I have tried fillet mignon steaks at a few different steakhouses in the Woodlands area and this place is the best! I have been here regularly and none of the time this restaurant failed me. Customer service is excellent! Food is great! I’m always leaving being happy customer :) Also, its signature honey brown bread with whipped butter is sooo gooood! Definitely recommend trying it!

Susan the new proprietor was so kind and helpful. I just know she was meant to run this store because the atmosphere was just so cozy and different from other times I’ve come in a while back. Our server Elena was so attentive and personable. She made us feel like her friends and gave such wonderful suggestions like the grilled broccoli. Everyone made my dine in experience so enjoyable. I went in a year ago, while Jason Richardson was proprietor and I never returned back due to the poor experience and hostile environment. They have made me giving them a second chance worth it, and I will definitely be back !

Great food and service. They were really considerate of social distancing between tables and followed CDC guidelines for PPE. I greatly appreciated that since I have a health condition and was very skeptical about eating out. Great teamwork also.

Have not been in a while. Received a $10 off a $60 or more meal, that was a good reason to go. I must say the service & welcoming staff was on POINT. I figured they were ready for those coupons to come in. But maybe not because the waitress had to go check with the manager about the coupon. We both ordered a steak medium & they were excellent. The menu is different from the last time were there & prices were also, but expected that. The only complaint I had was something I have been checking on the tickets. More & more places are calculating the tips with the tax amount included & that increases the tip amount even more of course. So will keep watching for that. (I am a good tipper, but it's the principle of it)

Miss Shelley was our server the other night and she was simply wonderful. She helped control a comfortable pace of the meal and the whole visit over all. Always spot on with answering a question or offering some nice touches and options for our dinner. The Kitchen Manager Willy came out to our table after our meal to talk to us about the quality and taste…he was a great conversationalist and very considerate in helping make sure that we were fairly treated after a small hiccup when it came to something that was absolutely out of any control for them to fix. It didn’t matter to the Outback team working that night though…They showed us all the love and customer appreciation they could and it was again, a truly great meal and time spent being able to get to know some really great employees! Not every visit where both the front of the house and back of the house managers stop by to touch the table and make sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. The bartender working that shift was really cool too! Thank you Management, Willy, and Shelley again. We’d love to see you all next time we come by!

I was between Mexican and steakhouse, plus I wanted a French onion soup since it is my favorite. Outback did not disappoint! I sat at the bar, and Zack was an amazing server, ensuring I was enjoying my dinner. Just look at that soup! Sirloin was perfect. I'll be returning for sure! My only suggestion will be to have one monitor showing something not sport related. No important game was happening and some other stuff was nice, like funny videos or else.

Chris was amazing — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He checked in at the perfect times, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and kept such a positive attitude. Came to this location bc we were in the area picking up our packets for the mud run tmrw and very glad we stopped here. I haven’t had an outback location had workers who treated us like we were actually welcomed and cooked the food where their whole heartussy. Stephanie was our waitress but she seem to be the only one working tonight which good for her because she was killing it and I do sure hope she was making them tips. She was also the bartender so we we made sure to tip her good. We started with the appetizers the bloomin onion and cheese fries and both came out fresh to death and tasted like they just clean their oils or something - idk but they were so damn good. We got strawberry lemonade for the drink and it was very sweet and tasty and our friend got an old fashion which smelled delightful but he said it tasted really good. Me and my boyfriend shared the 8oz center cut sirloin steak with broccoli and baked potato. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our friend got the shrimp on the Barbie and 6oz steak and his looked cooked good too but he complained it wasn’t juicy enough. Womp womp. Overall we were heavy happy with the freshness of the food, the speediness and the politeness of all the workers - from Stephanie, to the manager to the guy bringing out the food. Pleasant way to end the night.

Once every few months on my way home from all day trainings I stop and get takeout from outback. Generally extremely wiped out and feel like I need a good protein meal. And for two sirloins a 6 oz and then 8 oz meal with baked potato and salad came to $39 which I consider a great deal. I mean heck fast food generally is running 20 to $25 now if not more and nowhere near as tasty and healthy. So I will continue to stop and get my delicious steaks in the future. They're always cooked a perfect medium juicy tender and the potatoes and salads are delicious as well.

Great experience. Our waiter, Andrew, was in training and was being shadowed by Isaac. They were both very attentive and came to check on us several times. I ordered my steak medium rare. It was a little undercook but it was resolved quickly and delicious. I was not a fan of the brussel sprouts, would not recommend. The manager, Susan, was very friendly she took off the brussel sprouts and made sure to come around to check how my steak was. With the exception of the brussel sprouts everything was very good. The service was great. I would definitely recommend this location. Experience and staff was amazing.

Let’s star by saying the outside lot is very clean and spacious for parking. Greetings were awesome at entrance and has my table in 15 seconds. Waitress Maya helped me out pick a plate and explained all the new dishes Outback had on the menu. Food was prepared in less than 14 minutes and in the meanwhile a very special tasting Oat wheat honey bread was served with butter. Staff was always walking around asking for anything they can help with and the man in charge wanted to make sure my food was to my expectations. I will be coming back here for more lunch on my days off work. Highly recommended specially if you are hungry for some great protein. Good job outback.

First visit to this location. Bloomin’ Onion was so greasy we couldn’t eat it. All steaks and pork were over-cooked to the point of toughness. The green beans were fresh and delicious. The brown bread was warm and soft. We were charged for an item we didn’t receive, so check your receipt.

A great place to stop for a steak here in the Houston area. I won’t give y’all 5 stars as their other places to get an amazing sizzle but Outback seems to always do a fine job.

Visited: 29/Sep/2020 Dining Room open with occupancy limits, and mask required until seated at table. Take-out and curbside service also doing brisk business, which actually made my most recent Dining Room visit less crowded. Wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and overall mood is quite pleasant. Full menu currently being served, with the notable exception of gravy, and for some reason that escaped me, Salad Dressing seems to be rationed...but I did get more when I asked for it specifically. Good for individuals, families, and small groups. Reservations not needed at present, but they do have call-ahead service, which could be most helpful for groups of 6 or more. Clean, well stocked restrooms always a plus. Entrance/Exit to/from frontage road can get congested at high traffic times, so pack some patience. 😋😋😋😋...4 out of 5 tongues

For a chain, Outback Steakhouse is an over-the-top restaurant from Down Under! This location is constantly busy, for many good reasons, but Curbside suffers a lot from it. It was my friend’s birthday, and we made it before pick-up time, but no one came for over 10 minutes and I had to go in to get it. Their customer service and atmosphere are OK. Their food is phenomenal. No meal has ever disappointed — their fish, chicken and beef are perfectly cooked through. I like their rémoulade, because it is mild. I have been to other locations that undercooked The Bloomin’ Onion, but not Shenandoah. I am thankful for their being consistent in cooking.

Came in with clients and we were treated perfectly. I got the blue cheese salad and starter fries that are more than huge. My clients got the coconut shrimp lunch and loved it. We will be back.

(Unlike Twin Peaks we first stopped in and had no waiter come to the table which was just as well because of the noise level). My feedback is for the restaurant to improve as this time my experience did not go well and my second T-bone was as not as expected "picture says it all" not forgetting the first one was over spiced. It was our anniversary. She ordered the filet mignon medium rare and I had the ribeye medium well. The first steak I received, was medium rare. Ok no problem, could have be a simple mistake. Our server advised the manager. Initially the manager appeared concerned and ordered me a 2nd plate. The 2nd steak came out medium. Well close enough. Due to time, I settled for the 2nd plate. We had also ordered fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were dark and had been cooked old used oil. The macaroni and cheese, broccoli, and mashed potatoes were good. I’ve had better food at other locations. If you go to a steak house you would expect the steak to be their specialty product.

The meat taste as if the meat was cooked straight out of the freezer and put into the grilled with butter and no seasoning. The waitress is a 10 but the food is poor quality. Please double train your chef.

Pretty disappointed in our experience today. This restaurant had good reviews so we chose it for it's convenient location, right off 45. The service was great and their holiday drink was very cute but the food was absolutely terrible! My steak tasted as if it had been cooked Thursday or Friday and reheated today (Sunday). I couldn't even eat half of it. My macaroni and cheese was cold and the only thing somewhat palatable was my asparagus. We will most definitely NOT be back and I do not recommend this establishment unless maybe for a holiday drink or two. Was certainly not work the 75 dollars we spent.

Working at a upscale steak house I appreciate good service and Manicuring pre-busing a table after paying for our bill got up and saw piles and piles of dirty dishes on empty tables including ours wish I could come train the staff

I made a reservation for a party of 16, but when we arrived, the staff refused to seat us together—even though the restaurant was nearly empty and there was clearly space available. What made the situation worse was the rude attitude from both the hostess and the general manager on duty. Instead of trying to offer a solution or explanation, we were met with unnecessary attitude and felt completely unwelcome. We ended up leaving and going just down the road to Twin Peaks, where we were seated together immediately without a reservation and treated with respect. It’s a shame because we had planned to dine in and support the staff, especially on a slow Monday. But the poor customer service at the front completely ruined the experience. Definitely disappointed and won’t be returning unless serious changes are made.

No star is not possible but it would be justified here. Didn’t bother to try the rest of the dish, as I did not come for the sides in the first place. Sad cooking. Paid my dues without touching their food and went to Longhorns instead.

Found a hair in our first salad they brought out another and there was a hair in the second then the steaks came out and they were raw we ordered them medium

Horrible experience! I ordered filet mignon, but they bring me “something” - dry thin piece of meat. It’s totally opposite to what it is supposed to be and what is advertised in menu a pictures: instead of thick round piece of meat they gave us a thin schnitzel-like something. Manager explain to me that it was a “speedy cooking know how”. Never again!!!

Literally gave me someone else’s leftovers… if I ordered takeout on line .. why are there remnants of French fries with my chips ?!?! They’re recycling food and worse during COVID?!?! Mind you my order did not include fries … at all ! Quality of dips was subpar and small portions. One less patron…

If I could give negative stars I would. Upon arrival I made it clear we would need a booth because we had a toddler and a high chair for our baby. We were given a ten minute wait, and then they attempted to seat us at a table. I then reminded her that that was not going to work for us, and that’s when the nasty attitude started. We removed to a booth, but we’re not allowed to have a highchair. There was plenty of room, but still, they denied us. The other table over, had a chair at the end of the table, so there was no reason why we shouldn’t have been able to have a highchair at the end of our booth. We then asked our server, who said it was totally fine, but while he went and got it— They stopped him and wouldn’t allow him to bring it over to us. We had to ask several times just to get silverware, and then at one point when the manager was over, we asked, and she brought over purposely the wrong amount and slam them on the table. It was like they were mad at us, and they were going to be petty during our entire visit. The manager and host staff were incredibly rude and disgusting during our visit, and had the worst attitude. Our server was so wonderful, and wasn’t the problem at all, just to any upper management reading this review. He tried to accommodate us, and was chastised for doing so.
