Rosie's Bar and Grill Wilton Manors Reviews
This was my first time at this restaurant, and I loved it! The food was tasty, and I had enough to be able to enjoy it with my friends. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the friendly staff as they were amazing. I plan on coming back in the future!
Second time here at Rosie's and they don't disappoint the second time around. This cute girl let me take her to dinner and a drink. Burger with onion rings was perfectly prepared. Good music, vibes, food, drinks AND staff!
I am so happy that within my community we still have places like Rosie used to go to. I have never felt more at home and welcomed into a restaurant. The DJ was smiling and playing some of the best hits. Several servers came to check in on our table, including the manager/owners. For appetizers, we started with the fried pickles or the Briney spears I believe. Those were delicious, especially with the Sriracha ranch. For drinks, I had some jalapeño drink with Mezcal that was really delicious and also a piña colada, which was one of the best ones I’ve had. It had real pieces of banana and was smooth and flavorful. Now this Cajun dusted chicken sandwich was to die for. Everything here is house made all the sauces, and the chicken breast was just juicy and succulent. I’m so happy we came here before leaving and going back home. I will come here anytime I’m in Fort Lauderdale Wilton manors. This is a must!
When you are staying in Wilton Manor, Rosie’s is a must stop. I could eat here everyday. They have a little bit of everything and everything I’ve had is delicious. I ordered the Rose Bowl and it was incredibly filling without being too much. All the flavor, none of the guilt. Someone at the table had the The Big Dripped. I had a bite…it’s a Big Mac in a wrap 😋. The service was fast and friendly and the meal was affordable. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
Good food, atmosphere, and service. I got a burger with an extra patty. Probably one of the best burgers I have had in town. They sadly don't have lettuce wrappes burgers. The server did not know what I was talking about. They have gluten free optiona and that includes a gluten free burger bun. It was fine, nothing special.
Let's start with the service I was met at the host station by Alisha who was quite friendly and had a lovely smile. Michael (from Wisconsin) extremely helpful and quite kind and definitely knows what he's doing as a server. I'm also very impressed with the cleanliness. Food..... Big Helga. A huge pretzel with 3 amazing dipping sauces...... absolutely delicious! The burger I chose on recommendation from Michael, was the Philly DeeDee was cooked medium per my request and was the best medium cooked burger I've had in a long time. I chose the tater tots as a side and the portion was enough for two! Love it! Keep up the great work ROSIE'S you will be seeing more of me from time to time!
Joy. This place is pure joy. The staff, the ambiance and the food. I cannot stop thinking about that pumpkin cheesecake. Alisha was our server and could not have been more fabulous. You will not be disappointed.
From the moment we walked into Rosie’s Bar & Grill, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere is electric yet warm—a perfect blend of vivacious energy and neighborhood charm, with lush outdoor seating under tropical lights that sets the mood just right. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and attentive service, making every moment feel like a few steps above ordinary. Now, about the food: outstanding. The burgers are juicy and inventive, each bite memorable; the big salads are fresh, ample, and beautifully dressed; the specials, especially the fish and seafood, are flavors that stay with you. Portions are generous, and the value is excellent. Meanwhile, the drinks are fun, well‐made, and creative—Rosie’s knows how to do happy hour and brunch right. Whether for a casual date night, catching up with friends, or indulging in Sunday brunch, Rosie’s delivers on all fronts. Delicious food. Top-notch service. A vibrant, welcoming ambiance. We’ll absolutely be back—highly recommend to anyone looking for a local gem.
This is my favorite restaurant, I go every weekend, it just feels like home. There is always a fun friendly vibe, the staff is great. I've tried most of the menu, the food is delicious. 10/10
We came all the way from Dallas, get here lookin for a place to eat, Rosie’s was recommended and let me tell y’all, did NOT disappoint! Audrey is FANTASTIC, the food is out of this world and the driiiiiinks, baby the DRINKS!!!!! 100/10 would definitely recommend! Something for everyone!
Fantastic experience here. Food. Service and atmosphere here were great. Michael our host was very attentive. Definitely worth a visit.
We came the last hour they were open, but they were very accommodating. The drinks were amazing. I ordered the prickly pony, the my guy My Thai, and the banana hammock. I highly recommend all of those drinks. Brent served us at the bar, and he was a very nice bartender. Will definitely be coming back again.
Great drinks, lively atmosphere. We ordered drinks and food sat at the bar. Staff was friendly and fast!...we ordered the mango old fashioned and Samoa girl scout drinks....soooo good! For food we order the Rachel Rye - pastrami sandwich with a burger in the middle and the Anita Mojito...yum!!
Great food, great service. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Rosie’s is a Wilton staple. It’s always reliable for tasty food, lots of variety, great cocktails and gorgeous staff. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.
We went twice during our stay. David is the best - so sweet and super cute! He helped make our experience so fun. The good is delectable and savory. Absolutely the best, most uplifting and friendly restaurant we visited all week. Fabulous - just fabulous! Hate to leave it but glad we stopped by.
An institution survives because people love to be a part of it. Rosie’s is that. I came YEARS ago and happen to be back in the neighborhood for extended period of time. It’s still great. Their island/keys vibe really invites you to stay longer than you intended. All open air seating but under cover- good fan system. On a hot summer day or during a rain storm it’s all good. Food excellent. Great service. Super friendly crowd. VALET PARKING! Huge plus. Little tricky finding the IN driveway, but don’t freak out. Just do a U-turn till you figure it out. Recommend the Big pretzel, and any of the sides since they have that homemade taste and dessert!! A Wilton Manors iconic restaurant.
MY FELLOW AMERICANS, HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL. TODAY I WANT TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT ONE OF THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH, AMAZING AND DELICIOUS FOOD ITEM RESTAURANTS I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF EATING AT AND DRINKING FOR THE PAST ABOUT 20 YEARS. FIRST OF ALL THE MANAGEMENT (MARK) AND HIS MANAGERIAL TEAM ARE SECOND TO NONE. THEY WILL ALWAYS (IF THERE IS A PROBLEM) TAKE CARE OR IT, MARK OUR SERVER WAS AMAZING AND HAD A GREAT SMILE ALL THE TIME AND HELPED US WITH ANY QUESTIONS. OUR FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AS ALWAYS WE BOTH ATE (THE LEFT ONE) BLACKENED CHICKEN BREATS WITH TWO SIDES, HAD MY JACK DANIELS AND COKE ZERO AND MY BESTIE HIS SPRITE. PLEASE IF YOU ARE EVER IN FORT LAUDERDALE GAY OR STRAIGHT OR IN BETWEEN COME VISIT. I PROMISE YOU WILL ENJOY. OHH AND THE DJ FABULOUS. STAY BLESSED, GOD BLESS YOU AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS AMERICA.
Love this place . All walks of life and everything else for a good time great food and amazing atmosphere! Always TG friendly and a great place to meet friends for food. The menu is always good, I’ve tried everything on the menu at least twice. Service is always great and price wise you can’t beat it for Fort Lauderdale
I come here regularly! Today I had the southern lovin salad and it was delicious. They never forget your special requests and make you feel right at home. The bartenders and servers are friendly and welcoming. We love Daryl but all the people here are great. The amount of rainbow lights are great. The landscape is beautiful and they do a great job at keeping it looking great. There’s a good amount of ceiling fans and ways to cool you off. Highly recommend seating outside. I bring visitors here to experience a staple in the gay restaurant scene. It’s nice to seat outside and run into people that you may know from the community.
Holy Humole!!. That's the appetizer in the first Pic that is absolutely delicious!!! It's a mixture of guacamole and hummus. It's served wi th flatbread crackers that have the perfect crisp to them and fresh cucumbers and carrots. Also tried the salmon burger with French fries. 10/10. Best restaurant in Wilton Manors hands down and sitting outside on a cool day was just what I needed on my day off! Thank you Rosie's I will be back
Well Hot Damn!! Glad we stumbled across this awesome restaurant/bar... We had a blast thanks to our awesome server Chris! My goodness was he a great time! Somebody put this man behind the bar because his knowledge on the Booze was unbelievable! We got there around 3pm but the way Chris explained all the exciting drinks and what goes into them he had us drinking like a fish at closing time! Thanks for a great time that we will talk about for years to come Rosie's! Only negative that I feel I must warn you about is... We were hoping to try out a few places in the area but after experiencing this place there's no point in wasting time elsewhere.
Excellent service and the food is always delicious. I've tried several dishes and all are greatly made and taste delicious.
The food was delicious and the service great. The atmosphere is like a party. We went there for brunch and my wife got the Miss Truvy's deep dish and I got the Cheesy over easy. We had a great time! We enjoyed reading all of the Staff's T shirts where they have clever phrases and slogans on the back. I highly recommend it and looking forward to going back.
Haven't been in a good 17 years . We live in Wilton Manors and Katie was our server . She was so great and tonight came back (visited 2 weeks earlier) sat at same table and was hoping for her . We got her again. Having a server who is on point and happy is everything. Kudos to Katie. Look forward to trying brunch hour there. Great food. Great energy and all around 5 star.
Rosie's is a staple of the Drive in Wilton Manors. Consistently good food, great service, amazing inclusive atmosphere. Visit often and enjoy the adventure.
Punny menu with great food. Complimentary valet are public parking is tight. Got a 32 oz rum "mini-bucket" drink for a great price! And the grilled shrimp was not overly done and flavorful. They had a football game on at the bar which was a little too loud and could be heard throughout the place.
I've only been for Brunch and both times were excellent! Food and beverage are well priced and delicious. The Brunch Fizz gets you nicely buzzed. Staff are attentive and friendly, and the outdoor seating is priceless. When visiting the sunshine state, especially when you're escaping the northern winter, you want to sit outside. They've created the perfect oasis. Nice palm trees and umbrellas protect you from the direct sun, but there is still plenty of natural light to enjoy.
Have been to Rosie’s many times. Food service and atmosphere always wonderful. A really fun and excellent spot. Today I had an amazing experience. My waiter was Hunter. He crushed it. Attentive friendly knowledgeable willing to take chances attentive to detail good personality nice looking young man. He truly went above and beyond and was so much fun. If you go ask for Hunter he will make your day. He did mine
Great brunch... Aimy was terrific as was the food. 11/7/25 My friends and I decided to eat here for early dinner. Lucy was our waitress and she greeted us with a warm smile. I ordered the French Onion soup (perfect) and Artichoke and Spinach dip. That was wonderful and the main entree was the Philly Cheesesteak... perfect. The food was terrific and so was the atmosphere. Thanks again, Lucy.
Definitely the place to go for Sunday Funday brunch in Wilton Manors! Very popular place with great food and service, and a fun atmosphere. Do make a reservation if you have a larger party. Reservations can be made one month in advance via their online reservation portal. Complimentary valet parking is provided.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience this week when we went to Rosie's for lunch. We were greeted and treated very politely by everyone on their staff. Seriously from the hostess to the bar tender. Our waiter was exceptionally amazing (blue hair gentlemen, I'm sorry I couldn't remember your name). After sitting outside, in the shade and the fans cooling the atmosphere we ate a couple of burgers, tater tots, sweet potato fries and enjoyed a few cocktails. EVERYTHING was delicious 😋 safe to say I was pleasantly surprised. It felt like a mini vacation. I am definitely looking forward to returning soon. I will be recommending this spot to everyone we know. 🌈💕
This place is insane. It’s always funny going here the decor is cute. The food is amazing their hamburgers to their mahi. they even had really amazing grilled cheese for kids. The fried chicken is beyond perfect. I feel like they might need to get some new furniture though it feels a little dirty.
Amazing staff and atmosphere. Extremely accommodating, knowledgeable of the menu and to top it off he brought us a huge plate of complimentary donut holes. If You’re looking for a fun, inclusive place for a delicious brunch, this is it. We sat outside, the gorgeous weather didn’t hurt one bit!
Loved this place! The Rachel Rye burger was scrumptious! Our server Chris made the best food suggestions for appetizers, main dishes and desserts. The Big Helga pretzel had three mouth-watering dips. He recommended the most stellar drinks too from Old Smokey to the Watermelon Jalapeno Margarita and all those in between and there were lots of in-betweens (glad we were walking and not driving). Go during Happy Hour! You'll love Chris's charming personality - he kept us laughing and entertained while providing the best service ever! We are going back tomorrow. Chris is working!
Fun, fun, fun. Smiling friendly staff, happy customers, interesting decor, all makes for a great fun experience. The food is really great too.
Rosie's is a place to go when you want to feel you are in a restaurant on a beach town. People enjoy the outdoor seating more than inside seating. The colorful lantern decoration is very unique to the restaurant. The colorful chairs adding the cheerfulness of this place. The food is OK, nothing fancy. The service is really dependent on who serves you. It is very rare for us to be served by the same person when we eat here on different occasions. This may mean they have high turn over. On sunday, St. Patrick's day, we had dinner at Rosie's, I was surprised when my order, Southern border Cobb salad, while my friend ordered a veggie burger, he got a beef burger with steamed broccoli, instead of fries. The server misunderstood, as he thought the veggie burger was a beef burger with veggies instead of fries. He said the vegetarian burger was called an impossible burger....
Loved the whole experience! The Kaling Me Softly bowl was superb, fresh and plentiful of green vibes. Seriously good. The burgers are tasty and creative. And the turkey sandwich one of the signature meals coming back to the menu, very tasty. Crew super attentive and caring. The site impecable. Would go back anytime 😊
Rosie's Bar and Grill should change their name to Frosted Flakes because they are ggggrrrreeaaatttt.... The menu is diverse, you'll definitely be able to find something to fit your mood and hunger level. There's no way to make the wrong choice off the menu. The staff is fun, engaging and attentive. Whether you sit inside or out, at the bar or you combine several tables you're in for a memorable dining experience. Don't forget to tip your valet's.... Pro tip: Double "Kaling me Softly", you're welcome.
I LOVE this place so much- the amazing food and genuine yet consistent customer service, I’ve been one happy repeater eating here. Truly every member of the staff here is always upbeat, greeting you and smiling which makes for a great atmosphere and speaks volumes of the quality . They have something for everyone that’s continuously made to perfection, highly recommend
Rosie’s is always a top “go to” place that me and friends go to regularly. It’s also a top restaurant that we take out of town guests and always give it highest recommendations to everyone. . I own and operate a small bed and breakfast a few blocks from Rosie’s and tell all my guests it’s a place they need to go to in Wilton Manors. We were there a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. The food quality and service is always outstanding each and every time. Last time we were there, Jax, the host was amazing in getting us seated and taking good care of us. He has a great personality and helped make the whole experience great!
Valet parking, impressive indoor & outdoor seating, nice LGBT style rainbow decorations, and impeccable service. Just not a lot of Veg options. My fiancé took me here for her favourite Rosie's burger, which she enjoyed very much. My dietary requirements, however, saw me eating a salad. An absolutely exquisite salad, with cranberries, apple, strawberries, kale & quinoa. It actually left me inspired to eat a little healthier. I'll definitely be returning to see what other veg options I can construct from the menu.
Rosie's is owned by John Zieba and Cliff Mulcahy who opened the restaurant in 2006 on Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors. The location used to be a former Burger King which was renovated and then they built a patio outside with lush landscaping creating a tropical oasis of fun, food, and drinks. They offer easy complimentary valet service and they serve lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. My friend and I met up here for a Saturday night dinner. I love how open it is. There is a main room with a bar where we were seated under a rainbow of hula skirts and there are also two wings of outdoor patio seating with colorful lanterns and plants. The menu can best be described as a diner comfort food with a twist. The menu items have entertaining double entendre names inspired by people like Gypsy Rose and Brittney Spears. It includes fun cocktails, bowls, burgers, sandwiches, and big plates. We started our dinner with a shared appetizer of ooey gooey, cheesy artichoke spinach dip. We both agreed it was one of the best we have ever had. For my meal I took my friends suggestion and ordered the Bacon Bitty Bang Bang, a burger topped with Rosie's homemade bourbon bacon jam, chipotle Bang Bang Sauce, roasted plum tomato, and creamy Brie topped with kettle chips. I loved all of the flavor, especially from the bacon jam. Watching the fried chicken top salads flying out of the kitchen made me want to try that next time. With the cute decorations, music, and diverse crowd, the atmosphere here is like being on a vacation. I love the bungalow Keys vibe. The portions are large and the food is fresh and tasty. Our server was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Rosie's has all the things you could want in a restaurant. Come for cocktails, a full meal, meet up with friends, or make new ones. Count me among Rosie's fans.
At this moment I find myself enjoying and celebrating that it is the place with the best attention in our community. Since you arrive, the hosts are very friendly, our server is very attentive and fast. Don't stop coming to this place
Stopped by during the week for lunch. One thing to note, it was valet parking only, so you can’t park your car yourself unless you park off the property and walk. I went with the turkey club and it was really good. The cranberry sauce added the perfect amount of sweetness to this turkey. The service was really good and very attentive.
Some restaurants serve dinner. Others serve a feeling. And then there is Rosie's Bar & Grill — a place that feels less like a restaurant and more like the greatest backyard party you’ve ever been invited to, where the music is a little louder, the laughter is a little freer, and absolutely everyone at the table belongs. On this particular Florida evening, six of us gathered under the open air of Rosie’s patio — that glorious tropical space where lush greenery climbs around the tables and big fans swirl the warm Wilton Manors breeze through the air. The night had that unmistakable South Florida density: humid, fragrant, and somehow buzzing with energy. It felt like sitting in the middle of a tropical island celebration, except the cocktails kept arriving faster. And arrive they did. 🍸 The drinks flowed… and the gossip flowed even faster. But part of what makes Rosie’s so special is that it never feels like you’re simply another table in a busy restaurant. The place has heart, and that heart shows up the moment you walk in. Owners like John and the ever-present General Manager Mark glide through the space like hosts at their own house party. They greet you with warm smiles and perfectly timed quips — the kind of playful comments that instantly make you feel like an old friend rather than a first-time guest. It’s hospitality with personality, and it sets the tone for the entire evening. Then came the food. I ordered the Above the Sea Steak with loaded baked potato salad, and it was one of those dishes that sends a ripple across the table the moment it arrives. Perfectly cooked steak, bold flavors, and that decadent potato salad loaded with all the right indulgences. Within minutes, the table did what great tables always do: everyone else started ordering the same thing. Soon there were steaks everywhere. The lone holdout at the table ordered a beautifully composed salad that looked so vibrant and fresh it almost made the rest of us reconsider our carnivorous enthusiasm — almost. But Rosie’s isn’t just about the food or the drinks. It’s about the atmosphere — that rare sense of ease that washes over a place when people feel genuinely welcomed. Rosie’s doesn’t preach inclusion with banners or declarations. It simply lives it. You walk in and the message is unspoken but unmistakable: For tonight, you have nothing to fear. Sit down. Relax. You belong here. In a world that can sometimes feel a little sharp around the edges, Rosie’s feels like an oasis — a joyful, tropical refuge where laughter wins, strangers become neighbors, and the only real requirement is that you enjoy yourself. Under those spinning fans and surrounded by palms, with warm Florida air wrapping around the patio like a soft blanket, it felt like the night might stretch on forever. And honestly? Places like Rosie’s are exactly what the world needs right now. 🌴🍸✨
This is such a fantastic place for everything from appetizers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and more. The food was delicious. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The bloody mary cocktail was perfect! There's tons of space for entertainment. It's a great spot to have a gathering amongst friends. The vibe is very fun and eclectic. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's wheelchair friendly with plenty of parking. I think this is my new favorite spot in Wilton Manors! I highly recommend that you experience Rosie's if you're in the area,I promise you won't be disappointed.
We had an excellent time with Chris today! Great personality and super helpful with menu selections. His knowledge and engaging personality would make him awesome as a bartender too! The atmosphere was fantastic and food was incredible. The pretzel dips were the best I've ever had. Love the hint of Horseradish in the mustard. Desserts are homemade and so yummy. Thanks for a great evening!
Rosie's has been a staple in Wilton Manors for years. I moved here 17 years ago and I've been coming here ever since because of their award winning burgers. And of course, the fun atmosphere and strong drinks :) My favorites are the Helena Bun, Georgia Blue and the Bacon Bitty Bang Bang. These burgers are massive and piled high with fresh toppings. They also ask how you like them cooked. I always go for the medium rare and they also cooked the patties just right. If you don't want burger they also offer chicken sandwiches. Or get the Motha Cluckers which are their wings plus choice of the sauce. I recommend the Smack My Cheeks and Make ‘em Rosy. One bite and you'll be addicted. Love this place. Its truly a landmark in Wilton Manors. Food is always good and the service is very friendly. Great place to hang with your friends or family.
I brought my son here to show him he isn't alone in the world. (Wilton Manors in general). But we stopped to eat at Rosie's. our Waitress (I believe her name was Felica). I told her about my son and his first trip to Wilton Manors and to Rosie's. Not only was Felicia sweet, informative, and a great waitress! But, she gave my son one of their shirts they sell on her own, she did ask my permission and I said yes. But I want to thank her, and the Rosie's staff for giving my son the best experience, and the inclusive unconditional love of the LGBTQIA+ community. <3 Thank you all.
This place is incredible. The food is amazing, drinks are wonderful, and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and genuine. The manager (I presume) put our food down and noticed the table was uneven. We had noticed but didn’t mind. He immediately fixed it. I’ve never had such great service.
Servers are always super accommodating, and the kitchen was happy to allow me a couple mods to my Gypsy Rosie Lee Wrap. My FTL buddy Kent had a club sandwich that he loved. Had the Rhoda BBQ burger my first trip and I can't stop coming back. Great drinks made the whole meal. Colorful, relaxed outdoor spot and need to go there every time I visit Wilton from PA.
What a wonderful place! First time in Wilton Manors and this place was recommended by friends and didn’t disappoint. Wonderful service, plenty of food of good quality. Loved their fun cheeky drink names and the whole vibe of the place was excellent! Look forward to coming back. Super friendly! Great food!! Lovely staff and great value!
Lot’s of tasty choices. Outstanding Mahi Sandwich, Pastrami and Turkey club! The coleslaw is out of this world. Reasonable prices. Lively surroundings! And, they take reservations and have valet car service! Even the paper napkins are high quality! What more could one ask for? ( well a nice draft hazy IPA, was not on the bar list). I will be returning because I have my eye on some of the other menu items.
Feb 2026, best Hamburgers in South Florida- meaty, thick, and cooked the way you want it. Plus the Sweet Potato Fries are delicious. Our Server was wonderful, and took great care of our table. I have never had a bad meal here. Love this restaurant, and the vibe Also, the staff that work here are friendly and accommodating.
They had a special early open for us gay cruise guys. Provided a spot for luggage storage and a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Food was great. Thank you so much for all you've done and continue to do for our community. The rum punch came in a bucket. I feel so like a tropical hobbit right now.
notably with their burgers which were cooked to perfection. The portions, especially the salads, are large enough that many guests take leftovers in boxes. The place has a friendly vibe, mostly frequented by gay men, and the service is quick and pleasant. Overall, it’s a great spot for a straightforward, enjoyable lunch or dinner
This place is great, and the food is amazing with nice portions. They have a very good Sunday brunch and I have no complaints on the food or drinks at all. The only downside to this place is the service was slow, even during less busy times from my experience. The Sunday brunch is fantastic, but be prepared to wait for a table and for service - understandably so, since this place is always packed during it. I definitely recommend planning it out and going here if you have the time on a Sunday. The whole menu is delicious though!
Put on your big girl glasses and be festive because Rosies has just that kinda atmosphere. Go gurls. And to complement that festive atmosphere is some very decent food offerings. I go for the skinny menu so I can maintain my girlish figure. But they also have a full menu and plenty of alcohol. Drink and eat away.
Always a Good Time at Rosie’s – A Wilton Staple Rosie’s is one of those places that never lets you down. We eat here probably once a week, and it’s always a consistently fun and enjoyable experience. The food is solid and reliable—you know what you’re getting, and it always hits the spot. What really makes Rosie’s special is the vibe and the people. The bartenders are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. The servers are just as attentive and upbeat, adding to the great energy that keeps us coming back. It’s definitely a local staple, perfect for casual lunches, drinks with friends, or a low-key night out. That said, we do wish the menu had a bit more variety—something a little more elevated or creative beyond the usual burgers, sandwiches, salads, and finger foods. A few fresh additions or rotating specials could take it to the next level. (Outside of the specials they have which mimic the existing menu) Still, Rosie’s nails what it sets out to do: good food, great drinks, and a consistently fun atmosphere. It’s part of our weekly routine for a reason.
Island Breezes colorful fun type vibe , and open air bar with patio seating in blasting ac outdoors area. Great burger and our server as funny as attentive. Awesome birthday party place , or get hammered at the bar / grab a quick bite!
Very good food and very good service in a nice environment. Burgers were good, but if they only serve them medium well, don't bother asking me what temperature to cook them. The burger with BBQ pork was very good, but the hamburger was cooked medium well, when I requested medium. I clearly understand the concerns around under cooking hamburger. Turkey Lurky and Chicken Salad sandwiches are both very good as was the BLT. The Greek salad and Ross sandwich are both very good.
Great local bar/restaurant. Outside patio was tropical and festive. Locals and visitors will enjoy the relaxed and playful vibe. Staff t-shirts were printed with funny quips that made me smile. Burgers and fries were cooked to order and delicious. The Tropical Martini with vodka, rum, pomegranate and lime and the Mango Manhattan were both very good. Our server Achilles was fun, attentive and offered excellent service and cocktail suggestions. A fun place to see and be seen. I recommend.
The place is very nice, LGBT atmosphere. It’s very busy on Sunday brunch. Big line to have drinks while waiting for my table. Even though the experience was good, nice music and my drink was amazing, something with grapefruit vodka and champagne. My food it was ok, eggs on point but the crab cake don’t really have crab cake flavor. Next time I want try the burgers!!!
Only been here for brunch which is good. Food is good, drinks are good and service was alright. Wish they had bottomless option for some of there drinks like other places in the area. Some drink specials were good such as the bucket of beer (5 beers) for $10. Overall good place that could be better if they offered better drink options.
This is my review of the many times I have been here. It is a popular restaurant so keep that in mind if noise or crowds aren't for you. The food is good most of the time, unless you come at night past dinner time. Same can be said for service. Luckily, Alicia was our server last time we were there and she was wonderful! (If I got her name wrong, I apologize, it's been a couple of weeks).
No puedo dar mi opinión porque estuve allí presentando mi curriculum para un puesto de trabajo pero debo decir que el ambiente me pareció muy bonito y los empleados con los que interactué fueron muy cordiales y empáticos....buena onda el lugar!!
I know Rosie’s has been a Wilton Manors staple and is very popular with the locals, just didn’t do it for me. The alcoholic drinks were great, they definitely don’t skimp on the alcohol in the drinks. The food and service was just average - nothing really special other than the names of the dishes. We had the Bacon Bitty Bang burger and the shrimp tacos which were good. Also had the smoked fish dip which was extremely salty. Ambience was nice and although it wasn’t crowded when we arrived at 11:30 AM, the place was packed by the time we left.
It's not Rosie's it's Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors specifically. EVERYONE was white, male and 50 plus, it's an unsettling atmosphere for me as was a recent visit to Casablanca on the beach. Although a gay mecca this is middle America and with it in this age group comes an embedded world view, these people are comfortable in Rosie's, I was not. Burger was great and service fun but would I return, no!
Rosie’s, for better or worse, gets a mixed review this time. A dear friend and I arrived at 11:25 AM on a Wednesday. Upon arrival the host’s podium was vacant. After standing at the podium waiting to be seated for roughly 15-17 minutes, a male individual grabbed two menus as if he was planning on beating something or someone with them. He barked, “follow me if you want to eat.” My friend asked jokingly, “do we have to follow you?” and laughed. The male host stopped dead in his tracks, spun around, looked my friend in the face and said, “yeah you do I’m the host. So if you you want to eat here follow me, otherwise you can follow me to the door and go cook for yourselves. I was shocked by not only the statement itself, but also by the tone of the hosts voice when he delivered the ultimatum to my friend. Finally seated and recovered from the shock of the snarky host, we met our waitress. She was all smiles. Asked what we wanted to drink, we both asked for water. H2O delivered. She asked if we were ready to order yet. Having never been to Rosie’s, I asked for a couple additional minutes. When the waitress returned my friend ordered the turkey lurkie sandwich and I ordered the beet your brains out salad with dusted chicken. In my mind both were easy orders and would arrive at our table quickly. Wrong!! An hour, no, excuse me, 57 minutes later my dining partner summoned the waitress to see why we had not yet received our meals. It was explained that the kitchen was super busy and we’d receive our meals soon. My friend remarked, “I hope so I still have work to get done this afternoon.” The waitress snarked back, “yeah, guess what, me too. Sorry our good lunch rush is interfering with your day Sir.” I was, again, utterly shocked! Another 15 minutes lapsed and my friend again summoned the waitress. This time when asked for an estimate on how much longer the wait would be, the waitress replied, “I’m just going yo send the manager to you guys now.” She walked off not yo be seen again until the ticket was delivered for payment. Finally, an hour and twenty-three minutes after our order had been placed, our lunch selections were delivered to us buy a male individual who apologized for the wait and, “Miss Thang’s attitude”. The beet my brains out salad with dusted chicken was great. Excellent mix of greens. Yellow and red beets. Tasty red and white onion slices. Perfect amount of sweet and tangy vinegaret dressing. My friend said his turkey lurkie sand which was good, however, the fries were cold. I suggested he ask for new fries. He said there was no time as he was already over 40 minutes late returning to work. When the waitress returned, she simply pulled our order up on her handheld device and printed the ticket and dropped (literally) it on the table. It was caught by a breeze and floated to the floor. She grabbed it. My friend said he needed to pay immediately so he could return to his office. When he paid, he asked what happened to the manager coming to speak with him about the extremely long wait for our meals. She liked around the area in which we were seated, then remarked, “well, it still looks a little busy to me. He’s probably doing manager things somewhere and doesn’t have time to field complaints at this moment. You can feel free to call later and tell him whatever I guess.” Great salad. Decent turkey club sandwich. Cold fries. All served at a turtle’s pace with horrible attitude on the side! While I am certain this will baffle some readers, I highly recommend Rosie’s food, but definitely do not recommend the staff working Wednesday lunch rush - DEFINITELY nothing was rushed during this visit!
This should have been a 5 stars for this amazing place. Great atmosphere and delicious burgers, but server Ty took away the other 3 stars. Poor attitude and no service skills. 👎👎.
Disappointing Burger Experience I visited Rosie’s Bar & Grill with high expectations, but unfortunately, the burgers were very disappointing. The flavor was bland, the meat was dry, and the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. On top of that, the price didn’t match the quality. The atmosphere and service were good, but I expected much more when it came to the food, especially after hearing so many recommendations. I hope they can improve in the future.
I have been eating there for many years and I consider myself to be a regular customer. Last Saturday night I brought my 10 friends and were treated horribly. The “Host” ha- was rude, obnoxious, unreasonable, not accommodating and made us wait over a hour +. When he finally “offered” us a table, he split us up into 2 tables. Same thing happen to us 6 months before....they split big groups in diferent tables..(we had a reservation that time) for a birthday......the host didn't let us put the tables together IT looks like this place has a lot of rules e moving and accommodate tables for big groups....other places like tulips are very accommodating. Going forward, whoever owns that place I would highly suggest you hire professional people with manners, personality, and teach them what it is to accommodate a patron. I only would recommend that place for a party of four or less. They are stubborn and rude when there’s a large group. Go to Tulios..or Spencers

The “Host” ha- was rude, obnoxious, unreasonable, not accommodating and made us wait over a hour +. When he finally “offered” us a table, he split us up into 2 tables. WELL! That’s when it went completely downhill. Then he wouldn’t serve us and basically threw us out. Going forward, whoever owns that place I would highly suggest you hire professional people with manners, personality, and teach them what it is to accommodate a patron. gay Black men: be warn! I just left there. I was alone. Food and service for fine until I paid by bill! The bartender included a 20% tip in my bill unbeknownst to me! I guess he thought I wasn’t the kind of person who tipped? The manager did nothing to resolve the issue. Be aware of Rosie’s Bar!
