If you want to walk into a restaurant and stand there for 12 minutes without even getting acknowledged before they even try to take your order and then you're probably going to wait there for another 15 20 minutes for your order and it's probably not even going to be that good if that's the case then go ahead and come on into this Burger King cuz you're going to be real happy. I had to walk out and cancel a delivery order because I just couldn't stand the fact that they wouldn't even say can I help you have you been held will be right with you none of that and just walking around like a bunch of zombies I guarantee you robots could do a much better job
This particular Burger King is one that I frequently eat at the new staff. There has been incredibly kind and nice and make this place so welcoming today a woman walked in with her burger and hand handed it to miss eliza who stopped everything. She was doing to take the burger back and add cheese to it as requested when she came back to the front with the burger. The rude lady started being rude again and disrespectful to her for no reason she did exactly what she was asked. I give credit to this young lady as she stood there and took in everything the customer was saying and wasn’t rude back in. The staff here is amazing and hope they don’t let what one bad customer says change the way they do their customer service.
I’m from out of town and stopped at this Burger King. Even though the staff was short-handed, they handled everything quickly and with a great attitude. I was really impressed with the service—keep up the good work!
For a while I was satisfied with my orders but out of nowhere it seemed like customer service and food quality took a dip. After a break from ordering here I came back and I have been pleasantly surprised. I don't know if it's new staff or something else but keep it up.
Really old BK. Food was still good though. Could use a complete remodel. I felt like I was stepping back into the 80s 😆
Everything had to be asked for there was no napkins available, no straws, and no ketchup. They had everything available at the counter and they were very helpful to get it. But there was nothing available at the front. They had a homeless problem because it was a bus route right in front of the store. It was homeless people just Milling about everywhere. I don't recommend to go to this place at night. But at lunch time it is pretty nice and slow. I know the pictures it looks like there are napkins and straws but I waited till they put them out before I took the pictures. I did bring it to their attention.
Disrepair. Visited this Burger King on 9/24/2022. Ordered two whopper meals from inside the store. Food was a little slow, but acceptable. Taste was OK, and food was warm and hot, but goes downhill from there. Service and interior was horrible. When I ordered two diet cokes with the meal, I was given the drink cups immediately, but when I went to the drink fountain area the ice machine was broken and a customer said I had to ask someone behind the counter to fill my cup with ice (why didn't they offer ice when giving me the cups?). So I waited at the counter to ask for ice and several people walked right past me without acknowledging me at all. Finally after several minutes someone got me some ice. Walked to the tables to sit down and most of them were dirty (but there were only a few customers so not that busy). Floors and walls and tables were bad and I felt like I was in some hole in the wall dive, not a major chain restaurant. No one lifted a finger to clean anything the whole time I was there. See attached picture to see disrepair of walls with cracks, chipped paint, water stains, etc. Fountain area also in disrepair shown in pic. Not a very appetizing place at all. Only reason I gave two stars was because the food was OK, but couldn't stomach all the fries sitting inside the place.
For the love of God train your team members the difference between a plain CHEESEburger and a hamburger. 9 times out of 10 I end up with a hamburger instead of the cheeseburger I asked for🙄🤦🏻♀️ Got ridiculous having to go back so I stopped going to this location but today didn’t have much choice as we were on a time crunch. Figured after several months of not going back that maybe some team members grew a brain….clearly not. If you go to this location make sure to spell it out slowly to clarify what you mean if you requested any changes to your order.
Forgot a Burger in our order. Jalepeno bites tasted as if they been sitting all day. Fries / Halfirs tasted old, like like were left over night. Dude I talk to on the phone, cud care less about making this right, worst Burger King experince ever. Me & my Daughter, Highly disappointed. Will not order from this 1 again
I placed an order through via DoorDash and I was told that my order was going to be delayed 6 minutes because they forgot about my order. After that long delay my order arrived cold and undercooked. The fries were cold and undercooked and the chicken fries were rubbery and cold. Big mistake. Never again.
Need to be able to put No Stars for terrible experience. I placed a mobile order this morning and I still had to wait in drive thru. They pulled two cars up and I sat and waited til I could get close to the window. She came to the window and said you are the mobile order. I said Yes and I am going to be late. She said he is making it. She came back to the window and gave me my order. The hash browns were hot but my sausage egg and cheese biscuit was less than desirable for waiting. The biscuit was undercooked and it looked as if it was an old sandwich with the cheese stuck to the paper. I know it was poor since I worked for a different Bk for many years.
This is the slowest burger king ive ever been to, and its like that every single time no matter what time you go at. Expect to wait more than 10-12 minutes each time for your food. Sometimes theyll close the lobby just cause they feel like it when it says its open to a certain hour.
I arrived at this place and walked up to the counter, but no one came to take my order for around 15 minutes or more, which felt like forever. After finally placing my order, it took a long time to get our food. We arrived a little after 7 pm but received our food at 8:10 pm. Throughout this time, my 6-year-old kept asking where our food was. To make matters worse, they messed up my order, and only one burger came instead of two. Overall, I would not recommend this place at this time.
Customer service not something to be commended here. Quite the opposite. No receipt, no napkins, no straws given with our drive thru order. Had to go inside to get them. The manager woman, at least she acted like she was in charge, was rude when indicated the errors made on the order. Acknowledged she forgot items, but rolled her eyes anyways while taking her sweet time to give said items to me. I say sweet time because I had come inside to get her assistance and she finished three other drive thru orders before coming back with my items, even though they were already sitting on the grill. Further made rude comments regarding extra condiments. I understand that there are rules, but there is also a courteous method to go about telling the customer when something cannot be done. After making impatient faces while handing me the correct items that we paid for, she turned her back to me without another word. Would have called her back again in order to get her name, but thought better not; not worth a struggle. Your Drink, Your Burger, Your Way. Say what? More like Your Drink (When We Remember), Your Burger (Rudely), Your Way (When We Get To You).
We drove here for take out only to find the drive through closed. We went inside, ordered a Texas Whooper Meal and a regular whopper meal with an order of chicken fries. I was told it would be five minutes for the chicken fries and I agreed with that being fine. I pay for my order and while I’m waiting I start to notice that this place doesn’t look very sanitary. I start to regret my visit. 10 minutes later the gentleman comes up with a bag of chicken fries to tell me he has no chicken fries. I ask him what it is that he’s holding and he responds “spicy chicken fries”. At this point I request a refund on my chicken fries and I’m told that they cannot refund me any money “because the order had already been ring up”. It makes no sense. I ask him what he can do to compensate me for not having chicken fries and at this point he says he’ll throw in some mozzarella sticks. The fries were cold, the burgers were cold. This was a terrible experience. It’s a shame because we really like Burger King. We will be visiting a different location from now on. There were only two people working at this restaurant which explains why the drive through was closed.
This was supoosed to be one of their new spicy melts, it arrived cold to the touch, nothing melted.. the patties where dry and also cold to the touch. Absolutely no attempt was made to practice any sort of food prep saftey or follow the training they should have been given in store. They where not busy, we where the only vehicle in the drive through. When i approached them inside about the meal i was literally given a "whatever" so i left tge food on the counter and walked out. Avoid this location, not worth getting sick over.
