I love their wings! What I really appreciate though is that they have 1 of those soda machines that makes hundreds of flavors of soda. Wings and vanilla coke. You can't beat it. BUT, I don't know what they season the fries with...that is the hidden gem at wingstop!!!
Wing Stop in Woodland is a great place to eat. The staff there provided fast and friendly service, the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I recommend the mango habanero boneless wings. Yummy!😊

Courteous and very helpful employees. Clean, safe, and friendly environment. The food and drinks are ready and hot upon ordering. Very fast service. And great ambiance. Love the music.
So I give this place 3 stars because.. the food is good, wings are tender and flavorful, the veggies Are a bit cold for me but look healthy.. Customer service can be better.. and the tables and chairs can be whipped down theres tables with food trays on them, the floor can be swept. And there's no garbage cans to toss the trash.. ..this place can do better
Normally we like wingstop, but the "pre orders" for Super bowl were an hour late comming put so not sure what they can do to refine the process. They way they did it was not good coustomers service either obviously the staff was stressed out because of all the delay and upset coustomers. Again the wings are great, dressings and veggies were spot on.😋
Food be so good, but Tha time is horrible. Once , it took a whole hour for my meal to be done . Like what the heck WINGSTOP . Like bro. ….

If you're craving just a bunch of wings these were pretty ok but I don't care for the odd smelling and soft fries. The soda machine had a bunch of flavors I've never seen before though, so that was neat. The location seemed popular with quite a few people cycling through, so maybe I just caught a bad day.

I went in today and ordered a 10 piece bone in to go and when I got home I got 9 wing tips and 1 drum I felt cheated. I've been there many times and it's always been good it must be the cooks
Not really the best wing stop ive been too doesnt have a trash can and can take over 30 min just to get out a small combo but mabye thats just the service is just meh nothing special could use a touch up as well overall a 4/10
The staff can be nicer, the food is pretty good but they should work on how they treat their costumers. I wouldn't wanna go to a place where they act like they dont want me there.

Took 10 min just to get an update on how long my food was going to be and that update was "I don't know, a while". Every table was dirty, there was significant food and trash on the floor of the prep area. The owners should be ashamed running this place so understaffed. These poor workers are so overloaded.
Appears yes no A/C inside the store. It's 95 outside. Woodland store customer service was poor. But I tipped hope that helped. And wow 30 mins for wings. I think I can understand that the owner doesn't visit this location and has issues here, or downstairs Care. As a buisness owner. We waited well over 25 min to then walk up to the counter and be handed a bag that had been sittingbon there back rack, meaning or oder had been ready the cashier just didn't check the name correctly. Instead of an attempt to make it right the woman who handed it to me simply walked away and said idk when I asked how long it had been sitting out. It has happened time and time again. Though it's a drive definitely heading to Davis to get fire wings next time.
They are so SLOW! It doesn’t matter if you order 1-2hours ahead, they will NEVER have it ready on time. And they ALWAYS get something wrong. Nobody has a good attitude there, and they always seem lost when I pick up my food, like if I’m asking them for an oil change.. what I say is so foreign. Couldn't do it... ordered 10pc and came back at the designated time, but while I waited there (for a long time), employees were going back and forth between the counter and kitchen, manhandling everything with bare hands, wiping their hands on their pants, and continually touching the food. I politely received my order, but had to throw it away later. And the smell of the food--no thanks.
Had the same problem that i have seen of them not having orders ready when I asked after waiting for 35 min if my order was ready yet because she had said it would be ready because there was 3 orders ahead of me she said oh there are 5 orders to which i replied oh but you said there was 3 orders ahead 35 min ago (that is all I said!) the girl replied with the nastiest attitude "IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU! If you dont want to wait get a refund!" To which i responded with an ok please give me a refund the second i said that my order magically appeared LIKE WHAT??
Put an online order for 5:30 an hour ahead of time. I arrived at at 5:30. Order was not ready or even started. They saI'd it would be 15 mins. So I went to the store to pick something up and came back. They had not even started my order. The started 4 other orders, before mine. I did not get my order till 6pm. I would not be so upsEt but they made me late for a planned function. The manager was not helpful at all. Will never go back.
You can definitely tell this place is managed by individuals that could care less about customer service or sales. I called to get take out at 11:45 pm and they did not answer. So.I drove down there real quick and was there at 11:50 pm The sign that says open until.midnight was off and the 3 employees inside just ignored me. Would not look at me tapping on the door.With employees like that who needs to be in business. If I was the owner I would fire the management upon learning of this. The sign on the door say open till midnight. That's what they advertise that's the service they claim to offer . DON'T BELIEVE IT.. FIND SOMEPLACE TO GET YOUR LATE NATE MUNCHIES.. worst service. employees rather dance and carry a conversation amongst themselves rather than tend to customers waiting to place their order. then they decide it's ok to take phone orders before they help people standing in line for over 10mins.
Visited wingstop for the form time in woodland CA And it was the worst experience ever. Date- 1 March,2024 time 11:46PM The behaviour pf greeter was so irritating and ungrateful. Totally unsatisfied.
Chicken is barely cooked. Rubbery skin and little favor. Boneless wings were greasy. Had to go back because they short us 5 wings but they were good to give us our 5 wings and added 5 wings . Actually had to put the wings in the oven to brown the wings. Will give it one more chance and then go back to Natomas where we usually go for good wings at that Wing Stop.
This place is garbage I ordered on line it said 20 min went too the store and they said 5 min turned into 30 min and food is garbage as well.. am never gana go back and the place has garbage every where
Honestly bro why have a sinuses open till midnight if you walk in at 11:44 and they don't take an order to say open till 11:30.
Always get soggy fries and a watered down soda. If you get delivery it just sits there. So the expensive price and it shows up just gross.
they took a whole 1 hour n a half for my order to be complete i asked if it was almost done after a hour n they barely started to work on it they got my order wrong they forgot my wings i do not recommend going to this place with very irresponsible workers that don’t clean their sticky floor and all they do is fool around instead of working because that’s what they gonna get paid for

2nd time. Went to pour unsweetened ice tea and only water. Told worker about it and was told that they know but won't put a sticker on machine to let people know that it is not an option.
The really neat thing about this place is despite how god awfully long you wait for your order, even after placing an online order in advance, you still end up receiving the wrong food that it’s somehow already cold. Truly, this place sucks.
Any time estimate they give you, you need to add on at least 15 minutes to that. On top of that their chicken here at this location is always way too greasy and you can taste the dirtyness in the oil. And for the record I love wingstop it'd just a shame the worst wingstop I've ever been to happens to be the one in my city unfortunately

The place is disgusting, food on the floor, dirty tables, tables with plates still sitting on them, soda machine sticky all over. All while 3 employees stand in the back talking and scrolling on their phones. Terrible experience. I've been to this location 5 times over a period of 2 years and it has been the same outcome every single time.
Look i am from woodland . But this is obsurd the way they have this place is a representation of the staff . If i were the owner id change the culture fast real fast . As i business owner my self i cant imagine having a food place like this.

So we ended up buying pizza from one of our favorite spots and wings from this location. After placing our order the cashier mentioned that the wait would be 30 minutes, that’s great, we have to go pick up our pizza from our favorite place. When we returned a had my son run in a pickup our order I got a whiff of something burnt. My son opened up the bag and said they looked fine. When we arrived home we started digging in, after consuming a few wings we all agree they where overcooked. Saddened that the wings really weren’t good we just gave up. I generally don’t like wingstop but being that it’s convenient and “fast” we went with it. I would think that they would at least perfect their process, sadly nope!

Once i got home ready to dine with my family we noticed that we were not only missing the large side of ranch but also the fries. Since we were all sitting ready to have super after our prayer, i decided to simply give them a call to see if i could get a refund or a coupon voucher for the next time we go. Since we live pretty far from this location and we don’t get it often i thought these the best remedies for the inconvenience. When i called i spoke to a very rude gentleman who proceeded to tell me he couldn’t do anything about it aside from let me go pick it up in the next 48hrs. I then proceeded to tell him that we would not be going back anytime soon and asked for another option or atleast a longer period of time to go back and he kept rudely insisting he couldn’t do anything. I then proceeded to ask for the manager and once i spoke to him he also told me there was nothing that could be done. He explained how he could leave it in the notes and see if maybe next time the manager on duty would honor that, but he said he couldn’t guarantee it. I saw this as an even bigger inconvenience for their mistake and was incredibly frustrated at this point. Based on both of their tones i honestly did not feel comfortable getting food from them in fear they might mess with my food. I later proposed a simple refund for the items i was missing and he insisted he couldn’t do anything because it was part of a combo so then i went ahead and asked if they could simply take off another item from my order again for the inconvenience of both having to call and waste my time speaking to rude employees and missing my food. He then said he could only refund a 1.99 ranch side from my order, which i thought was completely disrespectful after i respectfully asked for THEIR mistake to be remedied. I then, again, asked for a refund and the manager said he could not do it due to the fact that the district manager would have to take a look and that would take too long, but honestly i think they didn’t want attention to their location, specially since most of the time their cleanliness isn’t the best. It’s quite unfortunate that i will no longer be returning to this location simply because they wanted to steal my money or not get in trouble.
My first time coming to this location and I will NEVER RETURN. This place was filthy with no garbage can in sight , chicken wings & garbage thrown on the floor. The restrooms had feces and urine on the ground. I mentioned it to one of their staff members and he had the nerve to laugh like it was funny. I am appalled & disgusted with how this establishment is even okay with it being ran like this. Beware if this is how it looks in the front of the store I can only imagine what it looks like in the back. I’m praying to god I don’t get sick . Health inspector needs to shut them down immediately
Placed order through the website. Waited the given time and went in. Order was ready, the employees were kicked back in the back area. Got home with my order and went to eat. I ordered the corn (which you can not change the name "Cajun corn" but you can remove Cajun as the seasoning, which I did and put parmesan. The corn has Cajun on it, was neatly put in the container stacked and parmesan piled on top. I can not eat spices like that.... I ordered a 10 price and there was only 8. I got no receipt from them, so only have my e-mail verification for proof. They got the brownies and soda cup right. I tried to call to say something and hopefully get my order fixed in the AM, but it goes to a corporate voice mail. You can't even call the store. Nice waste $20.
I used to be a regular customer of this location, however 3 out of my last 4 orders were incorrect or missing items. I went into the location and calmly asked if the manager was present because I was hoping we could find a resolution, and while I was informed by the supervisor on duty that they were present, the manager refused to even speak with me. They lost me as a customer, fire wings is better anyway!
Took 50mins to get my food got 6pc wings and fries, the floors are dirty with trash and ranch, mess on the tables. Last time trying this horrible wing stop might as well gotten a refund smh
I gave this place one star based on at least my chicken was cooked well done! Other then that other than flavor wise I ordered a ten piece which was lemon pepper and parmesan cheese and my chicken was watered down and the flavor wasn't put on properly. I was highly disappointed 😞. I went here a dozen times and this is my first disappointment experience. So I'm guessing it was the cooks.

When I asked what was going on they mentioned there backed up, when I came into the establishment there was nobody. Also I was handed a cup with spiders inside of cup so I would rate the cleanliness factor a zero. Service is slow here and I am very unsatisfied.
