I haven't been to Subway in a long time. The prices jumped but I guess they had to. The staff was friendly yet professional. I realize each store is unique but this store stood out. Kudos.
I’ve never had an experience more awesome , then having the privilege to eat here at lunch whenever I can they are always so polite, and getter done attitude. My sandwiches come out bomb, I had to give these amazing folks the 5 stars!!!

Landon is awesome and deserves a raise! He was the only one working but remained patient and courteous, even though the line was out the door. I stay by the Meadowbrook location but I will always pass it up to come to this location
The lady at the counter was very fast with service. She was nice and good customer service. Told her I was going through an issue, she asked my name and said she would pray for me and my kids. That was so nice.

Nice and clean, yes, but the staff was the star if the show. Fast and genuinely friendly. Everything was very fresh and we don't usually dine in, but decided to stay because this Subway was very inviting!
They’re ac was not working but the staff and manager were all hands on deck taking care of customers. Just for that reason I will definitely return
I put in an order with this Subway every Wednesday and in the few instances that I have had a problem they help resolve it quickly. I put in my weekly order right before the Winter Storm last week and when I arrived to pick it up the manager, Cassandra, informed me that their truck was running late and that they did not have the ingredients to make my sandwiches. She told me to come back Saturday when they opened back up and she would be able to make my order then. When I returned after the storm Cassandra and her trainee Brad were exceptionally courteous and attentive in making sure that I left a happy customer. Brad seemed new, but Cassandra did an excellent job of teaching him how to quickly and efficiently get a customer's order taken care of. They both thanked me for my patience, but I told them there was no need. I informed them that I would be sure to follow up my visit with a shining review for them because they had earned it. A lot of businesses were still closed and even those that were open were having struggles, but Cassandra and Brad were both very nice and professional the entire time. It reminded me why I will continue to go to this location on a weekly basis.
The customer service was excellent. I just ordered a sandwich online but they were out of Tuna. They tried calling me to let me know. But I had the different phone number listed on the receipt. When i came there, I was a little upset. However, I left very happy as they apologized and also offered me a free chips or cookies. I can say that their customer service was excellent and they dealt with this situation very calmly and were happy to provide me the excellent service. I will definitely go to this place again. Thank you.
The store always seems to be clean and stocked full everytime I come in. The workers always greet me with a smile and always take extra care and attention to what I'm asking for. Rhonda especially seems to be quite good at her job. I've come in a few nights before as well and the night crew seem to be the same. This store has really turned itself around. Good job management!!
Today. 02/01/ 2026. Have the subway app downloaded on the phone?And for whatever reason I ordered it said it would be ready at 6 o'clock yesterday and by the time I got there, there was no payment, nothing was processed.The phone did not act accurate , but you're 2 employees are great ..Frozen. cold yesterday on the weekend.Tried to order online and for whatever reason it would not go through. I had the subway app.But upon getting to your store on bridgewood, 2 employees in there are very good customer service. Both of them are very attendative. , They need to go and management thank you.\nTake care of people like this that it's hard to get up and go in there and work on a cold day and still be able to handle it

I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Tara! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made my day better. Her attention to detail while making my sandwich was impressive — everything was fresh, perfectly portioned, and made exactly how I asked. Tara was patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. The sandwich tasted fantastic — one of the best I’ve had from any Subway. The store looks nice. Clean shining floors, clean counter tops, tables appeared all clean and in order. The gentleman working in the evening was very friendly and courteous. Our meal was good. Service was excellent. Thanks
I would like to share a positive experience for this location and I really hope the owner does something for this respectful, polite, and efficient gentleman. He was a very tall African American young man that worked on 2/01/2024 around 6:30pm at the Fort Worth Bridge Wood location. He held the entire store down while keeping a smile on his face. It was very busy and the stress never got to him . His colleague was struggling, but he picked up the slack. I hope who ever sees this will address the helpful young man and give him a bonus. My daughter and I will be back solely because of that gentleman's customer service.

I got there around 9pm and the poor employee was there by himself. What began as a line of myself and 2 other women quickly grew to a line of about 8 or 9 people and he was there all by himself. Nevertheless, he was very thorough and nice and I really enjoyed my sandwich. GET YOUR NIGHT STAFF SOME HELP!

Positive: the employee. She was grace under fire, as it seemed like coworkers were late or called out sick. The bread was fresh. Negative: the location was out of most drinks, and several menu items. I would have rated this lower but I enjoyed what I ate.
They were great and still taste ok but I have noticed the prices have gone up which I don't usually complain about, but they thined out their meat cuts so much you can almost see through them I felt like Mickey and Donald Duck in Jack and the bean stock. When they are starving and only have a bean to eat and the slice it so thin you can see through it. So with both price raise and thinner meat it's a no go for me
I really enjoy the staff at this location. Very down the earth, funny, and they seem to create a rapport with the customer (when I go). However, they do need help. They need more staff due to wait times, the soda machine is always broke, and the floors are not very clean, and they always run out of items well before 630pm. Every establishment has room for improvement, but overall this particular one had potential. Hopefully you catch them on a good day.
I had The Boss. When I got there, first the workers were telling us they had no bread, so they were baking it. Then, they took care of the lady that was there before me. I was next. The first lady started on my sandwich and left to start the next customer's order before finishing my sandwich. The second lady came, asked me the type of sandwich, and charged me for it. She didn't finish making my sandwich until afterwards. It was worth the wait though!
When employee come back to work. Please ask them to wash their hands so customers can see it and to wear a mask that FITS so when they make the sandwiches they don't have to keep touching the mask to pull it up.
This particular Subway is always missing some ingredient, never have a variety of bread, and always understaffed. I stopped going for a while and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by going back, but nothing's changed. 🤦🏽♀️

The franchisees seriously need to give this location more attention. They're almost out of everything all of the time. Mayo, for instance. The fountain machine works half of the time.. At least the employees are kind and respectful. But, a lot of them couldn't make an enjoyable sandwich to save their lives.
The woman that just helped me on 9/28 around 10:40pm just over charged me because she didn't know how to ring up the combo (or didn't care to do it right) and didn't know what I was trying to order and it wasn't worth fighting her on due to her clearly not knowing what she was doing and them getting ready to close. Not to mention I didn't see a single manager there I could bring this up to. I ALWAYS order a Turkey Italiano and this is the first time I have ever been charged extra for it due to the lack of knowledge on the item by the staff. There are many times I have to explain to them that there is a specific button for this and where it used to be, despite me never working for a subway in my life. I should not have been charged extra for any meats that already come on what I normally order and if the combo had been rung up properly I wouldn't have just paid as much as I just had to which was only a few cents difference than what I would've paid if I ordered from uber. I was trying to avoid paying this much cause I'm pretty damn broke right now. I will be calling the area supervisor tomorrow to have this dealt with cause I've never had to pay this much for my usual meal and an old friend of mine that used to work for the company agreed that this shouldn't have been ran the way it was. Stood there for 10 mins with 3 people behind the counter. 1 of which im sure was in training because he had on a huge shirt and baggy pants (that he kept pulling up with gloves on and making peoples food) the lady who was behind the counter decided to answer her cell phone and go to the back while me and another lady stood there waiting for service... fast forward i had to ask the young man to change his gloves before her made my food... fast forward i had to ask the other guy (who was nice) to rewrap my wrap because the bottoms were open.... ill give 2 stars because my wrap was good... service sucks
I ordered a 6-in sub there was no dressing on it that I ordered so it was dry and the bread was over crisp and old the churro that I got was hard as a rock I couldn't even take a bite out of it very disappointed in this store. I don't believe it's a source fault I believe it's the area the manager was super nice.
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch off the app with lettuce and chipotle. Not sure what happened or if they were not paying attention but the made my wrap sideways. The wraps are always cut in half and one half had all the chicken and bacon and the other half had all the lettuce a d it was all just disgusting. Since it's a cut wrap I could try to rearrange any of it.
The store passed off rotisserie chicken as the chi ken salad, added cheese a d toasting to wraps, has no tomatoes and n honey mustard..He would not disclose shortages at or before sandwi h orders. He didn't bother to cut in half the 12 inch sandwiches. May not go there again. These kinds of places, poorly supplied and serviced put themselves out of business soon enough.
i don’t know what it is with this location, ordering on the subway app it automatically sends your order to this store and you’re either going to receive something you didn’t order orr don’t receive anything at all. every time i call there’s nothing they can do to resolve the issue. who is the manager or owner of this location??
Nothing works at this place, restroom broke, fridge, mess everywhere, always out of something: lisa for cups, tomatoes, some bread …. Ordered online many times and when I got there: “we are out of this or that and I didn’t make you order” Bad customer service, place need an urgent update
Employee was in a rush to clock out she didn't gave us proper customer service. We asked to redue our subway and she said she will just give us what we were missing in a bag. Never coming back here, this wasnt our first time having the same problem with this specific employee, Neka.
Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Was disturbing to get there and see employee without mask. Then, wrong sauce and vegetables on one. Cold meatballs and soggy bread on the other. Worst Subway experience I've had.
Last two online orders wrong! First one was made as 6" instead of 12" - so had to wait in line anyway. 2nd one I picked up to go - 12" inch Spicy Italian *but* had NO meat - veggies only! Done with this location *and* brand. Hello Jimmie John's and Firehouse!
They pretty much never have what you want. I placed an online order and when i showed up they then decided to make it, what’s the point of placing an order online if you’re just going to make it in-front of me anyways.
I’ve visited this subway two times and both were horrible the customer service the lady in the morning shift has to be one of the worst customer services I’ve seen in recent years and that’s says a lot you come in she ignores you you say hi she ignores you she looks like she hates working there you tell her what you want and she acts like she can’t hear you you have to literally scream your order out the guy that works there seems to be the manager but he could care less about how she acts I will not go there ever again and if you do go please proceed with caution as you will not have a very pleasant time .
Made me wait in line and then said they were out of tuna! When I entered and asked, they said wait your turn. I waited for 15 minutes and then they tell me! Never coming back to this place because of how customer service is, very poorly handled and maintained.

I went many times in this subway but most of time a lady name Meka worst service ever. Doesn't make good sandwich don't dressed well. If it's 0 star i'll go with that but it's okay with 1 star. Veggie is not looks hygiene too.
Me and my children walked in five minutes before their 10pm closing. their open sign was still on but as soon as we walk in the door we get dirty looks from the lady behind the counter because I guess they did not wanna have to serve us. Since they obviously did not want to serve us we just turned around and left. I think that is rude and if they did not want to serve anyone then turn your OPEN sign off!
I have been to this location a few times now and I would have to say after this final attempt since it is the closest subway to home I will no longer be a customer here. The establishment is always understaffed and has a line of 8-9 people. The employees are constantly changing and very rude. (Even been told my an employee that they couldn’t honor my coupon because they didn’t know how to put it in and there was no manager on staff) This location is a joke and I will never return.

2 years ago I'd give a 5 but now I have no choice but to give a 1 . Was closed at 6pm twice this week. Today I went in with a coupon and I was told in a rude manner that they don't honor the Subway coupons. Don't waste your time with this location. Go to the one on Meadowbrook instead
Literally out of everything I asked for... New brisket sandwich but no BBQ sauce, no Italian Herb and Cheese, no unsweet tea, no caramel apple cookie... Why'd I pay $27 for a dingy 4 pieces of "brisket"... I've literally never had a good experience at this Subway... And I've been in this neighborhood for 4 years...
Worse location ever. Out of everything, Drink machine didn't work, no other drinks available. One person working with a long line. Dirty dinning area. Need I say more?
This whole store is just terrible & gross. Management is horrible. I came in one night with a friend just to sit down when I noticed a new manager working the night shift. She was moving the line pretty slowly, more & more people kept showing up & all of sudden the line stopped moving as she forgot about the food in the toaster. So basically she had to give out free food, discount, etc. Because she didn't know that the toaster beeps. You would think that a manager would have some experience but she didn't. I heard a bunch of employees talking about how terrible the new manager is at her job & that they all plan to quit soon.
Awful! Me and my kid went there today and ordered 2 6inch sandwhiches and it was trash. Vegetables looks gross the tables were gross. She got the order wrong and when i went to correct her she had an attitude. I told my kid we are never coming her again. They need to either get new crews or shut it down cause that place cant be Makin no money the way its goin up there. And that subway use to be really good thats why I went there. Never again!
I came one afternoon: Two employees chatting outside, one employee eating inside. The dude eating inside asked: "So you want a sandwich?" What the heck? LOL. I said: "Yes." I ordered a footlong. The olives and jalapenos are almost empty and there was water in the containers. The dude got the olives and jalapenos, and his gloves are all wet making my sandwich all wet. So terrible! I ate it and got diarrhea right after finishing the sandwich. I came another afternoon. The same dude made my sandwich. I said, "May have meal of the day please." He said, "Do you want tuna?" What the heck. LOL. That's why I ordered it, dude. Then he packed everything in the middle of the sandwich and squeezed it into the wrapping paper. Perhaps, this dude with lots of beards has a hard life or something, but he does not have joy in working and no skill in making a sandwich. They wear no masks and keep talking. I hate that because they will definitely spit into my sandwich while speaking. DO NOT come here to eat! I love Subway but these people just destroy the place and the brand name. And that's it for me. I'm done with these people. I'll come back when they have new and better employees.
First of all lets start by saying if you order and item online and you do not have it in stores you are most likely to call the customer and inform them rather than just letting it be. that is why you ask for a number on the order. 2nd lets make sure that there is the proper sodas on the lines i got lemonade and i got water what kind of company is this that does not even pick up the phone when you call and they do not have anything... that is why from now on its all about Jersey mikes, Schlotzsky's, even Potbelly better than subway. If i could it would be a one start sad that i cant change that. Very disappointing.
To be completely honest, this place should just be shut down. Never more than one person working, and every single time you go, I promise they’ll be out of multiple things. And there’s no such thing as fresh vegetables in this place, old been out all day, gross. I wouldn’t recommend
i hate to do this but owner he need to know. i went x 3 footlong, 1) i as toasted all we peperjack cheeses a) she say is out pepper jack and toaster not working…. i say my self it not big problem. it’s ok 2) one just need ham and mayonnaise is all she put only 2 droop mayonnaise x footlong is nothing i say can you please put more mayonnaise she say ohhh sorry we are out mayonnaise do you have mayonnaise a you house 😩😩😩😩😩 i say whattttttt let it go again trying o hold my self. 3) on the cold cuts i wan all the veggie and she say sorry i don’t have onions eigther lettuce there go i say get it on back freezer she say sorry we don’t have it, them she say i don’t work on this store i work on other store… So i was upset and i say sorry i pass bc if i am paying and not getting what do i wan, i can go home and make it those sandwich. i understand employee don’t care about Bussiness. but owner need to know what happen on he’s store
Terrible service. They don’t even deserve one star. Unorganized, dirty, and the employees are disrespectful. Sitting outside of the subway on bridgewood dr in Fort Worth near 820 and I30 waiting on the cops. Went in to ask for a refund and was told no refund can be given. Was told this is their new standard of portions and that all other subways were making sandwiches wrong. When I asked to speak to the store manager the employee was all of a sudden the store manager. The girl wouldn’t give me the receipt so I tried snatching it from her. She asked me to leave and when I said just give me my refund, she called the cops. So I’m out here waiting for them. Called corporate and was informed the “manager” was wrong and policies for portions haven’t changed. A refund is to be given to all customers who ask for one. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. Corporate apologize for the lack of professionalism that took place by this so called “manager”. All I wanted was my money back. So don’t go here. Especially those who work at the Wells Fargo building on Brentwood. You’ll get robbed. When the girl stated her story to the officer who looked as if he was wasting his time there, she threw in new accusations. The lettuce got soggy, you took to long to return it, she removed the veggies when she took it home. I live down the street. Where is the lettuce? Why the hello would I remove veggies I requested? I paid 9 dollars for a sandwich. Look at the picture. Who would not return it and ask for their money back? Again, got robbed.
Ordered sandwiches (3) foot longs through the app and said it would be ready at 3:10pm and still waiting at 3:32pm. Would think it would be more convenient as I have a new born and need to get it and out quickly. Will not be ordering from this location again. Meadowbrook is a lot quicker even though it’s further I’ll be there next if I choose to order again. Also I put this order in 2:50pm btw. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
UPDATE... I'm going to keep this here. The food is great and the place is clean. The problem in the wait. When most Subway restaurants have 2-3 people working. This place only has 1 person. Every person in front of you adds maybe 5 minutes of wait something I simply don't have time for. I have an hour lunch and the drive to most places takes up about 10 minutes of that and to come here to wait another 15-20 is not going to cut it. So I always have a plan B in case I have to walk right back out when their is a wait and only one person to service customers. I'll mostlikey take my money to the Meadowbrook location and save the wait.. UPDATE... Place is still depressing. Come here 6pm on a Monday. Not to busy with two employees and only 3 other people infront of me and still took half an hour to get in and out. Employees sharing life stories and I just want my food and leave. They were also out of bread. Down to Wheat and Italian when I arrived. Most of the time Jaylin was working, slowly i might add and Desiree was running up a conversation. At this point my sandwich is finally being made and 4 people waiting behind me at this point. 1/2 of the employees are working. I will try the Meadowbrook location over this. Don't come here unless you are prepared to invest alot of time here.
Stopped on on my way home from work around 6:00 pm. All sodas were out and not a single bag of chips in the store. To make it worse, I emailed the area supervisor to let her know of the issues and she hasn't responded. I would avoid this Subway.
The woman making the sandwiches looked unclean, like she hadn't slept in 3 days. She was jittery and mumbling the entire time... There was a line of people and she kept saying she had no extra help til noon.. Then a man came out the back in regular clothes and had a tray of cookies to put in the oven, no gloves..I asked why he wasn't helping her to which she replied, "oh that's my boyfriend, he doesn't work here"..😒... Then why is he handling food??? I left..
Last Friday working from home used the app to place an order and did it at least an hour before and put a note what time i would be in to pick up which was 12:30, 12:30 left my house drive one block walked in and waited 5 mins inside thats when they started to make my sandwich , the customer that walked in with me and waited on line left before me. worst service and all I got was "i'm sorry" sure took my money and my half of hour lunch break.
Very unprofessional , workers talk on the phone while taking orders , if u order something online they forget half of your items. Definitely needs to be shut down or something.
Horrible Service! Ordered online and when I got to the store the bacon I was charged for was used on another customers sandwich. The worker then told me they ran out of bacon even though my sandwich was first. No receipt was given to us. One of my sandwiches had cheese on it that we didn't request. Worst service ever and this is not the first time. 100% do not recommend.
Probably the worst subway I have ever been to. Order online, they won’t make your food… try to order in person they won’t make your food. Either way you order they’ll still mess it up. 4 employees and a manager on duty today still took 15 minutes to order and 35 to finally get food
Third time here. First two times excellent service. Today was terrible. Ordered online and kept working. Working at the home Depot across the street. Ordered at 2:30 pm said would be ready at 2:55 pm. I kept working and left to Subway at 3:00 pm. Dude had my wrap sitting with just meat on it wide open while he was attending other customers. I informed him I was here for my online order. He went ahead and took care of two other customers while my wrap just say there. I left
I have ordered from this location many times because I work right up the street and have doordash deliver. They never get my order 100% correct. I always ask for double American cheese, and very seldom do they give me double. The past two days they have toasted my sandwich when I specifically asked them not to. On top of it being toasted today, it was also wet and soggy. I am not impressed. Who wants a soggy tuna sandwich with pickle juice saturating the bread?
I agree with the other comments, there is always something that they ran out of and it is barely noon. You might wait 15 minutes for a sandwich, there are 2 gentlemen here, the older one is fast and multitasks to get things done. But the you g kid at the register… omg that guy has 2 speeds, slow and very vero slow. He can see 10 people waiting, he has no common sense to hurry up, while he puts vegetables and condiments and charges por a sandwich, the other guy prepared 5 orders and even put bread in the oven. That kid needs to be trained or just work somewhere else. It is very frustrating to see him work every time i come. I am stuck with this subway because it is the only one close to work.
I called to inquire about career opportunities and the manager asked me to hold on because she was with a customer, which is completely fine. But instead of actually putting me on hold like she said, the manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional. If you are so busy that you have to hang up on someone maybe you need some help and should be more receptive to someone wanting to work there. Had she asked me to call back at another time I would have gladly done that as well. Is this how they treat paying customer too?
I have had bad experiences with online ordering and this was no different. Order was placed at 911 PM and the APP said it would be ready at 930 PM. I arrived at 945PM, the chairs were already placed on top of the tables for cleaning and most of the food had already been put away. The lady behind the counter making sandwiches was quite vocal that she would not be leaving at 10PM. My order was not ready and she didn't know an online order came in. She called for her coworker who asked me if I had an online order, I responded yes and he responded with we are out of steak and cheese. I responded thag was not my order and he goes in the back. Food finally gets made, so it was fresh at least.
Placed an order online. 20min prior. Went in and still waited another 25min to have my 2 subs ready. To make it worst wasn’t even the bread I asked for. They had 1 person to help 8 people. Subway has gone to trash honestly. Just go to Firehouse or anywhere else.
The worst location ever! I received confirmation that my order was ready and i show up and they said they didnt make anything because they didnt have the ingredients. Only because i ordered on the app to this one by mistake because this store is on my 🚫 list…. Im still waiting on a refund.. they wont answer the phones and give me the run around telling me ill have the refund in 3-5 days… none of the phones online take you to speak to anyone either 🤦🏾♀️
Employees were in the back of the store when my guest and I arrived. Next they were out of chicken and Beef they wouldn't have any until later in the evening because the chicken and Beef we're both Frozen because the Truck had just left. Then one employee came from the back of the store and was kind of rude. Also she was talking about her business in front of customers. The bread I had them toast it and when I got home it was very hard. I couldn't hardly eat it the sandwich had no taste the turkey tasted as if it had been laying in water.
Stood up front for 20 minutes employee who was working at 4:00 on Monday March the 8. Got mad because we asked if he could do our order versus a dash and dine order that came in after me. Slammed stuff and had sign up that said they where in a contest for most double meats and double cheese sold so I order double meat and he says it a confusing order and he got better stuff to deal with than my order. I said I will take my buisness elsewhere and he says great and pop off on the way out the door. Store was dirty!
There are roaches & crickets everywhere in the store! The store is unorganized & dirty. Tea tastes terrible, soda machine sort of works, always out of food. Terrible management. Management always talks about employees & customers behind their backs. Slow service. Food is not fresh, they just change the label on their food to a current date. They work their employees to death. I remember always seeing this girl with pink/purple always working night & day, I could tell that she was worn out but kept working. Subway is not like how it used to be.
I have lived in this neighborhood for 20+ years, and I have come to this Subway location more times than I can count. I will never walk in again as long as they have the guy I met behind the counter today. The store was empty, and he was completing an online order in front of me. I waited about 10 minutes. As she left, he received a couple of online orders, and seemed irritated by this. He then asked me if I would mind waiting while he filled these online orders first. I told him I was trying to get my kids to practice on time, and needed to hurry, which visibly angered him. He started slamming things around and mumbling under his breath. When he started my order - 3 sandwiches, I told him that one would be double meat and double cheese, and then told him what the others would be, so he could know ahead what meats he would be using, in an effort to help him. He became loud and rude and said I confused him. I told him to forget the order, and I was leaving, to which he loudly replied "GOOD". When I asked what his name was, he told me he doesn't have one. We love Subway, and used to come here often, but as long as this man is there, I will go to any other location. I get being frustrated, but be rude is no solution. He has no business being in a customer service position.
They ask about the food but I can't answer that because the last few times weve gone here they are always out of everything. I have absolutely no idea why they keep their employees there till 10:00 when they clearly DO NOT have the supplies to take them thru the night shift. This is not a one time problem. It's reoccurring and the answer is " well we are out of alot of things so let me tell you the few things we do have. " which is nothing. If you want a sandwich from subway I suggest go early in the morning or to another location. Might I suggest NOT the store on meadowbrook . As I've had bad experiences with both places .
Long wait and terrible customer service. We ordered a tuna sandwich and tuna salad. The employee went to the back for about 5 minutes. The line got very long. She went to "look for tuna". She came back without tuna and immediately started helping the people in line behind me. I said, What about my tuna sandwich? She said, We don't have any tuna. I asked her if she planned on sharing that with me so that I can get a different sandwich. That's when she stopped and said with attitude, What would you like? It is clear that preparation for the day was not done. That falls back on the management. They didn't have spinach on the line, their tea had already turned bad and their coke was out. We had ordered a kids meal as well and they said they ran out of toys. It was just a bad experience all around. No apologies from any of the employees just the phrase we don't have ...what do you want? We went there July 5th around 1 pm. It's sad because this is the only healthy restaurant in the area for a quick lunch. On the positive side, the sandwich I did get was pretty good.
Just wow. So much cringe. The place was dirty and the vegetables looked really old and spoiled especially the tomatoes and spinach. The lady was working and called help up to the front that she then said was her husband and he really wasn't supposed to be helping. Funny enough he seemed to cause more slow downs and issues than help. You also had to practically yell your order as he either was apathetic or deaf. Just moved to this area. Will be trying a different Subway next time.
This place is laughable. The service, the quality, pretty much everything about it. I mean I get it.. It's Subway, it's not like Subway has ever been impressive, but this particular location is just pathetic. It took 30 minutes to get through a line of 5 customers. There was a manager there, but he was hiding in the back. The employees that I talked to were either rude, incompetant, and obviously poorly trained. There were obvious moves by the manager to cut costs like only putting 3 meatballs on a 6 inch sub when every other subway I've ever been to uses 4. There was a girl trying to check me out while another guy was making my sandwich and asking me questions. It was really weird, and really unorganized. The open sign wasn't on in the middle of lunch hour, the bathrooms were dirty, and the floors weren't terrible but definitely didn't have that clean look you see in a well run place. Again, I know it is Subway, but dang it was bad.
Horrible service. Came in around 9:30 ish on may 9th to pick up a order I made through the subway app. when I arrived the worker there said my order had already been picked up by another dasher. I told him that is not right as this is through the subway app as a in store pick up and not through the second party app doordash and that I am not a dasher. we went back and forth for a little before I explained to him that it was his mistake in not vertifying who the people coming in to pick up orders are and if they are the correct orders. I showed him my app and order number and that all I want is either a refund or a remake to make up for his mistake but he said "nah its not my problem I am not remaking it doordash picked it up" at this point I got upset and told him that this is not a doordash order and the he gave it to the wrong person. I also asked to speak with the manager to which he said that the manager was not at the store. He got aggravated and called me and my mother "Locos" in a mocking Spanish tone (we are hispanic) and told us to get out. I have never seen such disrespect and complete ignorance. I have yet to receive a refund or a remake or anything to make up for the restaurants mistake.
This place is trash. I went on a Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm and the lazy worker told me they were out of Pickles... Seriously at 1:00pm? Everytime I go to this subway they are always out of something. They were also out of Sprite too. Also the vegetables did not look fresh. The guy that was helping me was very rude as well. I wish I could give zero stars. I won't be back!!
I want to start off by saying I have been coming to this Subway for about 3 1/2 years now and I live less than 5 minutes away. I have noticed the quality of the sandwiches going down slowly over the last year but sometimes I get a really well made one and it keeps me coming back for more. Unfortunately, after last night I will never come back to this Subway or any that are managed by Dakota H. This gentlemen is a liar and doesn’t care about his customers or really the employees at this store. I went in here last night to get a sandwich at around 8:30 pm cst. Upon arriving home I discover the bread is hard as a rock. I googled the store phone number to see what can be done. Ring ring….the call cannot be completed as dialed. Odd. Try again. Same thing. Okay sooo the phone is disconnected. Looking at my receipt I see another number, Dakotas. I called. He apologized and even stated he had checked the bread today himself. He gave me 2 options. 1: full refund 2: remake the sandwich. I informed him I just wanted a refund but could not come back today but would be back tomorrow. He said sounds good I will let the store know what is going on. Long story short. He didn’t inform anyone at the store. In fact the employee called Dakota because they stated they could only remake the sandwich, not issue a refund. Dakota, now on the phone with the employee, is stating he can only remake the sandwich. He is adamant that the only resolution was a new sandwich. I, do not want a new sandwich though, I want a refund, as discussed the night before. After a back and forth with no movement I decide to leave as I have no other option. I do not want a sandwich made in hopes it will be eatable, I want my money back. I then left the full uneaten sandwich on the counter with my receipt. They refuse to give me a refund for an uneatable sandwich. I paid for a product that I never actually received and was denied a refund not because they don’t admit fault but because they don’t want give me my money back? Can I have them make a sandwich and leave without paying because I don’t want to? How does this logic make sense?
I went to this location at 9:45 pm and the door is already locked when the location closes at ten. This is on Feb 23rd 2026. That is in my opinion bad customer service and is losing the store money.
Walked in and waited behind another customer. As soon as the sandwich artist was done with that customer she proceeded to not talk to me and just started making 2 footlong online/app orders. I asked her if she was the only one working and she said yes to which I followed up with and you have to make those to-go orders before walk-in customers to which she said yes. I immediately said thank you, have a good day and walked out. A family of 4 behind me heard the interaction and left right after me. That’s at least 5 sandwiches of a loss for 1 to-go order. This world sucks and major corporations are not handling or managing it very well. It wasn’t the employees fault. I blame corporate and their rules she had to follow.
The only reason I gave one star is because it’s not an option for 0. I came in not one employee greeted me, the female started working on I guess an online order while the male finished up an in store order neither asked if I knew what I wanted. Is this how y’all that customers? I called while sitting in my car and watched the female walk to the phone look at and not pick it up!
This location never have anything you need. Then there is one certain employee an older guy with bald head who always closes at 9 for sure before 930 and he act like he never want to make a sandwich. He shouldn’t be allowed to ever work night shift with his type of attitude. He always say they taking online orders only. I need corporate number ASAP. Do anybody know how to get in contact with corporate I’m tired of this.
Always something about this place. When I order through the app it's always an issue. Duplicate charges, orders being canceled, out of steak or other ingredients. Its ridiculous, they don't offer any solutions to any of the problems that THEY cause.
Subway started franchising in the 1970s and they still can't figure out how to heat up meatballs. Cold and nasty.and it got my stomach sick. good luck!
I payed for a 6 Inch sub for it to only be filled not even half the sandwich. Then the manager wants to argue that the sandwich is fine and within their right to serve it. $7 for a nothing sub. Go to other locations that will treat you better. Manager was some white dude that doesn't know how to please customers. Get him out if you want this location to survive.
The Customer service and interaction is terrible here. Before i came to the website to talk about my unpleasant experience. I happened to see another review from a lady talking about how bad her customer service was, a week ago with the same lady in the morning and the so called manager not caring either. The same exact thing happened to me too. Which means this is a constant on going problem that needs to be dealt with. You are losing customers, all it takes is a smile , and a little more personality than looking miserable and irritated the entire time. I Wont be giving my business to this location anymore.
Both staff was outside smoking when I arrived the store cleanliness was ok, but the knifes they use were filthy. I had to tell the worker not to cut my sandwich because of how dirty they were. Also the trays they use to warm up your meat with were dirty I asked the worker not to use it due to all the crumbs and stuck on cheese on them.
Very unprofessional. Once there was a flaming hot Cheetos fingerprint on my bread. Then went in for the new Cali fresh sandwich they were giving for free and they had no idea how to make it, they put cucumbers and spinach on mine then put black olives on the customers behind me, no mayonnaise or anything, just dry. If y’all are giving away a new sandwich, 1. You should know how to make it, 2. You should already have the sandwiches made so you can just hand them out.
