Real good food & it's always quick.
I asked for a Happy meal with a hamburger. I got a cheeseburger. It took several minutes for anyone to even come to the register to take my order. My order sat on the counter for several minutes before it was handed to me. I asked if it was mine and she said yes and handed it over. I asked for a diet coke, she brought a regular coke. There were no napkins for us to get, we had to ask for that also. I used the restroom. It was clean, she had just mopped it while we were eating. But, she just placed tolhe toilet paper on top of the grab bar and not in the tp holder. I was not impressed at all!
Never clean, always dirty floors. Employees are slow,quiet, and ignore you when you walk in. Food is sometimes dead cold and drinks are overpriced
It was hot inside. I was there at 9:30 am and it was probably 80 degrees inside . The floor was wet, from humidity I'm sure. I didn't get my drink cup when I placed my order and then had to wait for my small tea even longer because the cashier went to the drive through window to get it, don't understand why I couldn't just get the cup and get my own tea like the other customers did. I would have loved the tea while waiting for my order, since it was so hot there. Also there was a lot of back and forth talking with the employees. Apparently I'm assuming the lady was the manager was upset with an employee in the back .
It's so funny how the workers and their family and friends can get a Carmel frappe but ever day I go to order one the machine is down or they don't have ice. They are always rude no matter what! Honestly shut the place down or hire all new people. I feel like high schoolers would be better at this job than the grown adults that work it now!
It took a very long time to get out drinks and 1 order of fries!!! Frappe was not available. I ordered a caramel iced drink. It was so weak, no taste!
THIS is what has become McDonald's? The food is burnt and disgusting. It's so small I can't even believe this is a mcdouble. They claimed the shake machine isn't working when that was the whole reason we even went was to get Shamrock shakes. THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING THE OWNER LOSE MONEY. A bunch looking at the other reviews. Hey, why do you allow people to work for you who cause you to lose money?!!?
We ordered counter pickup and when to get it and the doors were locked. We sat in line for 40 minutes. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I had already paid for it. Every time we come they are out of drinks.
Do not recommend stopping here. Would give less than 1 star if I was able. Went in the building almost slipped down. No rugs down and it's been raining. The floors greasy. It was like walking on a slip and slide. Ordered a deluxe spicy chicken meal. Got a regular spicy chicken sandwich. Took it back to be fixed, could here the workers complaining it was right and that was on my order. When it was not. The only thing I asked to be left off was onion on a quarter ponder. Fries where cold as well. If you like McDonald's go to a different location because this one was bad.
I just left the Mac Donald's in winnsboroLa.the service was poor the food was not fresh.you can say it was old I ordered a fis sandwich sandwich and a Mac value meal,my fish sandwich was dry and my grandchild couldn't eat the burger that was in the Mac value meal the,the cheese was and the burger meat was dry and the meat left an off taste in the mouth the food was just trash,and we had to stand a long while waiting on our food,so I rate this MacDonalds with 10 Dumbs Down!!!!!!!!!!
Had to ask the workers to take our order and the one worker said she was busy doing something else and with attitude, I will take your order though. Very rude. Even the manager was rude to someone that was missing food out of their order. The guy in front of me said waited 20 minutes to order and then gave wrong food and had to give refund for some of the order.
The absolute worst mcdonalds if you need anything in a hurry. Waited in line for 40 minutes and the line wasnt moving so i parked to go inside just to get ignored the whole time. Horrible place.
I’ve tried to get a frappe in the morning for at least a month every morning they say machine is down same thing with the ice cream machine for a month I can understand if something’s broken but a month and they are rude about everything.
I uninstalled the app because I can never get through the drive-thru in less than 20 minutes on a rainy Sunday even though I order ahead of time. I'll go somewhere that can give me faster service from now on.
This was the worst service I ever had in my life they are very very bad do not come to this place they messed up my order and did not give my son a kid's meal when asked worst service ever
This place has the worst service of all time out of all the McDonald's I have been to..... I had to pretty much yell out "CAN I PLEASE GET SOME SERVICE" to only be ignored while I stood there watching the workers not doing anything but playing on their phones.... I proceeded to once again request service to only be ignored once again..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!.... Not until they get better workers who actually care about their jobs and customers.....
This is the worse McDonalds I have ever been to. We used the app for our order. In the drive through….no one ever came on over speaker. So after a few minutes we drove around to window. No one at window. We sat there and as cars moved through we drove up to window, gave the girl our code, and she said she could not give us our order at that window. That’s the same window they were giving everyone’s food. Then she said RUDELY, th we needed to drive back around. She said our order was not ready. We pulled up in the front drive where is has a sign that says drive in. By this time we had been on the premises 25 mins. My daughter walked into wait for order. No asked if she could be helped. Staff were rude, screaming in the back. Manager just talking to people she knew. We asked about our order, she told us that we had to talk to them in drive thru. This is now 45 mins. When they were told that we just needed our order, she then said they couldn’t find it. This was ridiculous! This place was poorly run, no manager should allow their staff to scream and carry on and act in the manner. No acknowledgment. We cancelled our order on the app and left. 1 hour of time we wasted.
We sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes , even said hello and no one took our order so we pulled up and we also had an online order . The lady said we couldnt skip in line like that and had to go wait back in the drive thru line and said that we couldn’t come inside to get it because it was a drive thru order . Then proceeded to take multiple orders while we were still sitting there
This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is SUPER slow, even when there is nobody there. EVERY single time I have been there (and I’ve been quit a few times) they get my order wrong. There’s no friendly greeting. No hey, hi, how are you doing. Nothing. Just hands the food off and closes the window. Y’all need to do a better job at training these folks or get new workers to work there. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I’m in the drive through line for 24 minutes now with 2 cars in front of me…… then who ever taking orders forgot there was 2 lines so 4 cars went ahead. People are literally leaving. It’s ridiculous. I wanted to be sooooooo mad. But I got to the window and the sweetest girl is there. She was really young and she was trying her best. Even though she made the service suck. She needs a little more training/experience. But my experience was dreadful. Added 26 minutes to my 6 hour road trip. I finished this review and I’m still waiting. Total time in the drive through…….drum rollllllllllllllll 32 minutes
Pulled up to order at 11:40pm they close at 12:00 and they did not take my order after waiting there for 5 min I went to Wendy's next door and they served me mcDonald's in winnsboro needs more workers that are not afraid to work till the time stated they are close.
Location is good, nice remodeling but filthy bathroom and total unfriendly staff... I will be happy when McDonald's becomes totally automated. why can't people understand treating a customer with respect and friendly attitude. Not this frowning at me, turn there back on me then TOSS my sack... Really. My coffee was good as usual so was my pie... All I had for my long drive back to Texas.
