JAM Hot Chicken

The chicken here is amazing. Huge pieces of moist, succulent chicken. And...they bring the heat !!!! We tried the Level 4 and it was flavorful & scorching. The bread helped temper the heat a little, but I was sweating. This is definitely our new "go to" chicken place.

If you want a chicken sandwich that is always juicy but has the perfect crunch then you’ve found the right place (applies to WP and WG). My favorite the the Sando put into a wrap. Be caution the mild is spicy but the pain feels so good!

We stopped by the new Jam Chicken in Winter Garden and absolutely loved it! We tried the mild chicken sandwich with coleslaw, it was delicious and had just the right amount of kick, even for being mild. The service was amazing too! Casey and the kitchen staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome. It was lovely to sit on the patio of the Plant Street Market to enjoy our meal. We’ll definitely be back!

SO HAPPY they’ve opened a second location here in Winter Garden inside Plant St. Market! This is the best hot chicken in central Florida HANDS DOWN!! The 6th man wrap is one of my FAVs and The Box is too! They make their pickles and sauces in house and they are delicious! Their housemade ranch and comeback sauce are both amazing.😋 The tenders are crunchy perfection and the portion sizes are HUGE! It is Nashville hot chicken so the Mild WILL DEFINITELY have some heat! The Sando is their classic item and you definitely want to come hungry if you’re ordering it bc it’s HUGE! Generous portion sizes and great flavor. Will always love their chicken!

Absolutely delicious and such a great vibe! JAM Hot Chicken truly lives up to the hype. The chicken is perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, with spice levels that are spot on. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. The atmosphere at Plant Street Market is fantastic, and the JAM Hot Chicken team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s clear how much care goes into both the food and the experience. Easily one of the best hot chicken spots we’ve tried, we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🔥🍗

Pleasantly surprised to hear that not all chicken offered at Jam Hot Chicken is JAM HOT. They do have a scale of spiciness for you to choose from. I felt "brave" and went with the lowest level of heat, Franco Hot (1.5 level) and dang, my mouth was on fire 🔥. So, if you are a spicy wimp, like me - stick with the plain. I finished my meal dousing the flame in my mouth with dipping sauce, but yeah. I was not prepared! All in all though, those chicken tenders were incredible! The breading was perfect and the chicken was JUICY. It came with a tasty side of pickles and a few slices of bread (you know, to cool your taste buds down). My husband got the chicken wrap and absolutely loved it. He said the coleslaw was phenomenal and the heat of the chicken was just right. We also loved the shoe string fries. We will be back for more! I will just have to accept no spice level, spice level ZERO for my wimpy taste buds next time. 😆

Amazing food and very friendly and helpful staff! The sando is HUGE and one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. It’s crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside and their slaw options are not to be missed! Cannot recommend enough.

Stopped in today and I went with “The Sando” and fries. I really enjoy spicy food so I asked for the level 5. The cashier was nice enough to suggest trying the 4 first. The chicken was moist with a crispy exterior and the heat was fantastic. The slaw, sauce and pickles created a nice balance to the heat. The fries were hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. I will be looking forward to stopping by again soon!

Absolutely delicious, juicy and tender chicken with a flaky crispy breading. Finger licking good y’all! Be aware that it is quite spicy! For comparison, I would normally get regular buffalo hot wings at a wing place, but at Jam Hot I got the mild spicy and was surprised at the intensity of the heat! I found myself wishing I’d remembered my chapstick and questioning whether I should get another beer from Crooked Can. Next time I may try one step down in spiciness. Definitely I will start my meal with a full beer and a chapstick in my pocket just in case! 😅

it was our first time coming here and we were excited, as we had seen it on social media! i ordered the tenders, and my boyfriend got the sandwich. the fries are described as “seasoned fries”, and when we asked what the seasoning was, the gentleman told us that “its a fry seasoning”… well these fries were unseasoned. when we asked if there was supposed to be something on it, the response was “yeah salt, thats seasoning”. aside from that strange bit, the sandwich was great! just strange to call something “seasoned” when it isnt

Came because of the high reviews but left disappointed. The chicken burger and the fries were overly salty! I give 2 stars because at least the burger was a good size.

Seemed interesting and portions looked great however the service was terrible and the girl at the counter won't serve you a kids meal unless your child is present. Very odd and also lacked major social skills when I asked her to explain. I had my kid and partner outside and came in to order for the family but was instantly turned away and told "we only sell to 12 and under" as soon as a I asked for the kids meal without me even explaining my situation which I shouldn't have to in the first place. For a new business youd think they want all of the service they can get. My friend who I was with ordered and it took 22 minutes just for 1 sandwich at 3 pm on a Wednesday where it was dead. And then the same blonde girl at the counter just handed it over without saying anything. I even went and ordered at another place and got my food before theirs was ready.

Wanted to love this place but unfortunately it was too greasy and too much slaw in the burger it was falling apart dint taste good at all. Disappointed!!
