ambiance. Food taste good. Service was fast and friendly
amazing atmoshpere and vibe!!! dj was great, food indescribably tasty and drinks unlimited ;)) would recommend the brunch everytime!!!
This hotel strikes the balance perfectly between boutique hip vibe, and comfort even for middle-age business travelers. The location cannot be better for seeing the best sites in Vienna and the service was outstanding. Marjan was a regular server in the restaurant and she went above and beyond to make sure I got 5 Star experience even at the reasonable prices this hotel offers. Highly recommend!!!
Great quality ingredients making up epic dishes. Absolute recommend! Pizza cooked perfectly, but the fell good winner during this cold season is.... the soup!
Booked a table for a quick bite before a show at the Palais Auersperg. Surprise, it is a hidden gem inside the lobby of the 25 Hours Hotel. We ordered 2 dishes of bolognese, and the pizza focaccia. The bolognese was wonderful, but it did not outshine 2 of the staff, Ferrat and Milos!!!!! These two guys have personalities as big as the city of Vienna!!!! Their knowledge of the food, wine, and their friendly manner made our dining experience incredible. The pricing is on point, exceeded by the quality and taste of the meal!! Thank you for your making a memorable evening even that much better!!!!
It was such a fun experience and good food and vibes! Shoutout to Kiki for being such an amazing waiter! He really put a smile on our faces!:)
I went here for the Brunch Event. It was amazing. Live DJ, good food, and free drinks. I really recommend you to check it out. We had so much fun and the staff was very nice.
Food is amazing !! Real italian food here. Also, Kiki is always smiling. They know how to welcome you well ☺️ I highly recommend this place. I was there almost every night during my solo trip to Austria !
The restaurant is nicely and cozily decorated, and the menu designed like a newspaper is a nice touch. The pizza was fine, though it doesn’t quite compare to the best Neapolitan pizzas in Vienna. The tiramisu was generously portioned, but it lacked the typical coffee flavor or another key ingredient instead.
Beautiful spot! Had a lovely table on the patio to enjoy the little park and some delicious food! The Garden Party cocktail was one of the best I’ve ever had. Octopus appetizer was delicious! Pizza was good too, but huge. Had to take it with me!
The restaurant is spacious and very nicely decorated. Service and food are really good. It just seems to be a bit hectic and overpriced. But it's worth trying it.
The restaurant is located at a perfect place with a good view for in a city. The ambience is really nice and the waiters are fast and friendly. The food is tasty and comes in good portions, but can be a bit too salty. The price is okay. A handy pizza knife comes with the pizzas and if you order something spicy it really is very spicy. They serve gluten-free pastas and, if you order it beforehand, pizzas. A good restaurant overall!
Very trendy, hip place with decent pizza. A tad overpriced in my opinion, but it stays open late and will definitely satisfy any late night cravings. The mushroom al forno was delicious though, I'd recommend it as a starter or accompanying dish.
Really liked it. Friendly staff. I was alone but felt very comfortable. Great coffee. The buffalo mozzarella was honestly the best I've ever had! Glad I decided to pop in. Thanks.
A cool hotel restauran that also offers takeaway and delivery. The food is good, but the pistacchio pizza is good but bit overrated. Other pizzas on the menu were a better choice for us. the staff is very nice and friendly.
Really great Italian spot in Vienna with a nice selection of pizza and pasta.
Pizza was nice, Service not very helpful...
Really great tasting Pizza. Tried their Pistachio, Truffle and Buffalo Pizzas. All were very delicious. Their Pistachio pizza is really unique in case you would like to explore something new. The dough was thin (which I prefer) and yummy but the crust was a bit too thick for my taste. -1star as it’s a bit pricey.
Very close to major attractions and we were after a quick bite. The waiters were friendly and helpful, food was ok, especially the pistachio pizza which was nice and overall it was not too expensive.
The pizza is phenomenal. Made fresh and fast in their wood fired oven. And the one size they have is perfect to split with someone or if really hungry eat it yourself. If it's a busy night it'll take longer to pay your bill than to get your food.
The staff were exceptional—efficient, incredibly kind and friendly. The food was a mixed review—I really enjoyed my salad but the risotto just missed the mark. Maybe too many flavors that just didn’t mesh—and it was undercooked.
For a long time I have been wanting to visit this place. The "we are all mad here" big sign outside was a calling. After seeing pics in maps of the food I thought everything looked tasty so I made a reservation. Now to the facts: I don't recommend the pistachio pizza, I ordered it myself thinking it would taste amazing but the flavour was poor and boring, it just tasted like oil. My bf on the contrary ordered the Buffalo pizza and that one was good. A bit too oily too. For the prices the portions are a bit small. Great tip: If you are 2 persons with a big hunger, you can order their promo of all the pizzas you can it + dessert for around 18€ per person. Lil big tip: if you decide to take a photo at the instant photo machine at the lobby, don't make the same mistake as us, get ready in pose as soon as you pay because it just takes one photo after another without previous notification; no beeps and no way of checking the photo until it gets printed. It takes some minutes for it to print it. It costs 3€ and you can pay with card or cash. Good luck!
Food was amazing with some of the best pizza I have tired, the service however ruined the experience for me by just being too slow. I was there three times during my stay at the 25 hours hotel so it was not a one off experience. The final time I just had to leave because I didn't have the time to wait 15 minutes without seeing a menu or getting service while the place was half empty and there were 3 waiters going around. You really should work on that.
Drinks: A pint from the tap for 5€ is a bit naughty to be honest. You'll get good Austrian beers in other good restaurants (also Italian ones) around the corner for 4,5€ or less. 5€ is just too much and not necessary. Prices do not match the location. Don't get me started on the prices for the Italian craft beers on the menu....a can of Guerrilla IPA or Mundaka Session IPA (both 0,4 liter!) for 9,5€....Tipolis 0,33 liter for 9,5€....insane. If their purchasing price is really that high, they should consider other imported beers. Food: The food is alright even though 9,5€ for a Pizza Margherita is a bit pricey too. Ambiance: Modern. We liked it very much in terms of style. Service: Could improve as well but it just opened up in September. In my opinion a restaurant for guests of the 25h hotel who don't want to leave the building for dinner. I wasn't convinced.
The restaurant has a beautiful interior, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We went there based on the recommendation of our friends. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed by the food – it was good, but nothing special. The best part of the whole experience was that we were served by a waiter from Croatia. We had the chance to speak in our native language since our languages are so close to each other.
If you want good service and the waiters are respectful, do their job well, etc, this is not the restaurant to choose. It can take 10 minutes for the menu to arrive, 10 minutes for the order to be taken and 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive, so you may not understand what you are eating. And it's not just us, all the tables experienced the same thing. Thank goodness a waitress named Martina took care of us afterwards. I like the fact that they want to employ alternative people, but you have to make sure that they are doing their job well.
Service was incredibly slow. Food was good but drinks were not at the price point offered. 4.50€ for 0,2L Coke. We also informed the wait staff that the gas of their drinks were out; but unfortunately we were continuously served drinks with no bubbles.
Newly opened we’ve had rather high expectations for the new Italian pizza place “Ribelli “of the 25h Hotel which didn’t at all match the reality. Friendly but totally chaotic staff. Hopefully they improve over time. Mediocre food quality of the antipasti . Whatever we got was definitely not a fresh focaccia more a plain roll out of the freezer. Highly overpriced no name winelist . 0.125 ml at 7€ average is over the top for this location. Fair quality of the pizza - more American style than true italian - pizza tonno with caramelized onions was a clear no match and more of a fishy desert than a pizza. For what you get it’s overpriced but on the plus side the outdoor seating is very nice. Wouldn’t go there again - there are much better and more authentic places in Vienna even for Italian food .
I was seated for 15 minutes before ever acknowledged, and that was after the waiter was taking the order from people seated after us. Waiter very unapologetic. All our food came at once. Our pasta was burned, thus inedible. The antipasta and salad were not remarkable in any way. We contemplated dessert only because we were still hungry but the waiter never returned. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
another average hipster styled restaurant. real problem is the unfriendly and perfectly incompetent service. went away after 30 minutes not even getting the drinks (after 15min the waitress reported "difficulties" with 1 of the 2 sorts of beer. quickly changed to the available sort but that did not make them to arrive in thenext 15 minutes). people sitting nearby were there for even longer and faced the same problem, so that is normal there.
We have long wanted to visit this restaurant because of the beautiful food and the always full terrace. Yesterday evening when we came, we encountered an absolutely indifferent attitude from the staff. I have never met such indifferent workers in Vienna, maybe the food looks delicious, but for this you will have to run after 3 waiters so that at least someone will pay attention to you. After 20 minutes, no one served us, although we were in a friendly mood. I absolutely do not recommend visiting, so as not to spoil your mood.
