I have been there so many times that the staff know what I want before I place my order.

I was in & out and the employee who waited on me was very nice and polite.

Really great Taco Bell. I frequent here and I've never experienced poor service or unfriendly employees. Not to mention their Breakfast Crunch Wraps are made so fresh, the hash brown inside doesn't even get soggy!

The food was fresh and the drive thru rep was very patient with me since I had a large order.

Employees look like they hate their job. And even when it is not busy they don't clean the tables. It looks and it smells dirty.

By far the worst KFC/TB I have ever went to. Never once have they gotten my order right. Missing or wrong items is the norm here. Never once did the food look appetizing. Some of the staff are friendly but most are rude.

Went threw drive threw 2 times to get the order right and still had to go in . The lady was so rude to me that I will never go bk .!!

Place is atrocious, most of the time they'll close early for no reason, then ignore you at the window when they aren't supposed to close for an hour. Staff during the day is nice but if you go at night, don't expect the online times, or even the posted times to be accurate.

Employees were extremely rude and i didnt get half of what i ordered. Then when i went to ask for what they forgot they decided to argue with me saying i didnt buy any of it even though i had the receipt. Walked out without eating and will never go back.

You never know if the inside is open. They're usually so understaffed that it's almost a 30 min wait from ordering to getting food. The last time I went, a $40 order was so messed up it was insane.

Meanwhile the automated speaker says “I’m sorry we are closed” as I look at the time it was only 10:30pm. Manager stated she closed because it was slow. However Checkers had a line wrapped around 4th Street. As well as McDonald’s drivethru line was wrapped around to their drivethru exit. It’s unfortunate that this location can close when they’re “Bored” instead of CLEANING in between customers while its “Too slow” to keep the business running to bring in FRIDAY NIGHTS REVENUE!!! Very poor customer service. What’s the point of having a PHONE if NOBODY ever answers it; especially in the event that an order may have been messed up & needed to let the manager know of this mistake.

You hand them a note with specific directions and they still give you exactly what you said you didn't want. The whole purpose of written instructions t why is it so hard to make a travel order. This is 10out of 10 times not isolated incidents. The phone is busy you can't call it just rings your location sucks and you need basic comprehension skills it's not one person of every single time you SCREW UP.

If only I could give zero stars…This Lancaster location is by far the worst Taco Bell/KFC ever. There is something wrong on my order four out of five times. On the rare occasion that I try and come back to fix the issue, which is on there end they are very rude and there is absolutely no customer service quality. I will never come back to this location.
