Food was hot and fresh. Our cashier Jose was extremely pleasant and patient with my grandkids changing their minds. Jose made sure that we had all the condiments we needed, packed up the food so it was easy to carry, and made the experience very enjoyable; we will definitely visit this Burger King again. As we were leaving, the staff was wiping diwn the counters; thanks to their precautions I feel safe eating there. Thank you Winters Burger King! See you soon!

This Burger King in Winters surprised me with how genuinely welcoming the staff were. My order was fresh, the Whopper tasted balanced and warm, and even the fries had that satisfying crisp that’s hit-or-miss elsewhere. The team seemed to care about delivering a good experience, which made the whole visit unexpectedly uplifting. A comforting stop I’d gladly return to.

Not a bad spot considering it was attached to a gas station, service was quick and the did was, well, fast food. It was clean and quiet when I was there.

Depends on the day they'll have a long line and all that work there are young kids so be patient my son's burger was ok don't go there that much it's gotten expensive to eat fast food

Good value and polite service; however, they occasionally get orders wrong (particularly when you customise items) and take a while to complete indoor orders. Their restaurant always seems clean.

Haven't had any issues with the food. The sweet tea tastes like pure sweetener with some tea flavor, completely disgusted me and I didn't drink any after that.

No customer service they great You by saying what's your order no thank you anything like that. Food was good

The portion sizes are to small. Not enough tomato, also the tomatoes tend to not be ripe yet.

Went there, a worker did my order wrong (even though She even repeated my order) and then she didnt even apologize just looked annoyed.

Never again. Asked for no Mayo, got mayo. It was a to go order and the sandwiches were all labeled wrong... Really? What a waste of money!

They always take too long at this Burger King and they always get my order wrong or they forget to put something I ordered in the bag the manager is an older lady is also pretty rude I know

Was rudely inform " i needed a mask " when i simply just forgot, I understand whats going on in the world but dont be rude about it, top that was like a social hour behind the counter standing around.

Fries were soggy. Asked for no cheese- obviously peeled off burger patty. Chicken nuggets were too salty & probably not 100% chicken. Really wish fast food restaurants cared about making food that is tasty & wholesome.

Had my husband go get me a whopper cause I was craving one I sent him a text with what I wanted. I said cooked fresh and extra grilled. I wanted cheese no onion extra tomato and pickle. When he got home he said that he told the girl how I wanted it and her reply to wanting it cooked fresh was of course....well he goes I don't think it's how u want it....it took them no time from when he handed her the money to him getting change for her to give him the whopper. When I opened it the cheese was not melted and the burger was sooo not cooked fresh. I called and complained right away, I was told I could get another one when I come back in....umm I'm not sure if I want another one I don't normally order whoppers. I think I'd rather have a iced coffee or a frappe. Also there was no receipt...I did tell her that also. I'll go back tomorrow and see if I have to get a whopper or if they will be cool and let me get coffee inserted.

He failed to realize I'm a customer that's helping to pay his wages. The fountain drink machine area was filthy. Soda on the counter, floors and the drink dispenser area was disgusting. Brought it to their attention only to have the kid ignore me, turn around and walk away. Called and talked to the manager the next day only to get someone that had a very poor command of English and was told "Oh, we're waiting for a new machine " what exactly does waiting for a new machine have to do with not keeping the area clean. I live local to this BK but won't be going back.

I tell them No. I will not be a part of them cheating their window times. The food is only ok here. The breakfast burrito lacks taste. The coffee is ok. The hash browns smell of rancid oil. This drive thru needs improvement. It used to be much better. I’ve been coming since the day it opened. ( of course I got the wrong order that day too).

Ordered a sausage egg normous burrito he even said it back to me got home and it was Bacon..this happens a lot disappointing 😞

The prices posted on the window was different than he tried to charge me! He said prices went up! Excuse me! You post a price on your storefront that is all you can charge me! Then he said if I buy 2 meals he could give me the price! That is not good business I left with buying any BS!

I went a couple days ago to this restaurant and the times that i been there Ive had to witnesss a couple that instead of attending the customers there back in forth and go in the Office to me that is very un professional they take to long to give the food. To me i dont think they deserve this position hopefully the owner makes changes.

My brother firefighters were refused service here after 15 hours on the line. They didn't have masks? Who cares? You take care of those who are trying to save your homes and businesses. May your business go under because of your callous indifference to the men and women of the fire service.

I used the bathroom here. No soap not even a dispenser! No toilet paper or paper towels either. I wonder what the people working here to about washing their hands, just rinse them off?

Order accuracy of a blind squirrel. Customer service focus of the irs. As long as you set the bar real low you should be fine.

Trying to kill me? I stopped in here on Monday morning (12/26/2016) on a marathon drive home to Oregon. Getting hungry and needing "road food", I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 of the 10 pc Chicken Nuggets. [Back on the road] My mouth is watering for those hot and delicious bits of breaded chicken... What I got was... My best description: Take frozen chicken nuggets Let thaw Re-freeze Warm up Let cool Reheat to tepid Being in a hurry and anxious to beat the snow in the Siskiyous, I soldiered on and finished my "meal". I **BARELY** made it into the bathroom at the rest area in Weed, CA (to the folks who had to endure the horrid sounds emanating from my body, I sincerely apologize). In the 4 days since I ate that "meal", I have kept down some water and a few saltine crackers. I have had to consider the viability of adult diapers as a fashion upgrade and contacted BK from their website, advising them that they may have a serious problem...[cue the crickets]. I finally called India/Pakistan [insert appropriate third world call center here]. After I got the guy to slow down and enunciate each word, he took my information and promised me that "somebody would contact me in the next 3 hours". Still waiting.

ZERO STARS How dare your employees not serve people that had been fighting fires 15 hrs + . They were still in their gear granted had no mask on BUT pulled their shrits up to cover their nose and mouth. Your Employees denied them sending them back on the road tired, thirsty and hungry SHAME ON YOU and YOUR employees. Happened today 8/21/2020

This place sucks! I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 double cheese with a large Sprite and a large coke an ended up with 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 sprites. I've tried calling several times but they never answer their phones.

The employee working the drive thru seemed to lack system knowledge. My family and I pulled up to the window and attempted to redeem an offer from the BK app and the employee replied by saying that he was unable to enter the offer code. He didn't even try to make an attempt to figure out how to work his POS system or ask for assistance from one of his peers. Never had a BK location reject their own offer codes until this location...and the chicken fries that we ordered were cold not even heat lamp warm. SMH

Go check yelp. Apparently this franchise decided not to serve firefighters who had been on the line fighting the Winters/LNU complex fire for 15 hours. They reported they were refused service because they had no mask, but offered to pull up their shirts to cover their nose and mouth. Horrible! How can you not find a way to support our first responders who are taking care of us right now?. Bad form BK. I hope the franchise owner gets involved. This is not how we treat people.

The beef patties both taste and look like they're mixed with fillers, the chicken patties are over breaded and thin enough to dry out and burn easily, and the beverages taste funny most of the time. The ONLY good things they have is their ice cream cones and big breakfast burritos. That's it. I get entire pages of coupons for them every month in the mail, but I would only eat from them if I was absolutely strapped for cash and needed something in my stomach immediately. Otherwise I'd rather eat anywhere, and anything, else.
