Indigo Brew Coffee Wimberley Reviews
Coffee was so good, my hubby’s coconut caramel frappe was delicioussssss. I got my usual ice caramel latte.
Super sweet baristas holding it down on a Sunday rush 🫡 despite the crazy line they got our coffee out within a couple minutes after ordering! Delicious latte and cold brew ☕️
My favorite coffee spot in town! The coffee is hot and delicious, the staff amazingly friendly and consistent, and the Vibe is top notch. I always bring my dog for a pup cup, and he loves it there as much as we do. We always end up chatting with our fellow community members. Love it!
Stopped in for coffee. It was a busy place but they are very fast and efficient. Coffee was great! There is indoor and outdoor seating. There was a food truck outside service mexican breakfast/lunch that many people were taking advantage of.
Now THIS is a real cafe!! You can smell that the coffee is the real deal from the moment you walk in- and then the pastry case will take your breath away!! Beautiful pastries, and an absolutely lovely staff! Thank you for the best morning coffee ever! 😎🌻☕
This place is super busy in the mornings! Service is fast and friendly though. They have a single origin barrel aged cold brew that’s absolutely delicious and one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere! I don’t often come across barrel aged beans and I’m so happy that I did because it’s quickly become one of my favorites!
My partner and I stopped by Blanco Brew while exploring Wimberley, and we were so glad we did! The vibe here is exactly what you want in a local coffee shop—cozy, casual, and welcoming. We both got cold brews, and they were spot on: smooth, strong, and refreshing without any bitterness. You can tell they care about their coffee. The space itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating and natural light. It’s the kind of place where you could hang out for a while, catch up with a friend, or get some work done. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to next time we’re in town!
Pound for pound probably the best coffee from a shop I’ve had in Texas and my wife and I are very well traveled…. We live in Wimberley and frequent the shop often. The staff is always courteous and prompt and get your coffee made exactly the way you ask for it! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 since most of the time the bakery is about 1/2 full at best when we’re there (usually between 8-830 on a weekend). But everything in the bakery is fantastic.
There are things to love and things that could stand some improvement here. Space is limited. Food is so so... The cinnamon rolls are delicious but the other two items I tried were very very dry. You'd have better luck with the taco truck next door. The drinks seam pretty good. I had Cypress smoothie with kale and apple it was soo very good.
I love the atmosphere. Very chill and has that total chill vibe. Smoothie was just OK. I went for the sunshine smoothie. Nothing natural. Concentrate orange juice and pineapple juice with a blend of whatever else. I did however enjoy the jumbo peanut butter cookie! We may come back for coffee as we are just visitors, passing through town staying in a couple of nights. But other than that, it wasn’t memorable.
I was having a sweet attack and decided that a cup of coffee and a sweet roll might just be the ticket. I hadn't been to Blanco Brew since it open an figured today was as good as any. The place hasn't changed much and the people working were just as friendly as always. I got something with cream and blueberries on it. The pastry was soft and airy. Didn't seem heavy at or filling at all. The coffee was great as well. It wasn't real pretty the day I was there but there are a lot of bench on the outside for when the weather gets prettier. There were several people on the inside working with there computers. Over all the place seemed really relaxing. I'll be back I'm sure
Rude service! We moved to Wimberley a couple months ago. Love the community, love the people, great service usually. However, this coffee shop broke the good, friendly customer service streak. I've been there a couple of times with decent service but this time the two employees behind the counter, a younger man with face piercings and the young lady with long black hair and a nose ring were very rude and not very helpful. Asked which one had ex honey and they both looked at us like we were dumb pointed and said they are labeled and looked away. The label was chicken scratch, not legible. Then I asked if there were sleeves for our hot coffee and the rude young lady looked me up and down, said no we don't , give me a minute and looked away practically rolling her eyes. I was a sever for years and I know we all have bad days but don't take it out on the customers. We will find another shop to buy our lattes from. Too bad because their coffee is good but service was not.
Honestly, it's fine, but nothing great. I ordered a hot drip and cinnamon roll today. The pastry was LOVELY, but the drip tasted like hot dog water. Eventually I dumped it out and ordered a cold brew instead. Again, fine, but a little bitter for a drink processed in such a way as to remove most, if not all, of the bitterness. I've had the same feeling about their espresso-based drinks in the past. They may need to rethink their bean supplier.
I've been here before, many years ago.. I got some stuff to go and went on about my business.. Fast forward to this past Saturday.. passing through on our way to Old Baldy from Blue Hole.. This visit, however, was less than good.. I don't understand how people order and not make them immediately (kinda expected bc cashier yelled out our smoothie orders as we were paying.. I mean, we put in our 2 order of smoothies and 2 pastries, and about 4 other people ordered after us, and all got their orders first.. when I asked my bf where our stuff is, he said, oh they're just now making it.. Enough said.. not a fan of this type of service.. anywhere.. we were looking at shirts and wanted to purchase a few (we're visiting from out of town) and decided not to..
Rude, non friendly customer service. Just moved here a few months ago and this is the first time I’ve experienced unfriendly customer service. Love the people of community of Wimberley but unfortunately the young folks at the coffee shop didn’t get the message on friendly service. Just rude with poor attitudes. Good coffee, but well look elsewhere.
