A welcome fine(r) dining addition to the Drive, replacing Chef Nate's. Worth a try. Only complaint - lack of larger portion main courses. Currently mostly tapas style options.

Proof is a long awaited addition to the drive. We had a great experience with new cocktails and beautifully inspired appetizers. Never tried caviar before. But with the added chips and sauce it was a lot better than I expected

We came for happy hour and really enjoyed ourselves. The lounge area at the rear of the restaurant was perfect for the four of us to sit and talk. The drinks were excellent, and the happy hour menu has a nice selection to pick from. The Gilded Pig Old Fashioned was awesome with good flavor. Roberto was a great server and we had a great time. Great addition to The Drive for craft drinks and small plates.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing food and great experience! Everything we ordered was delicious and full of flavor, but the fried Oreos were by far my favorite — absolutely incredible and a must-try. Perfectly crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Wow wow wow!!! What more can I say as I’m stuffing my face. The atmosphere was very loving with everyone asking how everything is and if I needed anything. The food was simply to die for. I got to take a journey with the truffle fries, bone marrow, skirt steak, caviar, burrata salad, and more than a few drinks. Marcy and her team have out done themselves. Matthew was such a sweet heart. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel at home and yummy food and drinks.

After hearing our friends, recommend this restaurant, we decided to try it tonight. It did not disappoint. Every plate was absolutely delicious.

Proof looks to be setting a new standard for your night out in the area. The atmosphere was not only stylish in appearance but had an inviting synergy about it throughout the evening . The menu had some amazing dishes that we tried as well as a signature drink from the cocktail menu. Looking forward to going back to try some of the others real soon .

What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! This will be the perfect catch-up spot with friends, date night, or to show off what our little city is made of! Forget taking visitors to those busy tourist areas to show off overpriced restaurants, we got great atmosphere and food right here in Wilton, without the pretense or price tag that comes with other areas! We sat at the bar last night and the bartenders were all great, especially the girl that used to work in the previous restaurant at this location. The place is designed well, and the seating choices includ bar, normal table top, and more like "lounge seating" with a low table and couches. The food was a perfect 10 out of 10. We got the chimichurri steak, the chicken oysters and the sliders. Everything came out quick, hot, perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Chef you did fantastic, and I loved the mustard sauce that was served for dipping with the chicken. I had the Pour Decisions cocktail, which was light, fruity and refreshing and my husband got a draft beer from Funky Buddha. 3 plates shared between my husband and I was the perfect amount of food for a late dinner before we met friends out for drinks elsewhere. And I can't remember exact price but I know it was under $100 including tip, which feels like a fantastic value for what you get. This is a place that will be perfect for catching up with friends, date night, or to show visitors what our little town is made of. I am so excited for this addition and I can't wait to try everything else. Please keep this quality of service and food up and you will be here for years to come in my opinion!

Three of us dined in here for dinner. The place was so full and had great vibe. Happy to see a new restaurant on the drive with nice decor and feel. Thankfully one of the few only restaurants that has comfortable seating cushion chairs. Their food menu was creative we tried a bunch of small plates listed in my pictures. Out favorite was chicken oyster and bread pudding I also tried summer proof Taquila based cocktail which I loved. Staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming

Went last night to check out what all the buzz was about and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great. The mixture of great decor and music really set the tone. Full bar with signature cocktails and amazing food options. I will be back.

We love this place! The portions are perfect for the price. But it’s the flavor that knocks it out of the park! We have tried every item on the menu and have been pleasantly surprised over and over again. The service matches the food…above average. Thank you for bringing a solid restaurant to Wilton Manors. ✌️❤️

Made it to the newly opened Proof in Wilton Manors last night. The space previously occupied by “Chef Nate’s”, “Mind Your Manors”, etc has been completely transformed. The interior has a modern deco glam warmth with soft coral and deep turquoise colors throughout. Service is friendly and many familiar faces add to the warmth of the interior. We were just grabbing a quick bite before a show so decided to share 4 small plates. Each one had a unique flavor or twist on a classic. Next time I’ll be sure to try a choice from the “My Size Plates” and “Feelin Fancy” offerings. WELCOME BACK to Chef Marcy Miller and the team. This is a welcome addition to the dining/lounge scene on “The Drive”. Check it out!

Our first visit last night was very impressive, we've been wanting to come since our friend and food sensei Marci Miller announced she was involved and the place satisfied a much needed niche; good small plates in a lively yet conversation friendly lounge. The hostess at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a great evening. Our waiter, Nelson, truly made the night unforgettable. His knowledge of the menu, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for what he does were outstanding. He explained every dish in detail, shared the specials, and gave fantastic recommendations. His positive energy, great smile, and friendly personality added so much to our experience. As someone who values great customer service, I have to say—Nelson went above and beyond. He made the entire dinner feel special. The chef even sat down with us to ask how everything was and to hear our thoughts about the meal. That level of attention is rare and truly shows how much PROOF cares about its guests. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the ambiance is perfect, and the drinks were incredible—well-crafted and memorable. I had the pleasure of stopping into PROOF Wilton Manors this evening for some eats and drinks. Even from the street- u can see- this is not your typical Wilton Manors type spot. It's lighting, colors, bar, seating and overall ambience is 10/10. The menu both drink and food- is a unique culinary selection. From start to finish- the service and the flavors and food quality was exceptional. Each food item has a culinary twist that lifts your senses as you are eating. The portions are not large- however; the prices are so well priced that you can comfortably order more than one item and stay within your budget- and get an even cooler culinary experience. I was with myself this evening - but I assure I I will be back with guests- and we will probably just order one of everything. The owners are lovely and welcoming. Marcy- (Mama Marcy as we call her) welcomes everyone with open arms and her perfect charm. The other staff was equally pleasant and lovely. So.:... the Proof...... is at PROOF! See y'all soon .

Proof feels like one of those places that gets a lot of attention and support on social media, partly because one of the owners was previously involved with the well-loved and genuinely interesting spot Bubbles & Pearls, which unfortunately closed. That said, when it comes to food, Proof is unlikely to impress. The menu is fairly basic and leans heavily toward standard American bar fare: small portions, fries, fried chicken legs, sliders. It’s hard to call it a culinary experience. Another issue is that many of the dish names feel intentionally creative but don’t really reflect what you actually receive. The descriptions can be misleading and create expectations that the food simply doesn’t meet. The bar itself is decent, and the cocktails are actually quite good. However, the wine selection is very limited. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice place to socialize. Overall, Proof is not a destination for food. It’s more of a spot to meet friends for cocktails and light bites. If you go in with that expectation, you probably won’t be disappointed. But you shouldn't expect more.
