This place is awesome .. Chicken was delicious.. Hot and when i ate some inna middle of the night.. 😆.. service was quick for fresh cooked food.. The establishment was clean.. They are handicapped accessible.. They sell beer.. A smoke free establishment.. They have fresh lemon.. And a coke drink machine with a load of options.. Ketchup on the side if needed... Also they have lunch specials.. And a UNCW 10% discount

From the second you walk in, she makes you feel welcome with her upbeat energy and professionalism. She handles orders quickly and accurately, even during the busiest rush hours. You can tell she takes pride in her work and actually cares about the customers. It’s rare to see someone who treats every interaction like it matters, but Jada does exactly that. I went to Wingstop in Wilmington N.C. today. Ordered 30 bone-in wings.... My food was amazing and the person who took my order, was even more amazing!!! I'm having some health issues and I suddenly can't hear very well. The volume of the music in restaurant seemed completely unnecessarily loud and I couldn't come close to hearing the words of the person serving me. Luckily, I'm not too bad at lip reading and the cashier was very patient and nice! I don't come here often, but I'll definitely come back a lot if you keep staff like her around. I wish I asked for a receipt so I could tell you her name! I was seriously about to leave before placing my order, because the noise was frustrating and I knew I would have a hard time hearing and communicating through it... But the cashier made the experience much more pleasant! I'm genuinely surprised and very thankful for her and the great food! Thank you. 🫶
I ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and unfortunately couldn’t get my order on Sunday. After calling Monday morning they immediately made it right and the food was great!

best wing stop ever!!! the workers deserves a raise, they stay polite, everything is cooked to perfection, in a rush of 20+ people in store they keep calm, they clean, and handle everyone so efficiently it’s insane. my orders have always been perfect. genuinely impressed and i love wing stop so much this location is exactly what wing stop is supposed to be. great job every worker you’re amazing
I don’t know her name but I went in tonight and ordered my food, and this middle aged lady made sure everything was perfect and she had a young girl beside her also working the counter, both African American and she was the kindest human being I’ve ever encountered. Her kind words made my night and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. 2/19/2026 at 10:30 pm.

Need to FIX AND CLEAN the drink machine. It was out of ice and extremely nasty. Other than that, every thing else was pretty good.

Super tasty. This is one of the better wingstop locations I’ve been to. Even though the cashier was in training, our big order was handled smoothly and we got everything we asked for. Only critique is that the lemon pepper wings were extremely salty.

Every time I stop in the counters are dirty/sticky as is the beverage station. The soda machine or iced tea is always out of something. Today I wanted unsweetened. NOPE. I saw 2 female employees sitting and chatting with a male customer. At least 1 of them should have been cleaning, disinfecting and restocking.
I recently visited Wingstop today with my 10-year-old son, who had heard good things about it from his friends at school. The cashier was attentive and friendly, which made a positive first impression. However, the workers in the back did not seem happy and lacked a good vibe, which was a bit off-putting. I even noticed one worker holding his mobile device while preparing meals, which raised concerns about hygiene and focus. The Coke Freestyle machine was a major letdown, being out of 75% of the drinks early at lunchtime. This clearly indicated a lack of preparation for the day. Additionally, the dining room was disheveled with many tables still dirty. The cashier kindly offered to clean one for us, which we appreciated. As for the food, it was actually pretty good, though a bit on the salty side. The cheese dip for the fries was a nice addition and a highlight of our meal. Overall, while the food was decent and the cashier provided excellent service, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and poor preparation.

They didn’t even have them made, we had to sit there & wait for them after they had to make sure I wasn’t lying about it.. Then they messed up how many of each wing flavor we had ordered. Was better last couple years. Steadily getting worse. Not sure what changed.. not busy today, food is worse, had to throw the fries in a deep fryer, no ranch. $70 for subpar wingstop is sad. Update - seeing that this wingstop is 40 minutes each way yet is the closest. Had to give it another chance. $110 for horrible customer service, mulitple wings with feathers stubs, forgetting items, and flavorless corn. Again, the steady decline of the local wingstop. Negative 1 star each.
I honestly don’t know why I have continued to give this location a chance but everytime I’ve ordered here they always forget something or put the wrong item in the bag. They are sealed up and without opening and pulling everything out each time I have lost hope they will ever get my order correct. The store front is always nasty. The drink area is terrible. Again, I’m not sure why I have continued to go back but I give up.

I placed an online order that gave an estimate of 28 minutes for food to be ready. An extra 20 minutes later and still no food. The staff act like they are high and can’t function. They won’t answer the phone and don’t even have ice for the drink machines. Please hire more staff or something.
I came in and the guy sneezed three times when I was ordering. He charged me for a combo when I did not order a combo. Then his manager came over. The refund process took forever. Then I had to ask to reorder my food. They were making jokes about me behind the counter. My food took twenty minutes and several people who came in later got their food while I sat there. I had to ask if my food was ready.
Ordered for delivery. Food was missing, we got boneless instead of classic wings, and what arrived was cold. Food was also not delivered as requested and was left where it should not have been left. I cannot contact the store at all. Severely disappointed.

Very unorganized, didn’t have out order correct and we waited a very long time.. A girl in the kitchen with no gloves biting her nails and not wearing gloves.. I told the manager and she still didn’t have on gloves.!!
Worst wingstop ive ever been smells nasty whole place is disgusting they got my order wrong i tried to call to bring back the food called 5 times and no one answered this is actually a terrible experience and im calling corporate about this they need a new general manger cause they are just doing whatever they want there
Following my recent subpar experiences with Wingstop, I have decided that this will be my last order. The wings in this particular order were not cooked thoroughly and were also missing sauce. Although the portion size was sufficient, the lack of quality in the wings means I will not be ordering again. One redeeming aspect was the quality of the fries.
Some of the rudest and most mentally slow employees truly ever. Forgot three of our things and then were rude when we went to get them?
Waited almost an hour for some chicken I ordered in the mobile app. It was supposed to be ready at 1030, but I didn't get my chicken til almost 1130. If you want your chicken well done, that's an extra 30-minute wait.
edit: me and friend got food poisoning here not soon after they "fixed" their sanitation B-rating (which they continuously drop to). I threw up about an hour after eating half a sandwich, and we've both had... "upset stomachs" all day 😂😬 we're gonna stay away for a while. super upsetting cuz we love wingstop. but this place just isn't clean 🙂↔️
The food was horrible, me and my boyfriend came to eat here for the first since he’s seen so many videos of it. The sauce was so bland, fries were super soggy or not even cooked… Cooks had no gloves on cooking, we waited about 10-15 minutes for our food. $16.78 for some bland tenders and gross fries… Everyone hypes up the ranch, I can taste the sour cream and ranch seasoning between both.
My order was short a chicken wing. It wasn't the end of the world, but when I called to inform them, they said "sorry for the inconvenience". No offer to make it right. Not going back.
I called ahead of time to order my food… got there and it wasnt ready .. yet 3 people’s orders came out… the nice cashier told me bout 6 mins … 15 mins went by then when I asked about my order she comes back and says oh their about to change the grease and it’s gone be an additional 10 mins… irritated , I canceled my order… because that should of been disclosed when I got there to pick up my order then to have to wait longer is ridiculous!!! Help me understand how all these people are employed there and working and ordered are not being processed in a timely manner….
Don’t order online. This is the third time I have ordered online and it says the wait time is 16-20 minutes which is fine, no biggie. I waited an extra 10 minutes before going to pick up the order and then drive another 15 minutes to get there and the order is still not ready! The order was placed 45 minutes ago and is it still not ready! The most of the employees I’ve encountered act like they are miserable. If it’s busy, the online ordering system should say that!
They are HORRIBLE with time management when it comes to getting customers their food. It's no way i should be waiting 2 hrs for my food just for them to tell my new dasher someone already picked my order up and I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT DOORDASH why would i have to contact them... horrible customer service, horrible employees get new management please!
Had order delivered and they forgot a big part of it. No way to contact them because they leave their phone off the hook on purpose. Big fat thumbs down👎
Went here a few weeks ago for the first time. Called before to order. Long wait time (to be expected) there were a lot of orders once we arrived. Came in and saw the sanitation rating was in the 80’s (yikes). Still wanted to give it a shot and try the food. Fries were not cooked all the way and the buffalo wings tasted like nothing

Edit- after waiting for a hour. Food was wrong, and i never recieved my meal, i was told it was not put in. We recieved someone elses combo order. 45 min later still no food. 1 other table in the place..Bathrooms are nasty,toilets won't flush,everything is empty and they act like its a issue to ask for paper towels straws etc, girl at front register has no customer service, had something floating in my cup of ice and asked for a new one, well I guess that bothered her. Won't be back.. they need to have someone clean .

I get it they are busy, but some of the staff is beyond rude and plainly does not care that they messed up our order, and I had to drive 20 minutes to get what they forgot. I know.... I should check the orders, which I usually do, but sometimes I forget to. But the last time was the final straw. They forgot the fries, ranch dipping sauce, and the corn. I called no less than 20 times, and they never answered. I drove back there, and the young woman at the counter couldn't be bothered or pretend to apologize. After waiting 15 minutes for the missing parts of the order, when there were maybe 2 people waiting for orders, the girl put the food down and walked away without a word. I was read to just let it go, but they sent me a give us your feedback, and you'll get a regular order of fries... So I gave them the feedback and checked the box that they could reach out to me, but never heard a word from them. I had previously given them feedback that the wing order was using much smaller wings, and they reached right out and apologized explaining they got a shipment that was not their normal quality. It's a shame, because sometimes they do have good tasting wings, but their customer service and lack of checking orders turned me off of this place forever.
If I could give this wingstop -0000 stars right now I would, not that any of the employees care considering this is the biggest day of the year for them being Super Bowl Sunday and they’re all just standing around listening to music having a grand old time while I get there & hear that other people were waiting HOURS for their orders on Super Bowl Sunday. ( which I placed mine hours beforehand so I wasn’t waiting around yet they were still hours behind. ) I don’t understand why the store wasn’t more prepared for today? Having more staff knowing it was going to be a busy day? TERRIBLEEEEEEE SERVICE. this store should re think about who they have on their staff because this was the most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen & experienced. Absolutely disgusting 😭😭😭😭

Ordered 15 boneless wings from Wingstop College Road location and got 15 bone in. When I called to inform them of the issue no apologies all. I was told they would TRY to send me what I ordered but it would be best if I picked it up vs delivery. I asked for refund and again no apologies. Accidents happen, but how you resolve the issue is what makes the difference. Massive fail.
I would like to start this off by saying I am pregnant. All day I have been looking forward to my 8 Piece lemon pepper wings with my Cajun corn and veggies on the side. I drown all of my items in wingstop each because it is indeed the best out there. So naturally, I order a two small ranches(that come with me and my partners combo) and a large ranch. I place my order and pick up my food. The bag is sealed so I choose to believe everything is in there. We live in Leland which is 25 minutes away. I’m pulling everything out and to my surprise there is no ranch. No small ranch and no large ranch that we paid an extra $5.00 for. My pregnancy craving is in shambles. I feel like the one guy from SpongeBob who couldn’t eat his pizza with out his Dr. kelp. I tried calling the store to refund the ranch or at least let me pick it up tomorrow and no one answers the phone. I just want my ranch.
I made an order and it said it was going to be done at 830ish and it wasn’t done until 920ish. When I get the order both of the meals were completely wrong and have to wait for it to be remade. Also the cashiers that work here are (no disrespect) useless. Every single cashier I had going here must not be trained nor care about anything. I never make reviews but I’ve had countless situations here that just always leaves a bad impression. They 80% of the time mess up my orders. (All app orders)
