Loved this Del taco. Nice and clean and great service. The ice tea was FRESH!!! I love fresh ice tea! Always in the area so I'll definitely make sure I stop at this location!

It's about time they start putting more meat and cheese on their Dell tacos. I go there 3 times a week. Can't stop there's so much better. Then just a pinky full of meat and 3 strands of cheese. Now It's like 2 fingers of meat, little bit of lettuce and a lots of cheese with tomato. Try one today. You won't be disappointed. That's why they're the first thing on their Drive through menu, make sure you don't get the tiny ones for 60 cents. The Ones i'm talking about are a dollar ninety nine, The blow your mind.

The food is exactly what you'd expect from Del Taco, but this spot has happiness too. It's clean and the staff are happy, the order was accurately prepared (even tho we customized it a bunch) and the staff were smiling while serving us and keeping the place hospital-clean. Good job guys and gals!!!

Once again this Del Taco has shown great service! I don't know everyone's name but James from the night crew is one of many employees that have made every experience so far exceptional! Drive thru was fast! Got the Macho meat burrito and two tacos el carbon with chicken.. The wife was away from home for a week so I went to a fast food place everyday she was gone. Out of all the places I went this had the best food and service. Food was as ordered and hot ready to eat. The drive thru person was professional and had a great voice. Sounded like a professional radio announcer. No BS trying add extra items to the order. Clear and precise speaking. Hadn't been to Del Taco in a while because Taco Bell is closer to my house. It was well worth the extra few minutes drive to get a much higher quality of food and have a greater selection of items to choose from. Will definitely be going here more often!! All Mexican style fast foods are not the same that's for sure. This one stands out from all the others. I know it's not like your "authentic" mexican type restaurant, but for Americanized it was the best possible.

I went through the drive-through. It was relatively quick. The order was correct. The server was nice and asked if I needed any sauces or ketchup and made sure there were napkins in the bag.

I've gone to eat at your location several times and every time I've been there, your manager Sabrina and the rest of her team have always treated me friendly and with respect... I feel the reason why everybody at this restaurant are always so helpful and nice is because your manager Sabrina leads her team by example... In addition, your restaurant is consistently clean and I will continue to dine there regularly...

Had to come home and write a review about the great service I received from I believe Erika. A older lady and I had been waiting to order at the registers for quit sometime I had coupons I wanted to use 🤣 don't judge me! And the lady just wanted her little tacos. I believe Erika came off break and seen us standing there waiting to be helped and jumped right into action and took care of us immediately. Erika if you see this keep up the great customer service that type of work ethics will get you far in the work force where ever you may go in the future 👏🏾🧔🏾‍♂️

I really can't get enough especially the turkey burritos. I love that they use vegetable oil in their process of cooking. It may look like a burrito full of grease, but it tastes delicious.

THE DEL a solid go-to for cheap and tasty dollar soft tacos. Call it a guilty pleasure but I don't care, they're good. Get a handful of the black packet hot sauce and go to town.

Food is still ok Way better then Taco Bell 50 years ago Taco Bell was better taco shells were twice as thick they use real meat no I don’t know what that stuff is and they had real good beans in fact that’s the first solid food I ever gave my children bringing them off of milk

Better than other del tacos. The food was hotter temperature than other locations and they give you a good amount of ketchup and hot sauce when you ask for it.

Craving cheap Mexican food with a side of fries? I always enjoy it more than Taco Bell. Currently only a drive through which can take a while when busy.

I understand Del Taco is trying to keep the pace during these difficult times, but they are struggling in the drive thru... which is our safest option. Their food is as tasty as ever but the wait unexplainable. 6 cars in front of me and a 30 minute wait with no one in the dining area at 7pm. I'll go back because I love the food, but I hope they have the wait time under control...

Order taker was nice young man. Let me take my time figuring out what to order. Got the Cali Bacon Burrito combo, without fries in the burrito. It only took about 3 minutes to get my order. Sat in dining room. Place was clean. Men's restroom was out of order. Fountain beverage machine was also out of order. Food was not teal hot. Very good food. My order was just over $12.

Everything is usually good but I don't like the sauce in their breakfast rollers and I was bumbed that they said they ran out of hash browns so they gave us fries instead, with our breakfast. I usually like their fries but the ones they gave us were luke warm and when they cool off the texture changes, which is harder to digest.

Being began I was once again able to eat at Del Taco. The Beyond Meat vegetable based tacos were very tasty. I hope they become a regular menu choice and include burritos. Appreciate that they have made the change to accommodate vegetarians and vegans. I like that I now have another choice for a quick bite to eat. This store is one of the better ones in the area. It's usually cleaner and the eating area is in better condition. The staff is slow and some could be friendlier. Overall a fair experience.

There's a bunch of DEL tacos but this one Will help you go how the way to help the customer that needs a little bit of help. I just wish they would do carnitas pork and barbaco beef For gringos it's stringy beef barbecue style in the old Mexicana way

These are the hardest working hands in the business. Grating cheese fresh, cooking the beans every day, guacamole made, and I really like this place. (Just a hint) in a fix for dinner? "Fiesta packs" are a great go-to and will not break the bank.

It's 8pm and your kid just subbed a bigger kid in jiu jitsu. She's hungry. You're so hungry and tired you're nauseous. There's a Del Taco down the road with mini quesadillas and 2$ bean and cheese burritos. What more could you possibly want?

Its a del Taco. I wasn't expecting perfection when we dropped by and they lived up to my expectations. Tacos were a bit soggy but still DELicious.

Del Taco has raised prices and shrunk portion sizes to the point that you're now paying two to three times as much as you were just four years ago.

Not the best but not the worst. Drive through could pay a little more attention while taking your order. Always have to correct them even after saying my order twice.

Prices went way up! Del Beef burrito went from $1.69 to $3.69 overnight. Over 100% increase. I love their food but TACO BELL is just across the street!

The menu is far to large for a drive thru....and offering only a few items using vegetarian protein make it hard to easily make choices. I heard "oh, that isn't available at this time" a half a dozen times before I finally understood the menu. Almost drove away without ordering.

Food and service were good. Attention to detail for the owner of a little lacking. The double door entrance had one door broken but not locked. It had a sign (only facing the outside) ~7' high asking you to use the other door since it was broken. Someone inside went out the door, it stayed open, I informed the employees and they did nothing while the air conditioning poured out the door into the summer heat!!!

Not sure what happened but our order had extra stuff & some was wrong. Couldn't figure out why our order was so expensive, until we opened the bag & it had 4 burritos we didn't order...we asked for green sauce but got red...

I understand that this is Del Taco and not something that's nice to go in and have a meal. However even though the food is satis factory and it's inside of a fast food joint what atmosphere could there possibly be. But the service at this particular Del Taco happened to be what I thought was kind of poor. Here's why, the young lady that took my order was pleasant and nice and friendly so far so good but food comes out it's just a couple of stupid burritos and I get it's a Sunday you're working at Del Taco probably not something you really want to be doing but here we are. The moose that decides to throw my food down on the traiy front of me and then when I ask for some hot sauce she just reaches in the box tosses them on top of the tray and walks off. If the place was busy, I might even get that but I was the only one in the store. Again I get it, still just Del taco but just a little bit of courtesy would have been nice . I know in my business when my employees are nice to customers they come back. Sometimes service is more important than the product.

There was a line of cars and ONE person working the drive thru, taking orders and making the food. Doing everything on his own. I thought for sure my order would be wrong but it wasn't. There was another lady working with him but she was slow as molasses and kept giving him attitude while he remained professional and just kept getting orders done. It truly was like she wasn't there and only in his way because she wasn't helping like she should. The guy held up under the pressure and got it done and our food was great! Felt really bad for him though!!

3rd time visiting this local place bit this time was the worse I'm not naming the waitress out of respect but she was there Saturday the 25th and we arrived around 3 pm or so but she was rude, ignore us for about 20 minutes, ask for 2 coronas and took her 20 minutes to bring them to us, place was slow may e 3 tables, she forgot to bring my food,order a dinner box,never got my miso soup and waitress taking over brought it to me ,second waitress always been great Definitely not coming back Not recommended

Waited a pretty long time for a pretty simple order and once we got our food it was missing an item. Went back in to the store to let them know and had to listen to the girl making the food complain about how she already made it and had to make it again.

Lobby was closed again and drive through took 1/2 an hour. If I could have gotten out of the line I would have. At least they got the order correct this time.

I've been a fan of Tel Taco for years then I tried their new birria tacos. They are tiny, meat was tough/tasteless, the taco shell was soaky, however the sauce was okay. Grossly overpriced, I'll never buy they again.

Unreasonable wait time for late evening drive-thru. It took nearly 20 minutes to reach the speaker to order. Definitely an area of opportunity where considerable improvements can be made.

Ain't nothing fresh but the lettuce. Lol. I oredered 4 beans and cheese tacos and fries. The fries were those crinkly ones you buy in the freezer section at your local grocery store. Basic! The tacos had no flavor whatsoever. This is just a cheap way to fill up your tummy late at night.

This place delivers expected quality about 75% of the time. It isn't the worst location but given the fact that management never follows up with a phone call, and thereby never offers to replace botched orders, it's clear they don't give two craps at this location. Hence, 2 stars. They have plenty of room for improvement. Lastly, today I received brown avocados on my Plato order; corporate doesn't answer your calls with a person (they make you leave a message), and then adds insult to injury by not even bothering to have anyone call you back. When you call corporate it will simply be a waste of your time. BOYCOTT DEL TACO UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER.

We've tried Del Taco at multiple locations and times. It's generally just o.k at best. Sometimes it's worse. In our experience, depending on the location the food, atmosphere and service can be highly variable. Today we got a mumbling disinterested counter person to take our order, a big helping of warm, soggy crinkle cut fries, and some thrown together "grilled chicken tacos." The chicken "meat" had a strange mealy texture and over marinated in whatever spice mix they use. No signs of grilling seen or tasted. But it's "fast food", so what do you expect?? In the future, instead of paying $11.50 for 2 tacos, soggy fries, and a drink we'll just take our chances at Taco Bell or any 'ol local taco shop.

This location sucks so bad. I have gotten so much stale food lately it's ridiculous. Fries old and cold or tortillas for the soft tacos are hard. And the customer service is the worst. With these kids making $20 an hour now you would hope they would try harder but they are worse. Then you have ppl standing near the drive thru asking ppl to buy them food. Seriously?? Who is running this location.

Aweful service! Went there last night for taco Tuesday for the whole family and it was 10:50. They told me it was the end of the day and they could not take my order for 15 mins. I asked if I would still get the tacos 3/$1.29 (or whatever the special is) and she said no. I said that I was there in time and that it wasn't right I did not receive the special, she said there was nothing she could do about it. I said it was not my problem they had their computers down , that it says they are open 24 hours and that the special is from 3-11, and that I was there within that time frame and she could not help me or compensate me at all. It ruined dinner and I told her they just lost a dedicated customer. I will not be returning to this location.

They cooked my hamburger on the same grill they were cooking raw chicken . When I told them it's not safe they told me it was ok. I asked for my money back and am going to call the county health safety department. One would think that you could cook chicken early in the am so this would not happen

Dell Taco needs a 100% pure beef taco and burrito, even if it cost more. Would be nice to be grass fed steer meat with no hormones or antibiotics. I would eat there 2 it 3 times a week if Del Taco would offer that.

This location closes the lobby early or flat out doesn’t open it at all, all the time. It’s Sunday afternoon and the lobby is closed. Not sure who the manager is but they should be fired. This happens regularly.

4:09 a.m., restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, can see people inside, but no answer at the drive-thru box. Sat around for about 5 minutes just to see if anybody would take my order.

The food is always cold… never fails. Really disappointed… I try not to be rude or anything, I’m a fast food worker too… but I just don’t understand how and why the food is served cold.

I went to grab lunch on my 30min lunch break ordered the food for me and my co worker and paid for everything. Then i get back to work and my order was missing items i tried calling 5x the first 4 no one answered and the last time i got through but the guy hung up on me. By this time my food is cold and tastes horrible. I will not be going there again

Carnitas burritos advertised in their flyer the price is 2/$5.00 yet they are charging their customers 2/$5.50. I asked for a manager and the girl “Kayla”;said she was one of them but would not honor it. Only said she would talk to Corporate. In the meantime over charging their customers .50 on that order. Wow! How can they do that? Poor customer service for a manager too. 👎🏼

I usually never reviews but the staff at this location is rude I had to drive back from Elsinore to get my money back. The food was cold and the shift manager was very rude. WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN AND WILL CALL THE MANAGER TOMORROW MORNING

Worse one I've ever been to. This morning my order was horrible. My chicken quesadilla wasn't even cooked. The cheese wasn't melted. My carnitas burrito should've been a bean burrito with how little pork it had and it was also cold.

False advertising, this place is not open 24 hours. When they close I'm not sure. Pull up at 4:10, you will be promptly told they do not open until 4:15 am.

*ATTENTION OWNER* Train your staff to not treat hot sauce like it's gold. I just got 10 items and only 9 sauces. I ordered 20 scorcho on grubhub and got 9 inferno. Customers going to other dels hurts your bottom line because of poorly trained employees that are personally offended by you wanting enough hot sauce to enjoy the food. I know a del owner and he specifically trains people not to cheap on it. It's not worth a customer never giving you money again. EDIT. Got zero hot sauces in my order yesterday. I will never give this location money again.

The dining room is closed and only the drive-thru is open. So you're forced to spend a ton of gas waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line. With gas being $5 a gallon, your meal ends up being twice as expensive because how much gas you waste sitting in the Drive-Thru line since you can't go into the dining room. Very disappointing. They also screwed up my order and didn't even apologize for it and made it difficult for me to get it replace with the correct meal.

I have liked Del Taco till now! I ordered a spicy chicken burrito which is usually great. The burrito had no sauce, and had more rice than chicken. The burrito was horrible. This is not the first time at this del taco. Management should do some quality control!

Again the store is closed with no notice and real reason. Tuesday the 29th of November they are closed @ 10am, again. The staff at night over the wknd are on point. The day time and other times and any other time the place is horrible. Only 2 people who cover 2 days do a good job. The rest of the week it's a place we all avoid in the neighborhood. Lobby closes early. Doors open an hour later then marked on door. Always issues with orders in the day time and afternoon during the week. Stale buns and cold fries and meat. I love del taco. I hate my local del taco. Another night no del taco again. The store turned to trash the last few years since remodeling and new ownership

Eat here frequently, but they have poor management and lack standards - I always ask for fries well done. Most times and even when I remind that about well done, they are not. Have concluded they do not have a standard definition or any quality control even when register receipt clearly states "Well Done". Finally decided there are multiple options for fast food so I am crossing Del Taco Wildomar off my list for acceptable places to eat.

Told me they couldn't accept payment at 4:00 am. Why say you're open 24 hours if you cant follow through. Gave me macho fries and no ketchup. And a Del Taco with cold meat. Also they told me they couldnt make me a quesadilla because they were cleaning a grill. Perhaps somebody just didn't want to do their job

I want to give them zero stars but l need to say what happened on thanksgiving me and my daughter went to this del taco everything was good l ordered one chili cheese fries for my daughter and that didn’t go so good we got the food around 4:30 by 5:00 my daughter was saying that her stomach was hurting really bad l give her some medicine to help and we watched a movie and ever five minutes she said it was hurting really bad then she wanted me to take her to the hospital so we went around 7:00 we went and waited 7 hours to be seen they said it was something that she ate also she was throwing up and said she tasted the fries. I don’t know if it was a something went bad and put in the fries but just be careful because now it’s Black Friday and we ALWAYS goes shopping but now her stomach is still hurting and she does not want to drink eat.

By far the slowest drive through of any Del Taco in the entire county. Every single time I come here I end up waiting for ever for every single car to move forward. Other Del tacos get you out within mins. This place should be embarrassed.

Horrible customer service, weekend manager Vanessa extremely rude and not willing to help. I ordered from del taco.com and order came wrong, no big deal called store and asked to be refunded only for the item I did not get and nothing else. She said we don't handle that talk to the app. After telling her over and over again I order from del taco.com not an app she said well call them. I said I did this is del taco right. She said we don't handle that, I said I order it on your website as a guess without am account, who am I suppose to call to get my 4 bucks back. She said I don't know but we don't handle that. Asked for a manager and she said I am, she said call my GM Monday her name is Marian and she will tell me the same thing. Not a sorry even once. Just wanted to get me off the phone. I will call the GM.monday and see if she is indeed as rude as he manager.

I am always missing food when I go through the drive through. Too bad I'm too lazy to check my bag but I usually buy for the whole family so it's work to check everything. I won't drive all the way back for a couple items. I just wish they could get it right. Maybe screen a little better when hiring!

Been going for a long time. Kids like their food but the girl at the drive up so so rude and the chile fries were made sloppy and like a half order and less cheese than ever. Ruined our dinner . We are going to have to find an alternative

Wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered burgers on grub hub and we got a call that they couldn’t make our burgers because they already cleaned the grill. It was only 10:15 and they don’t close until 3:00 am….very disappointing

The food will be cold and the meat atleast 12 HOURS OLD if you go in during the night shift. The staff will argue with you about everything and do NOT want to cook fresh food overnight. I watched the manager ask for extra tins a meat to be cooked so they would have food overnight till the next morning, Disgusting!

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered bacon breakfast burrito this morning and no bacon on it. Burrito was mushy. The lady at drive through was very very rude and might as well thrown the bag at me and slammed the drive through window in my face. I was so excited for this burrito because I just recently moved back to Cali and there wasn’t any Del Taco where I lived. Very disappointing experience. Horrible customer service. Won’t be back. Waited in line for over 20 minutes to get this. Had a very long day and service was not great. I didn’t end up turning around and asking them to remake it because I get what it’s like being in the fast food business having to deal with a lot of customers it can be very stressful but getting my food like this was not OK. Does that look like a half pound burrito? It was folded on both side’s and completely smashed with barely any beans or anything in it. And the quesadilla was so burnt that it tasted like a cracker. My fries were completely burnt. Always come back here thinking it’s gonna be better this time, but I will no longer be going to this Del taco they don’t have good service or food 😕.

Keep having issues at this location. Today my fries were stale and burnt I wasn't given a straw so once I found one in my glove box on the way to work I tasted it and found out I got a cherry coke instead of the dr pepper I ordered. Cashier did not know how to ring up my order correctly so I had to tell her what they did previously. Only thing correct was my quesadilla that I ordered special *correction I got to the center of it and am chewing on grill char....* Fast food is too expensive and people are paid 20/hr that most college graduates are having trouble making. Food should be made right. The person at the window probably knew it was messed up because I didn't get a receipt.

When I placed my order, I asked for fresh fries for a reason. I went to the bathroom and when I came back, the lady who I later found out was the general manager because she said she was, named. Sabrina ,told me that she had just made those fries and that I could try them and if I didn’t like them, then she’d make me some more. Well, I stated what I wanted when I came in. I saw the fries already sitting there and I chose to ask for fresh ones .I didn’t have time to do a taste test so she could put some more fries in so I just took those. I did a review and she called me immediately to tell me that she asked me to taste them first. I could not get her to understand that there was no need for her to ask me anything. I stated what I wanted upon entering the restaurant . I was not about to sit around and wait for fresh fries when they could’ve been done have they been made when I asked for it. Instead of understanding my complaint, she wanted to argue the point that she told me to taste it and if I didn’t like them, she would then make me new ones

Ordered a quick lunch for me and my wife. Everything was good except the chicken burritos. We both ordered extra chicken on both burritos, and there was only the thinnest layer of chicken grease spread on the tortilla. I'm not going to try to get a refund, waste of time. See images.

Always check your food before leaving, they also love to mess up orders and take as long as possible in the drive thru. Terrible Del taco don't come here.
