Wawa

Came in this morning at 6:20 am, there was only one rude woman working in the coffee bar. Her name tag was hidden but I know her name starts with a M. I tried to help her letting her know that that regular coffee was out and she flat out ignored me and looked upset I even said anything. She’s needs to be trained on customer service.

I love Wawa but this particular store is exceptionally bad customer service. Cashier wasn’t paying attention and mistakenly deleted my order of smoothie. I was told to go up the person who makes the smoothie and tell what my order was, so I did. I waited quietly and kept myself busy with my phone, 20 minutes later, and most people that were there waiting were already gone and they were calling for order 840, my order is 819. I went up to the same person that I told my order to asking “how much longer for order 819?” OMG! He’s so quick to turn things around putting the blame on me by saying ‘why I didn’t put my order on their screen? When in reality, the cashier that deleted my order in the first place. Even the store supervisor making it seems like I was lying when I said I was waiting for over 15 minutes and she said no. I handed her my receipt and asked her to take a look the time stamp on receipt. No matter how good the company but if the employees are trash, customers suffer by getting a trash service.

I’m a Wawa enthusiast, but this location is just not managed well. Grocery items are frequently out of stock for days, and Freestyle Coke machines are often out of ice, some flavors, or both. A year later and the new issue is that brewed coffee is frequently out. I hope corporate intervenes in the training and management of this location.

August 10, 2025: Tried their sub again after 2 years and GOD... it is disgusting! I figured they would get better but seems to be getting worse and worse! What a shame... September 14, 2024: I order the same drink every time and it now it cost more and taste like water down coffee. So sad... June 8, 2023: this is the sub that cost almost $10.00 (See attached photos). I guess inflation hits hard everywhere... 2019: The lady that cashed me out this morning (10:30am) was very rude! She should not be working with customers!!!

No hash browns 2 days in a row. So they charge you more than the special even though its their fault. Id fire the manager of that store.

I was served a sandwich with bread so hard and stale. Why would you fix your fingers to serve someone a stale hoagie roll. Then there was so much spinach leaves, the combination about took me out.

Do you like incredibly slow service? How about being completely ignored? If so this is the perfect wawa for you. Horrible, non-attentive. I was waiting for half an hour when my pick up was already ready. They just needed to bag it up. To bad the dude making sandwiches didn't care.

Using the mobile app is absolutely useless when the employees here do NOT use the to go shelf and instead will call out your order when you aren’t in the store then hold it behind the counter for 30+ minutes before you go up and ask. This is the 3rd time in a row I have placed an order in advance only to have to hunt for my food because the To Go Shelf just doesn’t exist to them.

the last 3 times my boyfriend and i have ordered food here it’s taken over half an hour to get our sandwiches because the staff likes to forget to take the bags to the to-go racks and leave them behind the counter without saying anything at all. the coffee always tastes watered down and burnt at the same time also. try the new wawa up the road instead.

The deli was backed up and my hoagie was not made with care. You can tell they were rushing to the point of compromised quality. The wait was long you can tell they had backed up orders and it is unfortunate that our lunch was ruined due to the staff rushing. Even the way they were wrapped was sloppy. To charge 20 dollars and have a sloppy mess is a scam. I should have complained and got a refund but they were clearly struggling. Management should be aware that this is happening this location though

It's rare for me to complain about food. I get that there are bad days. But I ordered half of sub with a side of Mac. No complaints on the Mac but the sub.....it was supposed to be a bbq chicken sub with bacon.....what I got was 1/4 of a sub....with some cold chicken thrown in it and no bbq no cheese and no bacon.....never been so disappointed with Wawa food until today....thank your employees for ruining dinner time and a lost customer.

Do not get a smoothie 930am bad service and been going for awhile
