I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a while. Anything chicken is the only thing that I'll ever get from here. I never had their mcflurry's before so there's that 😂 The Oreo one was pretty good though.

Multiple times I have arrived at this store after hours as a doordasher. Multiple times there have been large signs saying after hours delivery pick up here. Now they have gone as far as to build a window with huge signs saying after hours delivery pick up here. However two times now I've had employees be incredibly rude to me and tell me that the buttons are for after hours employee access and I need to stop pressing them. Why is your investment group spending money so that delivery can be smoother but your employees have decided they don't feel like using the tools they've been given? And why does your particular McDonald's want DoorDashers to not feel good about picking up and not want to deal with long waits in the drive-thru and rude employees? Just curious Have wonderful day. Edited to reflect the fact that they have the window open some of the time now. Employees here are wonderful.

Somehow this McDonald's has stepped it up recently. Like the wait is only about 5ush min, and that during the busy times. Glad to see that things are returning back to normal. Unfortunately, McDonald's has desperately gone down in the past several years. And COVID has not helped. I've come to this McDonald's over the past 30 years, since I was 5yr old. I have seen the many ups and downs and multiple remodels. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is truly terrible for a plethora of reasons, but most of them are due to slowness and actual customer service. If you come here, plan to have AT LEAST 30 min to wait BEFORE getting your food. That doesn't matter if it's the drive through, mobile order, or walk in and order. You WILL NOT get your food anytime in less than 30min. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Which is truly sad, since the premise of McDonald's is "fast food". The one good thing, is that the food is good. I was actually impressed by the quality of how good the food was, on my most recent visit. The fries were crispy and salty, the big Mac was decently prepared, the nuggets were nice, and of course their coke was the signature coke, you can ONLY get at McDonald's.

Ordered online, had a very simple request: add extra pickles, add extra onions, no salt. Got the OPPOSITE: no pickles at all, tons of lettuce and tons of sauce. It did taste like reduced salt. I guess the cooks can ignore your request and just give you whatever THEY want. How is that a viable McDonalds business model to ignore customer requests?

a great McDonalds but once we ordered 3 Mcfurrlys and a cone we asked to check to see if our food is made. one worker said that they will come back with the answer but they didn't by the time it came it all melted except the cone

The food is good, except the wait, especially the drive thru is extremely long. It's the only mcdonald's in southern beaverton/north tigard so everyone flocks up at thi one location. I think they should construct 1 or 2 more for smaller waits and more avaliablity.

It's the best McDonalds in the area, but it's far from perfect. Normally I have good or average experiences here, but today was not a great experience. I ordered ice cream, and then sat and waited for my food to arrive. It wasn't until half an hour later when they finally gave it to me. In total, I waited 45 minutes for just a little bit of ice cream. Why is it called "fast food" if it isn't fast?

Please clean your play place more regularly. It is disgusting. \nFood was good! service was good.

A Good McDonald's but sometimes we would order food and it would take 30 minutes-1 hour to get it. The employees kept saying they would give our food but they never did until over half an hour later. Also another time we ordered to go 6pc chicken nuggets and it took more than 1 hour to get just 6pc chicken nuggets and we ordered sauce and when we came home we figured out they forgot the sauce I do recommend this McDonald's but there are better ones out there.

Went to get some food here because everything else was closed today on Christmas, I ordered 2 mcchickens & 2 cheeseburgers along with some fries, a coke, and 2 apple pies. When I got home I started to eat one of the burgers and noticed a weird smell but didn’t know where it was coming from until about half way thru the burger and that’s when I realized the smell was coming from the burger I was eating. I then went to smell the rest of the burgers and they all smelled the same. It had a chemical type of smell to it. I immediately took them back to them and asked for a refund and the manager there tried saying that it was how they normally smelled. This just happened maybe half an hour ago and if I start to feel bad im 100% suing. Completely unacceptable especially on Christmas.

Had a surgery today and thought, a chocolate shake from McDonald's would hit just right. My wonderful wife stopped and picked it up for me and brought it to me in bed. Absolutely disgusting. They used some purple whipped cream that made the entire shake taste like nasty food coloring. Not what was pictured in the App, not the normal shake I order, and tastes like garbage. Why they would serve this I just don't understand. Not sure if they were out of the normal whipped cream, changed it for some promotion, or what the case may be, but they should have simply said they were out. Gross. Will just go to Carl's Jr. for my shakes in the future.

I have never in my entire life of living have ever left a review because I work food industry, so I usually never do this, But Jesus Christ, that GM Madeline? Got mad at the front worker because you guys jacked up my order when I asked for two fries I was handed one and when I asked nicely if I could pay for another one, the GM looked like I just asked to take her first born child. Then got mad at the man at the front for helping me because you guys messed up and said to never do it again. Genuinely that was disturbing as hell and I hope she’s not treating all her employees like that. It’s disturbing to treat your workers like that in front of customers I can only assume what she treats them like when people aren’t watching.

I had placed an order thru Uber eats which I rarely do. The first driver had very obviously stolen my food. When Uber eats sent a new driver they kept refusing to make a new batch. I even tried calling and the lady was rude and short placing blame on the delivery service. When in fact it was yall. Don't be a place that does delivery service with that kind of mentality. Also, maybe get better staff.. coming from someone who also works customer service.

Went in here for lunch with my fiancé and daughter. 3 out of the 4 kiosks were out of order. The only open one had a gentleman on there who was struggling to decide if he wants to get one big Mac or two mcdoubles. After about 5 minutes of waiting for him I tried to get one of the employees attention to take our order. You know the "old fashioned" way. When I got someone's attention she asked me what do I need. And I told her the kiosks are down can you take our order please. And she just made a snarky noise and walked away without saying a word. We were actually baffled. We waited a minute and just decided to leave at that point. Very strange experience and a big waste of time. If Mcdonalds is going to completely eliminate talking to a human. They need to at least have support for those kiosks 24/7.

Today i couldnt cook for my kid because we just finished moving stuff. I ended up taking them to the nearby mcdonalds because they wanted some, when we got there i could already sense something off when i looked at the cashier she gave me the nastiest look ever and i was confused because i didnt even greet her yet. I ended up saying hello and made my order and this girl said “Mkay ill let you know when ur order is ready” we ended up waiting there for more than 20 minutes which was really surprising cause my kids only got 2 happy meals and i got myself a coke. I ended up confronting her and she got mad and said “thats not my fault” i was so offended by this. I started arguing with her and i was the one that got kicked out WITHOUT my food i ended up taking my kids to get pizza. Worst service ever i will definitely not be coming back here.

I ordered a double quarter pounder, and in the middle of eating it, i noticed that it tasted a little off. I looked at my burger and noticed that it was not even cooked properly. only the very outside of the patty looked brown, but the center was completely pink. the patty even started to fall apart as I picked at it, as if the patty was only put on the grill for a few seconds. I feel sick knowing that I had already eaten half of my burger, and I really hope that I don't get sick from eating it. I am honestly so disgusted at being served raw meat, I couldn't even stomach eating something else. I have no idea what was going on for something like this to happen, but it is completely unacceptable. The absolute bare minimum would be to ensure that food is being cooked and served safely. I am currently in my first trimester of my pregnancy and it has been hard enough to keep food down, leaving me so disappointed at this sorry excuse of a meal. With the taste of raw meat still in my mouth, I sincerely hope that this is the last time this ever happens.

Just got the worst fries ever from this location!!! Normally McDonald's has the best fries went thru drive thru ordered a number 7 with large fries. Went to job site less than a mile away was eating within 4 minutes I got cold, over cooked basically burnt fries that were so dry the BBQ sauce caught not help.
