Williams has been a stopping point along I-5 for us for 50+ years. The Starbucks here gives us just one more reason to take the Williams exit ❤️ Not all Starbucks are created equal, and I love this location. This location is clean and staffed with polite and cheerful staff- it's always a pleasure.
Great staff! Friendly, efficient and productive. Convenient location across from gas station and close to I-5. Parking lot sized for cars, but looks like you can use neighboring lot for quick pick up. Beverages were hot, delicious and ready to go earlier than mobile app stated. Will definitely have this as must stop when traveling.
This was the first time I really experienced a burista that was unable to show a happy face. She seemed really tired and it took a long time for her to prepare my drink. I felt bad for her. The drink was subpar. The cup was sticky and the drink was just hot instead of extra hot. Oh well. On to the next Starbucks. The best thing about this particular Starbucks during this visit was the restroom experience. Although one restroom was out of toilet paper and seat covers, the toilets are located in a different room from the sink area, which has two sinks and each sink has a bar that consists of a soap dispenser, a water faucet, and a hand dryer. That is super stylish. Hooray for the great idea.
Chronically understaffed. The wait for your order is consistently way longer than you would expect for a small town Starbucks that doesn't look that busy from the outside. It seems (from a former retail worker) that they cut worker hours. The 2 frantic baristas behind the counter struggled to keep up with demand from the drive through and counter sales. I'm sure the investors of sbux are happy to see low labor costs, but we stopped coming here on our drives through because of the long wait for the last few years.
Waited 15 minutes for a latte and an egg wrap after ordering inside. Mobile ordering wasn’t enabled and the place was empty of customers but drive thru was busy. Another ruined in-store experience and a clueless manager. Starbucks has to start prioritizing customers inside the store - it’s not worth the wait any longer.
The bathrooms need to be remodeled. They are dirty; with the washing‘station’ in a separate area, that is not only filthy, but there is no soap, or soap dispenser, no paper towels. Worst Starbucks bathroom I have ever seen.
They add so much ice to the drinks your only getting about 4oz of whatever drink you get they are ripping you off
The drive through service was terrible ! Asked for a blueberry oatmeal usually comes with the works . My oatmeal only came with the blueberries. The gentleman was very rude say well that’s all you said is blueberry. He explained you have to order the individual toppings . Never had to do that before at any other starbucks . He seemed so inconvenienced when I asked if I could have the other toppings with it . Told him thank you got nothing back just silence. Will not be using this Starbucks again .
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista, Ferrah, was unfriendly and came across as dismissive while taking my order. There was no greeting, no warmth, and the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. What really stood out was that she repeatedly slammed the drive-thru window shut, which felt aggressive and unnecessary. It made the entire experience uncomfortable. Customer service should feel welcoming, not tense. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location.
Hello, I am writing to report an unacceptable experience at the Starbucks location in Williams today. I had placed a mobile order and, as I frequently do when traveling, stopped by this location. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door stating that the lobby was closed due to short staffing and that customers with mobile orders should call the store. I followed those instructions and called to let them know I had arrived. While my order was being prepared, I politely asked if I could use the restroom. I was told no and was refused entry. The employee who spoke with us, who I believe said her name was Cece, stated that she could not allow restroom use or let us inside and that she would be fired if she did so. Another customer was outside with me as well, and we both expressed that as paying customers, we should reasonably be allowed to use the restroom. I understand staffing challenges, but refusing restroom access to paying customers is unacceptable. This experience was disappointing and does not align with the customer service standards I expect from Starbucks, particularly at a location I visit regularly when traveling. I hope this situation can be reviewed and addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.
Placed order online. When I got there, the barista(s) (Guy and a girl) were both rude, unwilling to help, and told me to wait, even though I already ordered and asked for their help. Finally, was told I could get a refund, which I did through the manager. She is ok, but her employees are less than professional and kind. I will go somewhere else in the future, say Dutch bros.
I would have to say that Starbucks here in Williams California has completely went under! The service is horrible and not only It’s a service horrible but literally I went to get my birthday drink and I ordered a chocolate chip frappe and it does not taste like a chocolate chip. Frappe it taste dark roasted black coffee. I am very disappointed in Starbucks, especially for my birthday drink.! I would have to say this is the worst location ever that I ever go to always being ignored and always messing up on my drinks! I When it recommend anybody going to this Starbucks! My drink literally sucks it tastes horrible!
Will never go to this location again. Ordered for in store pickup traveling through on the way to the airport. At 7:30 am the lobby was closed and drive thru cars backed up to the street. Workers refused to make eye contact with my two drinks sitting on the counter. If their lobby is closed they should not have the option to do in store pick up. HOWEVER, they did unlock the door and serve someone they clearly knew and then locked the door behind them. Wasn’t going to wait the 30 minutes the drive thru would have taken, hence the mobile order. I once waited 20 minutes for a cup of ice. This location is a joke. From now on I’ll be taking my business to Dutch Bros across the street.
Don’t waste your time stopping at this Starbucks. When we showed up the store was closed in the middle of the day. They had a sign up saying store closed for 30 min due to short staff. Closed at 3:30pm…
Waited 20 minutes for my drink. Staff need to get faster and be more consistent with the way they make their drinks. I get the same thing every time I come by and it always taste different or it looks different. Management needs to get involved and retrain staff! With Dutchmans being built across the street, I might just switch over to them If things don’t change.
Waited 20 minutes for two hot chias with one person in front of me!! There was a line for drive thru, but 4 staff were working it. I’ve never seen so so SO many flies inside a place, dirty floors and bathrooms, distrusting!! Dutch Bros is opening across the street, maybe they’ll be faster. Best part, drinks tasted terrible. Train better.
Service was too slow. 3 minutes is too long to sit at a window staring at your black single cup of coffee, hoping they will take your money so you can leave. They were too busy preparing orders for other customers.
The system doesn't work at the drive thru. We were asked to go all the way back and try again to place an order. There is ONE PERSON taking and making orders. Don't waste your time here. Never seen another store this shitty.
The store itself was ok. This review is for the bathrooms at 5:30 am when store had been opened at 5am. The bathrooms were left open by a door lock. Both bathrooms did not get cleaned the night before. There are poopy stains on one of the toilets. There's no seat covers, toilet paper as u can see in the pic is just sitting on top there. The washing hand station that's communal never been wiped down from the looks of it. The mirror is nasty too. Disgusting to say the least.
