Panda Express Woodland Reviews
Paying $13 for veggies is ridiculous. -Chow mein mostly cabbage and onion very little noodles -broccoli n beef mostly broccoli Just terrible
I've eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life, some great, some mediocre. Before I ordered from Panda Express, I had heard mixed reviews about their food. One day when I was feeling curious, I decided to try it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality! Although this is fast food, the selections I ordered were fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. I won't hesitate to order again.
Ran in for a quick bite while passing through. Consistent. Tea was great. Very clean. Friendly staff. Thanks!
My husband went to pick up my order and had to wait a few extra minutes because they were making the food fresh. They gave him a free egg roll and drink for the wait. They provided excellent customer service and the food was delicious!
I like Panda Express and find its a usually good food at a cheap price. Lately some of the Pandas I've eaten at were out of the entrées I wanted. This Panda had every entrée full of fresh food. The girl behind the counter was extremely friendly and fast. The restaurant was also very clean.
Consistent and fresh. I know it's fast food but it feels much more house made. The thin chow mein noodles are a selling point. We love the veggie side option - again crunchy and fresh!
Excellent as always and they had a Chef's Special, a yummy Tangy Orange Chicken Strip. 👍 Not sure what it was called.

I was surprised out of all the pandas this was the best. A young lady with a LV tattoo on her arm was amazing she brought me my food since the chicken wasn't ready she also offered to grab me a fork the place was clean the manager was pretty cool aswell the only complaint was the homeless in the restaurant but that lady with the tattoo was really kind and went out of here way

Ordered at Drive Thru. When we pulled up, we asked if there was a wait on any products and were told no. Ordered a Bigger Plate; 1/2 Fried Rice, 1/2 Chow Mein noodles, Mushroom Chicken, String Bean Chicken, Broccoli Beef. When coworker ordered, they were told there would be a wait? Third entree was lacking in portion size. Food delivered fairly quickly.
The manager is very considerate and really paid attention to the customers' needs. While I was quietly waiting on the side for my take-out food, he noticed my long presence there and came up to me, apologized for the long wait with explanation, and offered to get my food delivered to my table. Though the food portion is unsurprisingly small, his friendly service provided warm comfort. This proves that professional customer service is still a top priority.
Always perfect as a healthier fast food option! Staff were attentive and dis not skimp portions.

Had a craving for panda and stop here honey sesame was good but rice was just plain not really fried or seasoned and king Pao had too much sauce it was salty
Usually pretty standard, but sometimes you wind up with a $9.50 bowl of cold chow mein with literally two pieces of beef. 4/5 times they're good though.
The food was bland and the breading over powered the meat and the Beijing beef was not flavorful at all. Maybe next time…..today was a miss….
This time you guys really let me down. I was very hungry and so wasy partner. We ordered... Wait, wait, wait.... Set the scene first, ok: Sunday night 9pm an hour before closing 2 cars ahead, nobody behind me on the drive thru. Crew acting like they're really busy. Ordered honey chicken and the honey shrimp with half chow main, half white rice. At the drive thru, right? The order came through the window and without even opening the bag I could smell a very heavy presence of onion. I started to say something to my partner but she said no, I'm hungry. She started in and soon found the reason for the smell. There were huge chunks of onion in everything!!! It was gross. She commenced extracting the onions out of the white rice, noodles, honey chicken and the shrimp. When she was done the onions alone filled the large section of the serving tray. Very little rice and it came from the bottom of the pot. Partially burned and the clumps were hard and tough to break apart. Very little actual noodles. Mostly onions in everything. The entrees were even worse. After removing huge chunks of uncooked onions from the honey sesame chicken there were 3 pieces, that's it! And you pay $1.50 extra for this item. Shrimp count was 5 pieces and not cooked very well. It tasted bland and was very chewy. Almost like chewing a balloon. No honey that I could taste and I pay $1.50 extra for that! Overall, after expunging the onion smell from my car, the food was deplorable, tasteless, and all taste was the same. Really disappointed. Did not go back because it was too late and we got it in the drive thru. They always get you in the drive thru. Service was fair. Employees were semi attentive, but tired. If you asked me today if I would go back or recommend to a friend, I'd have to say, go somewhere else, cuz you guys really sucked on this day. I have one question, What Happened?

I just went to panda express this location and the lady put me on hold at the microphone outside. I had to wait at least a minute then I pulled up to the window. She took the payment immediately then I had to wait another 12 minutes to get my food which the food was already on there Not to wait for. now I’m afraid that she could put something in my food because I was knocking on the window and showing with my hand on the camera. Hey what’s going on? What’s the hold up because usually they open the restaurant when the food is already there it’s cooked and it’s ready to serve besides that I canceled the chow mein because she said it’s gonna be a waiting time so I took only rice and the meat, orange chicken and sesame chicken, which already was cooked ready to go. All she had to do is just put in the box and give it to me. It will take two minutes max it took 12 minutes and it was no one in line I saw through the window no one in line to serve or in driveway or drive-through. I was the only one this is disappointing. This is disgraceful.
I recently had the most frustrating experience with customer service that I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I reached out, it was clear that they had no interest in resolving my issue. The representatives were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.I was asked to park for 15 min absurd amount of time. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and instead of offering solutions, they gave me excuses. When I finally thought I was getting somewhere, they simply said have a good night and handed me out food. After like 23 min. It was an absolute nightmare! This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers, and their service is a reflection of that. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid dealing with them unless you enjoy wasting your time and getting absolutely nowhere. Jaki was extremely rude!!! No costumer service!
This can't be $6 worth of shrimp. That Jaime guys needs to be retrained. I feel like Panda just robbed me for $6. But it's cool; never again. Things just aren't the same anymore. Now that I think about thank you Jaime L; this will be my last dollar I spend at Panda. People work hard for their money. With this service; panda is not worth it. 😑
Sadly, I have to give you one star. This time, you disappointed me so much. I can't believe you even dare to sell burnt food. What I paid for is trash. You should be ashamed of your work ethics and your food as well. Have some dignity in what you offer to us.
