Same visit, my husband finally tried these cookies! When I was a kid I’d always get a sugar cookie at the mall, they still taste the same today! Their seasonal flavors - burberry muffin, lemon, and strawberry cheesecake- were also tasty. We ordered a cookie cake from here not too long ago - also a good experience. Service is good, orders are ready on time, great location!

Great American Cookie in Murphy did an amazing job on my parent’s birthday cookie cake! We had a Hawaiian theme for their party and this was the perfect celebration sweet treat! I highly recommend them for specialty cookies and cookie cakes!

DELICIOUS!!! My Achilles heel is a Double Doozie!! Any 2 cookies with a generous scoop of their fabulous white icing in the middle. The cookies have the perfect ingredients and flavor profile. It will change your world!! GO!

Ordered a birthday cookie cake online. First time customer on cookie side vs. ice cream. Always a bit leary ordering online and scheduling for pickup a different day without speaking to anyone but it went perfectly smoothly! Ordered and paid online. Showed up just a smidge after my scheduled pickup - one gentleman was helping a customer at the ice cream counter and the other gentleman was in the middle of decorating someone else’s order. I was immediately greeted by this gentleman who also said he’d be right with me which is a professional courtesy for sure. Didn’t take long, found my cake and brought it out, opened it up so I can see it, and it looked even better than I had hoped! Friendly professional employees, and great looking cookie cake as a great alternative to traditional birthday cake. I had ordered the square cake which said it feeds 14-16 people and it was indeed a great size with plenty of cookie to go around for everyone at our birthday party. Will definitely be back, thanks for a job well done!

Ice cream was great! Tons of great flavors and good cookies. 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey, and they don’t have fountain sodas (almost $3 for a 12 oz can of soda!). Good atmosphere though, and they’ve got some pretty impressive creations. Great dessert/treat spot

Despite GAC’s website allowing online orders to be placed at the Wylie location & the text messages they send w details of the order’s delivery, please call the store to confirm if the order went through. Unfortunately, I found out my online order was neither received or made (bc it was never received) by the store until after coming home from work, expecting my order to have been delivered. I got several messages with details that my order was “confirmed” and that a driver was sent to my address (details of the drivers name and ETA were all provided. At home, after finding out no delivery was made, I called the store immediately to inquire what happened. They explained that their store does not accept online orders and that the website system has a glitch. The staff member was very apologetic and took my order number & phone number down to get in contact with the manger. She shortly called back letting me know that I can stop by the store and pick up my cake with the design I had offered and they would make it on the spot, without further charge. I greatly appreciate the staff’s help and customer service since it was a last-minute order for a birthday cake that same day. They were apologetic about the order confusion and overall, I was get what I needed at the end of the day. The only downfall was receiving the cake late, having to drive to the store, and not receiving a refund for the delivery fee. I hope GAC will update their website soon to prevent future miscommunication about online orders for potential customers.

Great ice cream, but a total headache if you use the rewards app. This location doesn't have a QR scanner, and the staff couldn't manually apply my active welcome offer despite seeing the live countdown on my screen. I tried everything to make it work, but the system just wouldn't cooperate. If you’re looking to redeem points or 'Sweet Spot' rewards, you might want to skip this specific store.

You may not like where someone else works and hold opinions about them, but to discuss those while on the clock with a customer is not okay. That makes me not want to come in at all again because I would not like to run into the individual. The event happened on 06/17/2024 around 5pm.
